Went to use this at a Green King pub that was listed on the location checker on the Great British Pub Card website, but on arrival, the pub hadn't even heard of the gift card. They did still try and enter the code onto their till system, but that didn't work either! Not a good experience. If a pub is listed on the locations that accept it would be useful to inform the pub of that fact!.

The display it's self was fine but I was extremely unhappy with the "stand" that was pictured for the display. It was completely unstable and useable for any kind of functionality so I had to go last minute and rent a counter space for $900 from the event exhibitor. I think that you should be more honest about the actual functionality of the equipment to set expectations.

This is my second time ordering from Mod and I have to say I couldn't be happier. They have that rare combination of extremely good customer service and good pricing. But overall, if you want your project to come out perfect, these are the guys to work with. Dan, our graphic designer, gave us timely and expert help and Libby, our sales rep, made sure the project stayed on track every step of the way. And it all arrived a week sooner than expected. Had to put together a new computer, a proper workhorse and gaming rig, to keep up with all the things I throw at it. Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. They listened to all my requests and demands, and made sure to fulfill this order perfectly. This, and the many times I talked to them before, about new orders or the occassional issue, such as broken hardware, and the great service they always offered, has shown me what a great company this is!

Whenever I go shopping in Boyes it brings a smile to my face. Being a shopaholic I often spend, spend, spend. There is a great selection of products to choose from. There's something for everyone both young and old. In this shop I can easily lose myself because there's so much to see. I often go into this shop because I find it therapeutic as I suffer from Bipolar disorder which is good in a way because my favourite hobby is to spend, spend, spend. In my books, Boyes is no 1.

went to boyes whitefriagate hull to be followed by a security guard im not a thief and he made me feel uncomfortable this security does not need to be there if hes like that just because you dont wear shirt and tie your classed as a theif remember the posh can be theifs not ordinary people just because you work and have bit of power it goes to your head you made me feel i dont want to shop there again im 56 and not got a criminal record you made me feel i had inwhich its wrong to make a customer feel that way considering i spent £35 in store if you want will bring receipt in to show you im no alcholic no druggie thanks

Was very sceptical about ordering a watch from this website as the prices were very low. I kept believing it would be a fake watch. They have cornered the market (I believe) on selling comic single issues. I cannot find anywhere else with that has such an up to date, varied stock that ships to the UK other than ones that only deal in digital comics.

I also read many positive reviews and decided to give it a try. I contacted the company and they were very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and helped me choose a gift. The whole process was very easy and took less than 30 minutes. On the day of the wedding, my brother sent me a selfie with the gift. This site appears to be a scam, as soon as you ask for a refund you never hear back from them. I paid £16.95 for a phone case but on the web page it says a refund due of $8.00. Anyway it looks like I've done my money so be very wary people.

I won't be using or recommending. I waited so long for my watch band and when I finally received it, poorly packaged, no instructions, no tools to make the watch band smaller. Band is useless!! Communicating with you guys is such a frustrating process and don't think that's matters to you anyway, cause, no one responds to complaints. Definatelty first and last time I give money for a poor quality product, with a non existent customer service.

Hard to find in USA other than UK for a good price. I think even your price is to high for this item on sale. Wish it had no pillow, seat pushes one forward as you rise. I turned it around. Have back pillow under legs. Otherwise will have to like it if I want a bath versus a shower.

I ordered a padded toilet seat and one of the screws/nuts that you use to attach it to the bowl was broken. I had to salvage one of the ones from the broken seat but it doesn't fit correctly so I have a loose seat now. Can I get a new screw/nut?

