This company does not send the order. They have no customer service. Promises of the order being sent the next business day are nothing but lies. I don't mind waiting longer if the company is upfront about timelines but this company has done nothing but lie and I'm still waiting for the order to be shipped. Save your money and yourself a lot of frustratrstion, do not deal with this company. If this is not resolved all I will progress it to ACCC.

I purchased a tree on Black Friday from Timeless Holidays, and even though they were extremely busy they still took the time to help my wife and I find a tree that we would be happy with. Also, after spending a lot of time looking at different trees in stores, their are a cut above. Plus being a engineer I appreciate the thought that went in to developing their trees design. Each branch is on its own, that way when one breaks I can just get a replacement. This made me so happy because I spent probably four hours last year just putting new lights on our old tree.

I was aut of country 2,5 month from April 27 untill July14/2016. As ujualy before leaving country I informed blue tone about my future abcens and asked how much I have to pay. I transfered just in case more money as I owed. When I return my ability to use Blue tone was blocked for non payment. No one had a choice to use my account at my abcens. So if there has been debt it was your fault. Never the less I sent $20.00 again "just in case" because I didn't have a writen bill. I was promiced that service will restowred in 2 hours. When I tried to make call few days later service still was blocked. Only next day afternoon service start. However at the regular use I didn't have problem, rate's fine. Nika Shrbakova

spoke to numerous supervisors who tried figure out how to sell me what i wanted---spoke to sales person and ordered a storage bench-paid for it using gift cards-order confirmed--2-3 day free shipping and applied an additional 15% discount at end of order----their system could not accept the 15% unless the whole order was then cancelled but it would take several weeks(??). so i said just credit the 15% to my in house acct---no problem( after the call was shuffled along to another supervisor-)--yeah right(sarcastic)---then this sale just went totally south---no fix in sight--what a poorly trained staff and business model---i wanted to buy but they couldn't figure a way to complete the sale. is this any way to run a business? yes if you want potential customers to run in the opposite direction and buy the same item from houzz or build.com or overstock.

Used Ship2Anywhere to buy in US and ship to Australia. Had two items in their warehouse and another on way. After a few days of being unable to log in to their online system we contacted the Australia office to learn that their warehouse had closed and all items were being returned to sender. While they claim it was outside their control, they made no effort to inform us, the customer, or help retrieve our items.

Ive been with them 3yrs now ordered every year.. they have great response time i always just email. Always allow two weeks after last date for delivery because its the postage will mess you up not them. Sure customer service on phone sucks lol so i always just email them instead lol. They are flexible to change as i always changed my mind alot lol. If you’re not sure just layby credit layby till your ready. Price is a mark up from normal market lol but hey its layby not a bad thing. Id recommend these guys obviously with 3 years straight running. Easy payments and i always got my stuff in time.

I rang them like 5 times on a Monday between 9.am and 5.pm and 4 times on the Tuesday and still got no answer on their phone. I did get an email 3 days after I sent one enquiring about a course, It is my belief that this so called online college is likely the work of 1 man at some overseas location and not within Australia as claimed. Stay away from them as the certificates they issue are not worth the paper they printed on!

This speech program is the best I have come across since I started speech lessons ten years ago. Here are five reasons I thought made this program so unique and special. 1. The instructor is a qualified speech pathologist with years of experience in teaching speech and English pronunciation. She understands the enormous challenges involved in changing one's speaking habits, and she shares candidly her knowledge and techniques for improvement. 2. The program is individualised to the speaker's background. A Chinese speaker for example, needs different speech exercises from an Indian speaker. By practising the right kind of exercises, I was able to see improvement in a much shorter period of time. 3. The video sessions are highly informative with clear objectives, and they can be played in any order or time I choose. Since I have done a fair bit of speech training in the past, I initially picked out the sessions that I thought would benefit me the most. I eventually went through all of the sessions anyway because they were so informative, I was picking up pockets of valuable knowledge here and there. 4. There are lots of practice materials. Changing a speaking habit takes a lot of practice, repetition and patience. Each video session provides many additional materials and audio recordings that can be downloaded and played by the users with no time restriction. I uploaded the audio recordings to my iPhone and play them when I drive to work in the morning, which saved me from having to find time during the day to practise. 5. The program is cost-effective. There is enough content on this program to last for a good year or two if one was to take it out on an one-to-one private session on a weekly basis. With this program, I have access to all of the materials with the price of three private sessions. All being said, this program requires a motivated learner who takes time to go through these sessions, and most importantly, finds the time to practise. For those who are serious about improving their pronunciation, look no further, this is the best thing you will find in a while.

