Apricot in Milton Keynes is the worst store I have ever set foot in. Rubbish and clothes on the floor. The staff were atrocious when I was in there today. Standing around talking. It sounds like it's not a nice place to work. They didn't care who heard them. I was about to speak to a staff member of indian origin but she walked away suddenly and didn't notice. I was also ignored by a miserable, uninterested mixed race sales member when I walked in to the changing rooms, she was busy looking at herself in the mirror so I found myself a room. On the way out the same staff member was doing a dance and talking to herself. She just snatched the clothes out of my hand. I had interrupted her. Very rude. One star isn't low enough.

Bought a linen dress for holiday. Washed prior to wearing in line with the instructions and it shrunk. So not worn on holiday. Took it back to the Lakeside branch and the manager revised to refund. Could only offer a credit note which cannot be used online. Have only ever bought 2 items from this store ever and both have been of the lowest quality and non existent customer service. They clearly need the £30 more than I do. The stuff is cheap from China and the have zero interest when it shows!

Ordered a small bottle of my favourite scent, Dark Amber and Ginger Lily. A big spend for me, but I do love the scent. Was debited pretty sharpish and given tracking details which I checked daily. DPD apparently delivered it on the Tue at 11.21am when nobody was at home, in fact we were both at work, and it was signed for by someone called Dave (no we don't know who he is either, but apparently it could be the driver!). Anyway there was no parcel to be seen, and neither of my neighbours had been asked to take it despite being home at that time. Contacted Jo Malone by phone who said they'd raise an investigation with DPD and respond within 72 hours, eventually after not hearing back for a week I sent a chasing email. The eventual response was that they couldn't get any more information from DPD and would either send the order again or refund me. Having had to chase them twice, and not being given any explanation about who had signed for my parcel or where it had been left, I was far from impressed with DPD and Jo Malone and so cancelled the order and requested a refund. I thought their customer service was pretty abysmal especially when the emails they sent had my name incorrectly spelt despite being on the bottom of mine! At £75 for 50mls I would expect outstanding customer service, but it's not what I received!!!

DO NOT BUY @jomalonelondon Diffusers!!! Put the diffuser Reed on my bathroom shelving for 2 seconds and it melted away the paintwork!!! Made a complaint to @jomalonelondon and they said it states in small print, in the label under the bottle (very small print) that the oil can damage furniture! How about putting it on your care card!!!! Price of the diffuser was refunded but won’t compensate me for the furniture damage! Anyone who knows me, knows I absolute love @jomalonelondon and have purchased so much over 15 years!!! NOT ANYMORE!!!! Very unhappy customer and will take my custom to the creator of @jomalonelondon @jolovesofficial!!! @esteelauder ???

These people sell a reasonably decent product but treat customers with total contempt. In recent months, of all the orders I have placed, 1 has been fine. Buyer Beware They don’t tell you unless prompted whether they have run out. Instead, they will take your money upfront and just expect you to wait until they can be bothered to send it to you. Could take days. Can take weeks. But if they don’t have it, they are too lazy to tell you. They will short you. Then they will contest their shorting, aggressively. They do not answer the majority of their customer service emails. They lie to you about your order status, They do , it seems, everything possible to hurt their customers. They are psychopaths.

Contacted customer services who was very rude in the response and told me to return at a cost to myself and “if” deemed faulty I may get a refund!! For the first time, I decided to browse the clothes in Jack Wills and - after trying on some jeans but finding, as usual, that I couldn’t see clearly how they looked in the changing room mirrors – decided to buy the pair of jeans and check they fitted correctly at home. Sadly, the skinny jeans did not flatter my 50-year-old figure in the cold light of day away from the hazy changing room mirrors so I decided to return them. I was very shocked to be told that I could not have a refund even though I’d only bought them four days earlier, had the receipt and the jeans had all the original tags on. The lady pointed to an inconspicuous piece of paper to the side of the desk informing me of their returns policy. Nobody pointed this out to me when I bought the jeans or said anything. I don’t require the jeans and really don’t need or want anything else from Jack Wills. Very unhappy about this.

