Diana helped plan our South African honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Diana enough for all her thoughtful recommendations and everything she did to make our honeymoon the best trip we've ever been on. From the start of the process with Diana, she helped understand our preferences and made sure she suggested hotels and activities that fit us as a couple. She helped coordinate and advise us on booking everything from flights to day activities and researched everything personally for us. When we arrived in Cape Town at our first hotel after quite a bit of travel, she had left for us a beautiful itinerary and a few thoughtful gifts to help commemorate the beginning of our trip. While on the trip most of the heavy lifting of planning had been done for us and all the was left was for us to simply enjoy ourselves. All bookings, restaurant suggestions, anything we really could have needed was taken care of for us. She even was available for us to message in case we had questions which definitely helped when traveling in a foreign country. I cannot express enough how magical this trip was and how Diana was to thank for all of it. Diana, thank you so much for the trip of a lifetime!

Thanks Diana for helping tailor a fantastic trip to South Africa for us. She helped us with a few days in Johannesburg and then a Self drive, self catering trip through Kruger which was wonderful. She was extremely helpful in finding us a comfortable B&B in Johannesburg in a secure area, which coming from Australia and not knowing Jo'burg, was one of our concerns. She also suggested a fabulous walking tour with a guide around the city centre which was excellent. She was very responsive to email queries and gave us a number of choices to pick from. She has a diverse knowledge of South Africa and was able to tailor to our needs. I would definitely get Leopard to book my next trip. Kathy and John Australia

My most recent purchase was a lovely black silk blouse but I couldn’t resist two 3/4 T-shirt’s as well. I love the clothes in this shop and always end up buying if I walk-in. They have a fabulous array of colours and the personal service you get in there is fabulous. The lady in Marlborough is so helpful and greets you like a friend ! I would definitely recommend... but don’t really want everyone to know for my own selfish reasons ;)

I placed my order at 1.30am on Tuesday 12 May and it was dispatched just a few hours later. I had also emailed to request that the delivery address be changed shortly after placing my order and that request was both acknowledged by email and acted on by 10.00am. Fantastic service! The item was delivered to me on Saturday 16th which, under the current pandemic constraints, was brilliant. The item itself arrived nicely packaged in Mia’s branded tissue wrap which was a nice touch. I had ordered a quirky Culinary Concepts mouse shaped cheese knife as a gift for a friend and she was really delighted with it, so I’m a very happy shopper and I’ll be revisiting Mia’s website again very soon!

I bought a jacket from Alpinstore.com and the item was stuck in customs, I decided not to pay the ridiculous fee so Parcelforce/DHL returned the item back to Alpinstore. During the entire return I was updating the company on the package's whereabouts and they didn't care to track the order themselves. Once the package was confirmed as being delivered I awaited the allotted 14 days for a refund as per their policy. When checking 2 weeks later and had no refund, I decided to contact Alpinstore to see what their progress was.. turns out they haven't received the package, haven't even checked to see if it has been returned and therefore didn't raise a complaint with the courier within the time to raise a complaint. Why am I responsible for them not checking to see if an item has been returned, not been chased up by their personal, why a complaint/missing package has not been filed against the courier? Why is it their negligence costs me £230 and all I get is a short, rude, uncaring message. -- Reply from Alpinstore 2 Nov 2021 Dear Ben I full understand your concern & respect your disapointement. However, it is correct that DHL refuses any queries after 3 months and quite tough to get feedback from them 6 months later. However, i have personnaly escaladed to DHL decision maker to double check where is your return as we never received it. Thanks for your understanding but I am sure that we can refund without getting back the goods or refund from the carreir. FYI -THE REFUND NO REFUND GIVEN. REASON = NONE. LIARS & THIEVES. I will write a bad review on every site you are on and will repeat this until you accept you were in the wrong for not tracking the package yourselves and therefore "not receiving the goods"

All I can say is that Big Fish Clothing have bent over bacwards to accomadate my order as with being disabled it is very difficult to buy stuff thats not only nice but you can buy the right size I am fat it's just with the medication I have been tacking as I was fit and thin untill my 40th then I became ill and rushed into Hospital for seven weeks I was poked and proded and came out with 38 tablets which I am still on today so when I go out anywhere I have to were traksuit bottoms and an rebock T-Shirt I have had for 7 years it will be great at the wedding in the Summer as I will have a suit to where and the next Funeral I will have a black suit to put on Thanks to Big Fish Clothing thanks again

