The website said that my Hanover 9 piece dining set would be delivered within 2 weeks At the time of my order. It has now been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order and I’ve heard nothing. I have emailed and tried using the chat bot on the website to no avail as far as getting an order status update. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. If the website promises that an item is in stock and would be delivered by a certain date it should be. Or at the very least your customer service should follow up and explain that there is a hold up somewhere and offer a solution, not go silent and avoid the customer.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM!!!!!!!! I purchased an item that did not fit I paid $51.97 Including shipping. I received it today and called them today letting them know that the part doesn't fit and that I would like my refund or exchange it. After going back and forth with her (Amanda) I said I just want a refund and this is what she said. Refunds will be credited the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges. I paid $51.97 And I will only get back $35.00 Minus the 7 dollars shipping cost to send it back to them. *So technically I am receiving $28.00 out of $52.97* I am Loosing 51% of what I paid! They are NOT transparent or trustworthy and they do not make it easy to return any items they make you go out of your way! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS THEY DO NOT DIVERSE IT!!!

Overall good experience, but a few glitches in the online ordering. On the main page you can see the price of an item, when you click for more information, however, the price does not come up on the detail page. Also when checking out, it would not accept my email address saying I already had an account. While I have shopped the site before, I do not have an account. As result, I had to use another email address

Ordered two John Deere riding mower STX38 deck spindles...the two spindles they sent FedEx ...were two inches +/- too tall...mounting holes were fine...but top belt/pullies were too wide in diameter...strong possibility mowpart.com will charge me a 20% restocking fee for their mistake...hope this review saves other online shoppers a hassle...the part pictured on the mowpart.com website does not match the John Deere riding mower STX38 part number...go to google images and type STX38 if you want to see what riding mower I'm writing about.

I placed an order with these bozos on April 30. After a month, and numerous attempts to get an order status, Today they informed me that they had only ordered one of 2 of one item on the order, and couldn't give me an eta on correcting THEIR blunder! I had the entire order cancelled immediately and ordered them to issue me a refund and email confirmation to that effect! I will NEVER do business with this outfit again, and recommend you think twice about, before doing so yourself, unless of course you want to risk this kind of piss poor performance. Incidentally, these were all Sears parts, which Sears had in stock, and I could of had them in about a week! It was Mowpart.com's lower prices and shipping which drew me to them. However, if you list parts, but aren't able to get them to a customer in a reasonable amount of time, the cost savings is inconsequential. I lost a month in waiting time.

I ordered a massive Camp Chef outdoor flat top grill from Outdoor Cooking. A few days after it arrived I was able to unpack and inspect it. I noticed a bend in the metal housing of the grill... I was a bit disappointed because this was going to be the shining star of my annual 4th of July party and I wanted it to be perfect. I immediately called customer service where I was directed to send photos of the damage to their support email address which I did. I expressed my concern with how close my party was, and how quickly support would respond. The phone rep reassured me that support would contact me back the same day which they did. Support sympathized with my dilemma and gave me a choice to attempt to fix the damage (which was cosmetic) and keep the grill and receive a some credit back to my credit card, or send it back and they'd send out a replacement. I was concerned with the possibility of further damaging the unit so I inquired if I were to make the damage worse would the replacement option still be on the table to which they promptly replied that they would stand behind the original offer (so yes). The price was so good, that I was able to order some accessories too which were steeply discounted. I could not be happier with my purchase! Thank you so much!!!

Their customer service is basically non-responsive and when I did get a response the information provided was false - they said they would ship that day or the next. Don't expect them to care about the matter either.

I needed to get an umbrella for a party I was having in a few days. When I called to speak with customer service, they said they would be able to get my patio umbrella out immediately. They made everything very easy and the product came in time for the party. I was very impressed with the quality of the umbrella and was so happy it arrived in time! Great customer service and great products, I will definitely return to Patioshoppers again.

I ordered a burner for my 12+ year old Thermos (made by Charbroil) BBQ. I had ordered the burner once before (6 years ago) from the Charbroil parts website (grillparts.com). When I again needed a new one, Charbroil had discontinued the part, and had none in stock. Searching the internet, I found BBQPARTS.COM, and even though they didn't list my Thermos model, I was able to find the burner by looking up the part number. It was still available, and less expensive than what I paid six years ago! Shipping time from Fl. to Ca. was 11 days (would have been 10 days if UPS didn't delay it a day). I will definately do business with BBQPARTS.com when I need parts for my current of future grills!