As an English learner, I have been learning for over 10 years, and I found it is quite hard to learn a new language. I've tried so many program, and this one is the best one based on my experience! I highly recommend it to everyone like me who used to be struggle with my English. Fixing pronunciation is a long way to go, so don't expect this program will automatically change your pronunciation over night. However, it has taught me every single possible way to change and improve my pronunciation, so even though I have finished my lessons, I can still listen to the audio to keep practicing. After my daily practice for over 3 months, my friends around me have noticed my big improvement on not only pronunciation, but also grammar. The other great thing I have gained from this program is confidence, which is very helpful and important for me. Now, I am not afraid to talk to native speakers over the phone anymore, because I know that my speaking clarity and accuracy is getting a lot better and easier for them to understand. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to speak English like a native. This is such a great program, because like I said it doesn't only fix your pronunciation, but also gives you more confidence! Teacher was very helpful, she was always there whenever I needed her! It was quite easy to use, and very handy that I could just down the audio to practice everyday.

There are a number of providers offering Qride courses in Brisbane, but RideSmart at Brookfield was the most convenient location for me from a location and time perspective (they offer courses during the week). Mike was my instructor and he did an amazing job of explaining and demonstrating what competent looked like. The best part of the day was not being marked competent and achieving my RE Opens, but it was Mike putting our safety first. There were five people, including myself, undertaking the RE O course but one participant lacked the necessary skill level to be safe on the road. Throughout the carpark course, this he struggled to follow instructions correctly despite Mike's clear, consistent, calm and patient delivery, and at one stage almost caused a collision with other participants. Mike did not hesitate to remove him immediately from the course. For myself and the other participants this was a relief as we were all concerned with how he would be on the road road. Having an instructor who is not only able to accurately assess a person's ability but able to ensure the safety of other participants is the biggest benefit you can get. Thanks Mike for looking out for us and ensuring those that are competent are able to demonstrate this in a safe and supportive environment.

Opened an account with ME Bank in early December 2019. Went on holiday over Christmas and New Year and got back to a letter that the account had been closed, please see the terms and conditions of the account as to why. No real explanation, tried to call them multiple times, was on the phone and mostly on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I like what this bank stands for hence I tried to open another account and they rejected my application. Again no real explanation. Unless I broke a T&C which I can't think of what I could have done, then the banks own T&C's say: We may close your account without reason by giving you seven days prior written notice. I never got seven days prior written notice, instead the letter was dated 2nd January and which is the same day that the account was closed. I know at this point I'm not likely to get an answer from ME Bank as to why they rejected me for a simple everyday bank account, but I would like to know why as it may affect my ability to apply for financial products in the future and I'd like to avoid that.

Was a customer of ME for 12 years, I agree with all these negative reviews 100%. Existing customers pay more and get less. Terrible communication and service, banking always down, antiquated tech. They never call you back, can’t ever get through. Wait up to a month for anything to be actioned. The longer you’re with them the less value you have. I can tell you I asked them only early April if there was any way they could take our redraw, and told, nope it’s 100% safe and will always be accessible, “it’s a great place to park any savings”. Now so many have lost access to years worth of extra repayments! If you’re thinking of ME I only have one word for you DON’T.

When I moved US shares into my ANZ (legacy etrade) account, it took several months. US brokers could not fathom what their problem was. Finally shares transferred to AU platform, but 1/3 of the securities have gone 'missing'. Do these guys get paid for this? As soon as this is sorted will move accounts. Any recommends?

I have used them every year for 7 years now, buying an Annual Multi Trip policy. I have never claimed but have been in strife a few times and called the emergency assistance and received help with replacement travel documents from the embassy in the UK. Also help with a translator at a doctors surgery in Thailand. (Fortunately nothing too serious and was sent home with peace of mind after dog bite - no rabies for me!)

