Problem with listing. One shows 10 piece package (20 parts) for $30 and another shows 30 piece package (40 parts) for $70 but when I ordered 2 10 piece packages it came up about $48 each and whe I went back had extreme difficulty removing the first and adding the second package with total cost slightly less than the boggeled original attempt.

I am purchasing a back up system as this is the second year in a row that my 1500 psi misting system has failed. The no water switch keeps going out and allows the motor and pump to keep running and overheating. If I had other options for my system I would be seeking them out. However your 1500 PSI pump is the only one that I can find that will run my greenhouse. I'm hoping that by purchasing a new pump that perhaps the old pump was just defective.

Overall I had a very good experience. I even called and asked some questions and the customer service rep was very helpful. The only think keeping me from a 5 star rating is that it would be very helpful if the fabric choice could display on the picture of the item being reviewed. It's a bit difficult to make color choices from the small swatch that we are able to see. However, you had a great selection of fabrics to choose from.

The order was originally placed online, the original fabric we chose was not available but Vince checked into a comparable alternative - which is actually better for us. Anyone we spoke with on the phone for clarification was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. BTW - The furniture and cushions are beautiful.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The gliders were very high quality--actually better than I expected and better than the original gliders installed by the manufacturer. I would have liked a little more descriptive information at the website about the gliders. And I would have liked some guidance on how to install the gliders. I actually had to sand down the gliders a bit at the edges to get them to fit and I used a hammer to drive them into the slots on the underside of the chairs. They fit very snugly, which is good--I have not concerns that they will become detached from the chairs.

I have had a set of the durawood furniture for over 15 years and have been very pleased with them. This year we decided to freshen them up with new roping and they look fantastic. Changing out the roping does require patience, but the results are fantastic.

It was very easy. Sometimes when I am having items sent to our Colorado house it is very difficult since the billing address is different from the shipping address. This was very easy and went quickly. Love that you use PayPal. Thank you for that. I found the lack of communication with the actual person doing my yard frustrating. Due to the weather there were many times it has to be rescheduled, and while task easy did let me know, the contractor came early for one of the services and I was not notified. Also, it was not clear to me that the 1st payment was a deposit, and that I would be charged after the 1st mowing.

Hello, First of all when I called and spoke with your representative, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Second, I had asked you to hold off, I wrote you an e-mail, but the guy showed up anyway. Not only is it way too early for the grass to be cut as we have not had growth, but I paid extra for my front plants to be taken care of. Neither time did they touch my plants out front and there was more to do there than there was in grass growth. Third, I was promised a refund of my original payment dated 10-31-2017 and yet my payment has not been credited back to me. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth doing business with your company. I WAS an active member but have since cancelled work to be done by you.

I would leave a zero rating if I could. I cancelled one mow because the previous time they came out they cut my grass too close to where you could actually see dirt. The next time they came out again they charged me double to recoup the previous cancellation siting long grass as the reason. Total BS! Bad business. The BBB has this company listed as an "F" rating. Hire them at your own risk. They will not only ruin your yard but will charge you double for it!

These scammers upcharged me I thought I had a 20 dollar new customer base price and was charged an extra 40 dollars so 80 dollars lawn job WTH.... and I didn't authorize them to take the money out of my account. The support guy was extremely rude yelling at me on the phone. Horrible unles you want to be charged an extra 100 dollars for a lawn job when it should b way less don't go to them. I'm telling you they are scammers and WILL STEAL YOIR MONEY...

I think the videos of all the fountains is a great idea - certainly will cut down on returns I would imagine. I was looking for a particular sound the fountain would make-more of a rushing stream rather than a dripping or drizzling sound. Hopefully that is what it will sound like! Fairly confident due to the video I got what I was looking for.

The boxes arrived in tact were well marked and were pretty easy to unpack. Assembly was pretty quick and simple and would have been more so for the mechanically gifted. The grill looks great. Very solid. Can't wait to use it. In some places on pkgrills.com, it's pointed out that order received before 5 PM CT will be shipped next day. I don't think this happened with my order, but this could be pandemic related. My order arrived missing 2 parts. Contacted customer service and the company replied with 24 hours and said parts would be sent right away. Overall, a good experience and am excited to use the grill.