The purchase of 4 patio heaters for my apartment building in Texas has been a nightmare! The phone order went smoothly, but the delivery was supposed to be 3 days ago. When I heard that the heaters had still not been delivered, I went online to track the delivery with UPS. It said that they attempted the delivery 2 times, and that I had moved! The address was given as a rental office for an apartment building. Somehow the name Shoppers Choice was added as the person receiving the delivery! I called UPS and waited 20 minutes to speak to a rep. I thought it was all straightened out, and she told me that a UPS person would call me back to confirm the delivery address. I received a call, but it was from a UPS location in Berkeley, CA - not Texas! Then I had to call UPS back (and wait another 20 minutes) to give them the correct address. They had no record that I had just talked to UPS 10 minutes earlier. Now I have to wait another 3 days for the delivery. I don't even know if the 4 patio heaters and covers are going to arrive or not!

I used shoppers choice to order patio set of 4 chairs and a bar height table. The chairs were fine with exception of two of plastic caps were cracked. The table top was the right size, but the legs and the wrap around bar was for a normal height table, so the legs did not fit onto the table top. I called SChoice customer service and explained the problem and sent many photos of the issues. They sent the correct legs within 2 weeks! and i didnt have to ship the wrong ones back either! They also sent the caps, but they were the wrong dimension...so again contacted support, they resent them -- but wrong again. So the 3rd time, they did get it right. I must say despite the issues with the manufacturer, the people at shoppers choice (KATIE) resolution specialists are amazing. It is so rare you get emails to ask if you are satisfied or need help! And- they absolutely deliver on their service to get what you need . I definitely recommend shopping with them as if there are any problems with the manufacturer, they will correct it, and timely. I wish all customer service was like this! thank you Katie!

We purchased an Ariens 24" Platinum snowblowers from Snowblowers Direct for $1399. We started it up no problem. But, it does not go in reverse and it has only one speed: fast-forward. Never got to even use it in the snow and we called them up and they pawned us off on the manufacturer, Ariens, and they weren't much better. BEWARE of the all of the 'rave reviews' on SBD. SBD will NOT post a review if it has less than 3 stars. As we research this issue, we are finding more and more people having similar problem with their Ariens snowblower not going in reverse, but you would never know it from SBD's site because they won't post poor, but honest, reviews of products. They're very unethical in that respect. They don't stand by the products they sell and they don't care if their customers are unhappy. They take the money and they filter out reviews that are less than glowing and I think it's important that more and more people recognize their shady way of doing business.

I placed an order for a snow blower with Snow Blowers Direct in December of 2013. Snow Blowers Direct provides an option to pay by check, and by doing so, they reduce the cost to the consumer due to the elimination of the credit card fees. I placed my order for a specific model supposedly available. My order was accepted and I immediately mailed Snow Blowers Direct my check. A few days later I received a phone call where I was told that while SBD was waiting for my check, the model I ordered was sold out and no longer available for the season! On top of this, SBD cashed my check anyway! I have received a check from SBD for the same amount I sent them via check. My issue with SBD is that they accepted my order and I believe should have reserved a snow blower for me awaiting the arrival of my check. The check option is a service they offer, it was not something I requested. If I knew previously that their policy was to continue to sell snow blowers regardless of the pending orders awaiting checks, I would have paid more money and paid by credit card. Paying a few dollars more would have certainly been preferable to losing out on getting a snow blower for the entire season! If SBD is going to offer the check option, they should also honor the orders by reserving the models ordered that are awaiting the check arrival.

Over the last few years I have bought three different models of heavy duty gate openers from Aleko and Wholesale Gate Opener which are associated companies. All three openers have given trouble. Trying to phone them is almost a lost cause because it is seemingly impossible to reach a live person. The majority of calls get put on hold for so long that eventually they get disconnected. Have also discovered that their technical support people have a very limited knowledge of their products and often give bad advice. In general, customer support is really, really bad. Due to my dealings with them and their unwillingness to rapidly correct their own mistakes, I now also give their ethics a failing grade. That old adage, “Caveat Emptor” (let the buyer beware) certainly applies to both the above companies.

