The showroom is one of a kind, the displays are part of fully built houses so you really get a sense of how your kitchen would look and feel. The design team are also really helpful and full of knowledge, we felt at ease throughout the whole process. We'd especially like to thank Geena for her amazing design work, she really helped us make our dream kitchen come to life! We honestly couldn't be happier with our Kitchen or the service we received!

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone. Or cut you off when they do answer (9 times for me!!!!!) They make repeated promises about delivery dates which they don’t honour and they don’t tell you in advance so you book a day off work, stay in for 12 hours, and they don’t turn up!!!(twice!!!). Avoid this company like the plague.

I would not recommend buying from here! It is just not worth it. Bought a rug, which is not satisfactory, sheds and doesn't look like online image. In fact looks cheap in person. Could have bought from Ikea and would not see quality difference although this is 3x the price. Customer service has said collection of rug is £50! Note to other customers you're better off buying from other companies with better customer/ after sales service. Do not buy rugs from here! it's not worth the risk. Check their terms and conditions.. rugs cost £50 to return!!

DO NOT order from this company. I gave them thousands of pounds for furniture to complete my new home. NEVER GOT A SINGLE ITEM. I chased and chased, they stated some items they were unable to get hold off and they said I was due a refund . It never came. Then, after chasing and chasing for goods and /or refund they went into administration. This will not have happened overnight but they still took peoples cash with never any intention of supplying !! Save your well earned money and go somewhere elce as this company have no morals AT ALL . They have taken all the money and still have the same customer database as they have the cheek to keep sending emails newsletters. Houseology, you are a disgrace .

Designers Guild has NOT made me happy. Since July I have been trying to get a refund of £80-00 after I returned an item that differed from its description on their website. I have rung Kings Road shop numerous times & am constantly told someone ‘will deal with if’ but the next time I ring no one has any record of my earlier calls. I tried customer service two days ago & was directed back to Kings Rd as customer service deals only with items bought online! Please can anyone help? For a company with the purported standing of DG, this is really dreadful treatment of a customer.

Purchased product never arrived, eventually cancelled the order for £155 worth of paint, went to B&Q and got the same paint mixed within10 mins and at half the price! No wonder this country is going down the pan, we are unbelievably bad at customer service.,

I bought a bed set here and I have to say the quality was really good and outstanding design quality on the bed set. Aty sells some pretty cool designs though the delivery time was quiet a bit longer then I was told but because it came in perfect condition I'll most definently buy something here another time.

I order the " The Moment you left me" canvas for my wife when our 17 year old Dachshund Daisy passed away. I just got it 3 days ago and when my wife saw it she cried so much and said it was so beautiful. The product was more than I expected. Wonderfully put together and the picture is so real of our Daisy. We both love it and have it hanging so we can see it all the time. Keep up the great work on all your products. Very poor customer service . Dispatched my order after their couriers picked up told me it was coming next day stayed in all day to find out I wouldn’t be getting it until 4 days later . Rang up there customer service spoke to two people one who claimed to be a manager very rude and dismissive . Their customer service team needs a course in phone etiquette learn how to listen and not just argue with the customer.

Brilliant quality of rattan furniture it was out of stock but delivered on time when they had it in. Cheapest price around aswell paid 400.elsewhere same. Product 450 475. Really comfy and soft looks the part aswell. Communication with team very prompt. The only reason for the 3 star is i ordered a black/ dark grey set. The seats and sofa are black the cushions also black nothing like the colour in the advert lol i emailed the team. And they tell me the cushions are a very dark grey. The cushions in the pic are alot nicer than the ones i recieved but there you go.

Have placed several orders - each with 10 or more candles in them. They have been shipped quickly and packaged well. If you catch them during one opf the frequent sales, the prices are better than anyplace else online and the shipping is free. I especailly love the Manly Indulgence and the Oak Room collections, but have tried and enjoyed many others. This is my go to place for candles. Give them a try.

Have been ordering from Glam Wax throughout all of lockdown, so have tried all of their different seasonal scents and have never been disappointed. Great service and lovely scents! Some of the negative feedback on here is laughable - do not be put off - I would rate them over some of the bigger brands like Yankee!

After almost two months with no update, I finally found out that the post office had broken my package and returned it to Goose Creek, which isn't the company's fault, but they never even reached out to me to let me know that they had received my returned package. Customer support offered me a gift card for the balance or a refund.