I ordered 2 shelves - one for a birthday gift. The 2 shelves were in one box. One box was totally open and only had the larger slots of the shelf. The second box was open at the top but all parts were there. Very disappointing that they were not complete, very disappointing that it took me repeated attempts to get in touch with someone to explain my problem. Then to be told the shelf I had ordered was out of stock! Then to be told I would have to wait another week to receive the second shelf I had ordered and could not be expedited for the gift I had purchased it for. I have been trying for months to get a pension fund value and to draw my pension. Up to now I have been given 5 different values and seem to be unable to start the process of cashing in my pension. A highly unethical & fraudulent company with zero integrity: 1 received 1 case of 24 cans of my order of 10 cases. I called and after i tried 5 times. they said i only ordered 10 cans of dog food. that was $8.20 per can ? no way ! i get a can for .47 at wal-mart. his attitude was that he didn't care to help me resolve this in any way so i am out $82.01 thanks for committing this fraud on me

I have just returned home, after spending the last fortnight at Villa Jasmine. I would like to thank all the team at DirectVillaHolidays for the villa holiday. This is the 3rd time I have booked with yourselves for this villa, and feel that the service I have received deserves to be complimented. When we arrived the villa was clean and tidy, and the welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived after 11pm. The pool cleaner needs to be commended, as he must have a thankless task sometimes, and also the cleaning staff were excellent. My initial enquiry regarding booking the villa was dealt with by Vivian, who, as always, dealt with my request very efficiently and provided friendly communication throughout the booking process. I feel it is worth letting people know when they are doing things right. Best Regards, and I am looking forward to booking again next year.

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. Beware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics. -------------------------------- Swedish -------------------------------- Handla/sälj inte här längre, det är inte längre samma företag som tidigare. Människorna som säljer/köper där är OK eller till och med bra men Tradera som företag har en helt annat mentalitet nu. De skickar bluff-fakturor och betalar ibland inte ut pengarna som man sålt för. Jag kommer aldrig använda tradera igen. De är idag likgiltiga med Nigeria-breven för mig.

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

I ordered the KSD-6902 Joyous Autoradio GPS 7 inch Android 4.4 . Hongkongeek sent me the unit marked 6902 but not Android and it looks different to the one they advertised! I informed them about the wrong item and they acted naive and ignored me totally. They even removed the item from their website? I think they did everything on purpose : misleading, cheating... Not only their act was that but most of all it's a crime. So be careful to deal with it or avoid totally! David

I have never had such wonderful customer service in all of my years of shopping either online and in a store. I purchased a pair of shoes that got stuck in customs and exceeded their delivery date. I emailed Robert from customer service and he answered me back within 2 hours assuring me they'd arrive safely that week. About 2 weeks later, I had inquired about having the option to order another pair of shoes in black instead of the child-size white. Robert emailed me back and spoke with production, and actually alerted me that he had changed the option on the website so I could order them in the color I wanted. I was put on to the Geelong office where I was told I would get a 9 month bridging loan and so and so per cent and so i waited and waited for the paperwork, including emailing - to nothing. I then wrote again and was put through to the same office. The same guy spoke to me, this time stating he didn't think Rams offered that and he didn't know why he'd told me. I might add that both referrals were to a woman at Rams Geelong who never bothered to make contact even though she was my port of call via the Rams site. I have never been so disgusted in a company in my life, how dare they! So now we have to sell first, to then buy where we're going for my daughter to go to uni to do a double major/Masters, and we were hoping to move stuff out and buy first so I could fix the house up here first. Can't be done, and they led me on. I hate them and there should be an inquiry into their ethics. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!

