Although I pay to have my lawn treated & fed about 4 Times a year it started to look a mess. I decided to remove the thatch by scarifying it, however, with the thatch & dead moss removed my lawn looked worse than ever. Following advice from an on-line video I over-seeded it using Roland Medallion seed. The bare patches have gone & I am looking out at a fantastic lawn (what a relief).

Never deal with roofing megastore. When I placed my order they told me 5 working days then I received a email with a delivery date 5 weeks away. Phoned them to be told nothing they can do! Delivery date came and past with no arrival so I called them once again to then be told delivery was a further 4 weeks away, asked for my money back and have been told they do not do refunds so £4000 worth off velux windows and in total nearly four months from order date and my job is still on hold.

Don't use these bunch of charlatans. Sent me out a load of rubbish and refused to offer me a refund or replacements on the damaged items (malformed soffit boards) because their t&c's state that you have to notify within 48 hours. In my opinion this is a staggeringly short amount of time given that I was working away at the time and so couldn't have checked the order in that time anyway.

Ordered a bed from this company. all the pictures displayed had underbed storage. However the bed had no storage. had to order a different bed. Waited over a month before receiving an email about delivery and that was only because I kept contacting the company to find out what was going on. I do appreciate the situation we are all living in at present though, but the customer service is shocking. No communication and no good will gesture or receiving our delivery charge back due to the wait and as the furniture was supposed to be delivered to a room of our choice. When the delivery men came they nearly damaged my car by opening their lorry door which they swung open! I contacted delivery company and men had to come back to deliver it to the room. I even showed the men the email stating that was to happen but this was disregarded. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Furniture isn't cheap, however although the bed is sturdy the drawer isn't and is off alignment every time you open it and the chest of drawers feels cheap. I would not recommend this company.

Good delivery service only it would be helpful to know in the morning if the intended delivery is for the morning or afternoon - our bed arrived in the evening. I did get a call 45 minutes before the delivery, but I had to wait in all day. It was good that logistics/customer services called to check that the proposed delivery day was suitable and I changed it as it wasn't convenient for me.

Was happy with item when it arrived so called back a few days later to order more and was charged around £10 more for exact same product. Was told they would not honour the original price even though I was a repeat customer. I decided to go with Lamp Shop Online, even though they charged me slightly more, I was happier because the custom was better. Also the product was slightly better quality when arrived.

I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. I would encourage anyone wishing to change their career to take the plunge. If you put in the hard work and study along with the excellent service from the team you will definitely succeed!

RexArt is the only place I found to carry Richeson hardboard in the sizes I wanted, as well as in bulk packs. Customer service was prompt in contacting me on the first business day after I placed my order on a Saturday regarding additional shipping cost due to the weight of the order. I had no problem approving the understandable cost and received my order within a week. I've already been looking at making additional orders from RexArt for my board orders.

I used Oxi fresh for the first time yesterday I could not be more pleased. Charlie was efficient and through. All the carpets including stairway, landings, closets look great, feel great and smell Fresh. He also cleaned large chair cushions which look brand new. Scheduling was easy, verified my appointment, sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing my job, verified the morning of my appointment, had an earlier opening that worked better for my scheduled, showed up when they said they would. Zach was very professional and polite. He also was the person they sent a picture of- not all companies do this - and he did an excellent job. My carpet looks brand new. We were very indecisive in the beginning but your salesperson, JAY, stuck with us. He came back a few times with new samples and finally we reached a decision. In the meantime, we had other flooring companies come to the house to compare. We went back to smart carpet and are very happy we did. The insulation team was fantastic. They put down the floor in one day and cleaned afterward. Jay followed up to make sure everything went well. Could not be happier with the entire experience. Thank you.

I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

Ordered the grape hoe. It is very well made. I was disappointed it came not put together and had to have my son put the handle on for me. He thought it was a good tool also and he usually does not like what I buy as far as gardening tools. Upon delivery, one of the boxes was broken open. one of the nuts was missing from one of the back braces that the additional handle attaches to. We were able to find a replacement nut in our warehouse. The problem was that they were only loosely tightened and must have come completely loose in shipping and since the box was damaged and open upon arrive it must have fallen out in transit. The only other problem that arose was that the delivery was delayed by a couple of days because the business name was not included on the package. I know that this information was included in the order as it is for a business that the purchase was made. Due to the fact that our warehouse is in the middle of a shopping center that all holds the main address. The business name being left off of the address label, required FedEx to canvas the entire shopping center to find the location for the delivery based on only the individual's name. Once they found the location, FedEx delivered only a Postcard requiring confirmation of the business name before they would attempt delivery again. Regardless of these small problems, the units arrived as expected and are a great product.

She has always gotten our quotes back quickly, 90% of the time we get the job because our quotes come in quicker. When you go into the link it says it had been delivered 3 days ago. So I messaged again and included a screenshot of the tracking stating it was delivered. I got a crappy response back with more excuses and telling me I could not receive a refund because it was still in transit. Horrible customer service and crappy business practices.

Wow. Needed to upgrade my brass knobs on doors and my hinges, this site was easy to find what I wanted and it was here in a couple days. Customer service solved a problem within minutes ON A SUNDAY. I could not be more happy with my order, this website and the quality - and the price is WAY below big box stores!

Tried ordering over the phone like I was advised to do, but ended up having to order online because waiting for a reply concerning if the product was still available and if I was eligible for a military discount took well over two weeks........Since my project is on a rather tight timeline I ordered online. Two of the "j" channels were damaged upon arrival, at this point however I'll make due with the damaged product.

