Terrible customer service, was on extremely high rate for 1 year when tried to change banks to over 5% lower rate had to wait 3 months from when discussed and applied for. Nearly lost other banks offer. Rang constantly for updates and kept being told its in hands of there solicitors who were on holidays, cost 2 months of extra payments and fees. Why another solicitor in office couldnt just sign a peice of paper is beyond me. Beware this bank they are not honest and dont let you leave ultimately costing you thousands.

3 days waited delay after delay for preapproval, did enquiry over my credit file and wanted to put car loan under my wife and my name when I am supposed to be the main loan bearer, should have told me all this before when I put my time and effort in collating all information for them including my payslip, bonus evidence letter, govt benefit letter and yet couldn't proceed. Banked with IMB for 30 years, home loan for 11years & various personal loans. Home loan was a budget, life of loan discounted variable rate or so we were told. All seemed okay with this product in the early years but inconsistencies frequently occurred. Received a letter of demand after an apparent “default” Always made extra payments ahead of schedule buy some months, this now shows as a default on my credit score. Last few years while the cash rate seems to be dropping steadily they raise loan rate periodically by .10% without much justification. All of a sudden our rate is at 4.67% when their standard variable sits at 3.36%. Asked to refinance along with an additional purchase of an investment property but would not move on rate! Very bazaar! A few years back I was declined a $10k loan but happily offered a credit card at double the interest rate. Checked my credit score recently an this application was never lodged! Very dodgy mob, just interested in lining their own pockets! AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

November 2019, i was travelling in Thailand and despite telling TMB of this, my card was blocked during my first transaction and trying to get help from this awful bank was so unbelievably frustrating and disappointing.. i kept running out of credit on my phone so i called my Aunt in Australia who called TMB for help and they refused to call my Thai number to help me (ING, my other bank,called me twice to help me). Disgusting service. Today, after emailing days ago to ask for help during this covid crisis and making repayments despite being unemployed, i have heard nothing and am still being charged interest although other banking institutions are helping their customers with a hold on this. Money suckers and an unhelpful institution. Cannot WAIT to work again so i can pay my credit card off and leave this awful bank.

I have been with TM Bank for about 40 years since they were a credit union. They obviously do not employ enough staff for their extended hours calls. Today I needed an urgent overseas transfer of money to London. I emailed the scanned request before 9am. They rang me back at a 4.30pm and asked me to ring them back. It took 1.35 hours to talk to someone who then refused to give the Overseas transfer people a message from me .. as of course by then they had all gone home. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM... unless you have a life to waste!

I am a medical doctor. I obtained my home loan via Investec (now known as BOQ specialists) who offered me the home loan with Adelaide Bank promising no maintenance fees and a free offset facility. I also received a discounted interest rate due to my profession. On paying off 2/3 of the loan things changed. The interest rate rose rapidly to make it worse than other banks advertised rates (not their discounted rates so what happened to my discounted rate lol). They failed to merge my 2 accounts into one and then instituted a $10 charge per account amounting to $240 per annum. To make matters worse, they want to charge approximately $1000 to discharge the loans despite their arbitrary changes to the contracted terms. They alleged feedback and desire to change archaic account systems but introduced fees when others were making banking fee free. Avoid them at all cost. Would love to give them no stars but it won't let me.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR HOME LOAN / CONSTRUCTION LOANS, we are still waiting for our unconditional letter from the bank when we started our construction loan back in October last year.There famous words ( it will be done in a few days we promise ).Payed cash for our block and we only want to borrow $350k which the bank owns 53% of our house. Don’t trust them .

We are so glad we went with Alex and his team at With Cashback. Our agent actually recommended a different mortgage broker but we decided to shop around a bit and found With Cashback. Alex got us a better deal and more importantly: whenever we got off the phone with him, we felt like we understood what was going on - not a trivial thing for a first time homeowner. We settled on time without a problem (30 days) even though we only first contacted Alex the day after signing purchase contracts. I have been using the same broker for over 5 years and then needed to refinance. They were unable to structure our loans so I was on the hunt for a new broker who could help but many weren't able to. Someone on the forums then suggested With Cashback so I got into contact with Mark. I found the communication outstanding from start to finish and at no point did I find myself wondering where I was in the process. Mark took the time to meet after hours over Skype, discussed my options and actually listened to what I wanted. He had a great understanding of the real estate market and lending process which made everything so easy and seamless. Thank you Mark and the With Cashback team for helping me resolve my financing dilemma. They work really hard to get everything sorted out. On top of that, I will also be getting over 2k in cashback which is huge differentiator from other brokers I spoke with. I had a relatively good experience transferring to Resimac but as I've just received an email stating that the 'emergency' RBA rate cut hasn't been passed on at all I felt obliged to point out that the RBA have slashed rates by 1.25% in the past 10 months and resimac have passed on 0.65% which is pathetic, they give the typical sob story of world economics