The product arrived 2 days after promised (5/17 instead of 5/15). But that was FedEx ground and not NPC, who had it on the truck 5/13 for a 5/12 order. So 4 - 5 stars to NPC and 2-3 stars to FedEx on shipping. The cover does not have side vents as promised - but that may not be a concern. The cover arrived in time for a CA Central Valley wind & rain test by nature - performed better than the last cover which would have started coming off in similar weather.

I purchased a custom Sail Shade from Tenshon and I received two Shades that were manufactured to the wrong specifications. The 3rd shade I received has a seam that was not communicated and the stitching went from dark (black) to a contrasting white. Buyers beware: Poor customer service and quality.

I have ordered several shade sails from this company over several years and had been happy enough to be a repeat customer. But the latest sail I ordered failed in a windstorm and although it was within the 1-year warranty period, the company tried to first claim it was over a year, then claimed I had installed the sail incorrectly. I know the sail was installed properly and several older sails survived the storm just fine. But this latest sail stitching came apart at the corner and then the fabric ripped. After multiple back and forth, they continued to deny their product failed and demanded more proof (I had provided photos of the corner that had torn off). Before jumping through more hoops, I asked what their warranty covered and they said they'd sell me a new replacement sail for 10% off.Not worth the hassle, and I won't give them any more business. I recommend you don't either!

Today we went to buy cushions for the table and chairs previously purchased at Orchard Supplies in Sonora, California. The price on the shelf stated $14.95, yet when the cushions were rung up it was £39.99. Huge difference. The check-out girl (Jami) did not attempt to argue with us when we said the shelf said $14.99 nor make us feel as if we were trying to pull a fast one or embarrass us. She notified the manager and asked if she could honor the price. I showed the manager where I found them and the proper price had fallen to the floor and indeed, it did say $14.99 below the cushions. He offered a compromise to half the price of the cushions with no hesitation and apologized. I thought this was more than fair and in no way did they make us feel bad. I was seriously impressed.

My wife and I originally started working with System Pavers five years ago when we had 2100 square feet of pavers placed in our garden as a path throughout the garden. After five years my wife thought it was time to have the pavers pressure washed and cleaned. We also had Polymeric sand put in to replace the old sand as the old sand did not prevent weeds from growing through. We worked with Project Manager Lester Yue from start to finish on this job and we were very pleased with the superb customer service he provided to us. I would highly recommend System Pavers and would continue to use them in the future. Their workers do an excellent job.

Although the hammock main quilted body part is nice, I thought the rope to tie the hammock to the board was not as thick as I thought it would be. I doubt it will last as long as our other hammock. We had our other one for over 15 years. If we get 5 out of this one I will be happy. Our ropes never broke on the other one but the board snapped in half. Our hammock gets heavy use. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast.

I just received my second custom cover from Mighty Covers, both orders have been processed efficiently, they kept me in the loop, and covers were delivered as promised. The young lady who helped me over the phone was so helpful and patient, answering all my questions. The first cover we ordered was for a wooden outdoor beverage cooler; the current order was for a cover for a butcher block we use on a covered deck as a grill side table. I ordered two items from this company which were supposed to be new but reboxed. I only opened one before returning both. Both were in original boxes, one of which was badly smashed. I never even opened that one. The one I did open contained sheets and sheets of printed material FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. The printed material included the woman's name, address, telephone number, PayPal account and PASSWORD, which she had inadvertently included with the returned item. WORX had apparently never even opened the box after it was returned to see what was remitted, much less checked to see if everything worked! Additionally, they had not even valued a customer enough to protect her confidentiality. I do not want to do business with such a lax and careless company so I sent both items back. I also called the lady, explained what happened, and returned her personal documents directly to her. What if a dishonest person had received the poor woman's PayPal information? Yes, she should have been more careful but she was elderly and taking care of a very ill husband. WORX should have been more careful, valued their customer and protected her confidentiality. I will NEVER do business with them again and neither will that poor woman!!!

