Mad how many calls and emails are queueing in the company call centre when so many of the staff are skiving work. A whole team at the back of the office spend all day shouting and screaming when they could help out taking calls or answering emails instead of leaving all the work to the new people

I had a Hoover Washing machine that was 18 months old. It broke down during lockdown and understandably we found it hard to get it repaired. We therefore bought a new hoover washing machine in May. This broke down 1 month ago. It’s electrics have failed and the drum is completely broken. I’ve asked for the machine to be replaced but they won’t even though it failed after only 3 months. The earliest they can repair it is on the 29th September. Appalling customer service. An inadequate product.

The filters clean my tap water well. I can't taste the bleach in the water anymore. I feel a lot safer drinking it. Also I like the idea of restructured water. The staff I talked to years ago seemed very knowledgeable about their product and answered my questions. They compared other products to theirs for me and told me why there's was better and cheaper. I also appreciate that in the last few years their pricing is affordable. I appreciate that immensely.

After a long research online and very good feedbacks I decide to purchase CUISINART COOKFRESH PROFESSIONAL GLASS STEAMER. I tried to use it and found out that there are no preset functions: poultry, vegetables, seafood etc. so wildly advertised on every video online and every review of this product as well as on images on the packaging. There is just a timer and two functions: steam and keep warm. That’s all. How this is possible? I feel cheated and tricked. I have returned it. Initially I have been refunded £50 instead of £175. After nearly a month of struggle with Cuicinart North America, France and UK I finally got full refund. Never again. Terrible experience. Customer Service is very poor. It is almost impossible to get in touch.

We were an early backer of the Lupe kickstarter campaign and are using the Lupe vacuum as our ‘daily driver’. First: Lupe delivers on all promises. No need to re-interate the marketing literature, very import to confirm that their claims are true. A few things are really remarkable: - Apple-esque unboxing experience. - Quality engineering. Everything has a heavy-duty, Audi-like feel to it. Things fit and click together. Trust inspiring for the long run. - designed with the end-user in mind. You can quickly reconfigure the machine on the go. No need to ponder how things work. - great suction power on high setting. - outer dimensions when stored are smaller than a regular ‘pull along’ vacuum. The machine spends more time in storage than in use. So it’s important that it doesn’t take up too much space in the cupboard. A few remarks - noise level on ‘high suction’ is okay. You can definitely hear it, but it’s not overly annoying. - battery runs 15 minutes on high. This is as promised, but on high you will deplete the battery in 15 minutes. But for both remarks: you won’t run it on high setting often because it’s is really, really powerful. Just like a turbo in a car; only in use when you need acceleration. Conclusion: Quality / price ratio is very good. Do not compare Lupe to some cheap ass vacuum because it is in a different league. Definitely buy this machine if you appreciate superior quality and understand this comes with a price tag.

Really like the PodStar. It has a much better design than the pods Amazon is selling for Verismo / KFee machines. I also really was pleasantly surprised to get a sample of stone ground coffee with the pods. This was GREAT because I was able to quickly identify the proper setting on my ceramic burr grinder. Now I am getting a proper balanced pour with excellent flavor. If you live in the U.S., it will take a few weeks to arrive so plan for that. Our USPS service has really slowed down in the last year or so so the delivery is not likely to be a swift one. This is not under control of PodStar so I gave them the full 5 stars as I am really happy to be able to stop tossing pods and I can get better bean blends now, Fantastic!

I hesitated to shift to reusable pods. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how easy (and satisfying) I’m finding using podstar pods and I actually prefer the taste. Feels so good not to be adding to landfill. I ended up buying a ten pack so we can keep a ready filled supply at hand, although I also found it simple enough to fill a pod when desired. I plan to keep buying podstar coffee as I like the taste - depending on shipping costs.