I currently have a home loan with you. Each time I’ve contact customer service I’ve had a horrible experience. The very first time was when I got a message to say that my direct debit of $50 for the construction loan was overdue. I called to rectify this straight away as I am never late in any of my bills. When I called the call centre I spoke with this very rude and abrupt lady, she implied that I was crazy as “RAMS don’t do direct debit as it is illegal” she would not let me speak, shut me down each time I said my previous construction progress payments were being direct debited. She got frustrated with me and said she will transfer me to someone else. This was very stressful for me, being my first home loan I really didn’t want to get on a bad start. I finally got through to another RAMS representative and I had to start the call like new. Full ID check, had to relay what my enquire was and what happened in the last call. This lady was nice and very helpful, unfortunately the first person I spoke with didn’t leave any notes so the second representative was unsure what she was talking about. She explained to me that direct debit is normal, the only reason I got the message was due to the public holiday and it will get processed following business day -nothing to worry about. The second time I called was to discuss what to do when my construction loan is completed. I called the call centre. They said they weren’t too sure but to call the person that set up my home loan account. Once I advised that they are no longer open she then referred me to the closest RAMS office to enquire. I believe it was RAMS Mooloolaba, I spoke to a lady that was extremely rude. I wish that call was recorded and she was extremely condescending, she would not answer my questions and told me to call the call centre. When I asked her if I could get the valuation that my house was valued at she said that RAMS don’t do a proper evaluation, someone only goes out to make sure the house is completed after the build. This I found annoying as when I first signed up with you, [name removed] was my loan advisor, he said that we would get a valuation of the home once completed. So am feeling deceived as now I need to pay to have one completed. Then I called to simply request my bank details be updated as I simply changed banks. I thought I could do this over the phone like any other company. But no, I I was sent a form to complete. I completed and emailed the form back, only to receive it back again to say it was missing information. I had to print the whole form again since the last one was chucked in the bin. I don’t hear anything. I tried calling, long wait in the queue, couldn’t get through. Then get an email to say to call RAMS. The call centre isn’t exactly to get a hold of. But I tried, couldn’t get through. Now to my most recent events with RAMS. The end of my construction loan. I received a letter to call RAMS to get my change over fee waived. Great. Called through, no you can’t change until a week before the 1st of April 2020. Alright, Called a couple of days before then, spoke to a gentleman, didn’t catch his name, he said good news we can waive all fees and you can get an interest rate of 2.79% without any prompting. I thought this was great as I was considering refinancing for a similar interest rate. I also wanting to change my monthly payments to weekly or fortnightly as that works better for us. He said I was entitled to all these changes. But he can’t do anything until the 1st of April 2020. I requested 6 call backs in the last week. I haven’t received 1 call. I have called, I have been on hold for 20minutes + each time. Which is not suitable for a couple who also work full time. Wasting all breaks to try and get a hold of our home loan financier. Hence the request for all the call backs to get everything sorted. So I called the office this morning, spoke to this lady, she was nice but seemed to not know too much information. Just kept saying she would transfer me through to the department that sorts it out but then kept remembering they don’t open until 8:30am. Not convenient for me as that’s when I start work. I end up updating my payments to fortnightly. A little annoyed that she said that will start from May as I couldn’t change it for the month of April, even though I was told I could a week ago? And she also advised of my new interest rate of 3.81%. I’m a little confused to why it could get changed to this amount but not the 2.79% as per prior discussion. I was not told 3.81% would be my interest rate ever. No letters, emails or phone calls. So I tried calling the office for my lowered interest rate and a refund on my “waived fees” but phones are busy and I’m still waiting on a call back. I find RAMS customer service is atrocious. I work in customer service myself and we promise our customers we will get back to them that day, we don’t have long hold times on the phone, we respond to emails. Even in these tough times. I really hope all calls are recorded, as not one service representative advised me that on any of the calls. I did load a complaint message to the company but never heard anything back. extremely disappointed, I wish someone had of warned me earlier. They have been giving me the run around. STEER CLEAR

Not only do bank SA Charge you absolutely ludacris fees And $10 a day when your account is over drawn, There customer service is useless! My card is due to expire tomorrow, And I have not received a new one. They say there was a delay in processing And That i can access Cardless cash. Great! But what about my online payments that decline because my card is not valid? How is this my problem? Also they treat their staff like garbage! Don't bank with these incompetent thieves. Will be closing my account.

I've been a business customer of bank SA for 10 years. My business is successful and I work bloody hard with no hand outs from anyone. All I wanted was a business credit card. I made an appointment and went into the branch. They couldn't help me, said it was a " business banking" situation. They told me someone would call from their business area. After FIVE DAYS, I called them. I was discussing with Sidney what I wanted when a client came in. I called back as soon as I had finished with my client, but Sidney was busy. I left a message for him to call me back, but guess what? He never called back!! Pretty disgraceful in my opinion. Bank SA are ok for everyday personal stuff, but if you're in business, forget it. They either can't handle it or they just don't care enough to want to.

If you’re slightly late paying your credit card or loan back they will call you from a private number roughly 6 times a day. Pretty disgusting. I just switched banks and I’m a lot happier. Can’t wait to pay off my credit card and close the account.

