Our new firebird boiler fitted only three weeks ago broke down on the first day and did not work for two days then had a new sensor fitted started to work again it has stopped working some six time since but is now working ok well for the moment the only thing I can say is that firebird helpline has been very helpful

5 stars to the bike, and 5 stars to absolutely phenomenal customer service from Bob, who patiently traded 20 emails with me covering every single question and worry I had. I ordered a 20.5" 702 Commuter frame, which ended up being slightly too large for me. Bob gave me suggestions on making the frame fit, taught me how to use a quick-release skewer, and recently hunted down a demo bike in the 19" size which I look forward to test riding soon. The bike itself is very cleverly designed. The aesthetics are not bad - it is clearly modern with thick tubes, but it's not a bad looking bike, and the black color is surprisingly sleek. As advertised it really does fold in less than a minute once you practice, and fit into the back of a cab with tons of room to spare - a godsend when you have poor time management and need to haul yourself and your bike somewhere in a hurry. The folding aspect comes in handy even if you don't have time to fold it completely - e.g. just a slight "bend" in the frame makes it much easier to carry on narrow and steep old staircases. I haven't tried to carry it into a restaurant folded, because where I live there are places to park outside every shop and I would just get asked to leave the bike outside. My only complaint is that coming from a vintage upright English 3-speed, I wish this bike was a bit more of a true commuter, as out of the box it feels more like a bike you'd ride while wearing spandex :) But I understand that bigger tyres, fenders, swept-back bars etc. would affect the folding mechanism and the weight. I look forward to settling on a size so that I can start adding accessories and making it into a true workhorse. Just have to make sure it doesn't get stolen - seriously, the folding is so darn cool.

This is my second Change bike - I also have the 702 commuter. I wanted this one because I wanted something a little more rugged for my fall/winter morning commute (I go through a linear rails to trails park that is covered with wet leaves and fall debris) and more casual for weekends. This is also a great bike - super sturdy, good off-road and on pavement, and great gears. Then it folds up nicely, rolls to the metro, and comes home (and I get a bunch of excited comments on the bike in the meanwhile). Flatbike’s customer service is fantastic, as ever.

Lets get the good things out of the way first: They taste ok, They taste like smoothies yet keep for over a year in your cupboard, They hardly take up any space, They are reportedly healthier for you than a smoothie, As they are powder you can mix with water, milk or any milk substitute of your choice, They hardly take up any space, You can take them with you and prepare anywhere, You don't need to try to clean a smoothie maker after each one. Negatives: They are twice as expensive as innocent smoothies, They are not as tasty as innocent smoothies, There is not as wide a range of flavours as innocent smoothies, They don't always mix that well so you get little bits of powder stuck together, You still need to clean your shaker within 5 mins of finishing it. I feel like it is a good product, particularly for when travelling, hiking etc, but they need to find a way to cut the costs to make it a regular purchase. If it was the same price as an innocent smoothie I could live with the inferior taste for the other benefits.

This supplier thinks that the Sales of Goods and Consumer Rights Acts do not apply to them. They refused to handle a simple complaint about a faulty mouse and shirked their responsibility to deal with the problem, as required in law as they were the retailer. Telling a consumer that they have to contact the manufacturer is totally incorrect in the UK. Fortunately for me, the purchase was made on Amazon where GA Business were trading as a Marketplace Seller and of course Amazon, being aware of the law refunded. I will ofcourse never deal with this business again.

Looked at the site to find Gadgets I wanted to sell & found three out of six to get a price, sent an email for the other three and within 24 hours did have a price offered. On accepting all prices offered (not sure if you can ask for more if you not satisfied) the process was very easy and at all times had great help online. On receipt of my gadgets I was contacted to say all but one item was OK and an alternative price agreed for a downgrade to condition and then the money was transferred without delay. Job Done

After completing an offer, my points are now locked for "fraud verification". No one answers my tickets. After spending days to complete that offer, I expect to be able to cashout, instead of being locked for apparently no reason.