My dealings were a disaster. The company are crooks. Ordered toilet and paid.. Never delivered, but many excuses - got damaged in transit, new one ordered, out of stock, delivery to come direct from manufacturer, delayed by courier,.... A different person and different excuse each time I contacted them. Finally gave up and cancelled. Refund promised "today or tomorrow" but still not arrived after 3 weeks. Now told that "due to unforeseen circumstances" can't refund at present, and advised to contact credit card company! What a load of cobblers. Just fraudulent trading with no hint of 'service' or ethics. A disgrace to British business. DON'T GO NEAR THEM.

Do not go near this company. They failed to deliver my toilet on time, so I cancelled the delivery, then had to make numerous calls to get a refund. When I eventually got the refund 4 weeks later, they had deducted £49.50 admin fee. I’m still fighting that with them. Appalling customer service - they never return phone calls. Avoid.

PROMPT arrival and correct replacement parts!...only downside was that there were NO instructions on making the exchange from removing the broken part and connecting the new. Not easily found ...FINALLY found SIMILAR description and THEN WE muddled through and figured it out...but fearful we would BREAK it while carrying out the exchange! THANKFULLY we were sucessful...or you'd be reading an altogether DIFFERENT Review!!!

I ordered the Big Berkey from Berkeyfilters.com about 6 months ago. Shipping was extremely fast and the setup was easy. I had a small difficulty when priming the filter with the priming button, but called their customer service and they walked me through using the blue primer, which made the process a breeze! We have a strong smell of chlorine in our tap water and since switching to Berkey that is nonexistent and the water even has a slightly sweeter taste. So far the experience for us has been great and I am glad me and my family do not have to drink tap water or buy bottled water anymore!

Nick did everything he could to get the dishwasher working. He came in as soon as possible and then came in to try new parts including on a Saturday. When it proved impossible to repair the machine he got a replacement machine and kept checking when he could schedule in to fit it until we had the authority to go ahead with the purchase

terrible experience, they sent to me the defective part, later they sent to me replacement, and it came out that it doesn't fit to my model despite the manufacture recommendation so I had to return it, paid for postage....and guess what? they said that they will refund to me!!! I was fair to them, send to them photos, and replied on many question they had and now they treated me in this way AWARE OF THIS DISHONEST BAD COMPANY

Excellent company to deal with. Contact throughout the whole process. Mark the engineer arrived when he said he would, he upgraded our old boiler to a new condensed Worcester Bosch boiler relocating from the kitchen to the utility room, can't praise him enough. All the pipe work now looks neat and tidy, he removed all the old pipes and boiler, hot water tank etc. We are now left with a super efficient system and are extremely delighted. I would recommend this company and Mark to anyone. A job well done. thanks to everyone concerned.

Brilliant service, I was sceptical about making such a large purchase online with an Engineer never even seeing what replacing my boiler involved. But I am extremely happy with the outcome. This is not the first time I have ordered from AIRTHEREAL. Each and every time they were professional in everything, packaging, shipping, occasional communication with customer service. They are very quick to respond and shipping is also super fast. Ordered on Monday night got it on Thursday. You delivered the wrong items, we recieved two lasagna rollers and two grain mills instead of one and the deluxe accessories are missing!!!! I’m feeling terrible after waiting for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS over the expected delivery date, not only to recieve the wrong items. I was recommended to buy your products because of my friend even though i had to pay over 200£ Since i had it shipped from the UK to kuwait! Its very disappointing. I would like to return one of the grain mill and lasagna roller and recieve my deluxe accessories PLEASE since i already paid for it.

Mom has osteoarthritis and our plastic juice presser has long passed its days. After much research, to my surprise Breville is the only company that makes stainless steel electric citrus presser, it's more costly than their plastic counterpart, but i have to say it's totally WORTH IT! It's very easy to use even with one arthritis arm, take less than 5 min to juice all 15 navel oranges! The best part is everything is stainless steel so cleaning is a breeze, highly recommend to anyone who loves fresh OJs (or pomegranate juice!)

