Disgraceful experience. Item ordered on standard delivery, hold placed on the funds in my bank account to cover the order, confirmation email received. Next day, email received acknowledging the order and hoping that I am pleased with my item, however estimated delivery date of 20th August 2018, OVER ONE MONTH!!!! I emailed customer services to say that I had ordered these in what I thought was plenty of time for an outing on 28th July (the order was placed on the 18th July). The response was one that did not give two hoots about the situation and simply stated that the item was no longer available. WHY PLACE THE FUNDS ON HOLD IN MY BANK ACCOUNT SO I CAN'T USE THEM WHEN THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?!?!?!?!? So, I went back onto their website and found another suitable pair of jeans which were only £5 more expensive and replied to the customer service email saying that I thought they should send these instead. The response being that they can't do that!! I have been a loyal customer for years and this is how I am treated. A little bit of understanding and recompense would have done much to ease the situation but all I was offered was a refund of the postage if I ordered the new item. Please do not order online from this company, either call or go into one of the very few stores. I have also emailed customer services to suggest that in future they make 100% sure that the item is available prior to placing a hold on the funds in their customers bank accounts. ATROCIOUS, UNCARING and disgraceful customer service, it used to be so good as well which is a great shame.

The jacket I purchased was pictured in a true red. The jacket I received was very close to orange. A purchase return receipt was not included with the order. I am continuing to attempt to receive a return label from LTS via email, no luck, so far. I do not wish to pay to return this jacket. The lack of customer service and poor quality is not indicative of the shop from where I have made previous purchases. I did some digging and now realize that LTS was purchased by another company in 2016. It should also be noted that this $72.46 jacket was made in China. If I had known all of the above, I would not have purchased the jacket. This is no longer a company that sells great quality merchandise. Also, I bought the jacket on 2/25 and it was not sent until 3/11. At the time of purchase, there was no indication of a shipping delay.

Their clothes sizes are huge. How is an XS so huge? I returned everything I got through online returns. It's been weeks and I didn't get a confirmation email or my refund. I've been trying to get in contact with them for DAYS and no one is responding. They don't have an online chat. They don't answer emails back. They say to leave your number and an agent will call you back. Well it's been days and nobody called me back.

If you have any problems with the fulfillment of your order be prepared to not get your stuff. I placed an online order and never received my stuff. I contacted customer service and they didn’t help me at all. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced through a big company. I have my online receipt and my bank statement showing they charged me but they sent an email saying they sent my package back to the facility. Well if there not sending the stuff that I paid for they legally should be refunding me my money. That’s the logical thing to do here. Give me my money or give me my stuff, it’s really not that hard to understand. This is considered theft and fraud and I will be calling my bank so the can retract the money themselves as well as reporting the company to better business bureau. Now I understand why they’ve gone bankrupt. The customer service agents are specifically paid to help me and they failed so what is the point of having them or offering there service. I will not be shopping or supporting there business anymore. I am not gonna argue with them anymore either. I was respectful and patient and got no help. I will just let time take the business down for me. Bigger and better companies with exceptional customer service like savage x Fenty will give them a run for there money. In a couple years the business will be dust, thank you and Forget F21.

I purchased a mans t shirt as a Christmas present on 30th November, i was advised by assistant that if not suitable to keep the receipt as the receipt covers purchases from 1st Nov to 6th January . When I got home I realised he size of the t.shirt was different to the hanger, it was on a larger sized hanger, I returned to the store 3 days later, the assistant was both rude and offensive, the receipt I had accidentally left at home, so immediately got the response, no receipt no exchange, despite me advising it was way I had picked it up from the rail, I was advised that the onus was on the customer to check the sizes themselves and how was she sure that I had actually paid for the top. I was furious at the insinuation that I had picked it up of the rail and walked to the counter asking for an exchange on something I had stolen, I asked if she had thought I had been shoplifting, she could call the police, I was advised to read the policy displayed on the window on a small sticker on the way out, with that the assistant who I now know to be the manager walked away. Today I visited another store with said t shirt and the receipt only to be advised that the time for exchange had ran out and should have been done within 14 days of purchase, I queried the information printed on the receipt re Christmas purchases and exchanges, I was dismissed rudely, with a "NEXT" ringing in my ears. I have bought items over the years and have never had any issues previously, I will never cross over the threshold regardless of whatever the bargain may appear to be. Your staff are rude and down right ignorant, in the light of supporting my local shops, this one I will happily walk past.