First of all, sorry for not posting in French, not my first language. Good solid product from the Bikester shop, did exactly what it is supposed to do. Instruction leaflet is reasonably clear but most done in graphics and a bit difficult to get the best from the computer (Bryton Rider 10). Luckily, Bryton have an excellent video o Youtube which helps a lot. Packaging is good and there are lots of extra mounting rubbers for your bike computer. Quite happy with it so far. I ordered two back-ordered items in the beginning of may that were both "expected to ship Mid-May"... I only received one Robe, which was great quality and beautiful. I still am waiting on my son's swaddle that I wanted to have for the hospital. Had the item said "expected to ship mid-june" I would have opted for something else. Tried contacting their customer support twice now and absolutely no help apart from an automated email. I will not recommend this company. I've had better results with companies such as Lou Lou & R&R. Had customer service actually interacted with my emails, this review could have been very different as I understand things don't always work out. However, just ignoring orders and emails doesn't work for me. Quality was really great for my robe.

Ordered a NB knotted gown 2 months prior to me having my baby boy, when I placed the order apparently it was on “back order” after contacting the store about a month later they then said they sent me a email stating it was “back ordered” which I never received. Another month passed and I contacted once again, they informed me the inventory came in the wrong color so it would take A couple more weeks to ship and receive my order. Long story short I learned my lesson, the gown came in just a couple days before giving birth to my new born baby. (Thank goodness) wouldn’t recommend unless you have 3 months to wait around I wouldn’t order from this company.

Deliteful Boutique has been my favorite website to purchase licensed squishies from since my first package over a year ago. Everything from their customer service, packaging, prices, extras, stock and more have been flawless. I actually spent every night for awhile refreshing their last chance items because they always had squishies you couldn't find anywhere else! Since my first package from them I've tried probably every other website and Instagram seller out there and the only negative I've found is Deliteful Boutique has made my standards too high! No other website comes close to comparing to them.

For I think close to 15 years I've bought almost all of my club wear from Disorder! Very cool styles from their own designs to at one time exhibiting other local designers cloths to. They offer very unique very cool designs, querky, totally what I'm all about, there service is excellent, friendly and very professional, I've got to know Mark over the years, he always does his utmost best for you. I moved abroad, so lost contact, but I discovered through a friend on facebook last year they are still trading, and they also have an online shop, which I use regurely to have my cloths sent to me in France, so happy now I can order online and show the French how to look amazing over here, a great website offering wonderful choice garments hade made and crafted and individually designed by Mark and his wife Thiri, once again great service online my orders turning up fast and promptly with a lovely Disorder Boutique touch inside. Dishonest company. Sent me an item that was advertised as a completely different color (white not burgundy) and also described the hijab as Georgette but it was a completely different fabric, suede like. I filed a PayPal claim and they made me return the item at my own expense, although it was not even the same item I had ordered, at their own fault. Now my tracking info says they received it long ago but they still have not refunded my money to me. Be Careful with this company, they are not on the up and up

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received. I wish I could say it was hyperbole, because I really want to be able to support a Muslim business with plus-size options, and I am not a person who writes reviews like this. But unless they change dramatically: do not trust this business. I had been waiting two weeks trying to clear my order, being handed off to different employees, and in that time I was assured that my order was approved and on its way TWICE. Then, 17 days after I placed it my order it was cancelled, suddenly and without notice. So here I am, two and a half weeks wasted with nothing to show for it but stress and some terrible customer service.

