Birdhouse came cracked. They refuse to help, and Website says I would have to pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee... it came broke and I'm penalized??? Horrid practice. And it says I have to start return within 15 days of receipt but they wont get back to me! Will never buy from again

I purchased the Thermic Hot Drink Mugs and also the Thermic Travel Mug. LOVE THEM. I keep one mug on my desk for Coffee in the morning and the other at home. The Travel Mug is awesome when I am on the go. Shipping was fast and check out was easy. I am purchasing the Bath Sheets... can't wait to test them out! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend My Decor Center. In all of my years of retail work (over 10), as well as a shopper, I've never experienced better customer service then the service provided from My Decor Center. I purchased an extra large sofa (over 250 pounds, so LARGE), and it's acquisition and shipping has been managed first rate with great attention to detail. Other companies, would have charged me significantly more to ship, while My Decor Center researched and arranged shipping FREE! While I do not personally know anyone at this company, I feel like I've been taken of as if I'm family! I'm a customer for life!

Ordering was easy. Shipping was a little odd. Shipment was destined for NC. It went from TX to CA then to NC. However, it did arrive in a fairly reasonable amount of time. The package appeared a little beat up when it arrived on our porch. The contents were well packaged. Hopefully, the contents are no worse for the wear.

The flower market sign arrived in perfect condition, and it is beautiful! I looked for a long time to find just the right sign for my daughter-in-law's flower garden. I knew this was the one when I saw it. She's going to love it!

Finally got my 2 tiny lights months after they processed the payment. Beware - the product photos are miraculous and beautiful in comparison with the doll house toys they sell for fixtures. Scam Scam Scam - do not be fooled!

The worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered two sun loungers and paid $900. They delivered it few weeks later and some parts were missing. You can't contact them via phone and they give you BS excuse of WFH and not having access to the phone. We've gone to their store twice. The issue remains unresolved and no refund has been provided. I'm going to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Department. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend buying anything from them. They are unreliable and not trust worthy at all.

If it gave a negative 5 star review and some, this company would take the prize. Ordered 3 weeks ago, emailed multiple times with the same automated reply I now see as an answer to some reviews. Tracking number not logged with the freight company, appalling service. The fact they have no phone number is dodgy, the remote working excuse is 🤬, there is such thing as caller diversion, or answer phone so the company can return the call. I have no idea where the product I ordered is.I will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs
