Not genuine not honest not reliable not professional not mature Dexters office in Acton is full of very young not well trained not professional people that do NOT even pass offers to vendors nor deal with the offers in professional ways, they rejected my offer on a house (without getting back to the owner) but they accepted another one SAME figure as mine from another buyer ...why????

Trying to move house whilst heavily pregnant is pretty stressful but Tanya made the entire process from house hunting, selling and exchanging as easy as she could. Very professional and proactive throughout - chasing up and down the chain which was really appreciated. With so many people moving to cheaper online estate agents it is this sort of service that will keep people using traditional estate agents. I have already recommended CGW to friends looking to move into the area and would definitely use them again in the future.

Selling my house started slowly probably because of the time of year it was first listed. Once interest picked up I have nothing but praise for the cheerful helpful work put in by Tanya as my main sales agent. We had a number of estate agents who came around for a evaluation of our flat in Brockley, but no one came close to Guy Marsh one of the partners from Conran. When Guy arrived for the initial evaluation of our flat my partner and I both felt very reassured and extremely impressed by the knowledge he had of the area and how we should market. Whilst being very informative he was also very likable at the same time and the impression we had was that it was not just another sale, it was more about maintaining his high standards. We really wanted an experienced estate agent who was not going to be pushy at any point and someone we could trust to sale our home that we love and that is why we opted for Guy at Conran opposed to another agent. Excellent at keeping us informed at every step of the way. We never needed to chase for information, the communication we received right from the start and then through to completion was outstanding and therefore we never felt stressed or under pressure. Dan was the other contact we had from Conran who was there to do the viewings. Again, the same very high standards you would expect from a top estate agent. Being very personable, likable and very professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Conran. Guy, Dan and the team were a delight to work with and left us both we a very positive experience with no stress involved.

Martin, Simon and Clare carried out their respective roles in a friendly, personal and efficient manner. I was kept informed by Clare re all progress and difficulties (of which there were a few, but not in any way the fault of the team!), in fact Clare went out of her way to help me at a particularly difficult time, for which I was exceptionally grateful. All other staff were equally friendly, helpful and always there to help. It has confirmed my opinion that it's far better to use an independent agent with their personal and caring attitude, rather than risk possibly being treated as a number. Coopers certainly excelled; well done all of you!

The service was good, although it took 4 months to sell my mother's house after we already had accepted an offer from the buyers. Any calls I made to Cooper's staff were taken seriously and action was taken. Staff were always very friendly.

The team at David Clark undertook to sell our house last year as we were in the process of emigrating. They found an initial buyer within three weeks of us choosing them as our estate agents and were extremely committed in ensuring all parties had the relevant information to move the sale along. Unfortunately, due to delays with our visas and spurious decisions on their part, our buyers ended up with cold feet and pulled out of the sale. At this point we had already moved abroad, and this was obviously an extremely stressful situation for us. However, we placed our house on the property market again as the David Clark team assured us they could help, and within a week new buyers had been found. Again, the team were extremely proactive in ensuring that everyone involved in the sale were informed of every step and that decisions were made without significant time delays (they also helped with dealing with solicitors). Even through the current pandemic situation, they kept on top of the sale and drove it through to a great conclusion within the space of three months. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as an estate agent, they are diligent, focused on the details and above all approachable and dedicated to helping their customers above that of any other estate agent we've ever engaged.

Fantastic staff, we needed urgent help to find a rental property after coming back to the UK from Spain, DB Roberts staff especially Jessica pulled out all the stops, from advertising at the weekend to us viewing on the Monday and picking up the keys on the Thursday, we could not have asked for a better service, super fast, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I would 100% recommend my friends and family to use Heritage estate agents. Jess helped us right from the beginning and was so supportive, knowledgeable and honest, and gave us fantastic advise right from the start to get our house sold at the right price efficiently, which is exactly what you want in an estate agents. Once sold Rachel the sales progresser helped us with contact on a weekly basis. Rachel is fantastic at her job, no problem is too big, and she gave so much time and empathy towards us as clients. It is very obvious to me that Heritage put their clients first and go that extra mile to get a great result. I recieved the house 1 week later than the date we initially agreed, I allowed 1 extra day in order to get the house clean, ready and perfect to move, I submitted all required information and made all the required online work in time and immediately, I paid the full cost to move in time and immediately, the house comes without the equipment we agreed about and it arrived 2 days later at 7 am in Saturday, the carpet waste are everywhere in the house, the dust is everywhere, the toilet door was not connected , it took me 2 days to clean it and to be able to move my kids and family in time, I had to pay for a hotel to stay while cleaning the house, it seems the team has never checked the house before they submit the keys to me and let me enjoy the weekend and the bank holiday to clean it. Finally , the paperwork process is very professional, the phone calls and respond is immediate, the team is very friendly, but improving these small things for customers to move in to their houses without issues will make the difference to your business. Thank you.

Keats have been managing the letting of my Haslemere home for 10 years. Over that time they have successfully found me excellent tenants to suit the property, and handled almost all maintenance issues very well. They then handled the sale of the property and this again was managed very sensitively in view of the market conditions at the time. It took some time, but Keats supported the whole process to its successful conclusion. I would recommend Keats !

We had previously used Mundy's for renting properties (and were never disappointed). They have always had an excellent reputation in Lincolnshire and you can see why. A lot of estate agents are super pushy and all about the sales and lose site of customer service. Mundy's don't fall into this category thank goodness. Everybody we dealt with was super professional, friendly and went above and beyond. We actually sold our house within a few hours! Huge thanks to Phillip, Tom, June, Amy and the rest of the team, you were all just fantastic.

Thanks to Tom's excellent care and communications in the Pinewood Chesterfield Office, we managed to stay patient and we were very grateful after a vendor accepted a cash offer / no chain offer and then spent many months in a chain we had not agreed to - that was very problematical and confounded by some rather poor solicitors.

