Ordered and paid for 4 truck tires through Walmart 8-27-21. It is now 9-13-21 and I still don't have. They say they shipped them thru Fedex and gave me tracking #s. Fedex tracking says it arrived in Fedex warehouse near me on 8-31-21, meaning I should have recd no later than 9-1-21. I contacted this company begging them to either push Fedex to get me tires or refund my money. This company didnt do either. They are a dishonest company and don't care about customers. Stay away!!!!!!!

I had been thinking of buying a car for ages tried several car showrooms (Arnold Ckark) and a couple of times applied for finance with them with not any success . I so a car on line at CDW and they tired and Advantage finance gave me a chance with the funds to buy my new car so very grateful for this . Polite professional and quick by all that helped me .

they are improving and get to settlement, little strict in way they behave. I have had the US mails lose certified checks and Hubzu sees the tracking number, but would not cut slack to give time to solve issues. Fortunately buyer had an extra 9500 laying around.

The face by themselves will not afford any degree of safety from virtalinfections in our opinion. They do however provide a very comfortable fitting mask to hold a proper filter over you nose and mouth. They fit nicely behind the ears and hold a filter firmly in place. We have used repeatedly and they do withstand multiple machine washings with a normal load of clothes. We would recommend them as a support mask for a proper filter.

I have just sold my beautiful R8 Convertible to SellCarco.uk, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a pleasant and happy transaction. Dan and Amy were really nice people who made the whole experience really easy and relaxed. I spoke with a couple of people at SellCar.co.uk before the actual sale day, and they were equally polite and decent, calling back at the time agreed and sending emails in a timely manner. There was no renegotiation or quibbling on price, I was paid exactly what I had been offered when I first enquired. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I have sold my previous cars to companies such as Aston Martin, Bentley and Mercedes and I can honestly say that dealing with SellCar.co.uk was a better experience. I have learnt that selling a car does not have to have a painful experience.

I was at the Canada Post outlet when I called as Canada Post said they did not have my package, but, Soft Moc confirmed they did have the package and they were correct, Canada Post had the package.

Terrible customer service, went in to return shoes and the girl returned the wrong pair. After the refund was processed and I noticed the $100 price difference I asked her to return the correct pair. She was unable to do this with her system apparently and I had to repurchase the pair she incorrectly rang in and then proceed with another transaction to refund the pair I was returning. Keep in mind when credit cards are refunded it takes a few days to go back on but the purchase comes off immediately. Spoke with someone who claimed to be the district manager and she advised me she would have to make a phone call and call the store back. This was after half an hour. There were also at least seven people in the store who wanted assistance but the one employee left them all and went in the back to talk to whomever she was speaking with on the phone about her mistake. Will never shop at this store again.

Just wanna say my iPhone 7plus sprint is fully unlocked and I'm using it on the straight talk byop AT&T plan right now as I'm typing this! I seriously was nervous about paying 120$ for something I only read reviews about and some of he reviews said it was a joke well I certainly tell you this is the real deal! Meets our needs fairly well but here are a few things I think need fixed/added: 1. Pipeline duplicates entries with companies. The company name can be an exact match and it duplicates the entry. Not all but quite a few will duplicate - not sure when or why. 2. Person's name has to match exactly when searching. It would be helpful if there was an option for 'sounds like' search. 3. Need an option for sending text messages from Pipeline.

Please avoid because the quotation they send you is not what you really have to pay at the desk!!!. Hereunder my story. I booked a car through AirportRental: 10 days car rental with ACE company at Cancun airport with the maximum additionl insurance, the so called Protection Plus. Total 260USD+120USD=380USD. When I got to ACE desk @Cancun airport I was told that, by law, they could not give me the car without one of these two additional insurance: - Basic insurance: 220USD (189USD + VAT) - LDW2: 324USD (279USD + VAT). I decided for this, the equivalent of the Protection Plus I have already payed to Airport Rental. Moreover I had to pay additional 60USD for an Airport fee! Obviously none of these expenses were in the quotation I had received and booked from AirportRental!!! After approx 20 emails and 2 months with customer service AirportRental gave me back 120USD of protection plus and 60USD of airport fee. So at the end of the day I spent (approximately) 380+324+60-120-60=584USD instead of 380USD! I don't think this is correct.