ruGreen representatives Kimberly Hagerty, one "Dale", and a rather adamant and fearless Ashley(Employee Badge 4346) apparently believes that unless a customer has a fence, locked doors, and "no trespass" signs on their property any TruGreen representative can enter the premises, inspect and clip shrubs, and perform any "Upselling" marketing strategies at their whim; this after we expressed that TruGreen marketers and lawn care people were showing up without prior notice, without any prior phone calls, etc. One guy showed up in the neighborhood repeatedly pushing his marketing ploys in an extravagant Mercedes Benz, despite our telling him we were not interested. Another guy called up, without TruGreen notifying us beforehand, and was wandering the premises early in the morning, instilling horrid fear in both spouse and child. Apparently, too much money, time, and overconfidence from a rogue Organization and its employees. Sorry TruGreen and above named representatives but you're the stars of a Housing Development restraining order to prevent you from harassing innocent families and children with your wanton prostitution of the Law by trespassing and giving legal advice without proper authority and license.

Do not use them. They damaged the paint on my house after scraping the stains off. The manager (Ed) in Orlando denied doing it and I have written proof from Technician. He would not return any of my calls when I left a message. Terrible attitude & service. The lawn was not taken care of correctly.

Imagine doing a bunch of online research on an expensive (ZTR) mower. Something that will cost you almost $6k. Like many consumers, that's real money to me, so I shop pretty hard. After finding this place -- Mowers4Less -- online, and comparing their pricing to others, it looked like I could save about $700. Score, right? Wrong. It was simple to pay, although oddly enough the rep advised me to put the charges on two cards, claiming that the limit on my cards could be a problem. (Not so, but I'll get to that twist later... if indeed it was a factor in one of my cards getting hacked!) We needed this mower to be delivered within a specific interval, during which time we would be visiting the property for which the mower was purchased. The delivery, per Mowers4Less, was "guaranteed". Which turns out to be as meaningless a guarantee as you will find anywhere. We booked plane tickets to the new place, specifically to accept delivery of a tractor and the mower. The tractor arrived on time, perfect, and only after it was explained and unloaded and demonstrated were we expected to pay. We paid for the mower, in full, 4 weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery. Never once in that time did Mowers4Less keep in touch unless I emailed or called them. And then they missed the guaranteed delivery date, and blamed it on the trucking company, who apparently doesn't get paid once the date is missed, so they have no incentive to ever deliver, right? Mowers4Less was apathetic until I complained, and then their supervisor tried to get it resolved. The trucking company (DSL) was the worst. Begged me to not cancel the order, and we even extended our stay for a day which cost us money (to revise our plane tickets back). Then promised to pay my cousin (who lives 45 miles away from the delivery site) to drive up and accept delivery on our behalf. And they NEVER called him, and we never got the mower. Sure, I got a refund. But the hassle and all the time wasted was ridiculous, and I would never recommend this outfit to anybody unless you don't care if/when you get your equipment. A terrible transaction. Adding insult to injury, the last day we're at the site where we needed the mower, I get a call from my credit card company saying one of the cards I provided to Mowers4Less was used to make $1,200 in unauthorized purchases (in Houston, TX area). I had the card in my pocket. WTH? Coincidence? Maybe, or maybe not. Mowers4Less, shame on you. A follow-up, based on MFL's attempted explanation and rebuttal: Their VP didn't have ANYTHING of value to offer us. He only apologized. We made it clear from the moment we discovered this wretched company that we had to fly ACROSS THE USA to be at the property where the mower was wanted. If MFL cannot deliver when they promise, then their guarantee is worthless. As to the tractor, which cost almost $30k, it was delivered from KENTUCKY, by a company that didn't ask even for a deposit. Their driver phoned us to let us know he was en route, offered to deliver it early -- which we couldn't arrange because we hadn't yet arrived at our destination -- and then met us the following morning at 7:30 with a smile, a perfect tractor, some freebie stuff (pink Kubota hat which my wife loved and looks great wearing), and only after instructing us thoroughly about the tractor did I finally pay him. A perfect transaction. Mowers4Less was the complete opposite. A total failure, wasted hours of my time, and all they can offer is excuses. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company who puts their money where their mouths are. If MFL wanted to redeem themselves, they should have offered to knock $500 off the previous price, pay my cousin $500 to meet them at our house, and then actually DELIVERED the goods on time.