Ordered several items for myself and my daugher - all of which were of good quality. However the shorts I purchased ran in the wash and ruined several other items (despite no washing instructions to say that they should be washed separately). I wrote a review to warn of the issue and within an hour Saltrock contacted and requested photographs of the damaged items. They refunded the shorts and compensated for the damaged items. This is a company to avoid if you wish to buy a high value item. I ordered a Dyson Cordless Vaccuum Cleaner. It never arrived and I have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months. They are actually breaking the law by not refunding my money. I can prove the item did not come because I have both a doorbell with a camera and CCTV. Every time I phone up they just say I will get my money when they find out where the item is. I have had to send copies of my signature from my passport and driving licence and I was told I would get a refund within 28 days of them receiving the signatures. I received a disgraceful letter from them with a copy of the "signature" used for "delivery" of the item and suggesting that this would help me locate the item. I feel like I am under suspicion and am very upset both about the lack of refund and also about the lack of communication and customer service. I have had to resort to reporting QVC to Trading Standards and writing this negative review to try and get some assistance from them. No way to treat a loyal customer!!!!!If anyone from QVC wishes to investigate this matter the order number is 04756906.

Placed an order with Lululemon online and did not receive my backpack (new crew black *22L). Text Lululemon and they did not get back to me in a timely matter. Made a couple of phone calls and they stated they will re-ship my order. The following day I received an email to write a review then later that day another email stating it's out of stock. July 26- August 18, 2019, I had to do my own work and no one has gotten back to me except through email. Customer service and the process was the worst I've ever experienced. Lululemon has my text history and email history. I had to take steps in my own hands and this isn't the service I remembered that they used to have. All my workout gear is Lululemon and this was very unsatisfying as a loyal customer. Not sure if I would return again.

Well the horror stories are true! Ordered a watch to be delivered today. Wasn't dispatched yesterday so I sent an email last night and contacted them by phone when the lines opened this morning (yes their call centre is as bad as people say) and was told there was a payment problem, even though the money has gone from my bank. I then got a reply to my email to say order is processed and it will be dispatched soon. As this contradicted what I was just told I replied to the email and called up again. After waiting forty minutes I was told yep all was fine now and it would be dispatched tomorrow. Great I thought. I checked my emails and had a reply waiting saying it won't be dispatched as problem with payment!!!! Absolutely shocking service. No one seems to know what they're doing and it seems they just say what they can to get you off the line. I have now asked to cancel my order and had an email to say it has been done. Log back in to account and surprise surprise no it hasn't!!!! Now waiting on the phone yet again to find out what the hell is actually happening. I've been next in the queue for 23 minutes now. Funnily enough they finish soon.. Stick to Amazon or literally anyone else.

Overall: Maison Rose is a beautiful 200 year old home with excellent outdoor living space and an outdoor kitchen. The house was large enough to accommodate two families with active children, yet it was full of cozy little places to curl up with a book. We enjoyed our time there very much and were very impressed with the property owner. He was very involved and helpful during our stay. Enjoyed Most: I definitely loved the outdoor kitchen and eating area near the pool! The children loved the pool, piano, pool table, and hiding spots. We adults found ourselves living outdoors with the fully equipped poolside kitchen. Everything about the furnishings were thoughtful: on the pool deck there were plenty of chaise lounges for the sun worshipper as well as the shade lovers. One of our children made it her goal to sit in every chair in the house before the week was over; I think her count was 117 chairs! Enjoyed Least: Many of the bathrooms only had a bidet and not a toilet. Also, there were not enough towels. Surrounding Area: We loved Gourdon! Definitely worth a trip for the views alone! Nearby Events or Locales: Plascasier was the nearest town and it was within walking distance. Tips or Restaurants: Bring towels. The owners live next door, and were very helpful in suggesting activities that we'd enjoy. One of the activities that they suggested, which turned out to be the highlight of the entire France trip for our children, was a hike along a river, culminating in pools of water that we swam in.We will have fond memories forever of La Maison Rose!

