I placed an order Dec 2nd, and within 1/2 hour I had confirmation that my account was charged. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to LinkDelight and they responded that it did ship and gave me an invalid tracking number. Day 5 and still I have no valid shipping information. All the company will say is, "it's the Hong Kong Postal service." I am trying to get help from the seller and there is no apparent effort being made to track this order. Hong Kong Post said yesterday that it could take 2 months to track the missing package. Now I found out that the LinkDelight only gave them the package "today", December 8th. It is now December 14th, 12 days after ordering. The package did finally arrive. I connected the unit up and it does appear to work as it was discribed. I am updating my review, for the better, but I am still concerned that they couldn't be honest about the date the item was shipped. Greg

This order was placed for Aputure Pro Coworker 1S Wireless Remote Kit for Minolta Maxxum 7D. The product description page did not convey that a hot shoe adaptor is required to fit this remote. The cost of adaptor was almost as much as the remote. As soon as Linkdelight was informed of this error they updated the respective web page. I gave them 2 options either to refund or pay for the adaptor. The supplier was at least honest to accept his mistake but was not willing to either refund or pay for the adaptor. I did approach Paypal but under their policy they cannot take any action. I brand this company as dishonest despite their mistake they want purchaser to pay for their mistakes.

Unprofessional and hostile to accredited female investors. Carson Bomar would not provide due diligence info but instead made derogatory and gendered comments. My experience was mainly in SF and NY-based acquisitions so I expected a “culture difference” in Florida, but was still surprised with my engagement with this company. After receiving initial information about a company, I sent the broker my assessment that it’s last year increase in profits was due to acquiring one particular contract and asked if they had IDIQs or other more stable sources of revenue to justify their longer-term profit projections (see attached email). The broker’s response was highly pejorative and insulting, as though he took umbrage at needing to provide data to prove a company’s valuation and asking price, and still didn’t answer my question. I don't need to say that a broker's responsibility to their clients is to provide due diligence info to prospective buyers. Furthermore, his response gave the impression that he thought I was a naive working mother of limited funds who was looking for a part-time Gig (see attachment), as opposed to my being a serious accredited investor who takes data more seriously than poorly constructed arguments couched in hostility. It was so offensive and egregious that I forwarded the email to the founder and the managing director (Jason & Ron), but did not receive a response. My impression is that this company is not skilled, catering to less-sophisticated investors, and certainly did a poor job representing this particular company. I would not recommend Website Closers (websiteclosers.com) as a buyer or seller. Take your business elsewhere - there are plenty of quality brokers out there who will represent you well in your sale and not offend and ward off potential, serious buyers.

Plus i won a 10% discount . As far as how long it took from when i ordered it (site said 3-7 days) it took Only 10 days which in my opinion is still pretty fast considering the delays due to the Virus . Good experience. Took me a few weeks to purchase what i wanted only because i was going back and fourth with different websites. You guys had some guns they didn't and they had some guns that you guys didn't. Also color of guns was very limited. Very limited on sights and scopes :( but the ones you had i liked. I liked that there were videos for certain guns. Please create more vids!! Updated vids also plz! I suggest a rewards/points program?? But other than that my experience was good. Simple to use! Fun website!

I purchased from this company in 2008. Extremely disappointing in the quality of the synthetic hair. It's relatively inexpensive and the idea of a light weight alternative too a full covered wig is ideal, however it does not live up to merchants quality. Please consider twice before purchasing this product from this company. Spend a little more on quality else where. The service was okay but would not listen to customers complaints. Shame that, they can certainly learn from it and improve on their system.

I ordered an "Underhair" wig from this company early this year and absolutely loved it! It's so lightweight and perfect for going out or relaxing at home. For the summer I decided to change it up a bit and went with a "Scarfabulous" in a brown/blond blend of hair. I got to pick out the fabric color, too! I was a little nervous about mixing the hair colors, but it matched the hair samples perfectly. I'd recommend anyone to try this out, especially if you suffer from alopecia. They have lots of different colors and styles, even wigs you can swim in! These have been such a great alternative to my regular hairpiece; I really love them.

I happened to stumble across InboxDollars sometime back in 2016. Since joining them and doing the many free offers and their many surveys, and paid emails. I have cashed out nine separate times equaling a few hundred dollars. Overall I like using their platform and making a some money. A few things I didn't and don't really like are: 1.) the timeframe to cash out and having to wait two weeks for the first check. However, after that first check you don't have to wait two weeks. 2.) the minimum requirement to cash out $30 and they taking out a $3.00 fee when you choose to cash out; although they do add it back to your account. I do realize they give you an option to make it to $50 to avoid that fee within a certain time frame. 3.) Another thing, it's not just with InboxDollars but other survey sites as well~ some surveys you can spend 10 minutes or more on a survey and then be told ”sorry you didn't qualify.” For those when it happens you don't get compensated. Other than those issues, I truly enjoy using InboxDollars and making money with it.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars - it does not even deserve one!! Every review here that says how bad it is is correct. I ordered a wetsuit from there over 3 weeks ago. I kept phoning and emailing them to find out where it was, as it was showing as 'in transit' for at least 2 weeks. I kept speaking to incompetent people who said they would 'find out where it is', but never got back to me. They finally emailed me today to say it has been lost! Great! If I had been told this 2 weeks ago I could have started looking for another one in time for my diving trip.