Completed several offers on the OfferToro wall that is offered on GetPaidTo one for 2750 points and one for 6750 points....both that were marked by OfferToro as "completed" never got credited by GetPaidTo. So when I opened a support ticket they asked me for screen shots verifying it as completed which I sent. They also asked if there was a "missing points" link....I explained that OfferToro doesn't give a "missing points" link once the offer is marked "completed" ....It clearly shows this in the screen shots I sent. GetPaidTo gave me 1000 of the points for the 2750 point offer and 500 points for the 6750 point offer and said they'd get in contact with OfferToro, and I never heard back regarding that. In emails exchanged since they have continued to ask if there is a "missing points" link option on the OfferToro wall which I already explained they don't offer when they consider an offer completed and mark it "complete" as the offers in question are, and are clear as day in the screenshots I have sent. Basically they are trying to stall me by giving me small fractions of points for confirmed completed offers then giving me the runaround for the rest. I'm assuming they are hoping I just give up or forget about it. Makes me wonder how many times they do this to other people and how many points they get away with not crediting every day. Seems like if they do this daily to random completed offers to a few dozen people they are going to pad their bottom line over a years time. Nice little scam. And even if they completely blew off the screen shots showing the offers as completed for X amount of points as not completed....why would they send me any of the points then ? This is what makes me assume its a stalling tactic. If you don't think the offer is "completed" as marked then don't send me any of the points....sending me a fraction of the points looks like you are trying to buy me off, like I'll be glad to get at least a little bit of the points. Garbage site.....just like the other site GetPaidto runs called Pokerowned. They marked several of my bitcoin cashouts as "processed" but I never actually got the bitcoin....and it never even showed up in the blockchain as a transaction so I know they never even sent it even though the marked it as processed. Then after two or three inquiries about it, Admins assured me theyd get it fixed.. my ability to inquire or even chat was disabled and can't get in touch with anyone. Basically the person or people running these two sites are either flat out shifty to borderline criminal or incompetent in the very least. Stay away from any sites these people run.

I have recently purchased a new build from Harron homes on the lavender fold site. From the start the sales office staff, Sharon and Eileen, were fantastic - I must admit, first off, I thought it was till I bought a house, but that excellent customer service continued till the day of completion and after - Sharon, in the sales office, has always gone above and beyond, even to the detriment of her own personal time - for that I can’t thank her enough The only issue that doesn’t quite make this a 5 star, is how quick Harron want to complete, even when the house isn’t quite ready. That’s such a shame, as the experience of buying and the customer care is brilliant, but rushing people into the property does slightly ruin the experience. Once in we’ve found the aftercare excellent, site manager more than helpful and anything that requires attention got sorted. Overall the quality of the home is excellent and the Finnish is great, especially the bathroom and kitchen - good quality cupboards and bathroom suit. The guys on site are approachable and very helpful and the sales office staff go above and beyond. I love my new home!

Re: On-boarding and support so fa: 30th July 2018 My experience working with the Team at HIPPO has been a good one so far . We had a the small issue with the system where the Parts were being linked to the wrong machine and i would have like it to be sorted out a bit faster and kept updated a bit more so that i would know what was happening but i know they worked hard on resolving the issue. Apart from that things have been moving along smoothly and i like the system so far. It is making a difference in our operations.

Dave and his team are so incredibly helpful, from helping me with questions I have to talking directly with tenants that have questions. They are super quick to reply and any questions/changes are taken care of promptly. I never have to worry that the ball will be dropped; I know once it's in Dave's hands it will be taken care of. The website features are incredibly helpful. I know the tenants love having a way to pay online, whereas in the past we were only able to accept payment by mail (or in person). The one feature I wish it had was being able to download a report or anything that would make it possible to upload the monthly payments into Quickbooks. I highly recommend Innago!

I really appreciate you getting the import of the 250+ contacts done so quick on the morning of Wednesday, February 5. We had teams as far north as Wapakoneta and Lima coming to Dayton Wednesday night. By you getting this done so quickly, that let me send a mass email/text out to them with an alternate plan for Wednesday night meetings where they could drop there items off and head back north earlier to stay ahead of the weather (ice/snow). I've just received a check for $150 for the Iphone 13 ProMax from GadgetGone. I want to say that my Iphone was totally 100% broken (we lost it and found it after 10 hours on the road with a big traffic). My husband was laughing at me ))) when I told him that I'm going to sell it. He wanted just threw it away. And we were happily surprised to receive the approve for the $150.00 for that phone. Beware Gadget Gone!! They offered me over $100 for three old iPhones based on models and descriptions. I work in IT and these phone were family members devices. They lived in cases and were old but in excellent condition. When arrived with Gadget Gone, they said they were damaged and offered $0, $0 and $9 for them. They are a bait and switch operation!! AVOID!