My husband I have had a Citibank card for over 2 years now and we use the card constantly over seas, we travel to many countries and have never had a problem. I lost my card in Thailand and they were able to cancel just my card and leave my husbands card still active on our joint account, which was fantastic. My card was skimmed after I used it in an AtM in Vietnam and Citibank refunded the money to my account with out any issues.

Lodged the online application of Citibank Plus transaction account 10 days ago. Never received a response. Called Citibank today, they told me need to go to post office to do verification. I asked why no one contact me or email me... No explanation, No apology, Nothing. Also inquired about foreign currency account 10 days ago and was told someone will contact me in 2-3 days. After 10 days, same thing, NO CONTACT. I do need to "RETHINK" if still BANKING with Citibank or not.

Ive been with this bank for about 30 years. Credit rating A-. This is a good rating. Contact - excellent, usually an answer by a real person within 30 seconds. Email response is equally fast. Interest Rates for deposits - medium with some exceptions eg 90 day term deposits. Ease of use internet - good. Customer orientated, but so far dont use fingerprint recognise on Android app. Fees - generally, you can avoid fees if Premier account with sufficient funds. They have gone to $1/cheque fee I dont like, but are generous with helping out eg searching for transaction information and so on. I have preferred this bank for their service aspect, and they are generally highly rated by other New Zealanders. Just recently though, they seem to have changed many non-charge items to charges, which has been quite disappointing and the reason I tried out another bank Co-operative.co.nz (in another review). Availability - online or all major cities in NZ. Not many regional offices though, unlike Kiwibank which has NZ covered. Payments - are available fairly quickly, much better than overnight Kiwibank, but slower than co-operative bank nz. Summary - if the bank had kept its low fees structure as original, I would have given it five stars and been totally happy. However, due to their customer service and reliable online services I would recommend this bank as NZ best bank.

I have been a member of BCU for more than 25 years during which time I have had a very happy, friendly and helpful experience with the staff and management. They were eager to please and knowledgeable, I was happy to recommend them, until there was a change in management and ideas. They are now just pushing their staff to sell, sell, sell. They have consequentially lost all the old, experienced, friendly and helpful staff we once had at Macksville. When I have a problem, I can't get them on the phone, they have a high turnover of staff, meaning less experienced staff. There are invariably longer waiting times to get served. I wrote to the head office in May this year and on the 26th I received an automated reply telling me, "thanks we will be in touch with you shortly". It was months later that I rang up again and was told someone eventually would ring. Some time later I received a call from the Macksville manager, NOT the head office one I originally sent my enquiry to. All in all. BCU is NOT a bank I would recommend. April 4th, 2017 Update: It seems they are getting worse The continuing saga. I have emailed BCU a number of times, with questions that I would like answers to, but do NOT get a reply! Are they to big and don't care? Do they not have enough staff? They are changing our way of banking that is going to cost us more, but do not explain why? Firstly they change their BSB no. and we have to run around to let everyone know, that we deal with, about it. Now they are charging for more eftpos transactions than 20 per month, even though all the banks were encouraging us to use eftpos, as it was safer than carrying cash. They are also doing away with our CUE cards, is this going to cost us more? They won't tell me. Also their ibanking website that we use for banking, will close down, after about 5 to 10 mins, forcing you to log in again, even if you are still actively using it?? Where will it end?

My husband got a loan from bcu for a car he paid $20,000 himself and borrowed $34,000 he took out loan insurance to protect me . 4 months later he was killed in a car accident and Bcu wouldnt pay the insurance as he had a small cancer cut off his ear 3 years earlier and they said if they had of known they would never have insured him also didnt reimburse monies paid for the insurance. So not only was I grieving I also had to come up with $34,000

After eternal hold times, and transfers, I proved to H&R Block via emailed screen captures, vis a vis TurboTax, that their software was defective for even simple W-2 tax returns which use form 8962 for healthcare. They asked for only my receipt and mailing address by email. Then someone called, asking for my social security number. Then, when I emailed again, asking where is my promised refund, they replied, asking for my date of birth, and credit card activity, showing the purchase. Very suspicious, looking like a setup for identity theft, and they are obviously trying to wear me out with all their demands, rather than honestly admitting their flaw, and issuing me a refund. Outrageous.