Overall: San Barberino is a great place to base Tuscany trips from and the villa is a comfortable, convenient home to come back to at the end of the day. We were so busy during the days that we didn't really have time to use the pool but I managed to squeeze in a quick dip one night after everyone else was in bed. It's down the hill from the house but the path and pool were well lighted. The air was cool so I didn't linger. On a sunny August day, I can imagine that was the place to be after a day of sightseeing. Enjoyed Most: Location, location, location. With a car we were less than half an hour from Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Siena, and Florence (actually 40 minutes). Greve and all the "in Chianti" towns were a leisurely hour drive over the mountain. And the manager was wonderful, helping us arrange reservations to dinner and museums, giving us a copy of the bus schedule to Florence - very convenient - and telling us about the Internet access in the town library. Enjoyed Least: The back of the house, with 2 bedrooms and the kitchen, is right on the main road through town, so road noise was occasionally noticed, though usually not a problem. Waking up to the sound of people driving to work is not an unpleasant way to begin the day if you're on vacation yourself. At night, I was too tired from the day's travels to notice any road noise. The master bedroom - the one with the views off to the Tuscan sunset - had no problems with the road noise. Surrounding Area: Do take the manager up on the wine tasting offer. The owners of the villa also have a large vineyard and winery about 2 km outside San Barberino and they enjoy showing off the results of their life's labors. The day we went was also the first day of the harvest with the full moon the night before! and we passed the stems and skins of the first crush as we entered. They'd prepared a wonderful plate of cinghiale salumi, assorted peccorino cheeses, and Tuscan breads to accompany the first-rate wines that they served. The wines included a 2004 Chianti Classico and a 100 Sangiovese Super Tuscan - both wonderful wines. Nearby Events or Locales: You are in San Barberino and can walk up the hill to the small grocery store in 2 minutes, the wonderful Campenillino restaurant in 3 minutes, and the Bar on the other side of the hill in just 5 minutes. Because San Barberino is perched atop a ridge, you have wonderful glimpses of the the surrounding Tuscan landscapes as you walk through the old town. Tavarnelle is a short 2 km drive if you need the greater selection of the COOP grocery or want to try out another local restaurant Tips or Restaurants: The library is just up the hill from the villa, a 2 minute walk, and that's where you can get on the internet. Unfortunately, it's only open 4 hours each day since the librarian spends the other 4 hours at the library in Tavarnelle. The hours alternate from morning to afternoon. The kitchen is pretty well equipped - about the only thing we needed to bring was a cutting board.

My elderly mum had this company fit and install a new boiler through the government scheme last year. twice I have made an appointment for it to be serviced twice no one has turned up. When they say they will arrive between the hours of am and pm should you have to give up 2 days waiting in for no one to show. it is a good job I don't work in the week or I would be suing you for loss of earnings. I am definitely going to report this firm to trading standards as what they advertise they give they definitely don't. Back to my tried and trusted plumber to pick up the downfall of this company.

We held a meeting last week at Canada Water Theatre. It was a great room with lots of natural light. The room came with a projector and laptop and filled all our requirements at a very reasonable cost. Only negative was the cafe closed by 6.30pm instead of 7pm.

Waited 20 mins by the till point waiting to be served at the Tamworth branch, numerous members of staff walking past us, wondering around the shop or behind the till point and nobody aknowledged us or said that they’d be with us in a moment. When we asked if anyone was serving we got a response of “no we’ve gotta do these first”. Very poor service start to finish which is a shame as I had a brilliant experience in the Lichfield branch.

I was bought an afternoon tea for Christmas so I took my daughter with me today to the Wolverhampton branch, we had booked in advance, greeted on entering and asked to go to a table, we were given a menu to look through but had to ask one of the staff what the procedure was as it was afternoon tea. They explained we had to decide which savoury waffle we would like & if we wanted a cheesecake or doughnut. We made our choices, chicken bacon & egg waffle & cheesecake. It wasn’t too busy in shop (4 tables)but waited about 20 mins before it arrived, plates followed a couple of minutes later , we had to just sit there looking at it. After eating the waffle I had to go to counter to ask for clean plate for my pancake & fruit, I wiped my knife as no extra cutlery was offered. I had to go up again to ask for jam for my croissant, we questioned why we had been given a doughnut when we had asked for a cheesecake & was told they could only give us what they had ( there was cheesecake in display counter). Finally went back to counter to request second cup of tea, the staff were very polite at all times but I believe they could have been more attentive. There was only one other table occupied as we left so they were not busy at all, I have been to this shop before when it first opened & we had to queue for nearly an hour to get a seat but after this visit I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

