Within a weeks time, we had issues with 2 of our headsets from them. Identical units. Each time we called or emailed, they called us right back and tried to trouble shoot. Sent a new battery for one, at no charge, they even paid the shipping, and the second one, NOT under warranty, they sent a brand new replacement for because they could hear that it was not good sound quality over the phone. I will never purchase anywhere else for our company headsets! These guys rock!

I would never order from this company.Took 2 weeks to receive product and when it did not work I needed to explain everything I did with it to explain to them why it did not work.They finally gave me a return # and sent item back item.When I did not receive a credit after 3 weeks I needed to give them the shipping # from post office which I did not have.They said it will take next billing cycle to get the money back if in fact it was returned to them since I could not prove I sent actually sent it back.WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a Samsung filter for my fridge. Received a TV bulb when called to ask about this They wanted me to place the order again and mail the bulb back AT my expense. After much auguring on the phone I asked for a refund and told them to send label if they wanted it back. Awful service will never order again from them. Stay clear .

I bought some Gorilla lugs and a 13/16 socket from Brandsport. Prior to placing my order I was very skeptical of the company because I could find no customer reviews online. I had emailed Brandsport to see if the items I wanted were in stock and promptly received an email response. I then called up and their customer support was great. I placed the order over the phone and it arrived on the very day they said it would. The product was well packed and in great shape. Best of all their prices beat the competition by at least half! I will definitely be doing business with them again

The battery in my Canon G2 aged to the point where it barely held a charge anymore, but when I looked up the official replacement battery I was amazed at the price --- a rip-off any way you look at it. Why would I spend $50-$70 on a replacement battery when I can buy a brand-new Canon camera with better specs than mine and a new OEM battery for $220? So I looked around for generic batteries and checked the merchants here on resellerratings. Some of them seem to be rip-off houses for sure, but 1800emart looked to be good for batteries (if not for toner cartridges), so I pulled the trigger on a $15 battery. It arrived in 2 days, fits my camera perfectly, charged up normally, and works perfectly well. Will it last as long? No way to tell, but given that I can buy three generics for the price of one official battery, I'm very confident that this is a bargain. When I buy a camcorder soon, I'll be looking at this store for a battery with higher mAH.

I had a very pleasant experience buying a Sony NP-QM71 equivalent battery from them. I knew from the outset that this was not a sony brand but a compatible one and hence was priced way below the brand name product. The first battery I received turned out almost DOA but the folks at 1800emart were quick to replace it for me. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely do business with them again.

I ordered two in stock mirrors for my bathroom. The date to be shipped was 5/22/09. When they still had not shipped them on the date stated I emailed them-twice. The second time I received an email saying they are on back order and not due until June. They had to know this when I ordered. Bad business!!!! A quick email would have helped back on the 5th.

I first ordered from OfficeWorld because they had by far the best deal on the printer I was shopping for. It was after the tsunami, and there was some correspondence back and forth about availability: real people, with real names, writing real correspondence, regarding me as a partner in the transaction. I looked them up, and lo and behold, they are in Eugene, Oregon, just down the freeway from my home in Portland. Free shipping, personal, flawless service, and a local company employing people in my economic watershed: one very loyal customer.

THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER I WROTE TO BOTH THE INTERNET CRIME AGENCY IC3 AND THE HEAD OFFICE OF XTRALIGHTS..... On june 11, 2015 i purchased a set of aftermarket headlights order number 124759 for a 2012 hyundai sonata. after waiting about 2 weeks for delivery i called the online number to inquire about my lights. i was told then that the lights were not in stock and should be in in about 3 weeks. i was asked then if i wanted to wait the 3 weeks or if i wanted a refund, at that time i elected to wait for the headlights as i had gotten them on sale for about half price and didnt want to lose out on such a deal. i then waited 3 more weeks and called the online number again. on or around the week of july 13 when i called i asked the sales person if the lights had came in yet and he told me no. i then told the sales person that i would like to cancel my order and get a full refund. he said no problem. the payment was made via paypal and only takes a few days at best to refund my money. so after waiting a week i called the online number again where i was told if i wanted customer service i would have to hang up and call another number the number was 250-984-8055. now i dont know what kind of shady operation this is but there is virtually no one there to answer the phone monday thru friday between 10am and 5pm pst. i have called a hundred times only to get the same automated message. which tells me that due to high call value its best to go online in file a help ticket and someone would get back to me in a timely manner. well i sent my first help ticket TWJ-877-41382 in on or around july 15 and have yet to have anyone get back to me. after calling litterly over 100 times i got someone twice to answer and after asking them why it is taking so long for them to process my refund for an order that they didnt have and neglected to notify me that they didnt have, i had to call wondering where it was, the customer service person put me on hold and never came back to the phone and the call eventually disconnected. that was done twice. now these people have my name address, and phone number but never bothered to call me back after i was disconnected. so in the meantime i have been on the website which offers a free chat service. i did a few chats asking about my refund, two of which i have transcripts of. the first one i didnt keep because didnt know i would need it. in one of the chats the person tells me to hold on while she gets the needed info and never returns to chat. its ridiculous. if you call the online number all you get is sales people who say they dont know anything and cant do anything about refunds its a accounting thing which is part of customer service which is the 250-984-8055 which no one will ever answer no matter how much you call or what time of day you call. the last time i spoke to a sales they told me the company is station in canada. i then looked up the 250 area code and found out its in british columbia canada and i immediately think OMG!!!! if im being charged any international fees from att for calling that number i will owe a fortune. i dont know as of yet its the weekend and havent been able to speak with att. can you please light a fire under these people to refund me my money. its been almost 2 weeks since i cancelled my order and requested my money back. i even just got back from a vacation that i had to go on almost broke because i was expecting to have the money they owed in plenty of time to take with me. It doest take 3 weeks to refund any money to anyone. at one time when i was actually able to get through to a person at customer service, i was told that they had the cancellation and refund request and it should have been refunded to me by july 13, well its july 31 and still no money. Needless to say I am very upset and frustrated with this whole ordeal. I have bills and responsibilities and need my money. After sending email after email, live chat after live chat, writing help ticket after help ticket, speaking to sales person after sales person and making endless calls unknowingly to an international number at a cost of $40 to me and still no refund I felt no other recourse than to think that this was a shady operation and I was a victim of a scam. And therefore have made a report to an internet company complaint agency which I will include a copy of the agency info, along with copies of emails, and chat transcripts showing how I tried to resolve this with getting attorneys and federal agencies involved, but no one in this company took my pleas seriously. This was not rocket science, I ordered something from your company, you didn’t have it , I waited weeks for it, nobody called me to tell me you didn’t have it, I was told it would be in in 3 weeks, I waited 3 weeks it didn’t come, I called back was told still wasn’t it, I decided to cancel order, and have waited over 3 weeks to be refunded via paypal which takes all of 5 mins to do. I was directly lied to by their VERY RUDE "manager" multiple times. They blocked my phone number after I sent the product back to them and never responded to phone messages, e-mails or letters. I am including my correspondence letter below so that you know what you are dealing with if you use this company. I had to contact my bank and have the charges reversed. This only worked temporarily because they claimed to my bank that I had already received a refund. My bank reversed the reversal and I was out the money and the product once again. When I showed up at my bank in person and explained the whole situation with receipts and return documentation they re-reversed my monies back into my account permanently. This process took 3 months. This company are EXPERIENCED RIP-OFF ARTISTS: BEWARE Dear Xrtralights.com, I am returning the headlamp set I ordered on December 18, 2016, for the reasons below: • These headlamps do not fit my 2000 Jeep Cherokee as they were advertised on your website. • The front to back dimensions on the lamps are 3/4" to 1" too long, which I discovered when I attempted to fit the front left headlamp. • I determined that I would have to cut out a 3" diameter hole in the body behind each headlamp in order to make them fit. • No instructions were sent with the order and are not even available, per Customer Service. Here is what your website states under product "Details" and "Additional Info." I have copied the text verbatim and highlighted the portions of the text that indicate that these headlamps are easy and simple to install and require no modification: Details Custom upgrade for that unmistakable popular style that looks and performs like upscaled projector headlights on luxurious vehicles! They asked me to send an e-mail with photos of my problem. I sent an e-mail with photos on December 26th, 2016 and again on December 29th complete with measurements. I received no response either time. (Copy attached). Today, December 30th, 2016 I called Customer Service again (third time) to discuss my email with pictures. I was told by Joanne, Customer Service Manager, that I would indeed have to modify my Jeep's body by cutting a 3" hole behind each headlamp to accommodate the headlamp's extra length. Again I asked if there was an instruction sheet or video to go with my specific purchase. She told me there is not an instruction sheet available for this product. When I asked how is someone supposed to install these without knowing that they are not "bolt on" as advertised, she said "they are an aftermarket product and [I] should have expected to have to make modifications." She also told me that "we don't make them, we just sell them." I reminded her that the website said they are "bolt on" and "plug and play." She responded saying that "only the wiring is plug and play," which is not true either since there is additional non-stock wires to deal with on these headlamp units. Joanne also informed me that I will be charged a restocking fee if I return them. (Listed as 20-30%) This is unacceptable!!!!!!! As I stated above, I am returning this product as it is not as advertised on your web site and does not fit my vehicle without significant modification. Had I known I would have to modify the body of my Jeep, I never would have bought these headlamps. Please take this opportunity to do the right thing and issue me a full refund without restocking fees in the amount of $239.95. Please notify me by email as soon as you have received the return and again when you have processed my full refund. I had to take legal action thru my bank to wrest my money back from these professional thieves.