Manager Jason did good job in terms of providing detailed information and negotiating on our behalf and can’t complain about his level of service. However Stonebow law services were up sold to us and they by far are the worst solicitors I have had misfortune to be involved with. No one covering staff holidays and sick has led to move being delayed by weeks. Lastly the aftercare provided by Pygott was poor, house we were purchasing from your move and they were chasing our solicitors, house that purchasing solicitors were chased etc. Your moves after care was fantastic and without a doubt helped us to speed up the process unlike Pygott after care staff.

I initially asked Taylors along with 2 other agents to value my parents property. Leo at Taylor’s was head and shoulders above the other two agents. Leo was flexible in working with me on the valuation and even returned to take additional pictures after I had removed some trees that were blocking the sea view. This was a protracted sale with a long chain involved. Debbie at Taylor’s kept me informed on a regular basis and always called when she told me she would. Debbie spent many weeks chasing solicitors and agents involved in the chain to move things along and provide updates. This was simply the Best experience I have had in dealing with an estate agent both in Devon and London where we live. I cannot commend Taylor’s highly enough.

Worst experience ever. Poor service. At some point, I was left for more than 10 days without hot water because they "did had made a mistake when ordering the spare parts". When I called and said that I would stop paying the rent if they don't do anything to fix it, the manager replied that they would then "cancel their order and leave me without hot water". I have various issues in the flat, and they proved to be useless every time - no response, loss of documents and information. They usually blamed on a colleague who had just left the company and didn't share the information with the new agent. The worst estate agency I had to deal with in 20 years and 16 flats rented over 4 different countries.

To the jerk at WebsiteBox who was mansplaining me left & right (DAN). A term that I do not use loosely and only reserve for the worst cases. Telling me that there systems could not see my changes from the 21st and thus they didn't exist...Ya, there were right there under the older revisions & I found them myself. Without your assistance. Thanks for not helping and pushing blame on me left & right, telling me over and over again that I must have never hit publish on the changes. Ya, I hit publish on them OVER 30 times on the 21st. All I needed was help finding them and you tried to make me feel stupid. Over & over again you tried to push blame that it was my fault. Over and over again you told me those revisions DID NOT EXIST. Insinuated I must have not hit publish. You told me the 16th and the 27th were the only revisions that existed as of recent. Ya, that simply wasn't true...and I did not misunderstand you. That is exactly what you said. Dan, take your 20-years of customer service and shove it. You truly were no help today and deserve every bit of raised tone I pushed back on you for insinuating I was the dumb person who didn't make those changes. You deserve me injecting my voice into the conversation loudly when you continue to push blame. You deserve the choice cuss word I left for you right before I hung up the last time...Because honestly, you were abhorrent in how you treated me from the second I said I thought it could be a fluke in the backend of your system. You don't immediately tell someone not to "blame WebsiteBox for this" Well obviously, if you can't see my changes there is an issue on the backend or you are incapable of deciphering your own system log. I just really needed help today and you tried to make me feel small from the get-go. Oh, and btw...the issue was actually on your side the entire time. Thanks for that blame, Dan. EDIT 1: I received this lovely response from what I am assuming is Dan himself. I have attached the screenshot for your review. Apparently writing someone back with the subject line "Do you need a hug?" is an acceptable form of communicating about the issue. About sums up our entire call from the get-go and his superiority complex. EDIT 2: Dan continues to write truly lovely responses. Please see attached. I think this is very much a testament to how Dan does behave in his day-to-day business dealings. Truthfully, this is very much how he was towards me from the get-go when I told him it might be a backend problem. His attitude turned from "how can I help you" to "we are not the problem here, you are." And that is my biggest issue with Dan. But now, he continues to throw additional insults that now extend into who I am as a person. Truly uncalled for. And all I needed was help finding revisions from the 21st. Not to be made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. You don't want someones voice to rise, don't talk to them like they are the problem, Dan. Don't push blame on them. Find a solution to the problem without insinuating they are the reason it's not working. BTW, I wasn't the problem in the end, was I Dan? No, I really did make those changes on the 21st that you insinuated I must have not saved over and over again. In the end I just needed your help and it's obvious that you did not help.

When I first signed up in 2016 I edited my site and was able to build my site myself, without having to call in to the company for help. They closed down my old site. They claim they sent me e-mails, but they never did. I have all my e-mails and there are none from them. Even worse, the new platform is not user friendly, and I can tell the staff is overwhelmed. They are defensive and dismissive whenever I call in with issues. They tell me things are not set up, when they are (such as IDX) and when I tell them I have done it already they almost yell at me telling me it is not so. I feel like a crazy person dealing with them now. This is not a custom website approach, and I don't expect it based on price. I liked the old simplified version. This new system is complicated, time consuming, and nearly impossible. Not user friendly at all. Since I have already invested so much time, I will keep the site for now. If I was new and considering this as my website, I would definitely not go this route. Pay a little more and get a site that is workable. The new site is too complicated and full of items that don't work or can't be changed. Their solution is to delete the material in a section if it is not changeable. Not a good upgrade.

I was thrilled with the service we got through HomeLight. They responded within moments of my question online, talked with me about specifically what I was looking for, and then sent me a list of highly recommended Realtors that could sell my house in Chicago. My house had already been on the market with another realty Company for almost a year. HomeLight hooked me up with Hayley Westhoff, and she was absolutely fantastic! I've been in the business of selling repossessed houses through my company for 17 years, and I have worked with a ton of Realtors during that time, and Hayley is probably the best one I've ever seen. She and her partner Anna sold our house in a month after it had been on the market for a year already with another firm. Hayley, Anna and HomeLight really delivered!