Having retired from Qantas after 34 years, and joining Australia Post, still working for the past 13 years, I had all my Qantas Superannuation assets in various funds and noticed that I was set back with high administration fees. Listening to the Victorian Radio station 3AW at nights, I heard Mr.Brett Stene from Jacaranda Financial Planning talking about how people should invest in Superannuation and was astonished of his comments on radio, that my wife and myself attended one of his Free Seminar Sessions at the Mercure Hotel. It was such a informative and honest financial planning seminar that we were so impressed with, that we made an appointment with Mr.Stene in his Melbourne office on Collins street and from there we have never looked back. I applied for a loan at 6am. By 10am it was approved and by 11am the money was in my account. The application process was one of the easiest and no-nonsense loans i have seen in a very long time. No doubt they will say this is for someone with excellent credit - which according to both my credit files, I have excellent credit. I had bought an Atlas Global flight for December 14th via ENUYGUN. PNR No: IWSKYU... Yesterday, Atlas Global cancelled flights until December 21st. Today, I called ENUYGUN Call Center for reimbursement information. Call Center told me that, they have to wait for Atlas announcements to be made on December 16th, and they cannot do anything until then. I replied; "howcome? I bought the ticket from ENUYGUN with my card, and we all know that flight is cancelled, therefore I have to be refunded by ENUYGUN, simple..." Same talk from call center again!! My only frustration is that Trust Pilot only has five stars! So my theoughts on Glow! I needed help with what I believed to be a complicated mortgage issue. I’d spoken with a few lenders who all seemed a little confused at the situation. Probably the issue with dealing with call centres. My biggest issue was I believed my credit was bad or at least damaged. Not a great situation to be in and it can be embarrassing going into a bank or even speaking with someone over the phone. So it was a refreshing change being able to chat online with Ben. What was really great was he didn’t care about me having bad credit he cared about me as a customer and spoke to me the same as he would someone with top credit. Talking Ben through my situation he reassured me that my situation wasn’t that complicated and he could help. Again really reassuring that I couldn’t make a mistake going at it alone. What was also good to know was Ben’s experience, he didn’t need to have me credit checked by every bank under the Sun until one said yes. He knew which bank was right for me and sorted it. I can’t thank Ben enough for his help, support with the mortgage but most of all his moral support in helping me get this sorted. Whatever your situation, give Glow and Ben a shout.

I would recommend graduates first to anyone who is either recently graduated or is preparing to graduate soon. I found the site to be extremely helpful in preparing myself for job applications. Graduates first provides graduates with a large bank of practice questions, which really mirror the psychometric tests that candidates will be doing. When I first joined the site I can say honestly that I was still lacking in terms of answering questions quickly. But after continuously practicing I found myself answering the questions much more quickly and with better accuracy. They provide you with detailed feedback and a graph to show you how you have improved over time. It really helped relieve my nerves for when I was doing such tests as part of my job applications. I would definitely recommend this site to any graduate hoping to get a graduate job. Psychometric tests can be really daunting, but it shows with practice anything is possible.

Hi I have been a client of Saxo Australia for over 7 years with an active balance in excess of USD$1M. The platform is fine albeit a bit overly complex for my needs, but effective and fast. Fee structure is fair and consistent (and in fact a major reason I trade with them) BUT the major negative comment relates to the Customer Support as this is basically non-existent now. As others have commented I used to have a direct connection to someone who changed a couple of times over the years but was always available with in 24 hours at the worst, mostly within in an hour to handle queries, now there is nothing not even chat just an automated case tool inside the platform that is basically rubbish. The only reason I am posting this complaint here is there is to one to complain too or even send an email to. I have had queries in their case tool for days without a reply. Examples, 1. Posted some info they had requested from me to them on the 4th March and asked them to call me if thye. had a problem so we could resolve quickly, no response (bearing in mind this prevents me from any buy trades so very relevant), pinged them 22nd March they responded on the 24th March( 20 days later !!!) asking for more information, posted again today still in motion. 2. Created a case (22nd March) asking for an instrument (ETF) to be added to the platform 48 hours later still no response ! ... rang them yesterday waited on the phone for 34 mins supposedly 2nd in queue ..no response so I just gave up. Its a real shame as the platform is stable, strong and powerful, fees are reasonable (IMO), the company is backed by Saxo Bank and so is a strong financial position if they just had a proper support function they would be great, as it stands I think I'm going to have to move to another provider ..which is a shame !

