Bad quality product. Ordered a table lamp in gold from Lime Lace which upon arrival was a different shade of gold. Looked like it was a cheap spray paint job. When discussed with their contact I asked if they would cover the cost for the return postage as the website image did not match and was advised that they would look at the lamp upon return. Despite the obvious difference in colour they refused to refund the postage costs of £20. Please do not buy from this company. Their attitude on a small lamp is ‘what do you expect - it’s only £65!!

I bought some wall paper from lime lace a couple of weeks ago. I found the wall paper being sold by their supplier for a cheaper price. I contacted lime lace and after they investigated they refunded me the difference - no quibbles or arguments I was impressed with their customer service and would buy from them again

I would never buy anything from this seller. I bought a induction hub from them. First of all it took 2 months to arrive to Norway. And it arrived with broken glass. Then back and forth for 2 almost months trying to get a refund. But they would not give me. Even managed to accuse me of breaking it myself, even I have a document from post office saying that it where broken during transport. So, stay away from this company. They are not trustworthy.

Never buy anything from here. Pay the extra few dollars for a better service. Their service is awful. No help no assisting just a converstation via email. There is no way to contact them via telephone which in this age every normal company has. Buying here is a risk I am not willing to take. Decide for yourself.

It took several months for my nightstands to be delivered, and when they came they were just parts in a box and not whole pieces of furniture. A lot of assembly, screwing and hammering required, and it took me several days and the help of a friend. That being said, now they are done and they look beautiful and feel very sturdy.

I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped here. From my experience and from reading the other terrible reviews, this is obviously not a reputable company and one that you should avoid. I ordered a product over two months ago, they took the money from my account but the product was never delivered. I have tried to email them but I have gotten no response at all. It is obviously some sort of scam so do not shop here.

I ordered Ombre (Blue) dinner set looking at the pictures on their website. When I received the product, I was disappointed to find that the look and finish of the product were not as shown in the pictures. Plus the plates are so heavy themselves and if you place a bowl in it, it is super difficult to hold it in your hands. They refused to return the product on multiple requests, even when I was not happy with the product received. With genuine reasons also they do not except returns which are first of all 'payable'. It was a very bad decision to order something from Nestasia. I have never had any such issue with any of the websites in market.

If anyone is tempted to order from them, DONT. We ordered back in May and they never delivered. We paid through PayPal $2k and only kept the other 1k because they wanted us to start paying through cash app or something. We continually asked for photos… “no we don’t send photos until the week before delivery.” July… hey we are two weeks behind bc of the rain… august… hey can we have photos.. yes tomorrow…. My sub has scoliosis and can’t deliver it. I’ll find a new sub… I found another sub. We’ll come Thursday… hey they’re sick. We can’t come…. August 17th… Do you have photos yet?… no John was going to storage today but our son got Covid… 3 weeks later.. son tested negative for Covid but he has a fever so we are being careful… over a month later.. he has Covid. September 19th… we’d like to proceed with a refund…. Ok we can send them two weeks at a time like you paid…. Refund is still pending in PayPal. I tell her this… call PayPal 🤷🏻♀️. Sooo…. It was built and ready to deliver the next day but then you can’t get photos of it and when I ask directly is our furniture done? No answer. Meanwhile they’re taking more orders. They also said they’re going to be starting with Wayfair as a partnership…. Their pictures are cute. They’re a scam. We ordered in May.. was supposed to be delivered in June… we pushed it back to beginning of july bc of money.. then they pushed it and pushed it… now It’s almost October.

We were so disappointed by our experience with Savvy Farmhouse. We had 4 nightstands arrive on time in December, but with our 3 dressers and a custom nightstand, we dealt with months of excuses, delays, and questions not being answered. One dresser and the custom nightstand finally arrived in April, and the quality of both was poor - drawers that did not open and close well, a poor paint job, boards not matched up well so they were straight, and neither piece was fully pine as requested. We had to put furniture pads on 2 or 3 items because the legs are not the same length. Now I am going to have to pay to have the dresser fixed. We are grateful the 2 other dressers were lost in shipping, and our credit card company refunded our money.

I have purchase 3 posters from Allosters. I have been satisfied with each purchase. They were beautifully framed, and arrived within a timely fashion. I had made a mistake with one of the purchases. I was given a full refund and was told to keep the purchase. I was then able to apply the refunded money to the poster that I had originally intended to purchase. The customer could not have been more accommodating. I have read some of the negative reviews, but it has not been my experience. If someone is looking to purchase very reasonably priced posters with very decent workmanship - I definitely recommend Allposter.