I purchased a Breville Toaster and paid considerably more than I could have purchased any other brand. What a mistake. It is SLOW and toasts uneven.I turn it up to the highest number and one side is barely colored and the other side is not even colored. In the opposite slot neither side has any change of color. That is not the bagel slot either. I thought it was maybe my bread which was either too fresh or maybe too old?. I put up with this till the warranty had expired so I am the loser. I guess one makes some poor purchases in their lifetime and this may be one of mine. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially for the price. Walter James La Habra CA

Clive Coffee has great customer service. They went out of their way to help me, and to make sure my experience was positive, even when events spiraled out of control, they stepped in to make sure that I received the best experience possible when I ordered my espresso machine. I highly recommend them over WLL. When I contacted WLL, their customer service reps were not helpful, and didn't always have the correct information. Clive Coffee on the other hand, was always courteous, and helpful; also when they didn't know the answer, they quickly researched the topic with other departments in their company, and got back to me very quickly. WLL and SCG both have a lot of videos online, but the customer service of Clive Coffee has shown to be much better for me - one of the benefits of a smaller partner to work with. If possible, I'd purchase from Clive Coffee again and I recommend them for anyone looking for a nice coffee machine.

I like the SUB & SAVE discount. I’ve had my system for about 2 years. I am adding a 20” iron filter. Even though I have 2 sediment filters, a carbon coconut filter, a double slim line Crystal Quest System which goes to the whole house, I am still getting brown rust spots on my shower curtain. I know Crystal Quest is a quality company. I am having it installed this week. Also, I have 5 filters that have multiple medias with an UV light filter that reduce all the VOC’s and contaminants. Instead of under the sink, my plumber installed them in the basement with copper tubing that leads to a separate chrome faucet to the kitchen sink for drinking. Too much, that’s what my plumber thought until he saw the sediment filters. He designed a wonderfully looking plumbing water filtration system with a system bypass with many shut off valves and boilers. The Crystal Quest filters perform well and last for about 10 months or longer, depending on your use. Ordering was very easy, from online buying to receiving the filter. It was very quick. In a while, I hope to give a review of the iron filter. I know and am assured it will be good. I am going to install this Big Blue Cartridge, CQ iron filter as the last filter ( #6 ) of the group of filters at POE that lead to the house. I am certainly going to get whiter whites in my wash. Also, adding water to my steam boiler will hopefully have no rust, which is better for the boiler. Also, cleaner toilets, but please keep your pets out. That toilet bowl looks like one big bowl of water to your dog. Close the the lid always.

Buyer beware. I have spent several thousand dollars on iron removal equipment with this company. Told them very specifically what the goal was, asked them multiple times to confirm it would take care of the iron. Besides the equipment coming at all different times, having to buy some equipment elsewhere because they did not ship it, spending hours hooking everything up it did come close to doing the job. I have removed all the equipment and it is just sitting in my basement. They did offer to take it back. Right! How am I could load hundreds of lbs on a skid fasten it so it travels without getting damaged?

Excellent service Queries always answered within the day of asking my only negative is the cost but the delivery was on time. Installation went smoothly by my electrician which adds to the cost and because of the re circulation option I did not place the chimney above the appliance adding to its clean lines. We have had 3 Airforce extraction hoods delivered to us first 2 were damaged so we had to put off electrician twice and delay new kitchen being finished. After conversations with Ben at Devine regarding our dissatisfaction he agreed to a £50 refund , which only covered the cost of calling out the electrician for a third time ,3rd extraction hood delivered not broken so had it installed but have had No refund and after emails and calls to Devine they know say that one of the broken hoods has part missing on return . Wouldn’t want to deal with this company again Broken goods and broken promises

I Came across this website while I was looking for water filters for my sink and shower in Dubai! After ordering the items and transferring money into her bank account, I got a professional plumber to install it, and it had leaked! So I contacted the women who sold me these items; her name is Fatima, and she said that they can't do anything about it! She wouldn't return it, no exchange it! This so called company provides NO Guarantees or Warranties on their defected items! They have gotten a bunch of spammers to review them on facebook (Check it out yourselves... all from Nigeria, india etc..) Please stay away from this company! They keep claiming they have Grand Sales and justify themselves! But they're liars. They also have another website linked to this one called rowaterpurifiers.com Even their email is not under their domain name. they use a domain name that is rowater @ emirates.net.ae Watch out!