I am customer from CA and purchased from Brickell collection online. Simply put, if online merchants were like Brickell, there would be no online commerce in this country! We bought a leather accent chair and stone top coffee table. My chief complaints in the order they happened with this transaction. 1. Poor communication: No automatic invoice, and shipping notifications. When calling for shipping info, either they are not there, or the call is answered by a "secretary" whose identity constantly changes. They take messages for managers, who never return calls. Multiple emails need to be sent before any reply arrives. 2. No shipment notifications: The chair arrived in 1.5 weeks with a private freight company. I got a phone call from them on 2PM in the afternoon that the shipment will be there in 20 minutes. Dropped everything and rushed home to meet them. Curbside delivery, not taking chair up a flight of stairs. If this stopped there, I would not be writing a review. 3. No refund even after several damaged shipments and lengthy time: Coffee table stone top arrived a few days later, in pieces. No table base. Fed-ex Delivery this time at the door. However, no notification tha shipment is coming. Took photos, documented damage, called, emailed. Brickell confirms replacement. But, no automatic notification of next shipment's date, no instructions without repeated emails as to what to do with damaged items. Second replacement arrives, both table base and stone top completely damaged. Took pictures, emailed, called. Indicated we need a refund. This is now over a month later since we placed the order. Brickell states they do not offer refund, they only replace! Several rounds of email, multiple hours on the phone with the "secretaries" explaining I am asking for a refund. Brickell sticks their no refund policy. Third replacement arrives 1.5 mos after the original order. The are no visible damages besides some crumbling on the underside of the stone and the stone top's sheen being irregular from chemicals during the production probably. 4. High prices: after second damaged shipment, I run an internet search on the product number of the coffee table that I gather from the manufacturer's packaging (did not have packaging for the chair). The search revels that Brickell's price for the table ($508) is double of what other online merchants have. Resellers such as sears, kmart and goedekers as well as the manufacturer (http://www.interiorexpress.com) were listing the table for around $250 shipping included. Brickell lists products without information that would identify the manufacturer. They use their own model number on their site which makes comparison shopping impossible. 5. Customer responsible for discarding damaged items: As mentioned before, there are no instructions conveyed without repeatedly emailing them as to what to do with the damaged items. In the end, we had to discard 2 damaged coffee tables and table tops and these were 40x40 inches each. Had we not have a large dumpster, we'd have to pay for discarding these. Not even mentioning the physical strain of moving and dumping these, the fact that Brickell does not take responsibility for discarding the damaged items is not fair business. I repeatedly requested they ship damaged items back and those emails went simply unanswered.

I placed an order for some items a month ago and never received the items. I have called their so called "customer service" every day this week to inquire about the status of my order and every day they respond with we will send a request and get back to you ... then I continue to get no response. I recently called to cancel my order and am hoping that they issue a timely refund of my money - which I don't have much faith in based on their customer service track record. Don't waste your money or time with this company!! I wish I wouldn't have.

I have been doing business with Best Name badges for a while now. We order badges with the military post pins which we give out at our workshops; typically ordering 250 at a time. In addition, we order name badges for our employees which have the magnetic backs. We have been so pleased with the quality of the badges! I have now placed several orders with Best Name Badges, specifically Chris, and have to say the response time is amazing, customer service is top notch, and speed of delivery is perfect! Today, I ran into a bind and realized that I'd ran out of badges for our workshops (We have 3 next week!!!), so contacted Chris, and we're getting our badges TOMORROW! That is awesome!!! I couldn't be any happier! I plan on continuing business with Best Name Badges and Chris for the foreseeable future! Thanks!

I ordered 500 company envelopes, full-color printed with logo - and I loved using the self-design tool on your website. Even with shipping I paid less than other providers (some of whom don't even quote full-color). Paying less is one thing...but I got even better than expected!! Inside a cardboard shipping box, the branded Lindenmeyr envelopes come in a HARD sturdy cardboard box with a removable lid, for crushproof storage. This was a huge bonus, and I'm exceptionally pleased with my order. It was received in the morning of the 3rd business day. Thanks Jeff!

Ordered a 2 piece sectional on 11/26/18. Was scheduled for delivery on 1/18/19, but one of two pieces was missing and piece that was delivered had a large stain. This is with OKL’s “white glove delivery” that they have the nerve to charge $199 for. OKL’s delivery company (Lodeso/Watkins-Stockton...not sure which as both names are listed on the delivery paperwork) has been completely worthless. Had to call four times before they confirmed they never received the second piece from OKL. Multiple times they failed to call back with an update despite explicitly promising to do so. Have called OKL support twice and emailed twice and still have no resolution. For the two calls I was on hold for 40min (eventually hung up & tried again) and nearly 30 more min before a support rep answered he call. Both emails took a full week before I received a reply. The response I did receive was a canned “we value your business...” email with no detail or follow up re my order. They clearly do not staff their support lines. OKL has been totally unable/unwilling to resolve something that’s clearly their issue. At this point i’m pursuing options thru my credit card company or possibly small claims court to get a full refund. Frankly, based on my experience and the many similar scathing reviews i’ve seen, OKL seems to be inept at best or fraudulent at worst. I will never place another order with them and will actively share my experience with others so they don’t make a similar mistake.