I ordered three posters from movies I loved. the posters that arrived were not movie posters but, very poor reproductions on matte paper from a third-party printer. this, I'm pretty sure, is illegal. AND, the reproductions, which they do not tell you are poor reproductions, are of such low quality that they look like they were printed on a desktop office printer. I'm not sure how they can get away with this.

Reading all the reviews on getting charged 14.95 for membership without asking for it. When I placed order in December the asked me if I was interested and explained what it was . I love it! You registered your claim number and send pictures of receipts of stores you shop at and get 5% back. Minimal I get back was $30 so take away the 1495 monthly membership fee I still make 15 bucks. I have gotten back as much as $100. Just going to Walmart, Aldi’s, Lowe’s, and bed bath and beyond. They have so many stores and grocery store. So worth the time to send .

I made an order for 2 red white and blue stars and 2 weeks goes by and it says it was delivered when i called they said it was returned back and they would send me a new ones out... so two weeks goes by and i never recieved them so i called again and now they are out of stock... i asked to talk to there boss because no one can call me never a phone call but they decide to just send me a partial refund so i have to call again to get my money... nothing but problems i wish i didnt waist my time

Ordered a bombers jacket on June 27, got confirmation that this jacket was completed and shipped on July 3rd. On July 29th, received another email stating that the order was completed and shipped again with a different tracking number. Tried tracking the product by hitting the "click here" area on the e-mails with no success as it doesn't not work. How can 1 product have been shipped and confirmed 2 times, and have 2 different tracking numbers? I still have not received my jacket either... Not happy with SenSia...

I ordered two frames from Send-a-Frame's website. One arrived in perfect condition and ready to hang, but the other arrived without a hanging kit. When they finally sent me a hanging kit and I removed the protective covering from the plexiglass in order to hang the second frame, I realized the plexiglass had been damaged in the process of packing or shipping it. However, since I did not notice the damage within the 14-day window for returns/exchanges/etc. because I was waiting for them to send me a hanging kit, they would not do anything to help me. I finally offered to pay for them to ship me a new piece of plexiglass, but I did not get a reply from the customer service department, which only works through e-mail and not by phone. I sent them several messages, including photos of the damaged item, waited several weeks for replies, and then ended up buying glass from a local framing shop. I will never order anything from Send-a-Frame again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I purchased a decorative model airplane made of solid metal on the Home Decorators Collection website to display in my home... Several days later I received the item, but it appeared to be very used and/or possibly a display model with many dings, dents, and scratches (and even some rust spots on it)... I called Home Decorators Collection and asked for a replacement, which I did receive a week later... However, the replacement was actually in worse condition than the one they had sent me previously! I called Home Decorators Collection again and asked for a refund this time... They said they would go ahead and mail me a pre-paid shipping label and claimed that I would get a refund when they they were in receipt of the returned item... So, I shipped the item back to them and confirmed that they had received it using the UPS tracking number, but a week later, I still hadn't received my refund... I called them AGAIN today and they said they would try to expedite my refund and that I should expect it within the next 5 days... At this point, I'm not holding my breath... I will never buy anything from Home Decorators Collection again.

Wife and I have bought several small and large items from C&B. Experience is mixed. Some bowls and coffee mugs started chipping within a year. Water glasses and plates have held together so far. A dining room table, night stands and a headboard were delivered without incident years ago. Recently, we were very disappointed when a media center was delivered. I was out of town when it arrived. According to my wife, the delivery guys kept asking Ok? Ok? Ok? trying to rush her through inspecting the piece. Then they kept groaning when she asked them to move it a couple of feet to just where she wanted it. To top it off they refused to put our large screen TV sitting on the floor in the middle on the room on the media center!

Fresh Finds is not interested in having one removed from a database for solication and will tell you that they are but read the facts that follow after my attempts: First of all, Fresh Finds catalogue is also the same company that puts out Lakeside Collection and Ltd. Fresh Finds was called on 09/19/19, spoke to Nita Moore at 4:15 PM to request removal from solicitation list and requested a confirmation # for the call and an employee I.D. but to no avail. Called on 10/15/19 and spoke to Shaleah in Aura, IL. and requested again to be removed from the mailing list and removed from the database but to no avail. Catalogues continued to be mailed. Called on 11/13/19 and spoke to Jalysha and Nadi in IL. at 6:53 PM and asked for removal from database but to no avail. Called on 12/08/19 and spoke to Alice in chicago at 2:29 PM and requested no solicitation and removal from mailing list but to no avail. Called on 01/14/2020 at 7:40 PM and asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Natalie in Bannockburn/Chicago; Called on 02/10/2020 at 6:50 PM and spoke to Chris (Employee I.D. # 36359) and supervisor Mike but to no avail. I am recommending to report complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and block your number when you call this company as I have been doing every time! I will continue to fight this until this is resolved.