Ordered A 2 flashlights, 2 pen/flashlight/laser combos and rechargable batteries. Turned out that 1 flashlight was defective, the other 3 led flashlight stopped working after a day and one of the pens didn't work as well. Sounds horrible, and I felt horrible since my previous experiences with oversea companies were pretty terrible. So I sent an e-mail explaining the situation and to my surprise, I was credited back the full purchase amount! Simply amazed. I will try ordering from them again and see if my order was just a fluke. I believe good customer service should be rewarded. *Edit As promised, I did order from them again. This time, I ordered a 3 watt flashlight, a multi-card reader and a bluetooth adapter. Glad to say that I haven't had problems with any of them. My only complaint is that shipping takes a little longer than a week since the company is based in Asia, but then again... being free more than makes it up for me.

I've placed two orders with ASIHome now and have had an overall positive experience. Their prices are great, service good, and they are even active in online z-wave community forums that help DIYers like me. My first experience was disappointing due to the length of shipping (my order took over 3 weeks to get to me), but since then I've noticed they have started clearly stating shipping times for each product on the site, so this shouldn't be an issue, or at least a surprise anymore. For my second order with them I purchased a handful of items which were all listed as in-stock. These all shipped within 24 hours of my order. All things considered, I definitely recommend them with the only caveat being to double check the stock level and shipping status of each item if you need it in a timely manner.

I saw other reviews about this company that were negative and I can't speak for their experiences, but I can say that I placed a large order for multiple items right before Christmas and already received the order. So they delivered on there promise to send me what I ordered in a timely manner. But I did notice a negative and that was that they don't provide you with tracking automatically and don't want you to contact them until 10 business days after order if you had problems. They really need to work on their customer service if they want more business, but they had great prices on what I needed.