Booking Ref BKL64 Departure date 23/06/19 We have just returned from 7days at the Cliffe Norton tenby in the brochure it states it has just been recently refurbished on arrival we where allocated rooms 5+6 one single and one double both with sea views to get to the rooms we took the lift to floor 2 but had to walk down the stairwell to get to the rooms, this stairwell also doubled as a fire escape if a fire had started at the bottom of it god knows what would have happened on entry to the room we noticed the lack of space it was very tight for two people to move about. the room it self did not appear to have been refurbished the radiator was rusting. paint was peeling and ceiling was stained. the bathroom? well to get in you opened the door stood at the side of toilet then shut the door to gain access to the wash basin which was hidden behind the door .the bath had big piece of enamel chipped off the wash basin w as not fully sealed (sealant missing). very hard to regulate shower one minute ok the next boiling hot readjust then to cold readjust again start all over then give up. the reception and bar area well used but basic faults spotted like no toilets on the ground floor ladies up the stairs towards the restraint via step (1 toilet only ). gents up 9 steps ( 1 urinal 1 toilet ) not very good for people with walking difficulties ( a lot of your clients) that's the bad news over good news lovely views ,nice food,nice bar area,great staff who you cannot fault. I only hope my next holiday with alfa which is already booked for Great Yarmouth proves to be better are it could be the last booked with you. a reply would be most grateful. thank you Linda and Jimmy Miller 30/06 2019

I,m still trying to figure out which coach company I,'ve been on holiday with. It wasn't an Alfa coach, it wasn't an Alfa driver and it wasn,t an Alfa hotel---everything was sub-contracted by Alfa. The organisation at Bowburn services on the return trip was Alfa and it was abysmal. We ended up getting a taxi home from Bowburn, because the rep didn't have a clue what time the connecting bus from Weymouth would arrive (certainly not within the next 2 hours) and that was after already spending one and a half hours in Northallerton killing time instead of sitting at Bowburn. The taxi fare £70 ,was the best £70 spent on the holiday,as it meant that we were home in Northumberland drinking tea, while the rest of the passengers were stuck in Bowburn until God knows what time. The hotel (Gainsborough House ) and the staff and food was good, although it was a shame it didn't have a lift. The excursions at best were poor although we did enjoy Oxford. Paul the driver was accomadating.

I purchased some new toilets and concealed cisterns on advice from an operator and had them delivered. I had them installed and the cistern water is too small for the pan as the pan is requires additional water. The mechanisms in the cistern are very poorly made and I am trying to get to speak to someone about this. I am getting emails from lots of different people with no solution in sight. Most frustrating. Poor customer service and annoyed. We are experienced renovators and this is the first time we have come across this.

Ordered from them on Tuesday, paid £6 for the 'named delivery' service. The earliest day to pick was Friday - which was the last day before the installation. I called them on Wednesday morning to ask them to make sure the item arrives before Friday (I was happy for the earlier delivery) to which they told me not to worry. Nothing happened on Thursday with my order, so I called them again to find out what was happening, was told it was dispatch and promised a tracking code which was never sent. I called again to be told it was NOT dispatched - thanks! They eventually sent it with Hermes at 6pm on Thursday - the worst courier anyone could have picked (obviously pocketing the difference between the £6 and whatever Hermes charged them). No surprise it failed to arrive on Friday - spoken to a number of people there including a senior manager - was told I was rightly ignored on Wednesday with my request to expedite sending because it was "the process" and the best they can do is a refund of £6. They refused to send the parcel with a more reliable service to ensure it arrives on Saturday or do anything else - oh well, I vote with my feet.

Booked a spabreak for my wife’s 40th birthday and had everything confirmed and we were looking forward to it, I deceived I wanted to add in an extra treatment for my wife and upon contacting the hotel directly to arrange this , when I spoke with them they confirmed I had a booking but they could not honour it as they were all booked up, after explaining that I had a booking and reference they still could not help me, I then contacted spabreaks and explained and they said they would sort it out for me, after a week and only a few days to go until my wife’s birthday they contacted me and were unable to help me and could only offer a refund which left me in limbo and only a few days to try and arrange another booking myself, luckily I managed to sort it all out myself but anyone looking to arrange a spabreak I would advise you to book direct yourself as you will get better service and price, spabreaks just want your card details and couldn’t care about the rest.

If you are thinking of ordering from this Company then do it via telephone NOT ONLINE, ordered 5 items ALL IN STOCK WHEN ORDERING, also checked by phone a couple of days later due to an email received stating I has cancelled the order (which was not the case) ensured that all items were in stock but ONLY 1 ITEM (the most expensive) turned up. Queried this issue & informed they were not in stock ???? . If they send you a bog standard email regarding an online order not be available DO NOT STATE WHICH ITEM OR ITEMS they are referring to. NOT THE WAY TO RUN AN ONLINE BUSINESS, PATHETIC & UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST

I placed an order somewhat late on Wednesday,July 20th 2018 and paid for Express delivery. I did not realistically expect the order to be processed until the following day but hoped for delivery on the Friday or Saturday of that week. The parcel arrived on the following Wednesday, the 27th. Having paid for Express service, I had meantime emailed Just Last Season for an explanation and after receipt, emailed again asking for my delivery fee to be adjusted. I did not receive the courtesy of a reply to either email. The parcel, when finally delivered by courier was marked Next Day Delivery, so I suspect it had not been despatched until Tuesday,26th ( NB. In my long experience this particular courier service has always been extremely prompt and reliable). So if you are ordering for early delivery, prepare to be disappointed. I shall not risk this with this company ever again.