I kept seeing this ad on my FB page and needed some TVs mounted so I clicked on the link around 9am and a few clicks later I had an 11am appointment for the same day. I kept anticipating a text saying they were unable to find a technician or had to cancel for some reason but to my surprise, I received a text when my technicians name and that he was on the way. Ruben Jr was the technician I received today, he arrived on time (early in fact) with the swivel mounts in hand, introduced himself and was polite and professional. Ruben was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I had 2 TV’s mounted on the wall. I’m extremely pleased with how easy and efficient the entire process with Puls is. I highly recommend there services.

Joel and I went on a short break, flying to Trieste in north-east Italy and then driving down through parts of Slovenia and Croatia. It's a beautiful part of the world and thanks to Joel's imagination we saw some amazing places and ate some amazing food. We got into Porec in time to get dinner at a restaurant on top of an old armoury. I would do that trip again anytime! Joel will make even a short break into a series of great memories! Go!!

My 10 month old GSD chewed every bed/blanket I tried to use in his crate. I was skeptical but decided to chance it after reading the good reviews and I'm happy to report he is NOT able to chew this bed. It fits so snug against his crate it makes it impossible for him to get his mouth around it. He seems to really like it and I don't feel guilty making him sleep on a cold hard tray in his crate. It is built very sturdy too. I definitly recomend this bed! ????????

Working for an owner of a lip monthly. I have found the following issues, which may explain the delay in orders. worried about our safety at work. Due to covid 19 I was out of work for 2 1/2 months. I was looking for work to replace the job I lost. There was a job ad on indeed for a picker/packer in st Catharines Ontario. It was working for a subscription company called LM inc, who runs 2 online businesses called lip monthly and spicy subscriptions Anyway I started work on May 14th. It was supposed to be in a small warehouse. Yet when I showed up for work at 36 Wright St, unit#2 St. Catharines, ON L2P 3J4, Canada It turned out to be a storage unit not a warehouse. We kept the metal door raised up so we could get fresh air. It's owned by a guy named Bryden and his manager Alex Jenkins and account manager Brian McGill. Bryden's number is 1 647-992-4022 We have some health and safety, lack of organization and lack of basic communication and common sense issues at our work place. The issues are #1 safety issues. Theres lack of being able to get rid of the cardboard and other stuff all over the floor which is a tripping and slipping hazard. As a person who has been previously suffered back and hip injuries due to other people's stupidty and lack of common sense. I find it irritating that he's not properly providing container's to put the cardboard, or brooms to sweep the floor. We don't have proper bins for the garbage, or even proper bins to put the finished product in. He has recently started getting a lot more product in, but it's practically blocking the only entrance and exit to the building. It's piled everywhere. #2 lack of ability to provide proper amounts of labels, products to pack or even communicate how many boxes are needed for each order. Yet it shouldn't be that hard for him to print a master list of all the customers who have ordered and compare the labels being printed to this list. Cause then he could easily figure out which ones are missing and reprint them. #3 1 lack of proper scheduling. We have lives outside of work we need to know when we are working. Yet it's been very difficult to get our boss to prepare a proper schedule. Even his manager Alex can't seem to accomplish this. #4 wasting employees time, having us come in for only 1 1/2 to 2 hours of work because he's not properly prepared with the product to pack, labels etc. #5 products and boxes not even organized. They are just randomly placed all over. It's a treasure hunt to find what we need. How can an employee survive an incompetent workplace like this?

I've only belonged for a month, and I really like my first bag. I don't usually wear bold lipstick colors but the bag came just in time for a Gatsby-themed party and had a perfect bold red in it, that was awesome! I received 2 lipsticks, a chapstick (for a lack of a better term, it's def better than chapstick), and a lip liner. I'm not a lip liner person, but it's the perfect shade to go with the one lipstick that came in the bag, so for someone who uses lip liner, they'd be all set. And the bag itself was cute. Definitely impressed.