Ordered item on Monday July 15th and told it was in stock and would be shipped and I would have it by the weekend. When Friday rolled around and no tracking number had been received I called as directed and message says you cant call you have to email... Emailed and return message said item was on backorder and "should be shipped" by the 31st. Contacted Salesman (Scott) on Monday the 22nd who checked and said something had happened but he would order one from another source and I should have it by the weekend (sound familiar?)... Now it is Tuesday the 30th and after two calls yesterday with no return and being told today they didn't even know if the item was in stock, and how could they know if it would ship by the 31st as tomorrow is the 31st??? I have lost hope and demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and you guessed it, got a voicemail and left a message which I don't expect to get a return call from. DON'T CHANCE buying from these people, if they had just told me they didn't have it in stock or even waited to bill till the item shipped perhaps I may see this in a different light.I am willing to bet that if I get my money back it will take longer than they have had it to see it back but they got it IMMEDIATELY when the order was placed.

The website seems very professional, but it's really a foreign scam company.They took my money and guaranteed me a completion date. Then, 2 days after the deadline passed, they finally responded and told me they didn't have anyone with the statistics knowledge to complete the assignment. I am still fighting to get them to process a refund for what I paid, but now they stopped answering emails. STAY AWAY

Another art supply online retailer with some of the lowest prices I've seen. One of the items in my order was out of stock with 7/6 listed as the date of receiving new stock. An email was sent informing me of this and gave me the option to cancel the order for that item or the whole order. There was also a shipping choice to ship all items when available or ship separately depending on availability (more expensive). Eventually the whole order was shipped around mid-July, so there was some delay but it arrived in fine packaging with nothing damaged.

HORRIBLE!!!... Signed up for membership. Ordered some goods. Half were not in stock, so my order amounted to a few paintbrushes. Tallied my order... Shipping to Hawaii? Only through UPS or FedEx online they said after signing on. Shipping cost? $100 shipping charge for $100 order. Backed out and called them.. Sorry, we only use UPS and FedEx when ordering online. Decided that day to ancel my membership. Have they returned my emails, phone calls, responded??? No. Worst customer service I've come across in years!!

Excellent product but poor service. Company doesn't even have the stock on hand to sell. On Ebay it stated that it would be delivered within a week. I ordered and paid then got in touch with them to ensure my item was going to be delivered as they had not sent it and that was a day before it should have been delivered. They told me to wait 10 more days as they are waiting for item to come to them. Well nearly 3months later I got it. If you need something in a hurry don't use them but products are good .

I've placed a total of three orders (significant quantities of fixtures, various brands) beginning May 6. Prices have been good (better the larger the order), and service excellent. In-stock items have been shipped quickly, and company sends updates on the progress of items whose shipment is delayed due to special order. Freight delivery instructions are very specific, and when I needed to return an item when color or size didn't work as expected, they sent the necessary information for return exactly as stated on the website. This excellent experience helped reverse the negative opinion I'd developed from a recent experience with another online retailer. I'm continuing to buy from this company and other vendors in their network because of these consistent positive experiences. Highly recommend.

I have been buying car parts for going on 10 years and I have delat with a lot of companys that sell online. I am also located overseas which can make things difficult if you get the wrong item. I have to say pelica Parts is right at the top of my last for parts suppliers who reallyb go the extra mile. One example is a recent shipment sent to my US reshipper where I got the address wrong and the items got shipped. Fortunetaly Fedex could not deliver them as there was no such address. Pelican handl;ed my mistakle almost as if it was their own they promptly responded to my emails and when they got the items bag organised for them to be sent to the correct address by Fedex with no cost to me. I have lots of other situation where Pelican parts have gone over and beyond the typical ideals of service we get from most online stores. I have NO hesitation of giving Pelican parts and the team including Jacarri and in particular Stacey who is an absolutley standout customer service rep a ringing 5 STAR endorsement.