This company did need chasing for a quote but after getting that and choosing them they carried out the project very professionally and to budget. The install team were very good indeed and polite, clean etc. the surveyor returned twice with no quibble to advise and recommend the works we had to carry out before install and was very good too. the office staff were always available and again did what they had to do well.

This umbrella is beautiful, it covers a lot of space and provides tons of shade, I love that it tilts - and all you have to do is push a button to perform this task, and it took me seconds to put it together. Highly suggest getting a base for it as well. We didn't and I think we will definitely go ahead and purchase one. Le Beanock should be called Le rip off. Awful from start to finish. Failed promises to deliver on time. Hammock finally arrived (3 weeks late) and was nothing like it was described as being. Complete rubbish. Abysmal design.Badly made. Fell apart after days. Zero customer service. Finally got my money back (thank you barclaycard) Anyone thinking about buying one of these from Le Beanock shoudn't be sucked in by the fact the product was on Dragons Den!! They should be on TV. They are fit for the bin, where mine ended up!!

I wrote to this company at the email address given on their site and got zero reply. I was asking for help understanding which orifice I needed. Then I wrote again and pointed out that I needed an answer in order to buy the parts from them. Nothing. So, against my better judgement, I just ordered three orifices and paid via PayPal. About two weeks go by with no order acknowledgement and no email and no orifices. Finally, last night, I get an email saying they are going to ship my orifices in the morning, but that I never specified how I wanted the orifices drilled. So I resent my first two emails that described exactly what I needed and sort of pointed out their lack of customer focus. Well, biy did I push someone's buttons. Jason wrote me back the most unprofessional rant that I have ever seen. This man is literally unstable. Avoid at all costs. These people are terrible to deal with. Go anywhere else. John Hoarty

Roger and team installed our electric fence back in early 2006....he helped me train our Australian Shepherd Cali with easy. In 2008 we acquired a Toy Australian Shepherd Foxy. Again, with easy Roger assisted us in training Foxy and for the past 10 years have had no issues with the fence. Equipment has continued to work and provide the protection that allows us to feel comfortable with our dog Foxy outside (she is a working dog and loves to just be outside). When there has been any issue with our fence (alarm sounds), call Roger and team - always a quick response and repair is on its way. I would recommend anyone looking for an invisible dog fence - use the BEST. Pet DeFence !!

Just bought a shed complete with floor support from shedstore. I was advised that bottom frame doesn't fully fit the actual shed. They are an internet site which pass over orders to the manufacturers. Ordered and paid for some fence panels, turns out not in stock as received call from manufacturer. After 2 weeks contacted Buyfencingdirect and was told 'you will get delivery when in stock' Helpful!! Luckily I was able to find manufacturer spoke to them directly (17 days after order by now) only to find they are in stock for the last ?10days and they are delivering them now the day after tomorrow. What the internet company gets paid for I don't know as clearly their interest is the order and not prepared to follow it up when there are issues. AVOID, go direct to the manufacturers