Not capable to contact the client when the order is pending for 4 days in their system and the client (I) chose the UPS express option to be delivered overnight. Had to cancel my order, as no suitable option provided by the hotline, out of the box solution, thus I went to buy the sunglasses in emergency at another store to have the birthday present with me the D-Day not the day after. i thought I had been wise to order 4 days ahead with extra safety with the UPS express

I have shopped at Fab Frocks for over 16 years and have always found the perfect dress. I was very sad when Tracy left as she had very big shoes to fill. But, you now have two most amazing staff. Firstly newcomer Lyn - who I am sure could sell ice to Eskimos and sand to the Arabs. An amazing sales lady and whats an eye for detail and to assist and comment appropriately. Then there is the lovely Gill who is a wonderful lady and is so helpful - I rang up regarding a dress I had tried on but decided not to buy recently! I changed my mind, a lady's prerogative and I rang the shop, having decided I wanted that dress - Gill remembered me and the dress and when I dropped in 45 minutes later the dress was waiting for me in the changing room. I was in and out with my purchase and totally satisfied. Both Lyn and Gill should have any awards given to them as I cannot praise them highly enough. Top job Fab Frocks!

Attended the experience part of a corporate even in London, Feb 2020. Having done other chocolate experiences in UK and abroad, I was sceptical about the level of detail "Melt" would go in about the history, plant knowledge, production and differentiation of Cacao. The blind tasting of 20+ chocolate specimens along with entertaining yet informative history and journey of chocolate alongside tasteful music made an unforgettable experience and insight. This event was topped up with hands-on chocolate cocktail making of 3 classics with a twist. Andrew is an aficionado which is great but his passion reflects on the evening and the entertainment value for anyone who knows a bit about Cacao or even someone who just enjoys Cadbury's Dairy Milk (you won't after this experience) Our thanks to Andrew & Neus for a great night. Will never, ever use this Audenza again!! Ordered a £220 rug that was meant to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. The rug didn’t show up after 2 weeks so I contacted Audenza (they’re phone lines are shut! As in completely shut, not just reduced hours, you physically can’t speak to a person!). After lots of back and forward over email they are insisting that the parcel has been delivered to our address but couldn’t tell me who was meant to have signed for our delivery! Email tennis for almost a week, not to mention being cornered into virtually accusing our new neighbours of ‘stealing’ our order and I’m still no further towards finding out what’s happened to our rug! I’m £220 down, missing a rug and throughly annoyed.

We booked months early for our train trip from Brisbane to Cairns and 5 night motel stay. On booking we requested to be seated near each other in the train and rooms near in the motel. We have been trying to ascertain where our seats have been booked for four weeks now but keep getting put off by Rebekah who says she is over worked and can not get to out tickets until a week before travel. To day we are contacted by Rhian Purcell who tells us we are seated near each other in C6 and C7. On further enquiries we find that we are at one end of the carriage and our elderly in laws are at the complete opposite end of the carriage. Service by staff that we have been forced to deal with has been extremely poor. They have left things so late and refused to deal with us early when we wanted that it is now too late to make any changes. The last reply I got was that we were the last to book some two months ago and that it was our fault. This is in complete opposites to Ash who booked and took payment for out tour who told us that we were the first to book the holiday. I am now unable to believe or trust anything being told to us by Rebekah and Rhian as the lie to us and refuse to accept any responsibility for ruining our holiday. We will NEVER EVER book anything with My Cruises again and I urge anyone considering to deal with this company that they should look elsewhere.

I purchased an antique sterling teapot from this auction house for $1850. Upon receiving the item I noticed two missing pieces of silver to the body with a piece of metal affixed to the reverse so that the pot would mot leak. The lid of the teapot was also repaired. The said defects were so obvious that even my 10 year old noticed them as soon as he saw the teapot. However, Grogan auction house's description of the item made no mention of the condition of the item. Moreover, the photograph the auction house had put on line was taken from the other side of the teapot that was relatively in better shape; thus, concealing the missing parts and leading anyone to infer that this was the general condition of the item. Upon notifying the auction house of the mentioned mis-represenations (i.e., in description of the item and in its picture), I was referred to the conditions of sale that has a clause pertaining to all items are sold "as is". This general blank clause "as is" is used by more reputable auction houses when their description of the item does not omit such a crucial aspect of an item as its condition and it could be resorted to in the event of an oversight in description; and not, in the case that I reported here-- the item being defective and the defects so explicit, yet no mention is made of them in the descriptionand the picture of the item taken from the side that does not have holes in it. I bought a painting for just over ten thousand dollars from Grogan's. I was told that when it was consigned, nobody could see the signature and so it was cataloged with a very low estimate. When the signature was "discovered", it was actually hard to miss, it was re-cataloged as by an important American painter (I'm leaving out the name). After I bought it, I paid to have it evaluated by the expert on the artist. He provided a letter saying that the article was not genuine which I showed to Michael Grogan, after he requested to see it. To make a long story short, I was unable to get a refund, or even an apology, for the fake painting and I would suggest people be very wary when dealing with Grogan & Co. They may seem like honest, polite folk, but they are neither.