After ordering a rug from OKL and waiting as the delivery date came and went, I spent the subsequent 6 weeks following up to absolutely no avail. Though OKL answered their phones and were cordial to speak with, they had zero control over the merchants intent to ship the product, saying that their only 'protocol' was to 'email' the manufacturer once every three days and hope for the best. They could not call, email more frequently, or extend the process any further than that. Not only that but until I insisted on it, they were not following up with me either on the status. I had to follow up with them, for a total of 6 weeks without any progress at all other then...there was nothing that they could/would do. They did once say, the manufacturer responded and promised a ship date of two weeks (for the second time). This never happened. At the end of week 6 long weeks of me continuing to follow up, OKL sent m a simple email saying they were just going to cancel my order all together. At 9 months pregnant, and this being a rug for the infants room...I was perturbed. I can't physically carry a rug at this point and ordering another online was not on my agenda. Of course I complained. They were again cordial, offering a discount on my next purchase plus free shipping. I had no other recourse and accepted. I decided to purchase a bracelet, what looked to be a beautiful emerald green and gold cuff (a treat). I was actually pretty excited to receive it. It arrived yesterday and to my disappointment but not surprise, the cuff looks like an incredibly cheap and dull version of what was depicted on their site. It's awful (dare I say junk), nowhere near the value, quality, or attractiveness they claimed it was worth. The 'emerald green colour' was more of a pasty white with a tinge of green' and it's not returnable (I can see why). What a shame. I will never order from this company again. Never. It was a complete waste of money, time and energy.

I booked what Hotelsclick.com listed as two triple rooms for a party of 6. We arrived to the Waterfront Marriott in Portland, Oregon only to discover that a triple did not and never did exist, instead it was two doubles. Luckily, the hotel realized that this booking company did a bait and switch and offered us a third double room at a discounted rate. The concierge even stated that we should try to stick to reputable sites like Expedia because they actually understand what the hotels actually have to offer. I reached out to the nearly impossible to get ahold of customer service department (they are an italian company, timezone was an issue) to understand why they fraudulently list packages and I was essentially told sorry we had to deal with it, they technically gave something that can accommodate a party of 6. This has to be done via email BTW. There is no voicemail option, and I don't feel like trying to call them at 3am to sort out bogus packages they sell. This is a rather shady company, stick to the sites that actually understand and honor the products they sell.

I cancelled an order same day I placed it, emailed the company 4 times including the same day cancelation within a week or so, after a week or so they send the product to me anyway, will be returned and will never use them nor will I recommend them to anyone else , $250.00 is nothing to sneeze at unless you have money like that now days.

Miserable service, Van arrived 2 hours late despite saying several times over phone will be there in 15 mins. Finally after arrival they didn’t know any thing about dismantling a bed and bunk bed so I ended up doing those bits although I got that covered in my quote, the second person with the driver was just observing the driver doing the work and I had to ask him several times to do some work but was no good instead he damaged my new property dropping goods over the walls and scratching them. They spent an hour trying to reassemble the bed with fail so I finally had to ask them to leave which they didn’t like and the second person went outside my property and urinated next to my car on neighbours wall, when I raised the complaint with the company they didn’t take it seriously and instead rudely argued with me. If you don’t want to spoil your move then avoid this company at all costs.

I bought these signs to keep the pet owners walking their dogs off our front grass.They were pooping everyday, until I put these two signs that were made to perfection up! They were made so strong ,and the stake was also metal which really stays in place in the ground.I will def. be ordering more for our house.Now everyone that passes with a dog has their eyes pinned on our signs and just keeps walking until they get to our surrounding neighbors to poop on their lawns :) Tee hee !

Booked car with Auto Europe UK5002555-1 but flight was cancelled 24 hours before due to coronavirus. Immediately told Auto-Europe to cancel car but was told less than 48 hours before pick-up would mean no refund. But as a gesture of goodwill they would only charge a penalty of £60.00. The car that waas booked could not be provided in any case due to the Spanish government declaring a sta te of emergency.After much correspondence and extra costs, Auto Europe agreed to a reduced charge of £25.00 which is the amount included within their own terms and conditions for such circumstances. Why did they not do this originally? The airline, the hotel and the pre-booked attractions all made a full refund but not Auto-Europe. Most other car rental agencies offer full refund in the event of cancellation due to coronavirus, but not Auto-Europe. Although I have used Auto Europe many times in the past, my trust in this company is at a low time ebb and I will look to other organisations before considering using them again.