We visited Warners Bembridge Friday 12th October Reference number 11511056 We wrote a letter ..outlining the problems We went away and returned on Friday 26th October to find a message on phone from Tina saying Warners could not help us get car parking ticket refunded. This was the least of our problems as we had to travel 45 miles from Lymington to Portsmouth because our 11.00 clock ferry was not running and Wight link said WArners had been informed but had not passed information on to us. I tried to ring and speak to Tina but was told she didn,t start work until 5.00pm. I rang again at 7.00pm to be told Warners were now closed. It seems you can easily contact Warners to book a holiday but not to make a complaint. We are platinum card holders and very disappointed with this service

Booked weekend break to Little Eden Country Park Carnaby a treat for our Grandsons !!!!. A caravan with hot tub.Don't waste your money,old dated brown painted cold caravan with depressing out look onto building/construction yard on side and railway at side too. Double bed uncomfortable,mattress laid on two foldout bases,couldn't open wardrobe door as room so small,Dismal interior,main lighting only nothing nice about it. Note Hot tub cold on first night stay and luke warm following day so much for hot tub break!(Did let us use empty vans hot tub) but got grandsons so not ideal .Came home Sunday morning as so cold and uncomfortable.Don't be fooled by Hoseasons stating hot tub availability in Classic 2 you'll regret it big time.The lodges at the front of look lovely shame about whats at the back.

Update: Received a phone call today from a Hoseasons rep acknowledging that I had been flexible when trying to resolve the issue of rebooking. We negotiated a change of date and park that I am happy with. I’d like to thank the lovely young lady who helped me today. However it was a shame that my experience was so needlessly negative and that Hoseasons are putting their customers and front line staff in this position. Although I appreciate their efforts today, I’m afraid I won’t be using them in the future.

Booked on-line 22/08/2109 to be picked up in December at Reykavik International and drop off at my hotel and the reverse for return home. Paid for what I ordered BUT, the voucher sent says ": YOUR CITY SHUTTLE BUS DOES NOT INCLUDE A DROP OFF DIRECTLY AT YOUR HOTEL. Your drop off point will be at the main bus central station in Central Reykjavik" !!!! miles away fron my hotel and NOT what I ordered. I cancelled by phone asit was NOT WHAT I ORDERED and they are still charging me the cancellation fee for their not providing the correct service!!

Bought glasses on line paid for fast delivery took 6 weeks to get them but lenses not correct and frame too small. Returned them with another prescription asked for money back. Tolk could not get refund of whole price but could choose other frame. Only one I could find was right width and depth was much cheaper but arrived broken. Asked for full refund but my emails ignored and no telephone number. Finally contacted my credit card company and after further month received an email and £22 refund and they kept glasses. I gave up and told them to fix frames and return glasses but 2 weeks on no glasses. I now need to claim refund from Barclaycard and am contacting trading standards. Dont go near this Company. They are dishonest

DO NOT buy from this company Whatever you do - do not buy from Living Spaces. Do not. We ordered a couch on June 10th with 6-8 week shipping. It wasn't until mid August I heard from them with a "scheduled delivery" of August 28th. Later to find out this was an "estimated window" and it was not delivered until September 17th. When they showed up, the couch was TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. After one half of the couch being delivered into my apartment, we realized NEITHER of them were the right color. In contacting Living Spaces I said I was fine keeping the color of the half couch we have as long as we could get the other half in the same color. I was informed it would take at minimum another 8 weeks to deliver and requested a refund and pickup. From there, I scheduled a pickup for October 1 (two weeks later...inconvenient to have half a couch taking up the entire living room). When I called the logistics company to expedite it I was told they have NO CONFIRMATION of a pickup scheduled. My first customer service representative, Gary, was kind and helpful, but other than that Living Spaces has been little to no help and I still have no answers regarding confirmation of pickup.
