DO NOT BUY HERE! I ordered 3 items TWO months ago and still haven't received anything. Their customer service is incredibly bad and they LIE. GreatGlam randomly chooses when they want to waive shipping. It doesn't matter if you are doing an exchange. Very unethical. They do not communicate, nor care to resolve complaints. I would never EVER order from this company again. I washed my shaper in warm water on delicate in my washer and the thing shredded like a piece of cheese! I contacted the company and they said you can only hand wash it! Why is material on a SHAPER so flimsy that you can't even wash it on delicate? The company refused to exchange or refund. With the covid 19 viruse running a muck, who wouldn't want to wash a shaper that will be full of sweat in a washer so that it's thoroughly cleaned? Wish I could give them zero, very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

I am not a review writing woman. I also do NOT like that I am having to write a bad review on a small company... but they forced my hand. BodyFab.com is 1800Cinchers, but as far as I can tell from the BBB and other reviews of 1800Cinchers, they changed the name, but kept the terrible customer service and shady business practices. First off, they have a really interesting way of sizing. I ordered, I received it. The SAME day that I received the package, I took the package to the post office to return it for an exchange, obviously unused. I had previously read a few horror stories about the dealings, so I decided to send it back certified. To make a really long story short. I ordered from them March 3rd. I received it on March 8th. I sent it back March 8th. The first delivery was attempted on March 12th; there was a ridiculous code left by the mailman, so I ended up having to call the post office, turns out the business was just simply closed when he tried to deliver. I set another delivery time for morning. It was delivered and SIGNED for on March 14th. Today is May 15th...... AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR. The crazy thing is that I looked on Amazon before I ordered, but I try to support small companies. This is one that you should NOT even bother trying to support, as they do not even send product nor is their customer service tolerable. I am skipping a TON of the in between crap, like them trying to absolve themselves of the responsibility of being upright business owners by having you jump through hoops. Did you fill out a return slip? What did it consist of? What did it say, if you filled it out?!!!! WHAT KIND OF FOOLISHNESS is this? Yes, I filled out the pointless return slip that only provided me with useless information.I already had the same address that is on the slip that I had to include in the bag, AND it obviously didn't assist you in any way because you were ASKING me (and asking me) did I fill it out, as opposed to just pulling it up. Being badgered about what address did I send it to? Um, the address that YOU listed on the so called return form and the return slip that has to go in the bag. Once I fill out my slip and place it on the bag and place the return slip in the bag, why would I then commit your return address to memory??? Well, we can't do anything if you can't tell me where you sent it. THIS ISN"T ELEMENTARY! I don't need to know it, and I don't need to jump through hoops to prove to you that I sent it to the right address. Once she found out that my package was certified (someone would have to sign for it), so I was just going to call the post office to track it down, she didn't like that. Which we were on the phone because I was trying to figure out why would the mailman write "undeliverable address" on the slip. "Oh, well, if that's the [someone has to sign for it] case, that may be the issue." So, when she said that I start thinking that maybe this isn't a place that has someone available to sign for packages but a P.O. Box or something. I asked, "do I need to have them take the signature requirement off", she said, "yes." I call the post office only to find out, the office was just simply closed. They guy tried to deliver it a 5:14 p.m. So, I rescheduled, and LEFT THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT ALONE. The next morning, he delivered it 11:30ish, and someone signed for it. All in all, around the way con artist. Don't be like me. I saw the mixed reviews and thought a myriad of things, well... the ones who rated them highly were very pleased, it is a small business, there are just some people that you can't please, some people's expectations are just unreasonable... NO!! :-l They are scammers. To top it off, they sent me 3 requests to review their product.......... I first have to have a product from you to review... thieves! I ordered my cincher from Amazon, got it, wearing it and seeing results. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T DO IT. RUUUUUUNNNNN. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Absolute rubbish company. Refused to take my fiancé's concerns seriously when there were at least 5 stains on a white dress when purchased. A few of them looking like blood stains. It was a $300 dress that looked completely different from the photos on the website. They just ignore you, know they're doing the wrong thing and hope you'll shut up about it. Don't go near them.

It's an hour to the closest store, which is why I didn't immediately rush out madly to use my $20 birthday gift the company emailed me. I had signed up for their rewards program (at the store) just after my birthday and was pleased that they'd still send this, but I had obviously just been to their store! As luck would have it, the store closed due to Covid two days before I would have been able to go again, and the $20 off expired another two weeks later. OK, fine, everything sort of went upside down during that time. Now that the store is open again, I went yesterday and they would not honor the expired coupon in store. I was told to call customer service, which would give me a new code - I did, but they didn't. Not only could the CS rep not find my account, but she said I'd have to order by phone in order to use the coupon. Today I chatted online with another rep, who again could not find my account or any notes from yesterday's conversation. Conveniently, and only after I told him that it seems Lane Bryant CS reps need better training because the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, that most other companies are trying to be accommodating due to the Covid issues, that this runaround had cost too much of my time and I'd shop somewhere else, he found yesterday's notes and a case number. What a coincidence! I had worked in customer service a long time ago, and this is just BS (word to the wise: most times, when you ask for a manager, what you'll get is the person in the next cubicle, pretending to be a "manager"). He said they'd honor the coupon if I order a FULL PRICE item. Yeah, right. The gift was for $20 off ANY purchase. At this point, I neither want to order anything nor even check their store when I get there again. While I like the fit of their clothes, I find them a little overpriced, unless you can get them off the clearance racks (where I have, admittedly, gotten some killer bargains, so I'm giving 3 stars for the clearance section).