Went in Selby store today to change jumper for smaller size that I recieved as christmas present,was told no receipt no exchange and to top it off the manager Linda was just rude and very angry,my guess is I got the back lash of somebody else's complaint of the same ridiculous returns policy.I guess they expect people who get people clothes as a gift for christmas to also have the receipt in the wrapping,just crazy.Wouldn't let Linda run a market stall,following instructions or not rudeness uncalled for.

I ordered some evening clothes from nelly. The quality was bad and the dresses were from India/China. But that's not even the matter. Nelly.com forgot to declare the shipping costs and that's why I had to pay customs duties and additional fees for UPS. The cost of the cloths were 120 USD and I had to pay 80 USD extra charges because of their fault. So if you live in Switzerland, do not buy there!

I will never order again after they sent me a faulty jumper covered in makeup stains along with black marks, I never tried the jumper on as I noticed it straight away and put it back in the bag and when I sent the item back and put on the delivery note that it arrived faulty they tried to say it was me and wouldn't take responsibility for sending me a dirty damaged jumper.

Brought some shirts from them and there is too much fabric just at the shoulders. Tried size S,M. No matter what size I tried all of them have this issue on all shirts. Returned them to back and then they returned them back saying they have been worn. I’ve literally just tried them on once to see if they fit. Be warned, if you try anything on even once they may not refund you. The customer service is very bad. By law for postal goods ordered online you should be able to try something on and return it for a refund if you want. Obviously it must be in resellable condition. Mine was completely in resellable condition and tried on only once. I think they may actually be breaking online trading law. They just want to grab your money and don’t care at all about after care or customer service.

Made an order with in the style. They sent my a shipment order 3 days later which was missing items from my original order yet still charged me for the full order. When the part of the order was sent there were items missing. I emailed there customer service. Waited 72hrs as they requested in their auto reply. Nothing. I’ve since sent 3 other emails with no reply. I’ve even gone as far as to post comments on their Instagram posts and message them but still nothing. I’ve been left with no choice other than to return the part of the order that arrived (which is a £2.50 fee) and contact my bank for them to start an investigation against them to get my money back! Won’t be buying from here again which is a shame as I liked the collaborations they did.

Very disappointing experience in a "luxury" department store.NO RECOMMENDED I am a lover of make up I was very excited to go to Harvey Nichols and enjoy the amazing selection of high-quality makeup brands. My disappointment starts in the disgusting condition of the tester in Ysl, lipstick with fluff and hair on them, foundation tester dripping over displays, primer tester has a dry product that hasn't been clean in ages, unbelievable conditions for a "luxury" brand. Customer service in this "prestigious" brand was poor and rude. Spanish, Italian lady with a very poor English, serve me with very bad manners and rushing the consultation with me. When I ask to be colour match she took a set of brushes from a drawer in absolutely disgusting conditions,what for I ask her to please to make sure the brush she uses with me was clean, as I have very sensitive skin, very rude and aggressive she mentions that all the brushes were clean, when I can clearly see rest of makeup on them. I felt very intimidated by her behaviour, and how aggressive she was applying foundation on me. I ask her if there was a counter manager with who I could have a word, and with a sarcastic smile on her face, she mentions she was the business manager while she walks away from me, to speak with somebody else from another counter in her mother tongue language, again with a very aggressive body language. I was very shocked, so I left with an incredible disheartened feeling. I don't even understand how companies as YSL and HARVEY NICHOLS, allowed this type of behaviour. How is possible that a manager in a luxury department store, don't speak proper English, doesn't care about counter hygiene conditions, use dirty brushes on customers, and she is so rude and aggressive. A rash appears few the day after in my face and I had to treat by a doctor. I will never come back to this department store.

Called Chris and we arranged for me to post back whilst he got a pair from another store. The new pair will be delivered to me only 6 days from my first call. The whole processed of ordering and delivery was very confusing. I placed my order on Friday at 2.30and I paid £7 extra for next day delivery. The next day i was informed that because I place my order after I won't receive it unail Tuesday. After I received them I couldn't be more disappointed. The quality of them was really poor and it was poorly made. I bought size 12 but the sleeves of the dress was too small that even my size 8 sister couldn't fit her arms in it. The other dress looked like a pregnancy dress unlike the picture as the skirt of the dress was starting from under the bra instead of from hips. The dresses was not look like the photos and I was very disappointed after I read the reviews I realised they have a long history of not refunding the money so I just left it as I didn't want more headache. Stay away from her. The dresses only looked nice in the photos.