I have used Auto Europe many times over the years and have found them to be excellent. I do strongly feel that it is mendacious to advertise free cancellations and then charge a "small" admin fee of £20 to cancel during pandemic.Other companies such as Holiday Autos are processing truly free refunds albeit slowly. Why can't Auto Europe?

I used to think highly of Startech but my recent experience has changed all that. A company that does not honor their agreements cannot be trusted. I have a USB 3.0 eSATA Dual 3.5-Inch SATA III Hard Drive RAID Enclosure that started exhibiting bizarre behaviour with the LEDs. I contacted their tech support abount it and after wasting quite some time they could not explain it or tell me what the LEDs staying on meant. They finally offered to replace the product and took my credit card number and details for an advance replacement. After waiting several days for the replacement I contacted them again and was advised that they had decided not to send me a replacement. Words cannot express my contempt for a company like that.

I was given no notice from the person at the other end that a black friday sale was due to start in a few hours (no adverts either). I tried to cancel my order after finding out about the sale but it was too late, it has already gone into production and shipped out. Complained on messenger only to recieve a smartarse response saying that they are not require to communicate offers before they are live! Disgraceful! Had i known about the black friday sale i would have waited and saved 40% off for the same item i ordered.

I use many different cash back sites, usually depending on the site offering the best percent back for the particular retailer that I'll be buying on that day. I made a $400 purchase and after 2 weeks of not seeing the amount in my account, I contacted them to find out what the issue was. The person working with me, added the order manually to my account. After waiting another month plus, I logged in to find out my order had been declined, even though I still have the item I purchased! When contacting them, here is there word-for-word response. I call BS on this, because on the day that I was making my purchase, ExtraBux was the ONLY website offering cashback that day for the particular retailer. We bought cable floor heating system ( the least expensive one) from Infrafloor.com few months ago for our master bathroom. Though it is summer yet and is warm here ( we live in New Jersey), we are already using it everyday. It is SO-O-O nice to step on warm floor from the shower! I liked their service, they are really friendly. The delivery was quick and on time. My brother is thinking of buying it as well in the fall.

Sent them my Iphone 6 they received it and stated they would be making payment to my PayPal account within 3 days. Over 3 weeks later and still no payment. I have contacted them they said we are having problems with PayPal can we mail it. Sure and I asked for a scanned copy of the check or tracking number, have received neither. Stay away from this company, they will steal your phone.

Hello. On September 12, 2020 at 12:38 PM I made a big purchase for $420.59. Invoice number is c13963454972006.1 Transaction number 7GH56622S 0609883 A I paid by PayPal. The post office came by my house I was not at home because I was at work I live by myself they need a signature to leave it. I rescheduled a re-delivery they came again and I was not at home because I was at work. I called the post office they will not reschedule a re-delivery. I email The company . The next day a gentleman called and told him the situation he said to get back to the post office to ask them again and I did and they will not send it to me again. I called the number he called me from and I emailed again. Like I said I live by myself there’s no one here to sign. Now I don’t know where this package is. I don’t know if it’s getting shipped back to me I don’t know if I’m getting my money back I don’t know anything no one‘s gotten a hold of me or called nothing. I wish I knew the man’s name that gave me a call after I emailed him. Like I said I left him a message on the phone that he called from and I have not heard from or any email since . Please please get back to me and let me know what’s going on I would appreciate it thank you

I have been charged $63.33 for 4 items which cost a total of $19.96! I paid an initial amount of $5.37 in May 2014 , which I thought was a promotional, however, they have proceeded to charge me $19.37 in June and July. When I contacted their customer service, they would only offer me a credit of $5.00 toward the last payment of $19.37 in August. I would never agree to such a purchase, and they seem to deliberately confuse the terms on their website. This is a TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered on 2/22, received it on 2/24 via standard (cheap) shipping. Sent me a shipping confirmation with details within an hour. Can't even get it that fast from Amazon! Very professional website and easy to use. Customer service is very fast to respond and polite. Wasn't sure what I needed so I sent in a photo, got a response within minutes and I was on my way. Keys fit perfectly - a complete match just like they claim. Parts are OEM and have a perfect fit and finish. Zero complaints about this company, keep doing what you are doing and I'll definitely be back if I need your services again.