I originally made finance enquiries through a car yard and they had my details handed to Candyce from so easy loans and she contacted me straight away. I was then worried i was not going to be approved so i didn't proceed with the application. 2 weeks went buy and i emailed her again and i once froze again. Finally one friday night, after some good news regarding my credit file i applied and by monday 10am i had an email from Candyce asking me for everything she needed to put the application through. I sent everything off by 2PM and the next morning i had an email saying i was approved! She took care of everything for me. I know nothing about loans or anything to do with them, she walked me right through step by step, she got me GAP insurance and got me an awesome deal on car insurance that saved me $80 a month! These people are the people to see! Once my XR8 Falcon is paid off i will be speaking to them again, Hopefully Candyce!

I wouldn’t advice anyone to go to a broker if the bank says no. The extra repayments is just so much that you will ask yourself was I this desperate? Only actually took $10,300 from Money3 through ‘so easy loans’ towards paying for my car. But guess what? After adding all of the additional extra fees and interests, I have just completed paying $24,245.47. That’s more than 140% extra costs. So I’d definitely not recommend them both.

I recently handed over my super administration to Xpress Super. I have just reviewed, in great detail, the 2015 documents produced and have been very impressed with the professionalism of the accounts, tax return and minutes produced & the electonic document signing system. I feel I have a more up to date professional product than what was produced by my previous accountant and am saving a significant amount of money in administration fees.

Organised my first box set the next 4 weeks to skip while I trialled the service. Had one week successfully skip, then the next box I chose to skip I was charged for an sent meals I didn't want as I did not choose. Contacted them immediately upon being charged regarding their mistake, was told I would not be refunded as the order was already placed and ingredients purchased, this was 6 days before my box was due. Was due to receive dinnerly now on Saturday morning, I have not received my order but received email and text declaring the delivery had failed - this was information provided to me but the photos supplied were not the name and details of my order they were clearly another customer in a neighbouring suburb!! I have emailed and message the company but have had no response and it is very unprofessional to have no option in contacting them via phone. I am stressed and worried as every cent I spend on food for my family gets down to the nearest cent in this time. The courtesy of a response to resolve this would be greatly appreciated

Your keto dishes have defiantly helped me lose 7kg in 7 weeks and without doubt are amazing! Cauliflower and broccoli rice dishes are pretty average. Everything else is amazing flavour! I did my research before booking in a removalist as we needed to make sure it was someone who knew what they were doing for a big interstate move like this and Careful Movers lived up to all the fantastic reviews we read. We made a good choice and I would recommend Careful Movers to anyone. The manager Tony called the day before the move to confirm all the details that had been arranged and to see if we had any other questions or concerns. The removalists arrived on time the day of the move and had ample equipment to ensure all our furniture and belongings were wrapped and protected from damage. The guys were reliable, friendly and professional and took the stress out of the day. Out furniture arrived in Brisbane on schedule and the guys unpacked the truck without any issues. Given the size of our move, we were worried about many of the complexities but Careful Movers are truly professionals who do this all the time and know what they are doing. We would definitely use Careful Movers again.

I recently used Logan an Toni from Careful Movers to move my mum from a 2 bedroom home to an apartment in Inner West of Sydney. The move took approx. 4 hours which was the time estimsted, and I have nothing but praise and respect for the engaging positive attitude, care and work ethic of both Toni and Logan. I have heard of and have had really poor removalist experiences in the past, so I did my research on which company I would use for my mum's house and I was extremely happy with the choice! Careful Movers, you have an asset in both Toni and Logan and I thank you for delivering on your promise. Would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family and already have!

I recently moved from WA to VIC, after paying and sending back all the paperwork, the movers didn’t turn up on the day they were supposed to due to an “administrative error”. So sat around for a day missing work. They came on Monday, the guys were really nice. All the boxes were inventoried. However I asked for the bed frame to be wrapped to it doesn’t get damaged. When it turned up it had scratches and deep gouges in it. Also a box was missing. After numerous emails to Wridgeways about this they have done nothing. A whole box with goods has gone missing and my bed frame is damaged. Now they don’t reply to emails. This company takes your money and has absolutely no regard for you personal belongings.