I thought this was a local boutique but the tag says made in China and the pants I bought look like they were hand-stitched by a four year old. Additionally the outfit was supposed to be 12 months but the elastic waist is way too tight, yet the pants are too long. My daughter is 75% in height and only 50% in weight so I would think any toddler tall enough for these pants would not be able to wear them because theyre so tight.

I bought this hair for a special occassion and thought it would be worth paying such a high price. The bundles were incredibly thin and small no where near 100g like you would expect. The closure is where it really went wrong. It was about an inch in size and my hairdresser laughed and showed the whole shop. It had loads of rows of short hair that stuck out all around it (not just baby hairs) and the lace was all weird. I installed it and it looks stupid. This is the worst purchase decision I've ever made! Honestly, I could cry. Ladies you know what it's like to have to wear a bad hairstyle what's even worse is when you've paid loads for the closure and that's what is messing it up! My special occassion is tomorrow and I don't know what to do. Thanks Kendra. I've bought a closure from aliexpress before and it was at least a proper lace closure.

I'm very satisfied with my hair, I ordered 3 bundles of deep wave with a lace closure. I did bleach my knots and I regretted that later because my closure bald so fast I definitely wasn't expecting that especially paying over 400$ in hair. Overall the hair is great just think twice before bleaching your knots.

Hatch is the very opposite of trendy, cheap maternity fashion that only looks good while pregnant with a big belly bump: The clothes are made to be worn before, during, and after pregnancy. Obviously, that means they run loose and large, although the site does have a petite option. All that goddess-y stuff that you've seen the celebs wearing to hide their bumps, that's what you'll find here. Great, quality stuff.

I ordered 2 bras, one being on sale. I then received an email 5 days later saying that one of the bras was cancelled from my order with no explanation. I sent an email to their customer service, no response after 7 days. I called, waited on hold for a while and then finally someone picked up. I asked why my item was cancelled and explained that the same item was still available on their website to be ordered, said I wanted to order it but didn't want to pay another $5 for shipping since it should have been sent the first time. They said it was cancelled bc maybe it wasn't in inventory, and they hadn't updated the inventory on the site yet. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and their online inventory is THAT SLOW TO UPDATE?? She then said I could place the order again, then call back, then they could refund my shipping, but the order would probably be cancelled bc it's probably out of stock. I told the girl never mind, that this process was ridiculous, that I emailed a week ago with no response, and I shouldn't have to go through this all over again bc they can't update their online inventory in a timely fashion. I said I was going to shop somewhere else, and she responded in a VERY SNOTTY WAY "OKAY BYE!". What a horrible company.

This company has horrendous customer service and is useless with returns. I placed a large order in March and was missing two items that I got charged for. I also had some returns that I sent back for store credit. The company never returned my emails to return the clothes I ordered for other sizes and never even accepted my return when I sent it back. I also got charged for two items that were missing from my order which is fraud. I understand covid happened but every other company I have dealt with during this crisis handled any returns or problems. I also find it interesting the company stated they were closed for covid so they were unable to accept my return but somehow they were able to ship out my products amid the crisis??? Save your money and DO NOT Shop here. Also the clothes quality is also not what is advertised. I received several of their "new" clothes that looked worn and used. Save yourself time and you are better off getting new clothes on sale at a real maternity shop.

I have just returned from India touring with Kiwi n Tiger. My three friends and i toured Rajasthan for 14 days starting in Delhi travelling to Jodhpur then returning by air to Delhi for our long flight home to NZ. We were treated like Royalty the whole time we were there. We saw the stunning Palaces down to the real people out in the country. Everyone had a smile and a wave.
