Charged $267.94 for an incomplete job. Pro stated he didn't have equipment to finish job and left. I went to App and tried to access their did not complete job form. Form would not load. Imagine that. Used other means to contact them even emailed Yamaguchi the CEO. He's sorry I had a bad experience. That's it, not let me fix this to your satisfaction or nothing. This company is a sham and a rip off. I will be disputing the charge to my card. Do not use Lawn Love for your lawn care needs.

I visited the Broadway location in NYC and my "fitter" was friendly friendly and personable. My shirt arrived in a few short days and fit me perfectly. The labric was quality and the fit looks very good. I lost a collar stay and someone from proper cloth replied to my email and sent me 4 for absolutely free! I have since ordered 2 more shirts and plan to order more in the future. There is a technical error with my second order, but a Proper Cloth representative proactively corrected it and issued me a $30 credit for having to cancel it. I happily replaced my order.

I had bought ronseal stay white gloss but it doesn't do what it says on the tin with a 10-year guarantee. I painted my whole house with this paint but what even though I kept to its strict criteria to make sure the paint stayed the way it should I am disappointed after one year that I need to paint the doors and skirtings again as they have gone yellow. I wouldn't be writing this if if this year I hadn't opened up a New tin and after painting my doors once again hoping that I had only bought a bad batch which went yellow so to find that at the bottom of the tin it has gone rusty leaving my painted door with a brown rust as I didn't look at the brush as I put it onto the door only to see that my door has got brown rust now on it. The other problem is it doesn't stay glossy for a gloss paint it's more like a mat.

I bought a first class ticket from London to Edinburgh a few weeks ago. They failed to mention there was no first class service. Therefore, i'm unsure why'd they'd even offer this, other than to scam people for extra money. They refused to give me a partial refund and now i'm having to go through my bank to try to get my money back, as these lowlifes clearly don't care about stealing from their customers. Just go directly to the train services website. You'll save yourself the headache AND MONEY.

Hopeless. Booked with them and wanted to take bikes. Unable to book bikes on line or get through by phone so bought tickets and went to local station to reserve bike spaces. They were unable to do this and said come back in a couple of weeks. Last night I had an email saying our return train was cancelled. I looked on my account and it said no pending journeys(!) I drove to station again and unable to get bikes on suitable trains. Was told to contact Trainline which I did and they said train wasn’t cancelled and no refund would be given even though I explained the situation. They played the ‘because of Covid’ card. What on earth are you supposed to do? This is crazy and I have now lost my money. Steer clear is my advice.

BEWARE!!!! On May 14, 20 Hi everyone I have had the very same experience with Mattress Firm I ordered 2xl mattress and 2Xl adjusting base when they came to deliver the mattress were 4 inches to short so we did not except the items still waiting on refund even though they say you won’t be charged until items are delivered, this order was canceled so I went back on to Mattressfirm I thought I would give them a second chance that was a mistake On May 14 So I went on several days later and ordered 2XL twin mattress and 2 XL adjustable bases I pay for them with a completely different credit card again it says on their site will not charge credit card until after items are delivered I get a notice that my items are to be delivered on 06/09/20 and that I would get a call before and email,with delivery date I haven’t received a call so I went on line to track my delivery it says it is to be delivered by 6pm on 06/09/20 but because I haven’t received any information to confirm this information I called their Queen Creek,Az store and to my surprise I’m told that my order has been canceled I have no idea why or who canceled and my credit card has been charged She tells me that she is the manager but can’t help me REALLY I all their corporate office and can’t get any one to return a call as before it is a phone maze telling you to fill out information online and they will get back to you with in 24 hours yeah right I would suggest that every one with the issues contact your Attorneys General Office as I’m doing one reason the false advertising bate and switch cause when I went back on their site the prices changed from their advertise prize on line when I got to the box to pay for everything another reason is their breach of contract saying they will not charge your credit card until you have received your items. I guess I should look at this in a positive way I’m not going to have to deal with a bad mattress and their warranty issues you know if you already having problems before you even get the items you have paid for LOOK OUT YOUR GOING TO HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS IM going to every site I can to do a review of this company and paste this issue so no one can be ripped off thank you

I had a Hoover Washing machine that was 18 months old. It broke down during lockdown and understandably we found it hard to get it repaired. We therefore bought a new hoover washing machine in May. This broke down 1 month ago. It’s electrics have failed and the drum is completely broken. I’ve asked for the machine to be replaced but they won’t even though it failed after only 3 months. The earliest they can repair it is on the 29th September. Appalling customer service. An inadequate product.