Nice to feel confident again - thank you Want That Trend for promoting body positivity! Ordered a dress for £40 and the quality of the fabric was just awful! It was shiny and plasticky. Reminded me of the fabric of Halloween costumes you buy at supermarkets for £5/10. Ordered a cami dress size 8 (I'm a size 6/8 and sometimes size 8 is a bit large) but I could get into this dress! It was more a size 4! I will never buy anything from them ever again!

First class customer service provided by Paul and his two colleagues, sorry but i did not catch their names. We were offered a tea or coffee whilst browsing their excellent clothing premises, staff were very helpful but never intrusive. everything that I saw online was in the shop when I visited, unlike many online retailers that take your money for stock they do not have. there is an excellent choice of top branded clothing for both the gents and ladies. We purchased from the store on our first visit, we were very happy with the goods, the staff and the prices. Oxygen clothing will now always be my first port of call when shopping for clothes, either online or in store. Thank you very much.

In error I hit the resell button instead of dissatisfied - I immediately emailed customer service to point out my error and they responded 7 days later to say that because I had finalised they sale that they would not refund. I have made a formal complaint to PayPal- everyone should- it’s the only way to get these guys shut down. Check out other review sites- all similar horrible customer experiences . I received my item from Videdressing and it not only came dirty, but it also came torn. My package was first delivered to my neighbor, thus , not having two days to make my return. Not only did I send my concern to the seller (taking her days to reply) but I also contacted customer service and it took them nearly 4 days to reply back to me - then stating that my 48 hour return possibility is expired. I had an agreement with the seller to make the return, however, Videdressing is blocking that possibility. I received a torn and dirty jacket which, in my eyes, is considered damaged goods and the 'customer service' (or lack there of) is non existent. This is a very dishonest company and as the other buyer wrote below, Fraudulent! Think twice about buying through Videdressing. Also- I did make a formal complaint through PayPal. Hopefully it will be resolved.

Do not be lured by the assurances of their 7 year guarantee on furniture and beds. It is almost impossible to prove that the fault is a " manufacturing defect" ( no mention is made of this requirement is made in the John Lewis guarantee) and the customer service aftercare is appalling. Our issue on a highly expensive bed is unresolved and John Lewis have washed their hands of it. Buy from another retailer. We will never purchase any item ever again from John Lewis.

I recently ordered a selection of items from John Lewis and a £35 sale jumper was missing from the package. After speaking to 4 different customer service members, and them reviewing their packaging process, they concluded that the missing item was in the package and the package was delivered to me in tact. They have closed the case with the outcome that I will not be offered a replacement or a refund. Having ordered thousands of pounds worth of items from John Lewis over the years, and having also worked for them for more than 3 years in the past, I am shocked that this is the service of care that customers can now expect.

I spent $76 on Jan 21, estimated delivery was Feb 14 but it supposedly was "delivered" on Feb 5th. I requested the order be sent to Los Angeles and it ends up being delivered in Fontana. When tracking my delivery it stated "returned to shipper", and thats when my package ended up in Fontana. Which means they literally just took my money. Of course they have no one you can contact over the phone email only. Emailing back and forth after getting a response every 3 days. This company is full of dumpster juice, just go to Aliexpress.

It took a month to receveid the crystal summer sandals that don´t match with the photo - sole, leather and the crystal roses , full of imperfections and with poor quality (with a toxic smell), not in accordance with the price I paid .Besides, it is impossible to wear them as 42 size fit a 39/40 and my number is 41. They didn´t even reply my complaint. They have de audacity of entitled themselves "luxury designer brand", providing clients high quality - I´ve received these sandals only in a black plastic bag. After much discussion over email they finally accepted me returning it for a refund. I returned the dress in November and it took 8 weeks for me to get my refund. They claimed they had never received the dress even though my return tracking proved it had been signed for by them! They now have not replied to any of my emails.