I ordered 2 life jackets, one adult and one child, 11/07/2014: The vests to rescue the little girl was not available in the warehouse stocks, I had to wait 4-5 working days. We arrived on the 25th of July and still do not know when they will arrive, maybe when the season is over! On 18 July, after my email, I have risporto telling me that if I wanted I would be refunded the amount spent, but since I had been told that the product would arrive July 21 for three days, I decided to wait. From 21 July I did not know anything, I had to call this morning for I always have the same answers and justifications. If you do not go running and you have a month to receive the goods ordered then you can always hoping that in the end merchandise is available. I'm sorry but my more!

The negative reviews I've read are too polite. This company are a bunch of crooks. I was warned but thought others had just been unlucky. I have submitted a complaint to the ombudsman and am in the process of issuing court proceedings. They hope you will just go away and keep your money. If anyone reading this is hoping your experience will be different I have just one message "Don't touch this company with a bargepole"

These pans are lightweight, easy to use and to clean. They look good too! The box they arrived in stated the weight was 6kgs overall. I have followed the instructions of washing and drying them, and conditioning them with a little oil removed with some kitchen roll. The handles have a nice, comfortable grip and I'm now looking forward to using them on a daily basis.

I bought a gas fire and fireplace from Focus. Their product knowledge appeared to be good and the wide choice in their showroom made us pick this company over others we had visited. I was disappointed to find that my fitted fireplace had many 'natural' marks in the stone which I found unsightly. I believe that the level of marks on the one in the showroom model should be representative in colour and number to the ones that the customer will receive. I understand that natural products have natural marks but mine also had four large blotches caused by staining from the water used and one 'thumbprint' which nobody seemed to know what it was. I am amazed that this fireplace was thought to be acceptable when examined before fitting and when actually fitted, in my opinion quality control is poor I recommend that any future customer examines each piece of stone before it is fitted. Focus replaced the fireplace but there has been no courtesy call to ask if we are satisfied.

Also had to chase about returning due to all 3 glass shades being chipped... sent pictures and followed up time after time after time... nothing.. didn’t return calls or answer emails. Credit card company couldn’t help due to individual prices being less than the minimum... so unless your good are perfect when they arrive stay well clear.

This company sells lights that they don't have in stock and take your payment but keep you waiting with no delivery time scales at all. They also dont refund when lights are delivered damaged. I have had to open a paypal dispute to try and claim my money back for a damaged light after purchasing 5 lights from them. Customer service is shocking. They have now had my return since the 16th and have still not refunded me the £114 and havent responded to paypal. Avoid buying from this company

She singlehandedly saved the order, she went the extra mile to rectify my dispute. They might lose points for their stock information but they make up for it twofold with the service from Manju. Absolutely appalled by the service I have received. Ordered the Las Vegas wallpaper but it doesn't match in a lot of places but does in others. They have said it has been put up incorrectly. I've sent pictures and videos to show how bad it is and asked how it could have been put up incorrectly if it matches in some places and not others but they either ignore you or blame you. Appalling customer service. 6 weeks I've been trying to get a refund and they said that I can have a new one at cost when the goods are FAULTY. Disgusting!! I don't see why I should have to pay for it to be taken off and put back up again when it's their fault. I've never had such problems with a company before. The website says 'edge to edge' but its not. You can also see the white lines down the paper. PLEASE AVOID this company.

I wasn't able to change delivery address or pick the mobile phone up from the depot, so had to take day off work... Emailed your company and got no reply.. Also it wasn't made clear on your site that the p40 plus can't get Google and app sore on it... I've just had another look at your add and I can't see anything warning customers of the no Google and app store!!! Basically you are now calling me a liar hahaha I think EE should get rid of your company for false and bad advertisement... Go on buy mobiles.net and see for yourself... Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

They have cornered the market (I believe) on selling comic single issues. I made a card with a photo. I had made a mistake with a word and would have been able to have corrected it when I noticed the error on confirmation email.Also a photo on the back cover did not download even though it was showing on the card before I ordered it. I received the confirmation email 6 hours after the order was received and so the card had already been dispatched. I was told by the Moonpig rep that this happens with Macs and was offered a 50% discount on resending the card. This was a sympathy card so that was not an appropriate result. He also recommended that next time I check with them once I send a card from a Mac for confirmation. Next time I'm using Apple.

