Your website is slow and clunky. It took forever to place the order. My credit card rejected the order because it had a fraud alert. I had to contact them. Then I had to start all over because your site didn't save my cart info.

Hello Everyone, We purchased a SaunaRay Sauna (https://saunaray.com/) and have not be able to use it once. The customer service is So Poor. We have spoke to 3 different individuals within the company, 2 of which say that will be sending the part that is not working under warranty, and here we are 2 years later getting the run around again! We are no being told there is no warranty and we will need to purchase the part (Fine, Ill pay) I mean what good is it that I spent all this money and my sauna sits in the basement doing nothing. Even with me saying I will pay, I have been going back and forth again with a new person showing videos and pictures, she says she wants to help, then we don't hear back for 13 days, just goes cold. I couldn't rate their sauna I have never used it, but the customer service from this company is horrible. I have left messages for the owner over the last couple of days, Rodney Palmer and Nothing... I would think twice about buying Canada Made this time around simple for the lack of service! It was the control panel that just glitches, skips... our electrician told us if we plug it in it could trip the whole house.

Pre sale Great advice re the size and seating configuration. Massive win for us as we changed our original plans - and very much better because of this! We waited for a factory order instead of buying what was available. Thank you... Post sale Installation - Fabulous team who were meticulous during delivery. Super tidy and efficient. On Call Advice - always available to give reminders on the small things e.g the sequence of water changes and filter changes Running costs - absolutely spot on with the electricity charges. No nasty surprises after almost one year of ownership. 5 x stars!

The fact that a small boy (aged <3) was grabbed by the arm by one of the staff and taken out of the "playground" opposite the customer service desk is DISGUSTING and a demoralising display of how Whitlam Leisure Centre is run. It takes about 10 minutes to get into the doors. The staff spend 1 minute taking your money and 9 minutes talking to one another about "in-shop" related matters, as referred to by a staff member. The pools and interior are all fine and it is always full so, it's unequivocal to say that it is a good swimming centre. However, when you have to pay 3 dollars just so that a child can enter a playground and then be told that they're not allowed to make a mess, is once again, ridiculous.

Got in touch with Hot tub master in the summer of last year to enquire about any tubs suitable for my property due to access restrictions. The team provided me with a selection of suitable tubs, and provided guidance of how the install would take place. Throughout the order time, the team provided me with any required updates, ensuring that all pre-install actions had taken place. Had the Chaser hot tub since last September, and used it weekly. If i have had any queries regarding the filtration settings or which chemicals are best to use, the team have been on hand to help. However I received a phone call later that day and was pleased to find the caller was able to give me information that I needed. Wonderful job by The Three Cousins and I am very impressed by the services they provided. As the summers are approaching, just got my pool opened by them. The staff worked admirably and noticed all the little issues that I have with a portion of my maturing hardware. It was amazing and a thorough assessment by them. The Three Cousins was a lifeline for my pool! We assembled a new pool and the manufacturer alluded us to a pool fellow who was horrendous. He couldn't program the hardware and guaranteed the radiator was wired off-base. Mr. Sean turned out and had everything running in 5 minutes! Besides his month to month rate was lower. We are extremely upbeat and can recommend him any and all the time.