Terrible Quality!! Cheap fabric like stretch polyester but said satin!!! I’m so upset I went to mail back the dress that I bought for my daughter and the post office said it would be $65 to mail it back (you have to pay your own shipping unless you live in the UK and they can’t even guarantee if you will receive it In the two week period that you are given to return items.The dress said size 2 -She wears a 0 but dress was 3- 4 inches from fastening and at the bottom the seam was unsewn I’m coming on Undone 4 inches long. ***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEAUTIFULHALO*** I ordered 2 clothing items, a harem dropped crotch pair of bottoms, and a slim fit assassin's creed type hoodie, I paid +£60 for items including"expedited delivery". Order placed 15th July, order confirmed as shipped on 20th July. Expedited shipping was 7 to 10 working days, effectively 3rd Aug was the deadline. Tracking hadn't even updated as in the UK by the 3rd Aug! Contacted customer services and was told to "wait". The whole point of paying extra for "expedited delivery" is so I don't have to "wait" longer than necessary. Items arrived 7th Aug. The hoodie as advertised quality ok but slim fit was more skinny fit. The bottoms I ordered were a disgrace the pictured item had a well defined overlap and zippers on pockets, what I received was a poorly sown "shalwar" that I could've picked up from a local store for under £5. Not even my 10 yr old would fit into it and it was a classed as a "medium" sized item? Generally I'd watch for reviews and make a decision after that. Learning point? Only read Trustpilot reviews EVER!!! Be warned, be safe, keep your wallets closed!!!

BeautifulHalo.com Is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with shopping online. I ordered 2 T-shirts December 14th 2019 and as of writing this review It is January 5th 2020. I have wrote them via Ticket and Support Email and they seem to want to help and say things to reassure you but weeks later nothing gets resolved. In my case both support and ticket help said both my t-shirts (paid as 1 order) was confirmed as paid but the system still shows 1 of the shirts as pending and the other shirt as processing which makes no sense but they both told me that my order for both shirts were shipped December 24th 2019. I contacted ticket support January 5th 2020 to see If I could get a tracking number for the order and the same person who said my order was good to go earlier told me they hadn't been paid for. In addition to this the amount of screenshots and bank statements mean nothing to these people, also the order cannot be canceled on the website because one of the t-shirts shows "Processing" which means it's already been shipped supposedly but the other t-shirt is still pending. I will not be getting my money back but for the love of god don't order from this company and learn from my mistake. Save yourself from the amount of frustration that I had to go through.

I have not authorized them for any transaction and was still reviewing a Versace bag and it is still in my cart but they already charged $657.15 from my paypal account. I did not even know until my bank notified me for suspicious transaction. I had to call my bank to close all my cards due to fraud investigation which caused me now in situation no card to pay my bill, grocery and new cards wont be home until 10-14 days. When I contacted them, a lady named Rachel who was very rude, she did not even read my concerns carefully, she even blamed because i keep my paypal account there. It is ridiculous, if my paypal account there why i have never had any problem with any online shopping website but them. They asked me to give them additional info and have to do it within 2 days. Ridiculous 2nd time, i dont waste time to that kind of service when the first time they did not even read my concerns carefully.

If I could give minus 100 I would me and my friends just went to the Westfield select store and the work who said she was the manager fully insulted us.she told us to get out and even said she would call the security for not picking up the clothes we left in the changing room eventhoght we repeatedly told her that it’s wasn’t us who left the clothes there.instead she responded but saying I don’t care get out or I’ll call the security just because we were young teens that didn’t even say anything back it was truly insulting do not go there unless u want to get insulted

Worst customer service ever, the manager threatened me and my friends to leave the store or she’ll call the security when we simply trying on clothes in the changing rooms and creating no type of havoc she blamed us for the mess we did not create! This is select in stratford westfields!

Worst experience ever. The first time I tried to place an order I lost my money because something went wrong. Then, when I ordered the items all over again it went okay. I received my order and sent a few of the Items back, however I never received my money back. I definitely won’t recommend this shop and won’t be buying something again.

Pretty sure it’s a scam. I ordered clothes and was charged but never received an email confirmation or anything and then when I went to look up my order nothing would show using my order number, zip, or email, even though I had screenshots of all of this. You cannot contact the company, when I tried to email customer support, the email kicked right back saying invalid email address, and no phone number. Called my bank and they said that the merchant didn’t even have a phone number listed on their end, and was listed as an electronics store. Whole thing is sketchy and probably a scam.