I previously had another pizza-oven, really a $4500 doorstop - it never made a good pizza in 4 years of trying. Then I got my Ooni, based on the guarantee that if I didn't get a good pizza in 60-days, I could return it. To be truthful I incinerated the first two attempts, but when I understood its thermal power and paid a bit more attention I started to make edible and then great pizza. I have spoken to their support staff on a number of pizza related issues and they have been responsive and helpful in a very timely way. I love my Ooni.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Ooni! I opted for the Ooni Koda 12 because it was in stock and I'm not a patient person. We've made pizzas on three weekends so far, making 7 pizzas each time. Each week I've gotten better at it and think we now have a system down pat! It's the best tasting pizza I've ever had and don't think I'd pay to by pizza at a restaurant again! I've even made gluten free pizza successfully for my one son who can't eat wheat flour. Ooni's recipes are great! I recently bought the cast iron sizzler and look forward to making kabobs in it next! It's so amazing that it cooks the pizzas so quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend this product and especially like that it is used outdoors. I love the propane component. I look forward to having friends over this summer and sharing the pizza experience with them.

I have purchased LG washer/dryer combination unit. Since I was having a remodel at my house, I didn't open it until it was ready to be installed (which is about month later). I opened the unit and found out it has severe dent on the top plate and on the side. I called the customer service and asked for help since we are waiting on our second child to be born in a few weeks. We were in great need of the appliance. The customer service just kept repeating, "sorry it's 30 days passed, so we can't do anything." I called several times to ask for a manager. They refused to connect me to speak to another person with authority. The product was damaged so severely that the dispenser box doesn't even close. I had to call LG the manufacturer for repair help, but they do not wish to cover it under warranty since it was the dealer who was at fault. I wish I could have read the reviews here and avoided purchasing anything from the Compact Appliance.

The box had no visible damage, opened it 30 days after receiving and there was a dent and scratch on the face of the item. It was obviously boxed up in that state, intentionally. Called and spoke with an employee who dismissed me off the bat and was very rude. Ruben Trevino is his name. These people are deceitful and dishonest, do not deal with them.

I ordered a main circuit board for my washer after it would not power on. The new board arrived just over 24hrs from the time I ordered it. I got suspicious when I received the tracking number and it listed another parts distributor as sender. Immediately upon arrival, I installed it and my washer would still not power on. I did some research and found the noise filter could be causing the problem. I called partadvantage customer service asking how to go about swapping the circuit board for the noise filter. The first words out of her mouth were "you now own the controller board" and then asked if she could assist in placing the order for the noise filter. I said I'd take my business elsewhere since I'd just gotten screwed. I found the noise filter on Amazon for $10 less, free overnight shipping, and free returns. I should have started with Amazon.

The original ice maker lasted 15 yrs and this replacement only 10 months. Seller only offers 90 day warranty. Find the original manufacturer replacement if you want the part to last a reasonable time. No savings if the labor to diagnose and replace has to be done over.

I purchased a home with a Euro Kitchen island hood already installed. I needed a new filter and contacted Euro Kitchen for help. I spoke to Morgan who requested pictures, I emailed pictures of the hood with measurements included. Morgan replied to let me know she is pretty sure she found a filter that will work. We spoke on the phone about baffle filters and the benefits over aluminum, I let her know I would like to order and she sent a Paypal invoice and I paid. I received two aluminum filters that were way too small, I called and spoke to Anh and that is where everything went downhill. I let her know I received the wrong size and type of filter, she apologized and sent me an email letting me know they will send the correct size baffle filter. The next box came with an aluminum filter that almost fit. I called again and spoke to Anh who offered no solutions. She sent me an email with a return label and said the reason they sent an aluminum filter is because that is what I originally ordered from Kevin. WHAT?? I never spoke to anyone named Kevin. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, you will regret it! Also just like everyone else, the lights have never worked. On a side note Morgan was very nice and tried to help.