Did not fit, too small I just order this fan and it said that it fits BMW 540i 2000. I need to return. Part was $36.00 with a tax. Shipping is $13.25. I did some return with other company, all I have to do, print the Fedex label, put it on the box, be sure that it is done properly and fedex will come to pick it up. As with Pelican Part, I have to pay for the return shipping. I already paid $13.25 and I have to pay for the return another $9.25 total of $22.50. If you cannot guarantee that your part will fit, you shouldn't be in this type of business. I lost $22.50 for something that I cannot do anything. And when I research by the part number, it seems to be fitting Porsche. You send me the wrong part and you went back to mention that now this part might not fit our vehicle. Highly not recommended this company.

Ordered shelves in June, finally came six weeks later missing vertical posts and 2 damaged shelve boards. Contacted the company who take days at a time to respond and they said parts were back ordered and they would be another 6 weeks to replace. Replacement parts finally came and they sent the wrong pieces. This happened another 2 times! It’s now Dec, 6 months after paying for these shelves and I just got another delivery of the wrong pieces. I’m giving up at this point....

The only issue I had was damage to the 5 drawer cabinet. It was damaged on the corner from being dropped. The customer service department took immediate care of the issue and a new drawer was sent out. I am very satisfied with the cabinet set I ordered. After looking at other lines I am happy I selected the 18 gauge NewAge cabinets.

About 2 years ago I purchased an item and was very pleased with the transaction. Now, I ended up purchasing another wine fridge, but upon opening up, there is a little difference in the item.....there is no Celsius / farenheit switch as pictured on the item on the Winecoolerdirect.com website. I called, and has been the case with them for some delivery issues, after long holds I get disconnected. I called the sales line instead but had the displeasure of getting James (like several others who posted here). He could not care less about the problem and said "why are you calling me, you should call the manufacturer, they can fix over the phone". Really? Long, rubber arms to stretch across the continent and install a missing button? He then said, "what's the problem, you can't figure out Celsius?". I told him I didn't want to. Finally, because his attitude and tone of voice were so ridiculous, I called him on it and said that I found his apathy to be alarming and he said "well, I don't see what the problem is, so yeah". NICE. What an arse.

A combination washer dryer was delivered on May 5, 2015 as part of an ongoing renovation project. There was no physical damaged seen upon inspection at delivery. When my contractor went to install it he noticed internal damage to the unit that makes it un-useable. I contacted Living Direct several times and they refused to honor their 60 day 100% satisfaction return policy. See below: "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within the first 60 days after delivery. All we ask is that the order be returned to us in its original packaging and condition with all included accessories and materials. Items shipped out via freight line carrier must be returned in the same manner. To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), please contact one of our customer service experts Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at 1-866-975-4846. They said because it was damaged it was not covered by the 60 day return policy. Doesn't seem like the 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy stated right on their site. I have registered a complaint with the BBB and have contacted my attorneys to start litigation against this firm. Too many people will not hold dishonest people like Living Direct Accountable. That is why they continue to do it. Not this time...

I ordered a replacement rice cooker "inner pot" for a specific Sanyo rice cooker. The product I received fit inside the rice cooker, but was not the same as the genuine Sanyo inner pot. It was of a different build-quality and slightly different shape; most importantly, it didn't perform: rice turned out burned. Through contacting the customer service and the "VP" of Dream Retail, I was told that the product I received was indeed a genuine Sanyo part, and that it was the most recent one from Sanyo's new supplier. I didn't want what I got, so I returned the order (and had to pay for shipping myself). This all would have been fine, except after talking with Sanyo, I was referred to a company (OCI) that oddly had the same address as where I had just shipped my Dream Retail return. It looks like Dream Retail "drop ships" from other companies. When I contacted OCI directly, they verified they had exactly the right authentic Sanyo pot, and for a lower price than the ones Dream Retail sold me. I received exactly what I wanted ordering directly from OCI instead. Take this experience for the facts above. I don't want to judge this outfit too harshly; their customer service appeared genuine.