I recently purchased 4 x reed diffusers for Mother's Day. When delivered there was only 3 in the box. I messaged them straight away on Wednesday at lunch time and they said they would send a new one out and then I asked when it would be delivered as it was a Mother's Day present. My question was then ignored and they didn't respond until Friday. It didn't arrive until the next week which is fine I just went out and brought another gift. I feel if it was my own company, I would have offered free express post or for me to collect from the warehouse if I needed it prior to the weekend. It was no biggie to me as I ended up with a diffuser :). I love your products and hope this review improves your service for when something goes wrong :)

I ordered three packages of invitations from them about a month ago. instead of invitations ($50) i got three empty tiki sterno can tourches worth about $5. I called they said no problem they would get back to me. They did not. Called back they said I had to send an e-mail to the customer support and they would get back to me. After 5 or 6 e-mails so far. They did not. Talked to a rep two days ago said they had to get the wrong product back first and they would send me a return label within 48 hours. They did not. Called today after 48 hours they said I would have the label by the end of the day. They never sent it. they also gave zero information on the invitations. This company is bad will never order again. Trying again to morrow then going to try to get my money back. BAD BAD BAD

Ordered an $800 shed and never received it. I was told it would arrive two weeks ago and still getting no response from email or phone as to why it is not here or on my refund. I just keep getting told to wait 24-48 hours. I have to reschedule everything I am working on now since this messes up my entire timeline. Very disappointed and still out $800 with no item.

I had an enquiry for Hype Design London and they responded to me almost immediately, even though it wasn't a working day. They were really helpful and I would recommend their customer service as above and beyond. I ordered 2 cushion covers from Indimode on 17/08/21, after 2 days the bank told me that my payment had gone out but i hadn't received a 'Your item has been dispatched' email, so i decided to email Indimode, my email bounced right back, so i called the freephone number on the website....the line was dead. I found a different email address on their returns page and even though the email didn't bounce back, i have had no reply from them, i have tried to contact them on Instagram, no reply. No stars would be the right amount for a company that is taking money from customers and not sending out goods. Disgraceful, please be aware. They even sent me a Newsletter last week with sale updates!!!!

I discovered Interior Icons on a search looking to find companies that did excellent versions of classic furniture. I had seen cheap knock offs but wanted something better. We found the coffee table we loved at a price that we feel was a bargain at $499 which compared to the Knoll version at $1900. It was easy to order, the follow up communication was great, and the table with glass top was sent to us in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and will purchase with them again. This kind of service is a lost art.

A scam. I haven't received my order in over ten months. That is not the timeline I agreed to when I checked out. They will not give a refund on my $632.70 order. The fake tracking numbers given show there's no package in the system. They have no proof they went to a post office. They claim to be from Africa, but the PayPal recipient name has Asian characters on the account name 秋山智. I asked them to recap what I ordered. They forgot to mention items: their cover-up was to claim that two of the woven hampers out of the five that I ordered haven’t been taken to the post office yet; their explication was that the last two items would be shipped separately after the first package arrives in the US - but again it has been over ten months and there’s no reason why both packages could not be shipped at the same time if they did ship. They would not show any photos of the baskets they made for my order, even though they should still have two of the items in possession if their story were true. This has been a headache and a lot of wasted life, time, and money. The scammers go by the following names: ModeCorArts, Coumba, 秋山智, Moet Mombay, and possibly Mo Eto’o Mbaye

Its a scam. Do not buy from this company. 33 weeks since placing my order and still no basket. Everytime i email.--- I get its coming. Its stuck at the post office. It must be on its way. I have asked for a refund since inhave not recieved what i ordered. The answer No. Modecorats is a scam. Do not waste your time or money doing business with them. I regret it. I trusted they would honor the agreement. I was wrong.

I recently bought an Arco style floor lamp from Manhattan Home Design. It is a decent replica, except I received a lampshade that had 8 noticeable imperfections on it and the arc was twisted and crooked. After much effort/correspondences, they did do the right thing and replaced the arc and lamp shade at their expense. There were no additional costs to me for shipping, restocking fees, &/or replacement costs.

Due to the fact that I was obliged to purchase one roll because they don’t send any samples to test colors/ quality, only THEN did I discover you get 10% discount for a second purchase...so with a policy like this, it pays to initial buy one roll, even if you’re not fussed about any color testing- because the second purchase (90% of your order )would THEN be cheaper. Just make sure the 2nd order batch Nos. are the same as the initial (test) order. Delivery prompt with Inc/confirmation & delv follow through very good... on balance overall > good service,& therefore “acceptable”.

