Andrew was awesome. I reached out to get a quote for installing a door handle with a key pad at my house, he came the same day with the exact part I had mentioned and also in the correct color, and installed it in on the spot in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

One skirt was amazing, an Anna of which I own 3 others, however the new Victoria which looked so amazing can only have the short layer worn one way which is sadly with my favourite side (one i chose it for) can only be worn on the inside or as a single layer but the length of it is so short it doesn't even cover my bum. So yeah, I count three ways plus each variant with the baggie (which I must add is gorgeous) but not a truly reversable combo skirt as promised I can layer the skirt over one of my others but that makes the waist band bulky. Idk if my skirt is missing a zip or if this is the way it is meant to be. I need to contact them.

I was participating a two days Authentic Relating workshop in Amserdam's Welvaren with Andy and Bambos. Spending two days with them and like-minded people felt like a relief in a whole different and meaningfull level. Experiencing all this in a place like Welvaren felt like a gift. The two day session with Bambos and Andy I experienced as fundamentally liberating. This was due to the guidance of Bambos and Andy, but also the cosy historical space in Welvaren contributed to that. It allowed for a safe space to journey deep in myself after which I felt relieved and alive. Highly recommend this place to anybody who would like to learn more about him or herself in a safe, open and well taken care of environment.

This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

These guys worked so hard on a 2 day move, under bad circumstances. Initially the traffic locally was against them but they kept in touch. It’s so important to look after them with drinks and a good gratuity. 2 12 hour days. We were tired but can you imagine how they felt? I would recommend Andrews without reservation and thank them for their patience and efforts. Well done!

The installers Alan Brankin and Jason were brilliant at the installation of my windows - two bays, three bedrooms, dining room and bathroom. Phoned to check order given info on the order and delivery. Even in these unusual times service was first rate. If i ever need a part or equipment replacing these are first on my list. booked a medium pick up, £180 plus a tv and a mattress. The crew arrived and were a sub contractor. Said it wasn’t 4 yards. It was supposed to be 4 cubic yards but they seemed to be measuring for 4 yards of length and not height or depth. There is no way to absolutely agree what size the load is. They refused to take over half. I asked for a quote for the rest. They phoned the office after taking photos and the office said it was £350 on top of what we had already paid! This is the price for an xxlarge pick up on its own without having paid for the medium. Wasn’t willing to pay so had to send them away with half of what we had. My husband had to hire a van at £80 and move the rest, taking time and money we didn’t have. Were moving House 2 days later so had to get rid of junk ASAP. I called the head office to complain. The lady had photos of my garden and seemed shocked that they had left it and agreed that I should only have paid the difference between the medium and large. She couldn’t get anyone out to me that day but promised for Monday and to call me first thing on Monday. That was 5 days ago and unsurprisingly no contact at all. Absolute disgrace.

Booked for double mattress to be collected on 20th May and waited in all day,but no one came without any explanation as to why. After several emails over the course of a month, another slot was booked for 19th June. Again, no one came to collect but an email later on in the afternoon was sent to explain they couldn't make it having waited in for most of the day. Won't be using this company again I'm afraid.

We had 3 casts done with Helen for each of our granddaughters. Helen was so professional and helpful throughout and so patient with the little ones. The finished products were absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Even when Helen was poorly she still made sure we received our cast. I would highly recommend.

After contacting multiple stores I came across babylicious and thankfully they were the only store that would ship what I needed too the US I spoke with Ian through Facebook he made it super easy with instant replies making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for payment was simple then was updated with tracking info as it made it’s way too me if I ever need anything again I will be ordering from babylicious again I had a five star experience

I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

I bought two 3m cedar trees that I had professionally planted - they looked fabulous. However, one of the trees started dropping its needles after around 15 months and eventually, a little after 2 years, it died. After discussing the various actions I had taken trying to nurse the tree back to good health, Barcham kindly offered me a replacement at half price that I will be able to purchase later this year.

Very expensive trees, even common varieties, and a very limited 12 month warranty; some other suppliers trump that by offering a 2 year no quibble guarantee. Having said that their expertise is first rate. I have experienced issues of poor packaging of accessories but that is evidently being addressed. As with all areas of the market place, comparisons with other suppliers is essential to getting the right product at the right price and level of service.

My first Bell Tent lasted me over 13 years - so hard wearing, easy to put up and like an old friend by the end of it! Got given a new one for a wedding present and am in love all over again! Bell Tent delivered it super quick and this time we got the inner (for separate sleeping pod) and a porch for muddy boots etc.. so grown up now! Connected ground sheet makes a difference to the temperature and security, whilst still giving the flexibility to roll up the sides if you need more ventilation. Bell Tent UK are the original suppliers of bell tents and what they don't know, ain't worth knowing. Great company.

I ordered a boss mango wood wardrobe, double bed and mattress in November for my daughter's bedroom. Ben Homes were extremely helpful prior to ordering, I telephoned a couple of times with questions before making my final decision. They emailed me extra images and information on the products as I was to far away to visit the showroom. Once I had placed my ordered the service was extremely efficient. I received the goods within 10 days at exactly the time arranged for delivery and the guys even put it together for me, which I was not expecting! The bed is excellent, one of the wardrobe doors a bit sticky on the catch but no big deal, the mattress is firm but comfortable, my daughter is delighted and for me it was a pleasure to do business with a comany that seemed to genuinely care. I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

Neil has recently done a website for my new business, he also did all of the branding including letter heads and business cards . Neil did lots of examples of what we could use for the website and branding,. The service from start to finish was excellent. I will definitely be using neil for further work . I applied GlazeGuard Gloss Ceramic and Porcelain Tile Sealer H/Gloss on my wood look porcelain tile. I have approximately 1,000 sq ft, my entire downstairs. It looks fantastic. I followed the directions, and installation went smoothly. There was a minor order error to begin with, but CoverTec corrected that quickly. Every question I have had has been answered very quickly.