Looks great and works as expected, well mostly... Problem is that the hood lights are now on permamently on - after only 6 months use - a flaw admitted by the Customer Representative. Apparently this is a ~3% defect, and requires the hood to be uninstalled completely to replace the electronic board which is buried deep inside the assembly process. Having taken 3 people 5hours to assemble and install, I'm not about to uninstall... so lights remain on permanently. The only way to turn the lights off is to shut the power feed at the panel! Just waiting for lights to burn out and see what the replacement process/cost is. Customer service has been friendly & helpful... but the the cost & effort of fixing is all on me! Hmm... had I known all of this, I would have continued looking for other brands & models. Recommended but only with this caveat known.

I ordered a washable filter on 2/21/09. After 2 weeks I emailed and asked where was my filter? They said it would be in next week. One month later, with no contact from them, I cancelled. In my opinion, I urge you not to waste your time with Simply Vacuums. They provide terrible customer service AND they are fraudulent! Right now they are advertising the same filter they told me they didn't have a month ago. Worst internet vendor I've encountered in quite a while.

I ordered a lid for an LG washer to replace the one that broke on our machine. Their website had the part listed as in stock with expected delivery in 2 days with expedited delivery. 9 days later, the order info has still not been updated, 4 phone calls have still not yielded a straight answer . After 5 days I called them and asked them to cancel it, the next day I got the first email from them saying that the order was in process and could not be cancelled and should ship in 24-48 hrs. It's 54 hrs later and still no email or tracking number. Never ever order from this company, they are liars, crooks and thieves.

placed order, received only receipt from paypal, no order confirmation from company. Order did not arrive, sent 3 emails without reply. Two phone numbers on website, one directs to call another phone number which no one ever answers, and the other number does not exist. Managed to speak to someone once after letting phone ring for 15 mins only to be told to ring back tomorrow as lady only works Friday, and there was no system in place to check whether order has been sent. Have now contacted paypal to get money back.

This company care about its business more than the customer, the guy who makes the quote have no tools to measure what the house need, he tried to put 12 KW system in a small house need only 7 KW and 5KW in a small guest room need only 3KW. I asked him to put 7.1KW instead because I couldn't afford the big system, he quoted me for $ 5790, On the quote day they told me to give a discount if I go ahead with the order, I paid them $950 as a deposit but later on I found they put same day on their website the same system for $5500 when I asked why first they said it is an old offer, then I I end up paying them $5862.60,it just make you feel sick when you find they ripped you off. Please shop around to have better deal. This is my first and last job for them.

My first email to them: Dear Sir, I am writing this email with the spare time I have due to cancelling my plans for this evening to get my oven fixed. When I phoned up your business, you were the third company that I was getting a quote with, and despite being the most expensive, your no- nonsense same day approach sold me and I booked my oven repair immediately. After cancelling my plans for the evening, because I really just wanted my oven fixed ASAP, I was incredibly annoyed when no one turned up, and not even a phone call was made. The next day I phoned you and you said that the power had gone out. While I understand this was an unexpected disruption to your business, the fact that I was not even called the next day with an apology was plain rude. Yet, unfortunately bad customer service is not unusual so I got over it and rebooked in for tonight. I can barely believe it, but no one has turned up for a second night in a row. I’m trying to think why this might be. If you were lost, you could have called me, if you were delayed, you could have called me, if your building burnt down or a loved one died, there should be a crisis action plan in place. I run a small business and I know I sure as hell can’t afford to lose customers, it just seems like you really don’t respect the time of your customers or need the business. I don’t imagine you would be impressed if you arrive on a job and no one was home. Then after various excuses by the customer were made, you reluctantly came back to do the job only for the same thing to happen again. Do you understand my frustration? If you don’t actually fix ovens and just have your website as a cover to disguise the fact you are actually an international drug smuggling cohort or something along those lines, everything would make sense and in which case, feel free not to respond to my email.

Oven blew up on Saturday night, called Same Day Appliance Repairs Sunday morning. Technician turned up within one and half hours and did a great job and fixed it. Great service, I highly recommend them.