I engaged Wridgways to relocate a 1 bedroom apartment worth of items in Melbourne to Sydney in early December 2018. A confirmation of the payment was not sent to me by the move coordinator; [name removed] upon full payment that I had to make a call to ask about the status of the move. Whatever happened to customer service? This should have been the sign of things to come. The uplift was supposed to happen at 12pm but not only were they late by a whole 2 hours but they did not have the basic courtesy to inform me. It was only after repeated calls to the customer service desk that I knew they were late. When the movers came, no care was exercised in handling my items - it was basically the movers throwing my stuff around. In addition, the movers punctured a hole in the apartment when moving the washing machine but it was my fault for not taking before and after pictures. Since they managed to get the job done within the stipulated 3 hours, I decided to let it go. Delivery of the items to my apartment in Sydney was on time and handling of items was considerably better than the movers during the uplift. However, to my horror, I found that the saucer plate holding my plant was broken. The movers did not inform me that the saucer plate was broken and was banking on me not noticing it. I was then told that the saucer plate was broken during the move and given how the movers were throwing boxes around even when there was an explicit "fragile" label, I am not surprised. Upon unpacking, I also found most of the bowls were broken as well and this is after using additional padding on the bowls as well as in the box. The only logical explanation for the bowls to be broken was that the movers were not treating fragile items with care and probably throwing the boxes around. Clearly a negligence on their part! I followed up with [name removed on the broken items and was told they will not be reimbursed, I asked for an explanation on 17th December but 10 days on, I have not gotten a response and will probably not get any. In short, Wridgways only care about you up till the point they secure their sales and you have paid the full amount. They exercised no care whatsoever in ensuring your items are safely transported and tried to be sneaky about it hoping you would forget. I only hired Wridgways due to the size of their company in handling interstate removals. I strong advise everyone to not hire Wridgways for your moves. I have seen smaller companies that have done a better job and should have just stuck to the previous removalist I used in my move from Sydney to Melbourne.

I organised a move with company (2 months notice) Cancelled 2 days later and they hit me with a $160 admin fee. When I spoke to them all Helen HILL said was that the decision has been made. I have reported them to Fair Trading and ACCC. Huge rip off, rude arrogant people who told off friends of ours as well. If your happy to be ripped off with a company who couldn't care and they think they can do what they want then use them I don't mind paying a reasonable admin fee but 50% of the deposit is unreasonable. The quote was competitive, included everything i needed and more. I ordered a two pack of the whitening pens about three weeks ago, and the suggested lead time for delivery has elapsed. I'm not in a big rush for the products, but what really irks me is that I have received no response to two follow up emails asking how far away my order is. The website has no chat function, there is no phone number, just the email address that they clearly do not manage well. I suggest not supporting businesses that do not provide appropriate follow up service for their products - find another teeth whitening system, these guys are shocking.

We decided on building with Momu when we visited a show home and the salesman didn't attack us as soon as we walked in the door, he allowed us time to look over the house and listened to what we wanted. There are two downsides from the build process that I can think of 1) The drafting team should have flipped our home as we now have a useless door from our scullery 2) The house packages should include more expensive carpet and blind options, we went to the carpet display and were very disappointed with the quality offered. A quality product should be offered through-out. The finished build looked wonderful with lovely finishes and was almost exactly what we envisioned, the only thing letting down taking possession was the cleanliness of the handed over house. We have recently finalised our 6-month maintenance. Nothing has been too hard nor issue for the team at Momu Especially Tim, he has been outstanding and we thank him for his assistance truly a value to Momu. Todd our supervisor has dealt with a lot of our demands & questions but has done amazingly to help us out. I would recommend Momu / Content living to my friends and family... We are not the easiest clients but the Momu Team have made us rest at ease through-out the building process. We are in our 20's - 30's but wanted a quality build from a reliable and well-respected builder and we were not let down. Thank you to the team at Momu.

I moved into my home 18 months ago and I am still very happy. The whole process from start to finish was easy, especially being a first homebuyer. The quality of the built was outstanding. I have have had many people comment on the high quality of the finishes. The trades were all professional and very efficient! My supervisor was very approachable and knowledgeable. He ensured the build was completed quickly but to a high standard. He was flexible with meeting times and tried to cater to my work hours. Even since the build has been completed, my supervisor has been able to assist in directing maintenance queries. I loved my experience with MOMU and would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