Doors were delivered within the timeframe set (3 weeks). Very well packaged and good value. Our carpenter commented on the quality and the build of the doors. They have just been fitted and look fantastic so hopefully they will last a long time.

Ordered laminate flooring, selected collection but was charged nearly £50 for delivery even tho I collected, told me I would get refunded and never did even after multiple phonecalls and visits to the store, wouldn't recommend using the website to order, also when visiting they had me waiting for 10-15 minutes while they all watches TV in the office.... Not a very food experience with this company....and still no delivery charge refund... Not happy with there service

Received email on Tuesday to say parcel had been dispatched, chased on Thursday to be told being shipped for delivery Friday, received a phone call on Friday to say parcel was stuck in Hub. Can it be delivered Saturday? Now have staff on site waiting to complete work. Could do better.

I initially contacted Foster about a part last June and a man named Tim got back to me. Was very helpful and the responses were within a reasonable timeframe. My customer only decided to get the parts in January. The correspondence was very difficult, responses were taking weeks to come from foster. I could not make payment as the pro-forma invoice took nearly 3 weeks to generate and the parts could not be shipped until payment was made. I really hope this was a one time thing. I felt sorry for Becky who was dealing with my order as she was waiting for the invoice to be generated to send to me. It must be a nightmare for her to have people constantly sending angry e-mails for something that is most likely out of her hands.

I ordered the artificial grass on the 7th of April and haven't received it yet (today is 24th of April) and have no idea where it is, or when will I be receiving it. I tried to contact them over the phone and no one picked up. Also sent an email to customer service with no answer. Terrible customer service!!!

I placed my order shortly before the Covid 19 lockdown came into being and had pretty much forgotten about it when the windows arrived. They were really quick and easy to install and we noticed an immediate difference in the sound and heat insulation so very impressed all round. Great service in a very difficult time.

I received my order in good time,materials were 1st class as expected.However I did think 4 bulk bags were actually what would be required,silly old me,listened to my partner,concerned about our bank balance,suggested we just order 3 bulk bags.I did scroll the internet to see if there was a company closer to my home in Lanark to compare prices,perhaps cost for one bag might be less than your £192.32/bag?I did find Gravel Master who would supply the same material incl del and VAT for £177.I have not ordered the material until I check my bank account LOL.I am retired you know,its a lot of cash for me.

I have used Northgate over the last couple of months and they have been excellent. I have used their headoffice, who were really helpful in securing us some fantastic deals and have also dealt with individual branches over the UK who have been so helpful and efficient. They deal with all the paperwork including booking forms, inventory/condition reports which is very useful and cuts down on all the paperwork. The costs involved are very reasonable, and they beat all my other quotations (of which I got 6 different quotes all together). The big advantage for our business was no upfront payment (no 3 month or 6 month advance rentals) and the ability to build flexibility into our business in times of uncertainty. Also having many different locations around the UK, it means the depots are in the right location to where our area sales managers are. Most important is our Area Managers are chuffed with their new vehicles. Thank you Northgate.

As a landlord with only one property being managed by Northwood through the Guaranteed Rent scheme; they have always been highly professional, efficient and friendly. I have been with them for eight years now and true to the promise of the scheme have never had any interruption in payments. In addition, I have had some health problems recently and a long stay in a hospital and they looked after everything for me with no hiccups. Just knowing all is being taken care of is priceless. I hope to carry on being with them for the foreseeable future!

I actually checked on amazon first because I needed a specific set of things really quickly - Amazon didn’t have any of the pasta making tools I needed as it turned out. So I started googling to find a specialist who would hopefully, not only gave the tools I needed but could deliver in time for Christmas Eve.... 2 days away! Pasta kitchen had everything I needed (all in stock) and with a next working day delivery promise. They didn’t disappoint- everything turned up in time for me to make an authentic Italian supper for my family! I’m delighted and will be back again ????????

The product was good as was the delivery and we have had several orders in the past with no problem, however as we have a faulty item on the last order which we wish to discuss we then found they are currently impossible to contact by phone and there is no email address for the company on the website (very poor). For a good company this is a real let down. Many of our suppliers are not offering phone queries due to limited staffing, but they all offer email contact.

Ordered items for Friday delivery early on Thursday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation email so rang them Friday to be initially told that my order would be delivered Monday as I ordered after 12 noon on Thursday. After questioning was told it would be delivered and they would ask the driver to texted when half hour away, this didn’t happen. Driver arrived and instead of having 2 collard 3 meter brown soil pipes which I ordered, had 4 uncollard pipes. I rang them and they confirmed the error and promised me they would deliver the correct pipes on Saturday. These did not arrive. I rang them again and was told there was some sort of error and the pipes would be delivered on Monday, which they were. When I spoke to them on Saturday, I asked them for a gesture of goodwill in the form of a cash refund as I could not complete the job that weekend. I was told that they would consult with their supervisor and get back to me with an offer. Again this did not happen. Hence my low score of 2 for this company.