Ordered two custom sized black satin frames through ArtToFrame.com PROS: (1) Both custom frames properly sized and mats cut to requested dimensions (2) Sturdy shipping box and frames safely secured inside PROBLEMS: (1) Plastic plexiglass scratched on one frame despite having peel off protection layer (2) Jagged and split edges indicate both plexiglass sheets were cut with improper saw blade (3) Cheap corrugated cardboard rear backing used on both frames (4) Tacky plastic veneer used on larger frame instead of satin black paint finish (5) Sawdust particles present inside frames clings to plexiglass surfaces (6) Flimsy metal bend tabs used to secure rear backing into frame ASSESSMENT: I attempted to mount artwork into the smaller frame, but patience was exceeded as problems compounded during setup. Scratching on the plexiglass was discovered after removing peel off protection, followed by sawdust particles clinging to the interior plexiglass surface. Both issues can only be the result of carelessness in the workshop. Some of these problems could have been easily prevented with a more careful assembly line process, but there's no way to compensate for cost cutting on materials. It's a total mystery why the larger frame has a cheap plastic veneer while the smaller frame has a nice painted black finish. This alone renders it unusable without some DIY modification. The high cost of returning a large box makes a refund prohibitive also. BOTTOM LINE: ArtToFrames delivers unreliable quality for custom frames. Find another source.

YLighting advertised a sale starting 29Feb with a mailer catalogue to me showing specific fixtures, lamps and discounts. I called and talked with Sales at YLighting a day before the sale about the Tolomeo Classic Lamp that they advertised. The agent checked the item and gave me the earliest time I could place my order for the sale discount. I was not told however until after I placed my order that it would take 4-5 weeks for YLighting to ship the item. At this point, I half expect YLighting to notify me in a few more weeks that the item is no longer available, and to then offer me a substitute fixture. If that is the case, then it is really not worth the effort and insignificant discount to even open YLighting's mail flyer.

I had a terrible experience with this company...while in the process of renovations I bought a very expensive doorbell for my electrician to install at a later date. Upon installation I noticed discoloration on the metal face plate of the doorbell. I brought it to the attention of the company once it was noticed and they used the excuse that I was a few weeks past the return date and they would not be replacing it. DWR is a company that finds it acceptable to sell their clients garbage and act as though they are exclusive. I've purchased several other items from them in the past and I now will no longer be a client. Please look elsewhere...somewhere that cares about the quality of their products and their reputation.

We’ve ordered 3x from DWR in the recent months and not a single purchase has been smooth. Our table was delivered broken and it took us months to finally receive a refund for it. Other things we’ve ordered (listed as being in stock) had their ship date consistently moved backwards and eventually never got shipped. Still working on those refunds. Their customer support is an absolute joke.

Three weeks before Christmas, I have spent over an hour and a half on the phone today trying to get information on my multiple packages. The employees do not speak or understand good enough English to understand my problem. When we finally communicate, they do not answer the question and take no responsibility which ultimately defeats the purpose of "customer service." While this store is not the least expensive, the time and money wasted makes it the most expensive...better to pay more up front and not waste time.

I wanted to update my experience below. The Customer Service team did reach out and made a very speedy refund and were very easy to deal with. However, that does not take away from the fact that the product was completely botched to begin with. It was a gift for my girlfriend that was already past when I hoped to give it to her.

It's a shame 1 star is the lowest I can rate poster lounge. I am still waiting for my poster. I emailed them multiple times and got a bot reply. Tried calling their office but didn't get an answer. Honestly stay away from poster lounge. At least if you burnt your money you would get heat from it. Don't waste it here.

Their pre-stretched canvases are the worst. Their stretcher bars and support braces are "dove-tailed" making them easy to come apart/snap. The bars and or braces had come apart on 5 out of 10 canvases. Three of the replacements they sent arrived with the same problem. They blamed it on my UPS guy and said "he must not like you, because no one else has complained". I wasn't expecting the canvas to be perfect, and I can see 1 maybe 2 bad canvases, but half? If I wanted to stretch my own, I would. BE WARNED!

otally dis-satisfied with the service, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I have not even received a reply (3 emails directly to the company about shipping status). It appears they sell out of stock items and do not reply to emails. Very poor customer service and inventory status, it is the first and last time I am purchasing from the business. I kindly requested them to inform me of the out of stock items and forward my shipment as is and refund me the rest of the purchase.