The website is not easy to use. When I enter the item number for something I previously found, sometimes it brings up thousands of options when there should be one. I persisted dealing with it because our kitchen designer recommended it for good quality at reasonable prices. I did receive the pulls and knobs I ordered in a very timely manner. They arrived well packaged and the ones I opened are in good condition. I was concerned that 2 knobs I received were packaged with different names even though they had the same item number, but they were exactly what I ordered. Website needs work, but price and quality make it worth the effort.

Wide selection at competitive prices. Knobs and pulls are a good solid weight. I chose the Dakota Tuscan Bronze. I have ornate bronze light fixtures in the kitchen and breakfast area. I wanted a simplified design for the knobs and pulls. The color is a perfect match. I could not be happier with my selection. Also, the packaging of the order was extremely good.

Easy website to navigate. I think the advertisement side needs to address the average consumer better. I searched YouTube for a long period of time trying to find a solution to a fresh water drain valve leak. The only other option I was able to find was spin welding which is not available in my area. If this was marketed as RV fresh water tank repair I would of found it quicker. Just a suggestion.

Ordered the item on 04/30, the website says that it would ship in 24 hours. As of 5/4, it had not shipped. When we called, they just said theyd have the manager go yell at the warehouse guys. That doesn't really help as we needed to install this weekend. Hopefully, re-ordering will actuall y ge the item shipped promplty this time (I need tracking info so I know when to open the gate on the driveway)

We're a small museum that has a portable air conditioner on the second floor of our historic home (house where Thomas Edison was born). We needed replacements for the intake and exhaust hoses. It took me quite a while to find what we needed. At the end, did consult with rep by phone. Ducting for our use is much more expensive than anticipated; for our budget and the total price we paid for the portable air conditioner.

In late 2008 we purchase a home in the mountain region of Northern California, being from the bay area we had never had to deal with wells and septic before so we were very cautious we had had our septic pumped out as suggested after three year. Big mistake! Within the first year after, we started having problems, we used ever product we could find at our big box stores but it only worked for short periods. In 2013 we were faced with having to have our septic replaced or repaired, they weren't sure and would only know after digging up the lines. I was going to cost literally thousands of dollars, we were sick about it! I got on the computer and did research for a few days until I came across New Tech Bio. I was impressed! I contacted them and told them the problems we were facing and was told they truly believed the products they had chosen for me would work. I was reluctant because it was going to cost almost $500.00 but then I was facing thousands of dollar in repair or replacement and he all but guaranteed me they could help and they'd be there along the way. BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! It took about four month total but got a little better every month. We haven't had a problem since but I'm reordering and doing the same treatment just as a precaution as I will never have the tanks cleaned out again. New Tech Bio is my go to for everything septic. They have awesome customer service and an undeniable product line that puts all the others to shame. Bite the bullet and try it, you'll love it. We sure do!

Great product..Got our old cesspool system working again! Been using this product for a few years as part of our maintenance program. Works wonders..I recommend to everyone who has septic issues. Really, stay away from harsh cleaning chemicals going into your system and this NT MAX will do wonders. Don't waste your money on box store products. Like most, I was very hesitant at first to purchase this product due to sticker shock. Now I am a returning customer! Contact these guys, they will get you working again or start a preventive maintenance program. I have dealt with Corey and Rob at New Tech, and they are both great people to work with!!

Ordering on line was good. one problem Was the street 90 was not a factory part it was cut down and a nipple was glued in. This reduced the pressure rating of this fitting and also increased the dimensions of the overall size. I asked for the proper fitting and was told they did not exist. I know for a fact that they are available. I also asked your rep for factory certification of pressure and factory approval of this fitting. This I did not receive. The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked. The Alumni Center at ISU introduced me to the concept which I had never heard about before. The strength of their endorsement reassured me that my personal exploration with equipment would be justified, eager as I am to increase hearing beyond excellent and expensive aids. These devices aren't perfect because all conditions and voices vary so, but there is enough improvement and always the hope for more that I am satisfied that I have improved my chances for increased hearing as much as I, with Williams Sound help, find possible at present. I Wish I saw their rating before I purchased from them. Terrible customer service, the absolute worst, they sent the wrong vacuum and then charged me a restocking fee, btw it too them a month to refund me for the wrong vacuum they sent me. I would never buy from them again, don't know how they stay in business.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small independent businesses, but the absolutely abysmal service I received from this company has made me want to share my experience. I ordered an item (a set of cork coasters) but when they arrived they were appalling: they were crumbling round the edges, they stank of smoke, and they left everything black with soot when they were touched. They were meant as a gift but they were completely unusable. I contacted the company 3 times over 3 days to ask for their help, before finally receiving a curt reply that as long as they hadn't been used I could return them - or I could clean them and wait for the smell to go! I pointed out they were faulty, and I would like to return them but needed them to pay for return postage (which is within consumer rights). They didn't reply - to that, or any further communication asking for help. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the company also ignored them too. I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to return the item so that I had a tracking number before PayPal could refund me. (Note to self: if this ever happens again I shall add in the cost of return postage when raising a dispute with PayPal!). It is illegal for a company to expect a customer to return a faulty item at their own cost; they must pay for return postage or arrange collection. It states on this company's own website that they will refund postage - but it's a lie. They don't. They ignore you. They have a high handed attitude to customers, and absolutely appalling service. I will never buy from them again, and I advise you don't either. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.