Ordered a napoleon M605 grill from iBuy and I was contacted immediately after placing the order that the grill was not available for shipping for another two weeks. They where waiting for a shipment from the manufacturer in Canada (I was a little skeptical because I tried to order this unit from another internet retailer and they closed down so I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund) but the representative assured me that the time frame would be accurate and I could call for a full refund anytime if I changed my mind. Seven days later the same representative called to tell me the order arrived early from Canada and gave me a BOL Tracking number for my grill which arrived two days later with no hickups. Not only am I impressed with the product it is amazing but to actually have a company follow up and keep me aware of the progress of my order is just unheard of today and I shop online often. I absolutely recommend iBuy to all me friends and would buy from them again without hesitation. I actually search their site first when I need anything just to check if they have it. Josh P. Grillparts.com took about five months to ultimately incorrectly fulfill a small two item order I placed. They were unresponsive, untrustworthy and slow. Each representative I spoke to made major mistakes. It was difficult to get ahold of a person. I began to believe this company was a front for something else because of how poorly they operated and how long it took for them to deliver my order, despite taking my money. I ordered two parts in april - a grease tray and a grease box. One comes as two pieces because it includes a supporting angle bracket. My first delivery arrived almost two months after my order with the angle bracket and a grill leg (neither were correct parts). Whenever I called grillparts.com, I was told that they were busy selling grills to people and that I was not a priority because I had already bought from them. I was often left on hold until their call center closed. They never replied to my emails or messages on social media. The associate I spoke to after my order arrived incorrectly insisted on adding items (grill brush) to my order that they said grillparts would provide as an apology. I did not want these on my order as I was afraid it if any went out of stock that it would cause issues with my order. I was assured this wouldn’t happen. Months later, I still hadn’t heard meaningfully from grillparts, despite many voicemails and emails to them and numerous hours on hold waiting for a representative. (I occasionally got an email that said that my order hadn’t shipped and they didn’t know why.) Finally, I got ahold of a rep who told me that my order hasn’t shipped because the grill brush was out of stock. I didn’t even want that item! I had been afraid that the rep adding this item to my order would mess it up and it did. Five months after I placed my order, a second box arrived. This time it contained both the grease box and tray but no supporting angle bracket. Good thing I kept the accidental first shipment. They never got a single shipment right. I got a call a week later from grillparts, saying they were returning a call from me and assumed that everything was taken care of since my voicemail. Out of curiosity, I asked when I had called them since they’re returning the call now. They said they were returning a call from the first week of May. It was currently the last week in August. I will never order from grillparts again. What a shady company.

Perfect execution of parts I needed for an older discontinued line of a BBQ grill! First time I have had a flawless experience with a third-party reseller for parts for anything! The site was simple to use. I put in my model number and all available parts came up with photos and great descriptions. I was apprehensive at first because two times this week I tried ordering lawnmower parts and the experience was a TOTAL disaster. These guys were SPOT ON! Everything I ordered fit and worked GREAT! They were not OEM parts either. Didn't matter. Grill-Parts came through and I would highly recommend them. Pricing was overall the best by a few bucks but the real kicker for me was the free shipping on orders over $35.

I can confirm that I purchased a snow blower from Snow Joe on May 28, 2019, along with a 3-year extended warranty. I can also truthfully verify that I have never gone out of my way to report a problem with a company, until now, as widely as I can so that others can save themselves from a terrible experience. We received a 4-inch snow on January 7, 2020, that was wet and heavy. Each trip that I took up and down my driveway of about 20 feet resulted in the snow packing up and totally clogging the shoot of the snow blower. With the snow packed underneath, the blower became heavy and difficult to push. Each time I turned and came back, it was totally clogged, so I had to shut it off and clean the snow away. I repeated this over and over. This blower proved to be incapable of doing the job. I reported the problem to Snow Joe on January 15, 2020. I called twice and spoke with a person and her boss, and I wrote four emails. This is what the Owner’s Manual says: "Unfortunately, there are times when a product does not work...We think it’s important that you know what you can expect from us. That’s why we created the Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® promise….Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® warrant new products for two years from the date of purchase….If, in Snow Joe® + Sun Joe®’s sole discretion, the failed Machine cannot be repaired with a part, Snow Joe® will... refund the full purchase price to the owner. I received this email from Snow Joe that same day: “We do apologize about any inconveniences, we thank you for providing us with your invoice. At this time we will honor your refund for your SJ623E. We will provide your information to our accounting department, they will then reach out to you via email, providing you with a shipping label to send the unit back to us. Once we receive the unit, we will go ahead and mail out a refund check for you. The whole process can take anywhere from 8-10 weeks. The next step is just waiting to receive your return label, which can take about 24-72 hours.” (It took another phone call by me a week later). I packed up the snow blower at a UPS store on February 4. It cost me $29.04. As of June 17, 2020, I have not heard from Snow Joe again. I have called and written over a dozen times, and I received automated case numbers, but never a phone call back or certainly no money returned. This is what their emails say: “We are aiming to respond to you within 5 business days or sooner. Please share your order number for faster service. (I always do). Sending multiple emails regarding one inquiry will not result in a quicker reply.” (This apparently occurs often). To summarize, the snow blower from Snow Joe could not clear snow. The “promise” made by the company proved to be a lie. The 3-year extended warranty was another sham. I have spent $210 over a year’s time. I do not have a snow blower or the money that I spent on one. I am not a competitor of Snow Joe. I am just a very unhappy customer who got robbed by this horrible company.