Our very expensive neon sign arrived broken. We contacted them; they requested picture and video proof, which we immediately provided. Canvas Freaks then stopped responding to emails. Several days later, I started leaving comments on their Facebook page about our experience, and suddenly they are able to send emails again. They promised a return label within 24 hours. I asked for a replacement sign, and they again stopped replying to emails. The return label never arrived. At that point, my husband who is handy performed repairs on the sign (soldering, etc) to get it functioning again since it became apparent this company was not going to do any descent approximation of even the worst customer service. The sign looks okay after repairs; for the price we paid, it should be immaculate. This company also says everywhere they can that they are a US company based out of Florida. This sign shipped from Mumbai. It *might* have arrived without being broken if it wasn't traveling all over Southeast Asia and Europe in the vacation of my dreams before ever hitting the continent this company brags about being based out of.

Ordered bedroom furniture, delivered last Saturday 22nd February, 2020 2 men, carried my 2 bedside tables and Chester drawers upstairs. Unpacked all furniture for me to check. out of the 3 items 2 of them were damaged. I had ordered crushed mirrored furniture. 1 of the drawers on the bedside table had split on the inside, then at the bottom of the chester drawers there was a chip. One of the men made a phone call to the office, I was offered discount, but as I explained I didn't want second hand furniture. So they told me they would take the furniture back and get me new. The 2 men decided to take the furniture down the stairs and pack, rather than in the bedroom. As they got to the bottom step, they let go of the drawers and the mirror smashed, they then dragged it down my hallway, causing more damage to the furniture. ( I have tiled floor in my hallway.) 1 of them walked back in to the hallway, picked the glass up and walked back into my garden and through the glass onto my grass. I walked back up my stairs to check my bedroom, to discover that whilst they were bringing the furniture down the stairs they had taken a chip out of my hallway wall and obviously slid down my stairs with it as had scratches all down my wall down my stairs. I called them in and showed them what they had done, took photos and so did he. My husband called the office straight away to notify them. We was told someone will be in touch. No one has. We have called, left messages, sent emails, message through Instagram. To be completely ignored. These people are a disgrace. Let this be a warning to anyone. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bed is beautiful but poor rating is for delivery, as given a slot of 3pm to 7pm, wasn’t until I personally phoned at 8pm to find out what was going on that the delivery wouldn’t be arriving that day and would be arriving the next day.. wasn’t given a reason and after taking the old bed out was left with a dilemma.. wouldn’t have been so bad if I had had a phone call earlier without having to phone myself to ask what was going on.. bed easy to put together but concerned as middle beam doesn’t fit slot entirely so will see how well it holds up..

I highly not recommend it, it was such a terrible shopping experience. I bought 3 toilets from Venano because each item was $30 less expensive than Home depot. I'm super regretful to save this small amount of money but waste a lot of time with them! and it ruined my whole vacation! In short, super rude, unprofessional delivery with inconsistent delivery policy. Unhelpful, disappearing, unable to do anything customer service. 1. The delivery guy didn't give any update when they came. I was on my vacation and my remodeling contractors were not at my home when they delivered. I asked them to use my smart locker code to drop them in my home, or ask my neighbor to help sign, or wait for my contractors, or just not require signatures, but they insisted that I should sign it. I was in my vacation. how can I get back to sign? And they went back. 2. Then I waited for a week for they re-deliver the toilets. Nothing happened. I called the company, first a lady impatiently rerouted me to the delivery man's number. I told him my contractors will be home in the next two days, would you please delivery the toilets. He just said ok and dropped the line. Contractors waited the whole day, no one came, no update from them. I called them again, and this time they didn't even finish listening to me, and dropped the call. 3. I emailed Venano customer service on 9/23 that I don't need this order anymore. The customer service confirmed with saying “an email regarding the completed refund within the next 24-48 hours.” You also need pay attention if you directly reply to this email your email will go to nowhere. 4. I wanted to have toilets for my new home when I vacation ended, so I bought toilets from home depot, because I’m sure Venano canceled my order. Now funny thing happened, on 9/29, one week after Venano canceled my order, I received an email telling me the toilets were delivered on my drive way. What the heck????? Execuse me??? I have already cancelled my order!!! Why the delivery man this time didn’t get any signitures and just dropped them on my drive way? Are you kidding me? Is this how you do the business? Now I ended up with toilets from Venano and home depot!! 5. on 10/1 I replied to [email protected] saying please pick them up I don’t need them. I never get response from this guy in two weeks, even if I asked for updates in email. Are you trying to wait me to give up? My remodeling schedules are completely messed up. My contractors called my frequently which toilets should we install, from home depot or Venano? Finally I decided to return home depot order, and home depot just picked up in time professionally. 6. What a joke, after two week, on 10/13, this guy sent me an email to schedule return. I thank you, with two weeks unresponding, you win, Venano. This shopping experience totally ruined my vacation, communicating with these people back and forth, and took actions on those toilets, and changing my remodeling plans with my contractors back and forth. Most importantly, the terrible experience made me mad when I should relax myself in my vacation! Stay away from them as you can!!