3 days waited delay after delay for preapproval, did enquiry over my credit file and wanted to put car loan under my wife and my name when I am supposed to be the main loan bearer, should have told me all this before when I put my time and effort in collating all information for them including my payslip, bonus evidence letter, govt benefit letter and yet couldn't proceed. Banked with IMB for 30 years, home loan for 11years & various personal loans. Home loan was a budget, life of loan discounted variable rate or so we were told. All seemed okay with this product in the early years but inconsistencies frequently occurred. Received a letter of demand after an apparent “default” Always made extra payments ahead of schedule buy some months, this now shows as a default on my credit score. Last few years while the cash rate seems to be dropping steadily they raise loan rate periodically by .10% without much justification. All of a sudden our rate is at 4.67% when their standard variable sits at 3.36%. Asked to refinance along with an additional purchase of an investment property but would not move on rate! Very bazaar! A few years back I was declined a $10k loan but happily offered a credit card at double the interest rate. Checked my credit score recently an this application was never lodged! Very dodgy mob, just interested in lining their own pockets! AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

3 bedroom house moved Brisbane to their storage and then moved moved to Melbourne a few months later. PBR boxes were damaged on arrival, antique furniture damaged, mirror broken and also paintings damaged. Both moves were covered by their insurance. But they paid nothing, as I could not prove which leg the items were damaged. I would never use them again, even if someone else paid. Also, would not return calls or respond to emails to discuss the issue.

I'd rather not spend any more time thinking about/writing about this company as I have already spent an inordinate amount of time: *looking for a replacement oven knob after one of the movers broke it forcing a box through an area where it obviously would not fit *waiting for (and never receiving) a reply to an email regarding the unprofessional behavior and language of said mover *reorganizing and logically placing the boxes in our new house which were haphazardly placed all over *trying to decipher the illegible handwriting written on the clear packing tape which was obviously going to fade after a year in storage *researching glass and mosaic tile repairers for our one of a kind tables that were damaged in transit *looking (for weeks) for the hardware/legs of our bed, dining table and sofa *going back and forth over email multiple times to specify the number and size of bolts/screws needed to repair said bed and sofa, only to receive the wrong ones *waiting (do you sense a theme?) for someone to return with the right hardware, only to find that it had been placed in a bottom dresser drawer, "which is what the guys typically do" *shaking my head at the illogicality of that *throwing away the energy drink can left behind by one of the movers, which I knew with near certainty he would leave behind the moment he stepped in the door *waiting for (again, constant theme) and never receiving (again, a theme!) the additional hardware and boxes requested over multiple email followups But at least by wasting so much of my time, hopefully I can save you some of yours.

Amazing service easy to communicate ,I will highly recommend them.A& E removals helped moving my stuff from the apartment to the storage ,unfortunately when we arrived at storage we found out that we were given the wrong access code to the storage and were stuck outside however dispute the disappointment ,A&E went above and beyond to help and they were very patient with the situation ,they kept my belongs safe over night until the next day when we were able to resolve the storage issues. If you are looking for a genuine remover team,I will highly recommend this team,it is not always you meet genuine and trustworthy people like them :)

I have been dealing with Gamingevlolved for a few years now and have always received my rented servers from them within a matter of hours, fully set-up, customized and tweaked as i requested it. I have phoned the owner at 2 in the morning requesting a new server and he got out of bed and started my request. This level of service you will not find anywhere else. I do not rent from and haven't rented from anyone else in the last 3 years, even though i have been offered servers for less.

I've been using GapCap for over a year now and they have proved to be a great asset to our business. As most business owners will know, you can spend a lot of time chasing late payments and this can be time consuming as well as stressful when the bills wont wait, using GapCap allows us to get 80% of the money owed to us upfront / on delivery meaning less disruption to our cashflow. The team are very helpful and I've even got my account manager Tom on WhatsApp and he replies day and night. I'm fully aware that there are other factoring companies out there, some of them might offer a lower rate but many of them have monthly fee's and also insist that you put all your customers though the facility. With GapCap there are no monthly fees and you do not have to put all your customers through them so it is a much more flexible facility on the whole. And the interest / fee's are somewhat negotiable depending on the amount your customer spends so really you can't go wrong. Already recommended to others and will continue to do so! A+++