Only problems were some items what salesperson explained to us and reality was different, but the administration staffs were very helpful and sort them out very efficiently. Especially, the financing team was brilliant from start to the end. Thanks again for your efforts. During the construction periods, the site supervisor was very professional and sort out every thing we pointed out in timely manner. Final cost was pretty much same as we have been quoted and they explained everything what would cost more and less. Thanks again guys and hope your best in the future !! I’m new to owning a pool and contacted Jim’s Pool Servixe to put me in touch with a local operator. Within less than 2 minutes I received a call from Kris Bruce who attended to my pool in a short time frame over the busy week before Christmas. Kris explained everything to me and nothing was too difficult for him. He fixed my pool and had us swimming in the next few days. Extremely efficient and very reasonable prices. I have had two separate jobs done by GT. A kitchen bench top, and later a bathroom bench top. Both jobs they can quickly to quote, submitted reasonable quotes and then later did fantastic jobs. One bench was more than 3.6m long, and no granite supplier was able to do and installation without a join. GT did the job and the join is almost invisible. (So perfect) Highly recommended

Had Annual service supposedly performed, spoke with technician at the time (and when booking service) regarding issue of doors sticking on one level. This was not fixed, when requested a return, was charged full cost and Company denied I had given any information regarding doors and due to a month passing...between technician visits..(due to Easy Living not showing up for two scheduled appointments!!) the issue was not related!!!! Despite my records of the maintenance sheets, numerous phone calls and e-mails to ascertain their negligence of facts and I requested they review the calls of when I booked and the paperwork from technicians and contact me to discuss the outcome. The only response from them is a letter from a Collection Agency! Shame on you Easy Living Home Elevators. Warning to all, 1.This Company rarely (once out of 6 scheduled appointments) bothers to show up, or get in contact with you to reschedule. 2. Servicing is not carried out to an acceptable standard. 3. Incompetent communication capabilities within the Company itself or with customers.

My cleaner stole from my house, ate food in my house, went through the cupboards in my house, used my electrical appliances to cook food, did not clean the house yet still charged me, did not bring her own cleaning supplies, had diarrhea in the bathroom, admitted giving a third party access to my house and then simply left the house with this random person in my house, left the house prone to attack by leaving the key open to the public and damaged my house (dents in walls and damaging the tiles). I have spent the last 72 hours emailing and calling Helpling to have the matter resolved yet receive no feedback at all!!! Helping have been absolutely disgraceful. Trust them at your own risk. They have shifted their operations offshore - unfortunately some of these people do not understand English very well making it very difficult to correspond. A complete and utter nightmare.

3001 web have looked after my site for many years now. They look after my hosting, with no issues, no downtime, and always email in advance about any work which is carried out at sensible times. Gary also does work on my website as I'm not very tech, this is carried out professionally, to my liking, very quickly and the language used is so I can understand. The website is also useful with its help pages and step by step pages, for example 'how to update your cubecart', this saved me alot of time as it was alot easier for to understand than even the cubecart site, as anyone can use it, not just cubecart enthusiasts. I highly recommend Gary and his team. Thanks for all your help over the years Gary!! :)

My project has been under development for 2 years. it is under all criticism. We have much customization but that should max take 6-12 months. I know the team has the skills, and that’s why the 2 stars. But still when they develop new points, half of the time it’s not working or it’s just a frontend fix, and the backend is not thought of. Therefor I always must take extra time to tell them to fix it. It seems like they don’t want to think for themselves and seems like they don’t have experience with hotel sites and booking systems, even though they say that they can fix all points. Therefor everything must be pin pointed and talked through, and even after that again half of the time the points is not working as intendent. The website they have made for me has many console errors and the site will not work after upgrade of theme or many plugins. The site: newsiteDOTalternativ-rejserDOTdk Their availability is lacking! They always come up with excuses of why they don’t have time. Note that I always have paid my invoices on time and has always been respectful. Overall, they don’t seem to have respect for their customers. Now they recommend me to find another developer to finish the project. And therefor I don’t think they will fix the points I have paid for. Expectably after this review. I wouldn’t recommend Adivaha, especially If you have customization. Being able to access the camera from anywhere also means you can leave the farm and not be too worried about if somethings calving, you always know! Setup takes a bit of time and understanding but the Agricamera team were always there to help!

We had our first Agri cameras installed about 5 years ago for the lambing shed. We found it a great help to be able to look over the sheep from the house, especially on cold spring nights, rather then get all dressed up in the middle of the night to go out. Also on a nights out, you can check from our phones. When we bought a second farm we installed another camera straight away. we can look at each farm when we need, from anywhere we are, it zooms in so well you can even pick out cow ear tag numbers. I highly recommend Agri camera

A week ago I ordered a bouquet of flowers and some sweets for my mother-in-law in Armenia. I was awfully anxious how would all that turn out, but thanks to this great company, everything was super!