We needed to find an office very quickly, and I think within 10 minutes Sophie Kent responded to my request for assistance. 24 hours later we already had numerous options to consider, and after viewing 4 offices a few days later, we signed up on the same day and are so glad to say, with the amazing help from Easy Offices we now have our brand new office. This has allowed us to now move forward with growing our company. Easy Offices, and especially Sophie were great throughout the process, and I was extremely surprised how easy they made everything. I buy them for my sons Paterdale and my daughters Labrador, they both love them but when they are both here at the same time it's like musical chairs as the Labrador always wants the other chew so I end up with terrier on my lap and I have to hold on to his chew while he holds my hand and has a good chomp (at the antler).

The BWB instrument is the most advanced I have seen. Even inexperienced customers have no trouble installing the instrument without supervision , by simply following the clear and user friendly instruction manual. I have found BWB's application, technical support and after sales support "second to none"

I've had a BWB flame photometer for several years and it's been reliable and consistent. I did find the manual a bit hard to interpret initially, but the staff have always responded to my queries quickly so I haven't been delayed with my work. Would recommend it.

Had 3rd party on my pick up and was involved in a minor bump when id given the details I heard nothing until I rang them and got passed on to another company who told me the lady was uninsured.Now over a year later I've been contacted to say she was insured but the company trying to get me my money have been told I never reported it when they spoke to Evan! If they don't release the details I can't claim and it goes to the insurance company. This is not the actions of a reputable company. But lets see if they release the information to me? ( I'll get back to you on this matter)

I needed 25m of 22mm Speedfit barrier pipe quick. I checked around various websites and because I had a diamond club card B & Q was quite a bit cheaper than others that had it in stock too. As I could pick up several other unrelated things too from B & Q it was worth the 12 mile round tripto fetch it all. When I got to B & Q there was none on the shelves, an assistant checked everywhere that they might have some in the store for me and told me they haddn't had any in for a while (I took that to be days). So an unplanned trip to Screwfix to get it, which would have been a 3 mile round trip if I just went there to start with. So beware, don't rely on the internet telling you things are in stock, call the store and reserve it before making a trip out.

They will take down your website because of fake dmca reports. Their dmca report system can be easily abused. I am hosting several websites under one plan, one of my websites received a fake dmca report and hostgator took down ALL my websites under this plan without checking if there was really any violation. They took down other websites as well that weren't reported. There was literally no copyright infringement in the URL provided in the dmca report and if hostgator just read my reply to them where I explained this they would understand this, but they just preferred to work automatically like bots and take down the website without listening to the customer or checking if there was really any violation. My website is now taken down and I have no clue when it will be restored, I will probably not get any compensation for this and their customer service literally don't care about this. All I the replies I am getting from them is just copy paste responses and they keep claiming they can't assist me. This just shows you how easily you can take down a website hosted under hostgator just by abusing their dmca report system and filing fake dmca reports, such a shame!

My girlfriend and I rented a room with vanmates for more than 6 months. My stay with them was not pleasant because they do not do background, criminal record, etc. Anyone can rent the room and that's it. there is no security !. The first place I lived was at 336 58th avenue. I lived there for about 4 months, but by then there was a fire in the house and one of the agents of the vanmates contacted me to write a letter saying who smoked in the house, who was at home at that time and to say something against them because the agency knows that my girlfriend and I don't smoke. (Exaggerating and lying about the boys in the house seemed bad to me but I didn't want to be part of a "said payment of more than 30,000 Canadian dollars, which according to them" is what the repair would cost "which was only half of a broken wall and window. After what happened I decided to move to another place because my 3-month contract had already expired. But by then the vanmates agent arrives and tells me that he has a room in downtown at 1310 Richards street , apartment 206. The price was negotiable and good for me since I had my job really close. I stayed in that house for 4 months. Everything was relatively normal inside the apartment. But I had to leave at the end of September for an opportunity outside Vancouver, which I notified two days after the period given by 'VANMATES', they told me that if they gave me the deposit, then no, suddenly they said look for someone and we give you the deposit. which seems absurd, I have finished my contract with you and we are month by month, why should I do that? it's your job not mine. however, I decided to help as much as I could, but we couldn't get anyone. when leaving vancouver i decided to leave my 500 dl mattress and a 150 dl desk chair. to them, as compensation for the two-day delay. When I got to the other city, a week later I decided to send a message to see how my deposit was going. they told me they would give it back to me on October 15th due to lateness. Today is October 15 and they call me from the agency to inform me that they will not be able to refund my deposit due to their confusion. They regret what happened and nothing can be done. "But since they can't do anything" they spoke to me on whatsapp to follow up on things, they confirmed to me by whatsapp that IF THEY WERE GOING TO RETURN ME AND NOW NOT BECAUSE OF A CONFUSION FROM YOU ", unfortunately this is since I went scammed by Vanmates.
