I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Thank you and thank you Keiv for your hard work!

Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

My favourite bike shop - the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile to get you what you want. I've bought four bikes from them now, had another resprayed and spent more than I care to recall at Condor on everything from inner tubes to jeans for cycling. I've never had reason to complain or take anything back. Just a really good shop - and their own bikes are excelkent, too.

Condor serviced my bike again 2 weeks ago. As always they did a great job and the bike left the shop just as it was 3 years ago, when I bought it, well actually better than it was then. It's always a really thorough service, but importantly they don't replace things that don't need doing yet. For example, there's no point in throwing away good brake pads when there is another 3 months wear in them. Highly recommended!

Rubbish... visited here lots of times in our touring caravan and stayed in the safari lodges last year at Christmas will start by saying booklets state reception shuts at 8pm to get a call the day were arriving at 430pm to say they shut at 5..... get there to a lodge soaking wet couldn't take shoes off bearing in mind 8 of us... 2 families... had to set up and stay in there wiping feet before getting in bed to report to reception Saturday and Sunday with a oh well put the heating on to dry it.. umm not great. To then get a call Sunday eve to say it will be discussed and id have a call back Mon/Tues... a week later surprise surprise no call. Underfloor heating in showers, men ladies oh and family... NOT ON ****** freezing to have a shower, again reported and nothing done said it was on.. it def wasn't as floors were soaking and never dried and freezing to step onto getting out the warm water. One of the reasons we booked here for warm pleasant showing facilites. All in all i have been a member of crealy for nearly 3 years.. will i renew... no prob not. Customer service is shocking. Just because end of season we still paid good money and this was def not the stay we wanted 4 days before Christmas.

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. It arrived promptly and on time BEFORE Christmas. 2) I realized AFTER I placed my order that as a first time customer, I was eligible to receive a discount for the order. I em'd customer service & they immediately applied the discount. 3) My husband's gift was packaged BEAUTIFULLY, from the box it was shipped in, to the tissue paper which enwrapped the dressing gown, and including the envelope which contained the receipts. 4) My husband LOVED his gift; he was delighted because of the PERFECT FIT. 5) This was my first shopping experience with Derek Rose. Guaranteed, it won't be my last.

The BMW service from Dick Lovett was brilliant, the sales manager Josh Day was excellent his communication in what’s been a different and difficult time with Covid19 has been outstanding keeping me updated every step. Coming across a sales person like Josh is a blessing leaving me feeling confident at all times he was there to help me buy my next car and not force me into one like I’ve had on previous occasions from other dealers. He’s an asset to your team. I’m very pleased with the service and very pleased with my new car. I will definitely be in touch for future cars and will recommend to others my dad been one as he’s had a hole line of BMW vehicles over the last 20 odd years and was unhappy with his last experience. This is owned by DIGNITY. We were charged over £5,500 for a funeral .We had the same type of funeral in London for under £4000(3 months earlier). Even when we went to the Chapel of rest our mum was not there and we had to wait for over an hour until they could get her from London to Ickenham (we had arranged this by phone 3 days earlier!!) We gave two stars as the funeral went well and Karen at Henry Paul did her best.We were rushed into using an undertaker and if we had more time would have gone to a family business. Please take this on board and if you see DIGNITY you are going to be charged over £3000, for looking after body £1000, plus undertaker£720, and then £1700 for THERE charges + all the extras!! 3rd party charges.

I telephoned Saturday morning and spoke to a chap called Stewart, who was very efficient, friendly and guided me through the booking procedure with care and patience. He even gave me his direct telephone line in case of future query. The booking/ordering system, aided by Stewart was very pleasurable and now all we need to do is enjoy the holiday i booked.

The fee for changing details is disgraceful, especially as we tried changing details on the day of booking (Sunday), were told we couldn't until Monday and then spent all week trying to get through on the phone line!

Dodgy sales tactics people in tge Philippines coerce you to pay over $1100 Aud, no follow up, dishonest staff promising bookings using all discovery dollars from Philippines, but no sales agent contacts you for a couple of weeks after your money has passed the cooling off 10 days and you get no booking and you have lost your money in Discovery dollars which is like monopoly money, Worthless! This company should refund all the money they have dishonestly taken from people or they should be investigated and action taken against the staff and Directors I have 7615 Discovery dollars and no bookings as the agents have lied and deceived me with no hope of actually ever being able to use the Discovery dollars as I am a low income Disability Pensioner, taken advantage of by an unscrupulous sales and pretending booking staff. It is criminal how the sales agents has taken my money and I have no holidays accommodation as promised.

Lack of information on transfer times, rep at the hotel would not allow us to purchase a trip over the telephone given that he had been at the hotel once the whole trip, also to be sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes on the way out before take off with not even a water then standing at the flybe check in desk on the way back for over an hour as they couldn't print tickets meant that when we finally got through security we were unable to stop for the toilet or a drink and food, then we actually get on the flight and again sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes before take off - again with no water!