We've been using Microkeeper for almost 5 years (since Nov 2015) and it has only gotten better - their developers continue to make enhancements where needed (and they are improvements that MAKE SENSE!) and really take on board the feedback we (as the end user) provides. It is a great platform to integrate with other payroll systems or as standalone (which is how we use it). Importantly, it just works, is simple to use and gives employers and employees open ended access for past payslips, group certificates and financial reports.

Got an online quote on Wednesday, booked a visit for Thursday. Dwayne turned up. Lovely bloke, friendly and helpful. Did the checks and test drive, came back, rang the office and then offered me 36% (yes, thirty-six percent!) of the original online quote! I never expected I would get the full quote price, the car is low mileage, 1 owner, in very good condition, with a new exhaust but with a couple of small dents in the door from shopping trolleys. I expected the price to get knocked down and blame the dents, but to offer 36% of the quote price was outrageous. Even had the nerve to blame the corona virus! The original quote was give on the day they shut the schools and there was 24 hour rolling news coverage of the corona virus - was quite insulting to think that they thought I would believe such a story. I even took time off work for this - a total waste of my time and effort.

I had one of these for my little boy, so when my friend told me she was pregnant and I had a good think of what was my most favourite and useful things for my baby, this was top of the list. I was so grateful to not have to take coats on and off and cardigans etc all the time. He was wrapped up lovely and warm in his blanket and I could easily control his temperature when going from car to shops or from inside to outside when shopping. Brilliant purchase. I hope my friend loves hers as much as we did.

I have been with AGS for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. Their support has made the difference with other companies in my experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I thought PayPal were a law unto themselves when it came to extremely poor customer service but these guys now take the award for that. Truly awful. To explain... like others I experienced my account being suspended randomly (I didn't get told as their terms state they will do, instead I had to find out trying to buy food when my card was declined). My ability to log into my account was stopped - which means no seeing my balance or any transaction history. A number of days later they inform me (after I chased them) they are closing the account instantly. Nope I wouldn't be given the balance left in my account, in stead this would be returned to the most recent senders 'in 6-10 weeks, possibly longer'. I've requested who and how much this is but they won't provide this info!! This has left me scrounging around friends and family trying to find thousands of pounds to cover my rent that they have kept hold of. As for trying to discuss any of this with their customer service.... nah! They refuse to discuss this over the phone, and IF your emails get replied to then all you can expect is copy and pasted answers which will not answer your questions. Financial Ombudsman is currently fighting my corner and compensation will be sought. I suggest anyone else who has had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this business to do the same. TO ADD - Just to further add, despite them saying that any attempted payments into this now closed account would be immediately declined and returned to the sender, this has NOT been the case. They have kept hold of an attempted payment made 15 days ago (a week after they closed the account) and WILL NOT answer any attempts to have them track and decline/return the payment. The sender (also a bank) has provided the tracking details for them to do this but they are simply ignoring all attempts to do this. They have now been reported to Action Fraud @ Greater Manchester Police.

Avoid like the plague. After a request for additional proof of identity I was blithely informed, before I could provide it, that they'd 'decided' to close my account and that the balance would be returned to the accounts it came from. This will, apparently, take between SIX AND TEN WEEKS, possibly longer. Their so-called customer "service" department won't discuss the issue and any emails are simply cut-and-paste non-answers. Reading other online reviews, it seems Arro make quite a habit of this - and that's IF they return the money at all. I wouldn't want to say anything libelous, but it brings to mind a word beginning with F that rhymes with 'broad'.

I was pretty sceptical of the AutoSock but I got a pair anyway as we head up every year to Scotland for snowboarding and I had crashed my car the winter previous in bad snow, £50 to avoid that is well worth it! Ordered from AutoSock Direct and they arrived the next day too which was brilliant. As expected we met some snow and I put them on as a precautionary and they were amazing! followed the huge 4x4s with massive winter tyres no problem up to Glenshee and that was on a front wheel drive car with no winter tyres just AutoSock! No problem at all, cheaper and a much easier to fit than chains....its a bit of a no-brainer to have them in your car just in case!! I've since used them driving round the Yorkshire dales too and I think everyone should have them in the boot. The weather UK wide is so changeable and it would save so many accidents when the weather turns to snow so quickly!