It was absolutely a nightmare with “buy fencing direct”. I bought fence panels and poles from them. The quality was very poor to start with. When I made a complaint with them, they’ve agreed to have someone to collect them and provide a full refund afterwards. A couple of days later I was told I need to pay £30 otherwise no one can come to collect. 3wks later finally someone came to collect, but no news on refund. After numeral calls, I was told I need to pay £100 for the collection! I have contacted their customer support several time since then to complain about this, however their attitude was beyond rude. The lady called Sarah was shouting at me, and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence! And so far I still haven’t got any of my money back! Such a rip off... Save your money for another company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Shed arrived April 2020, incomplete order and within 4 days contacted TigerSheds for the first time by email (phone calls were none existent due to covid). Emailed another 2 times, finally a jumbled voicemail by an unknown gentleman which was incoherent, we replied to the voicemail by text, and voicemail. We decided to leave a further month due to covid as we knew they were working with minimal staff. We then contacted by phone again in June as previous emails had gone ignored. Finally someone answered! We were promised help! Given reassurances that it would be sorted! Finally we’d have a shed with a roof! Two weeks later, the same man asked us to email in the parts we needed AGAIN! (Third or forth time!) No reply So I call again. Another man. Another promise that it’ll be sorted. Nothing. Two weeks later, we chase again. Another man, another promise. Nothing! After threatening legal action, we had a senior customer service person call. Told us she would most probably get the missing items delivered today. Today is here, no confirmation email for delivery so I called back up again! It won’t be delivered today as apparently no courier turned up yesterday?! No communication to us though. We have another ‘hope’ that it’ll be picked up today from them before delivery on Monday. We aren’t holding out much hope. Shocking, the entire process has been a headache.

Waited 2 months for TigerFlex Apex pent to be delivered. Yesterday received it. Unlike description on website it is substandard. Almost every panel has a fault or is damaged. It looks as though it has been manufactured by a 3 year old with a chop saw and nail gun. Cladding and timbers are not heavy duty as per the website description. Awaiting a response from Tiger Sheds now but having read other reviews I am not hopeful. I should not have trusted all the 5 star reviews on their own website.

We made a deposit February 23,2021 of $4200 for a building their salesman stated typically took up to 16 weeks to install. Now we have passed 31 weeks and can barely reach anyone on the phone and when we do they are full of excuses to the point of aggrevating me. No answer when or if we will ever get a building install. We have been told that they are still trying to coordinate building installations elsewhere (not in our state) from last October 2020! We are fearing after reading other reviews that this company is having serious trouble and that they may suddenly go out of business and keep our money?! Sorry to have chosen this company as they are seriously lacking in customer service and relations to the point i had to start writing reviews in hope of getting our job done or refund us, which they state they never return deposits. One of the worst experiences that my wife and I have ever had. We got a 12 x 35 x 12 cover for our RV. And I don't dare to park my RV under it, this thing sways like crazy with very little wind. The install crew never came when they said they were going to come install the cover in the dark left big mess screws everywhere and metal shavings. Tried many times to call manager I told him I need to speak with him they keep giving me run around. I have screws in the cover sticking halfway out, trim is Not secure flopping all over the place in the wind. We are very very unhappy with this whole thing and we even bought an extra panel and more anchors so it's certified for 105 mph wind. There is no way it will hold up in that kind of wind without damaging my RV. This thing has become a very big headache for both me and my wife, and we never got a phone call or email. Daniel Pike was my sales person, Who was very nice, but now the last email I got from him he told me he is out of it. Quality carports who installed my carport said that carport central should've gave me more cross beams and should've let me know more information. Basically quality carports are blooming carport Central, and daniel told me that they didn't do anything wrong on their side. It just goes back-and-forth the blaming game and I'm stuck with a carport that I cannot park my RV under, more than $3700 I am getting ready to write a very big review with all the pictures of the mess they left and the quality service that I received. Also when I spoke with quality car parts they said that the guys cleaned up and finish the job when it was still light outside they did not finish the job until 9:30 PM and I have Surveillance footage of the job being done In the dark The job was promised to be at 1 PM Sunday on Mother's Day, they did not arrive at my house until 5:30 PM with no phone call or anything. All our plans was ruined and I even went to work late and missed some hours because I wanted to make sure they put the carport in the right place. This was a very upsetting experience And we are Looking in on getting this resolved it another way since nobody replies to us.