I won't be using or recommending. I waited so long for my watch band and when I finally received it, poorly packaged, no instructions, no tools to make the watch band smaller. Band is useless!! Communicating with you guys is such a frustrating process and don't think that's matters to you anyway, cause, no one responds to complaints. Definatelty first and last time I give money for a poor quality product, with a non existent customer service.

We worked with this Xicom and paid them tens of thousands of dollars. Suddenly in November 2014 they stopped keeping their promises on development. We continued to pay for services that were not being delivered, so we eventually cut them off. Our project is now a full year behind. Note that they request you give them 5 star rating on Upwork/Elance feedback, so don't trust the reviews there. I own several pairs of Corso Como shoes and I'm truly in love in each and every one of them. The design, quality, style and comfort - are superb! This was my first time purchasing a pair from Corso Como website. Along the way, I had few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was amazing! The pair I purchased is gorgeous! I just needed to size up half a size and the customer service was absolutely the best! Now I can't wait for my wedges to arrive so I can wear them until the very end of this warm season! Thank you Corso Como! Update: I just received the new pairs in which I sized up 1/2 a size. They fit perfectly! And so comfortable! Love them!

Received the 01av427 10.8V or 11.25V 72Wh battery for lenovo laptop yesterda, tested it and am pleased that it is exactly what I requested. During the order process, the supplier asked questions to ensure that the product I was ordering was the correct one. All in all I am really satisfied with the doing business with Laptop Parts Shop and would recommend it to others.

I have never felt the need to negative feedback to an eBay seller in 16 years of membership, but today, Gearooz have earned this dubious privilege. If Gearooz are able to make a sale, it appears all things go relatively smoothly. If you request a refund, as per your rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will soon become familiar with the constant empty promises of "I will chase this up with Accounts" and "They have told me they will do this tomorrow" given to you on a daily basis from the sales staff. You will not receive your money. You will be forced to raise dispute cases with eBay/PayPal - Looking at other negative reviews, it appears other eBay customers have had a similar experience. It seems that Gearooz have an unspoken policy of holding onto your money for as long as is possible until the eBay/Paypal guarantees force their arm. A shockingly poor overall experience.

I have been an online shopper for many years but the best experience in all those years has been with Absolute Automation. After ordering my Dakota driveway alarm system I needed lots of assistance to get it installed. I spoke to several employees over a few days and was able to successfully install the system. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a banner 3 weeks before my event. I noticed a shipping label was printed After 3 days but item never shipped. I inquired when it would be shipped and received a less than nice response. I called and spoke to a manager that told me he'd look into it and return my call. That was a week ago and I never received a call back. I again inquired and was told the postal service was totally unreliable. I was also given an option to purchase another banner and pay for express shipping and hope they second banner got to me in time. Customer service is terrible to non existent. I would never order from then again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

It is the usual give a high opening offer for your phone and then they come back with stuff that isn't even wrong with the phone to lower their opening offer. In the end you get next to nothing for a perfectly good phone. Don't do it with ItsWorthMore because it isn't in the end.

I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them. When I got it and started setting it up, Verizon informed me that the phone had been owned by someone who still owned them money so it was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. So, I returned it and ordered another one. I had the same experience with the second one. They need to learn from Verizon how to background check their products.

Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". I was basically told by "Lydia" to go shop elsewhere in future if I want more reliable service. Absolute joke.

Free international shipping to Israel (starts over 30 pounds), quick shipping - usually it came in less than 3 weeks, which is awesome for Israel. Discreet package, which is comforting. Really great choice of items. And very helpful reviews. Also they have very helpful video and text instructions on different types of items, I found a lot of new information for myself. I bought a 24 Piece Makeup Brush Set on livingsocial in September. The seller was the same company called Widget Love. I received the order in 4 weeks and it came from China. Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

After eternal hold times, and transfers, I proved to H&R Block via emailed screen captures, vis a vis TurboTax, that their software was defective for even simple W-2 tax returns which use form 8962 for healthcare. They asked for only my receipt and mailing address by email. Then someone called, asking for my social security number. Then, when I emailed again, asking where is my promised refund, they replied, asking for my date of birth, and credit card activity, showing the purchase. Very suspicious, looking like a setup for identity theft, and they are obviously trying to wear me out with all their demands, rather than honestly admitting their flaw, and issuing me a refund. Outrageous.

Purchased glasses about 2 years ago now and they are still in a good shape! Payed a visit a couple months ago again(a lady there was very nice and friendly!) to look out for new glasses but lost the details of them,so I went online to look for some images! I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.