At the start I was impressed by what they offered ... Ie free ATM , 2% cashback on purchase using paywave , $100 referral bonuses and 50c bonus if u cash out $200 or more As time goes on they take the perks from us. There is no longer 2% cash back and the 50c bonus. In addition to that they made it a lot harder to get the higher interest and free ATM.. u now have to make 5 card purchases a month... You know what I'll just go to CBA .. I can go to any of the big 4 ATM for free...

I am perfectly happy with the intercorp.hk or INTERCORP ASIA for over 1 year, never had any issue related to fund transfer/ KYC inquiry etc. Though i mostly operate online, customer service was good on various occasions when i had to visit branch for TT or other matters. One thing i find annoying is their third party online transfer limit which you might want to check out considering nature of your business based on other thread.

My experience after more than 5 years as a KNAB customer: I have a company doing import & trade of goods (B2B). KNAB seemed a good and inexpensive banking option at the time I started my company. Over the years I ran into some business obstructing limitations like their inability to process a Letter of Credit and work with online payments (modern form of the previous "wired money transfer") of non-Euro currencies. Lately their KNAB app stopped working correctly on my Huawei Android phone after an update through Google Play store. I couldn't log on and approve payments without using the reader device, which worked fine before using the KNAB app. I reinstalled the app but it still crashed right after logging onto it with my app-PIN. I reported the problem through their online chat on my laptop. They registered the problem and hoped it would be fixed with a new release of the app. So did I and I waited for more than one month for this new version of their app and this morning it was finally available in the Google Play store. I installed it but unfortunately the problem was not resolved. I deleted the app (again!!) and reinstalled it. Couldn't get it to work because the option to register the newly installed app with my ID-card/passport didn't work. Got a link from their online chat that allowed me to make the link between the app on my phone and my account. That link was not shown in the app! Luckily that seemed to work but now the option to log on to my account on my laptop using the KNAP app instead of the reader still doesn't work, letting the app crash again at this point. I tried several times but each time the app crashes at the same point after I typed my app-PIN. I fully agree with the previous reviews that the KNAB app is very unstable and buggy. It is not what you expect from a banking app and what you want to spend your time on if you have a business. Their customer service again and again suggested that I should reinstall the app and re-establish the link between my device and my account even if it made no sense to try the same thing again and again. They seem to forget that it is not my job to professionally test their software/app and constantly gave me the impression that I am the one who does something wrong....having an IT background so I understand how the mechanism should work! They even suggested that I should get a Samsung Android phone instead of my Huawei Android phone because they claim that their app works well on Samsung Android!! I wondered whether they had lost their mind! I decided to write this review with my experience because if I could make the choice again knowing what I know now, I would not choose the slightly cheaper option of KNAB banking but would rather have a bank that provides a significantly more robust banking app to business owners. I feel stuck now at this bank having made company paper with this banking information on it and having this account number communicated to all my customers. If this problem is not resolved shortly I will take that loss to never come back to this bank that treats their customers like app-testing fools. The image they broadcast in their TV commercial is that of a modern, trendy bank for small to medium sized businesses but instead of spending money on such flashy commercials, they should rather invest the money into getting their app stable from one version to another without needing their customers to jump through all sorts of hoops to get the basics working! Response to KNAB-reply: Please read the last paragraph of your reply again and seriously reconsider what you are writing there! To expect that I have multiple (up-to-date) smartphones at my disposal doesn't make sense to me and I seriously hope you are not suggesting for me to purchase another capable smartphone to let your app work properly! That would sound ridiculous to me! Wasn't the purpose of your app for me to have "my bank in my pocket"? I sincerely hope that your app-development team can get the app stable.....also for the Huawei Android platform.