I wish I had read these reviews when I ordered my products from this company. I would not recommend their garden lights - they do not last and the quality is VERY poor. I also ordered a mirrored stand from them and it has been over 6 weeks since i placed my order and paid for my product but have heard nothing. There is no number to contact them on. Everytime you email them, all you get is an unhelpful automated response. I have only ever got two responses to my emails and neither of the respnses addressed any of my questions. Please save yourself the hassle and frustration - while their products look good, their customer service is woefuly inadequate and this is not the way customers deserve to be treated.

I ordered "Poet's Walk" from this store. It arrived in a timely manner. We just finished remodeling our home and save a special place for this mural. We mixed the pasted and applied it according to their instructions. When we picked up the panel to apply it to the wall it completely disendergrated into pieces. I have been an Interior Designer for 35 years. I have never seen a this happen. I have registered a complaint with the company. I will post their reply and their actions when I hear from them. Until then...BUYER BEWARE....very poor product.

I only gave them one star as it would not let me give them none. Ordered a Framed Print of my recently deceased Dog to remember him by - Easy Frame charge me almost £20 to supply this. On delivery I was extremely upset and disappointed to see they had sent a low grade rolled up "photo copy" quality image on low grade shiny paper without a frame - I called to address this problem and the sales man on the phone said I would have to pay a further £22 + Vat + £5 delivery (totalling almost £50 inc the rubbish photo) for their cheapest frame to then have to fit it myself. I declined the offer of being ripped off once again and found a company that supplied a lovey high quality image at less then the price Easyframe wanted for just their cheepest frame. Easyframe?? Easymoney more like - I would not recommend ever using this company - poor quality, misleading communication, terrible customer service. only gave one star as it would not - to be clear, you were the most rude customer service person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - Like the many other negative reviews (scroll down and read them) suggest your people skills are appalling and from your reply today future potential customers can see you are very aggressive. Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Ordered two posters (not framed) on the 26th. This outfit claims next day shipping for "in stock" posters without framing. Well, no response - just a generic "order is processing response". How long does it take to roll up a couple posters into a tube and mail it? Left e-mails, no answer. Wanted these particular posters by labor day. If I had known this merchant was this inefficient shipping very simple orders, I wouldn't have used them at all. Should have been on this site earlier and read some of the recent bad reviews about horrible customer service. Never again, less than 1 star. A big thumbs down to PosterRevolution. *Edit* - Also, tried calling customer service. Never was able to talk to a human. Was told, all service representatives are busy - leave a message at the beep or try again later. Sounds like the Peggy/insurance commercials on tv. *Edit again*...These people still have my money, have not received a response from them. No signs of life from this company at all. All I can assume is - they are thieves. Terrible.

Great news to report!!! We ordered our artwork on May 31, it was shipped around June 10. The tracking info said Kiev until August 11, when it updated to NY! Since then we've gotten an update every couple of days from USPS, and today, 8/17, it arrived!!! The artwork is gorgeous, high quality and was immaculately packed. Of course we were nervous, given we'd paid over $450 and all the bad reviews, but Lana answered our emails immediately and calmed our nerves along the way. I don't hold Zellart responsible for the slow shipping. Under the circumstances, how can they know how long it will take? They did a great job, and it was worth the wait!!!

I ordered these beautiful ready to hang artworks without realizing they were coming from out of the country. When delivery was in limbo, I started to get nervous and reached out. The customer representative responded quickly and assured me that eventually I will receive my order and provided me with tracking info I could access. She also explained why I was having trouble. She was professional and caring in all of our communications. I finally got my art and the packaging was impressive, but the art was even more so. I’m so glad I could be patient because for the price and quality, it was worth the wait. I read many reviews that said there was no customer service to help you with delayed delivery issues and that is just NOT true. This was worth the wait and I’m love my art.

I ordered a combination of wallpaper paste and wallpaper. When I was ready to start decorating 2.5 weeks after ordering. On opening the paste I was unhappy to see the bucket bust open and the contents leaked all over the box! On contacting the company they said they were not prepared to help as it was past their ‘3 day’ damages report period! A pathetic excuse when the damages were caused due to poorly packaged products. The company were provided with photographic evidence but still questioned the validity of my claim. Basically calling me a liar STAY AWAY AND USE ANOTHER SUPPLIER

I purchased one of their office chairs from Amazon, which turned out not to be suitable for my large size. I did not complain as this was the risk I took, I simply posted feedback on Amazon stating the chair was not suitable for LARGER customers. They contacted me and gave me a full refund, I said I no longer had the box to return the chair, so they let me keep the chair too. Good customer service seems to be so rare these days, and I have not had cause to write a positive review for a while, so this has really made my day.