Called again the next day left message, faxed again, and sent email to both addresses. Called 3 business days later (order + 3 weeks) and was told that they would check with the warehouse and call me by 1:00. Called back at 3:00 and was told that the order was being shipped for 2 day delivery. I asked for tracking number and was told they would email me the tracking number the next morning. Called 2 days later and was told they had no tracking number and would contact me with it "today". Called back the same day and was told that it would be delivered that day. Called the next day - still no shipment received nor tracking number -- and requested that they cancel the order and refund my money. They refused because they said it had been shipped. When I complained that without a tracking number that they could not confirm any shipment, they hung up on me. I called back immediately and they refused to answer the phone. I have filed a claim with the credit card company.

I got a Canon A30 compatible toner cartridge as a back up and I recently unpacked and installed it. It was a total failure, and took the machine to repair place and they said bad cartridge. I emailed and called, (hard to get the number) and have had no response at all. A total waste of $50. I would never use them again. Absolutely no customer service, and you can't trust their product.

This was the first and only time that I purchased anything from Defender before. Well worth my time. I purchased an Emotion Spitfire kayak for my 10 year old son online and was all ready to be picked up when I got there about a week later. Mind you that I live in NYC and Defender is in Waterbury, CT. some 100 miles away. (about a 2 hour drive) and let me tell you that when it comes to prices , Defender can't be beat. In fact prices wre so great, that I even bought a second kayak when I got there! A 2007 leftover Emotion Mojo. As far as customer service is concerned, they were outstanding!! My LED lights had wolves on them which makes them intrinsically sweet and worth 5 stars by themselves, but once I tried them on, that's when the magic happened. After checking to ensure that the LED lights would properly cover my girth, I walked from my trailer to Wal-mart with the wolf LED lights on and was immediately approached by women. The women knew from the wolf-lights that I, like a wolf, am a mysterious loner who knows how to 'howl at the moon' from time to time (if you catch my drift!). The women that approached me wanted to know if I would be their boyfriend and/or give them money for something they called "meth". I told them no, because they didn't have enough teeth, and frankly a man with wolf-light LED's shouldn't settle for the first thing that comes to him. I arrived at Wal-mart, mounted my courtesy-scooter (walking is such a drag!) sitting side saddle so that my wolves would show. While I was browsing tube socks, I could hear aroused asthmatic breathing behind me. I turned around to see a slightly sweaty dream in sweatpants and flip-flops standing there. She told me she liked my wolf-light LEDs, I told her I wanted to howl at her moon. She offered me a swig from her mountain dew, and I drove my scooter, with her shuffling along side out the door and into the rest of our lives. Thank you Holiday LEDs!. Pros: Fits my girthy frame, has wolves on it, attracts women Cons: Only 3 wolves (could probably use a few more on the 'guns'), cannot see wolves when sitting with arms crossed.

I placed an order with this company on 1/30/2010 online and never received a confirmation email. I called them on 2/2/2010 to ask them for a status on the order and they said there was no record of my order, so I asked if I could place the order over the phone. The guys' name was Tyler and he took my order for 3 bathroom light fixtures in brushed nickel finish. I received my confirmation email and when I read it, it said that I ordered 3 fixtures in pearl nickel finish. The order had been shipped but I had yet to receive it. I chatted in to ask them about it and I was getting nowhere so I called to talk to them. They told me that they could return it and send out the correct item but I would have to pay almost $40 in restocking and return shipping fees, even though I was not the one that made the error in placing the order. After an hour of back and forth arguing, they told me that they would take care of it and cancel my order. My credit card was NEVER charged (even though my order had shipped, oddly) so I figured it had been taken care of. I ended up ordering from another company and thought that was the end of it. On 03/01/2010 I see a charge on my credit card statement for the full price of the order. I called them and talked to them for about half an hour and they informed me that their owner/manager was a lawyer and he wouldn't speak with me, but he "knows all the facts" and feels that I am responsible for the charges. Even though I never received the items and called to inform them of their error prior to receiving them. They said that there is nothing I can do about it. I am disputing this with my credit card company currently. Please avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy headaches that last a month and you don't have enough wrinkles.