I first read about Matt Sherman's LSAT Lab program back in sometime in Fall 2018 in a Reddit post on the r/LSAT subreddit. At that point I had been studying for the LSAT for over a year using various books and programs, and had maxed out in the low 160s for about half of that time. I desperately wanted to score in the upper 160s or 170s, knowing that such a score would be the key to securing full-tuition scholarships at the schools I most wanted to attend. Due to my desperation, I was willing to try anything. Up to that point, I had used the LSAT Trainer, Khan Academy, and several of the Powerscore and Manhattan books. Anyone who has spent anytime on the Internet looking for LSAT materials knows the extensive and overwhelming number of different companies and programs that exist to prepare students for the LSAT, and they vary widely in quality. So I initially responded to Mr. Sherman's post on Reddit about LSAT Lab's effectiveness with a bit of skepticism and trepidation These concerns were soon allayed. Of course, it helped that he allowed me to preview the program's group webinars, which I believe constitute the centerpiece of what makes this program unique as of now, and that he also has free Youtube videos covering major concepts on the LSAT. After receiving my January 2019 LSAT score of 163, still far below my desired 170, I signed up for the full LSAT Lab program. This unlocks a massive library of Logic Game, Logical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension questions, and full practice tests, which from what I understand, will continue to expand. The practice tests currently include the officially released ones from 50 to 83. The library of questions here is greater than what can be found in Khan Academy. He also created a study plan for me, which I adhered to in part. The other advantage of this program versus programs like the online Khan Academy LSAT program is the one-on-one tutelage that Mr. Sherman himself offers through the Blackboard application, and the three-times-a-week online webinar classes, which provided a fascinating and fun opportunity to work with other LSAT students on materials Matt presented. Ultimately, what you get out of this program corresponds with what you put into it. If I had to re-do my LSAT preparation, I would have spent more time with the test analytics, which Matt continues to refine and develop. After one enters ones answers from a particular practice test into the analytics page, a number of graphics and data will appear that show things like percentile of the test-taker on individual sections and the test as a whole, question types missed, and question difficulty. Explanations are also provided for answers to questions from certain previous tests, which I believe are more thorough and understandable than explanations from other resources I have used. While Khan Academy provides a decent free program, LSAT Lab wins hand-down. With his program's help I was able to increase my score to 165 on the March 2019 LSAT, and now wait to receive my June 2019 score, which I am confident will be close to my 170 goal. I have received full-tuition scholarships due specifically to my score increases. If you can complete any program before taking the LSAT, choose this one; it is the best!

Just today, they lowered my credit line to its current balance for no reason. During the COVID19 crisis, people may need that extra cash. Shame on them. I have been sending money to Zimbabwe from South Africa for quite a while now. I have never had issues with the exchange rate but now Mukuru has not changed their exchange rate in 2 weeks. Effectively they are charging 15% with the other 5% charged through the exchange rate. What do they mean when they say 10% guaranteed when there is another 5% on the exchange rate? Currently the official rate is R12.45 against the US$ but they are charging R13.66. Is this the guarantee they promise?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I thought PayPal were a law unto themselves when it came to extremely poor customer service but these guys now take the award for that. Truly awful. To explain... like others I experienced my account being suspended randomly (I didn't get told as their terms state they will do, instead I had to find out trying to buy food when my card was declined). My ability to log into my account was stopped - which means no seeing my balance or any transaction history. A number of days later they inform me (after I chased them) they are closing the account instantly. Nope I wouldn't be given the balance left in my account, in stead this would be returned to the most recent senders 'in 6-10 weeks, possibly longer'. I've requested who and how much this is but they won't provide this info!! This has left me scrounging around friends and family trying to find thousands of pounds to cover my rent that they have kept hold of. As for trying to discuss any of this with their customer service.... nah! They refuse to discuss this over the phone, and IF your emails get replied to then all you can expect is copy and pasted answers which will not answer your questions. Financial Ombudsman is currently fighting my corner and compensation will be sought. I suggest anyone else who has had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this business to do the same. TO ADD - Just to further add, despite them saying that any attempted payments into this now closed account would be immediately declined and returned to the sender, this has NOT been the case. They have kept hold of an attempted payment made 15 days ago (a week after they closed the account) and WILL NOT answer any attempts to have them track and decline/return the payment. The sender (also a bank) has provided the tracking details for them to do this but they are simply ignoring all attempts to do this. They have now been reported to Action Fraud @ Greater Manchester Police.

Avoid like the plague. After a request for additional proof of identity I was blithely informed, before I could provide it, that they'd 'decided' to close my account and that the balance would be returned to the accounts it came from. This will, apparently, take between SIX AND TEN WEEKS, possibly longer. Their so-called customer "service" department won't discuss the issue and any emails are simply cut-and-paste non-answers. Reading other online reviews, it seems Arro make quite a habit of this - and that's IF they return the money at all. I wouldn't want to say anything libelous, but it brings to mind a word beginning with F that rhymes with 'broad'.

I had in the past unsuccessfully applied online with other financial institutions for a bank transfer credit card loan, little did i know that each time i applied to these services that my credit rating was also affected hence the reason why i was not approved the amount applied for? This was not explained to me by any of the other financial institutions until Sabina at CFCU took the time and gave me the personal attention to explain and assist me in securing a low interest rate personal loan.