We have been dealing with credit.net for years, and they are a model for how any company should operate. They are fast, friendly, helpful, and the service they provide our company is invaluable. From searching for new leads to determining customer credit worthiness, credit.net is the best. But what really makes credit.net work for us is our account representative, Chuck Liquori. I was so glad to find DiggyPOD for publishing my first book after three plus years research. After talking to several other publishers I found DPOD to be the most reasonable approach to pursue my book printing. The support by staff via the phone was very helpful at every turn of the project. Confusion with terminology and other technical related questions were handled in a courteous, patient manner even though I may have called them several times on the same questions. The book cover design with some input from me turned out outstanding and many people have commented on the cover as soon as they purchased or reviewed the book. I find the printing quality to be a very professional and of high quality that is good if not better than others I have seen. The idea of the sample book that they sent out to me early in the process was a tremendous help in knowing what the options were and exactly how they would look. The printing turnaround of 3-5 days on the original order and on following orders was unbelievable. I know they have the latest printing technology but the process still requires many steps and quality review. I am not sure that I could have received similar turnaround times on my book orders. The bottom line is that my experience with DiggyPOD was first class from start to finish and on-going as well as their pricing. I had a boatload of materials to present to participants at a conference, and rather than hand out folders with a bunch of single sheets which would just get thrown away or lost, I was able to use the DiggyPOD template to quickly format the resources as a book. A 24 hour review process, and lots of emails updating me as things went along. Great customer service, and quick communication to answer my questions. Books even arrived a day earlier than expected, which was great for my conference prep. I received rave reviews from participants who loved having everything together and have such a professional look. I am definitely going to use this service again in the future.

I signed up on a website called www.mobilerecharge.com. Then i Recharged a Spanish Vodafone number from me. The Processing took 15 minuts till they called me to ask if i whant to reload that number more often. I sayed yes then they charged it after 19 minuts. after that i whanted to recharge a other number for a data stick in Spain and then they Processed the Order took the money from the credtcard (same as befor) but this time i got email after 5 minuts that i need to change my credit card and enroll 3d stuff for it and then that should be more save for them and me. But remember they already processed a order and also again processed and took the money. After they got the money the send out email to me to do additional steps to get my phone charged i cancled that order because it is faster to go to a store or even the phone providers website for recharge i dont got the money back after 5 emails and 48 hours waiting they only say nothing gets processed i dont get charged i can re use the money but that simply not true so i think they take money re invest or do other buissnes with that money. PLZ Stay away from them there is not sadisfaction and they dont even print on website that first recharges can take up to a week till you modifyed your credit cards and all this extra stuff its simply fraud to lock you into the offers.

Having paid 18 GBP to recharge a Romanian mobile number, I was promised 20 EUR would arrive. Only 15 EUR arrive. The scammer I was in contact with started inventing stories about hidden taxes and bull$#*!. AVOID, IT IS A SCAM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK!

Placed an order on December 26th, the same day we decided to go with a larger amount. Contacted them via email & their response was that I would have to wait until I received it in order for me to send it back & get the items that I wanted instead. Mind you they had not even sent it out yet. I spoke with someone from customer service & he said no problem we will send you the correct items just send back the items you originally ordered. The items were returned after receiving them a month later & still have not received the correct items. It has been 2 months since the initial order & nothing.

The service itself is valuable, however, I'm afraid it is not worth being billed monthly. It depends on users forgetting their subscriptions and having their constant renewal payments go unnoticed. They do not offer refunds in the event this happens, despite the user not using their product during the timeframe they were charged. I personally, was also double charged some months, and I had to go through quiet a head ache for that to be addressed or refunded. The service itself is good, however, they don't make money off of their temporary users, which *all* of their users should be, because it is meant for those temporarily searching for a job. As a result, they use sneaky tactics to prolong their customer base.

I have ordered 4 times from Wholesalefash so far and all 4 times I've had great experiences with them. One small complaint I did have is about receiving 2 damaged items in my second order. But Jamie was very good about helping me out by sending me replacements right away! Also, jsut about everything I have ordered from them has sold in decent time. I took a risk and bought some jackets earlier on so I've still got some left over, but I'm sure when the weather cools down here they will fly out. I've been buying from wholesalefash for my boutique for over 5 years! The clothes are excellent quality, not designer clothes obviously considering they are super affordable, but they are great comparing to other L.A. clothing wholesalers. Styles are always trendy and unique. My customers love the clothes I get from the site and many items sell really well. My favorite thing about the site is you can pick your own sizes since everything is open stock. Most of my customers wear small, I always get stuck with size large from other wholesalers, problem solved! Shipping is usually pretty fast too, takes less than a week to get to the east coast from their west coast warehouse. I will continue to buy from wholesalefash for my store.