Took 2 weeks to receive order for 3 hallway light fixtures, and once received were the wrong 3 items. Have been trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks, sending emails and leaving voice messages on their support line but no one has returned my calls. I am extremely dissappointed and dissastisfied with Lightingsale.com, they have not made any effort to contact me to issue an rma for the wrong merchandise and ship me the correct items. I would NOT recommend anyone use this company for fear if there is an issue that the company will not resolve the situation.

Unprofessional and hostile to accredited female investors. Carson Bomar would not provide due diligence info but instead made derogatory and gendered comments. My experience was mainly in SF and NY-based acquisitions so I expected a “culture difference” in Florida, but was still surprised with my engagement with this company. After receiving initial information about a company, I sent the broker my assessment that it’s last year increase in profits was due to acquiring one particular contract and asked if they had IDIQs or other more stable sources of revenue to justify their longer-term profit projections (see attached email). The broker’s response was highly pejorative and insulting, as though he took umbrage at needing to provide data to prove a company’s valuation and asking price, and still didn’t answer my question. I don't need to say that a broker's responsibility to their clients is to provide due diligence info to prospective buyers. Furthermore, his response gave the impression that he thought I was a naive working mother of limited funds who was looking for a part-time Gig (see attachment), as opposed to my being a serious accredited investor who takes data more seriously than poorly constructed arguments couched in hostility. It was so offensive and egregious that I forwarded the email to the founder and the managing director (Jason & Ron), but did not receive a response. My impression is that this company is not skilled, catering to less-sophisticated investors, and certainly did a poor job representing this particular company. I would not recommend Website Closers (websiteclosers.com) as a buyer or seller. Take your business elsewhere - there are plenty of quality brokers out there who will represent you well in your sale and not offend and ward off potential, serious buyers.

I have been with One Call for 2 years. Received a renewal invitation with automatic renewal included but I found a cheaper one including all extras through a comparison website. As requested on invitation, I Phoned OneCall before accepting the other quote and spoke to MD1. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She offered to match my other quote and no further payment setting up will be required. It has saved me a lot of hassle and I am highly satisfied.

I ordered 6 micro-motors that were on sale. I was told that I was going to receive my products in 2 weeks. But only after the payment was made they sent me the final invoice including a note saying that I would receive the package in 4 to 8 weeks. After many e-mail back and forth trying to cancel the order. The owner that barely speaks English (by the way... the worse person I had to deal in my 20 years doing business) told me that the money will only be refund back to my credit card account after 4 weeks. Now, I have to fight in court to get my money back, plus the damages caused by this company!!!!

I love le creuset however their website is a constant issue that needs resolving. For some unknown reason it rejects my orders and payments. I would like this resolved as I miss out on a lot of their fab offers to add to my collection and I then have to take my business elsewhere. Come on Le Creuset, please resolve this issue. On the rare occasion it does accept my order items are delivered on time and any damages are rectified immediately. I have overall been very happy with the company it is just the ‘rejection’ of my order at the payment process, it’s extremely frustrating and makes me very unhappy ☹️

I waited till we completed on the sale of our property to give a proper rating of the whole experience with Alexander & Co Estate Agents in Dunstable. We chose 3 agents for a valuation, Jason the valuer came on time as you’d expect, a good first impression, he came prepared with stats & even a mock up of an advert (one agent didn’t even come on time, he was a straight no from the beginning, as much as he talked he’d already missed his chance) Despite the house being quite a standard nice property, Alexander & Co treated the property as if they were selling Buckingham Palace. Everything they said they did, we definitely chose the right team, well done. On the opening day we had over 30 viewings in 2 hours. The property sold over its original valuation. First class service, very professional, reliable & knowledgable. Thank you Alexander & Co 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very new to cryptocurrency trading/buying and I wanted to deal with an Australian company.