It's about time that a company brought size equity and style together. Hurray for JCrew for forming this company. The colors ways are glorious and styles fantastic. I love that one can see how the garments will look on different body types. Their exchange/return policy is great. My only peeves are that dislike about their clothing, is that I wish they had more 100% cotton clothing items, and that the cuts across one's back and upper arms are too tight at least for me. It's as if they were being cut for tiny women. I love soft, breathable, all cotton garments and don't like anything overly clingy. I don't know why all larger clothing lines seem to think larger women want to wear garments with lots of lycra, or poly blends, or want tees that cling. The styling is tip top, I just wish they would ditch the dependence on poly and lycra and depend on my breathable fabric choices like soft jersey. All of their styles are incredibly flattering, and slimming.

These clothes are amazing: Beautiful style, excellent materials, careful attention to construction and detail. Many of their items come with an impressive guarantee: if your size changes within a year, you can replace the item with your new size. Their customer service has been friendly and responsive to my questions. I had to take pictures and send them to her before she beleived it then she blamed her assistant for sending me incorrect itmes and a more expensive hijab (which I paid for but she sent me the wrong size and color) not to mention the size of the scarves were VERY small, the square scarf barely went past my shoulder and the fabric is CHEAP and bottom line she never once apologized. If she would have accepted the mistake and corrected it I wouldn't be leaving this message. This is what she said in her final repsonse: "I am not sure why you had received what you received as the items you chose are very cheap and my staff shipped you very very expensive hijabs in exchange, especially the blue one which is authentic cotton lycra fabric. I am highly dissapointed with my staff, this is a new staff that i found out and she has since left, she had caused me losses in her few days working at my store. Shipping very expensive items which are obviously wrong to customers when they order something else."

i have ordered from this Malaysian site one time, the items advertised on this site are of nice quality and very original design. my order took 22 days shipping, now about this shipping, i WAS immediately given a invoice, and a shipping number, but the shipping number was not live (available to be found on tracking) for two weeks until I emailed again to ask why the shipping number was not live yet. so during the following week I was sent via email a new shipping number, which then in the same day it sent me an automated message saying that it had already been delivered. Then they sent me a message saying "Yes we picked up the package from post as it was held up and changed it to express 3 days" Alhamdulillah I got it in three days, and I am very happy with the fabric and style, it is exactly what I ordered. It's a little large for my face, as I'm not Malaysian, but nothing a clip can't fix. Overall I think the outward shipping department is a part of the company that needs improving, it seems as if who ever is in that department needs to get a lot more organised, but apart from that, the product is really a lovely five star product.

I ordered custom fit PAXI sleeves from Lipedema Products on January 30th. The owner said they would ship Feb 4th. I FINALLY received half of my order on March 7th. I have called and called and emailed with no responses. This product was recommended by my doctor and it's the worst experience I've ever had with a company - BUYER BEWARE!

Comfortable fit, seems to be working to reduce my swelling and discomfort. I have only worn custom compression garments. They have not reduced my swelling or discomfort. I have primary Lymphedema stage 2 in all 4 extremeties.

Unless you're really good looking or have an exceptionally flattering photo or are under 70, don't bother with this site. At first I was matched with appropriate men in my area. I sent a message to a couple and received no replies. Since then the men responding have been fifteen to twenty years too young. And most live in other states, some in different countries. I'm not really surprised. I've tried a couple of other dating sites and had similar experiences.

I've tried 3 different sites, the latest being Seniormatch.com. Activity is so poor compared with the others, I thought my internet was down ... Seriously! As much as I thought Ourtime was just so-so, it towers over this one. I read some articles promoting Seniormatch ... in retrospect, it was probably SELF promotional hype! So now, I'm giving Zoosk a try. I know ... it sounds like Klignon commander's moniker, but what the heck! In the first few days, Zoosk seems to produce a lot of activity. We'll see if it continues. Does anyone know if Michelle Pfeiffer is on one of these sites? Ken, Franklin, TN

Not only are your "matches" not close to where you live, but you can't cancel this horrible site once you've signed up. I get an email everyday with my matches... every day I contact the help screen to remove my account. There is no help, there is no customer service, and the settings screen actually has a message saying you can't access your account. What a crappy site!

BUYERS BEWARE - You may not get your items. They keep you Money! Ordered 2 outfits - After weeks we got an email saying only 1 would be fulfilled and the other we won't get. They gave us store credit and won't give our money back. They came up with some Excuse trying to get us to switch to some other outfit we don't want. SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my products in early April and got them today, July 3, which is way too long even during COVID-19. I contacted customer service in late April and they told me they didn't know where my package was, which was very unprofessional. They said they'd resend my package with new tracking info. It took over a month to two months for the package to get from China (where their warehouse is) to my country, Canada, which is, again, unacceptable. In May, I asked for a refund two times and they would only offer me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. which I was very unsatisfied with. To make things worse, my leggings are wayyy too small for me and my bra is quite tight and uncomfortable. Will not order again.

I love this site! You pay a monthly subscription and they send you a box containing high quality products. You also have the option of opting out if you're not interested in the box for that month or switch it for a different one. Their customer service is great and quick to respond to your inquiries. I have been very satisfied so far and recently received my Aged and Black box. Can't wait to put them to use!