I ordered 6 chair cushions in 2010, four of one type and two of another. Fabrics are of great quality and look the same today (2017) as they did when received in 2010. Full disclosure, all four chair cushions are used inside. Two of the chairs are used once or twice per year as extra chairs at our dining room table -- as expected these cushions look exactly the same as they did in 2010. The other four chairs are used at a breakfast table on a daily basis -- while the fabric is still perfect, the front of each cushion has compressed by about 20%. While the cushion material is probably not of the highest quality I am not dissatisfied, as generally the cushions still look nice. I have just ordered a outdoor bench cushion, which will also receive little use, but sits on our covered front porch. Since we live in Northern California, the cushion will probably stored for 3 months of the year and left on the bench 9 months of the year. I will provide a follow up review if the bench cushion performs particularly good or bad.

I have been looking for a very hard to find part for my Toro lawnmower. I searched everywhere for about a month. I bought it from several businesses that claimed to have it and once I paid they told me the part was back ordered and could take a month to get. I got my money back from every one of them. I did a live chat on m and d's website and they assured me that they had the part in Ohio and would get it out to me as quickly as possible. Sure enough a week later and I have the part in my hands. How I wish I had read these reviews here properly before I used this company! Yes there are some good reviews, but dig a bit deeper and you will find plenty of bad ones from people that have had exactly the same bad experience that I have had. I've had to delay my response to this company due to all the stress and trouble they have caused me. August last year (2020) I had a new lawn laid. This was a gift for my 90th birthday from all my family, right down to my Great Gran children. The lawn was duly laid by rotavating the old lawn and laying the new lawn on top. Alarm bells did start to ring when they were 25 turfs short (and blamed me!) even though I had given them correct measurements (don't expect them to come and measure up themselves). It took almost 3 weeks for them to lay the missing turfs. I have to say that when it was finished it looked so lovely and nice and, I was extremely happy and proud of it. A few months after being laid my lawn has turned into a complete DISASTER. The lawn is lumpy and bumpy all over with the grass dying out in patches. All of my emails to them requesting help had negative delaying responses, ie; they want photos, then more photos etc. They will not come and have a look for themselves, or have one of the lads on his way to other sites to check on the problem. You can't get to speak to them at all, its all by answerphone, then you get a reply by email. Their last email contained the following , I quote "a lawn is a natural changeable product which does require an amount of aftercare on your behalf or it will suffer, which unfortunately in this case it has." They could never be so WRONG in this respect. I have followed all of their instructions to the letter. In all my 90 years I've never come across a worse company. It appears they take your money then say it's your fault. Other lawn laying companies have told me that you don't lay new turf on top of the old lawn even if it is rotavated, because that poor preparation leads to all of the problems that I now have. I have paid a large sum of money to get a nice lawn to be proud of, but I now have a lawn that is actually WORSE than the old one and resembles an underground rockery! I now have to pay someone else to put right what I trusted this company to do right in the first place. If you are thinking of getting a new lawn laid, my experience should tell you to LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I understand that some customers are satisfied with the result of their lawn installation, and may have worked well for them, but can I suggest you read as many reviews as possible and consider carefully before investing in turf from this company. The lawn was laid by the turf company in September 2020 and although appeared to be of good quality, we were concerned that the manner in which it was laid was not conducive for it to flourish. The Ground workers arrived and immediately started to wheel barrow compost and lay it on top of the old turf. I questioned the process, and was told that this was the correct method. I said I wanted the old grass removed and the ground rotavated in preparation for the new turf. I was told that they never remove old turf and rotavated it into the ground. They continued to rotavated about half of the old turf we were having re-laid. On the remainder they just spread the topsoil compost and laid the new turf on top. I later contacted the company and explained what had happened and how dissatisfied I was with the process. They emailed a reply saying ‘it is normal practice and that the lawn would be fine’. I sent photographs to them of the remaining grass under the new turf and highlighted the fact that only part of the ground had been rotavated. Their reply was, ‘we have noted your concern, but the lawn will be fine’. Since that time the area has deteriorated further and where the ground was not correctly prepared, the turf has died off completely. Emailing them and sending the photos of the degrading turf, they replied that my lack of grass maintenance must be to blame. Apart from watering the new grass in and a few light cuts in Autumn, there has been no footfall on the grass throughout the Winter. A frustrating and disappointing experience all round with a company who will not accept any responsibility.

Since I moved into my house, having ordered my first bunch of timber for my house project from Nelson Potter, I could not fault the quality of their wood. Prices are very reasonable. They offer promt delivery too, although their delivery charge of £20 consisering I live only a few miles from them is a bit high. But otherwise, I would recommend them.

BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. I was delighted to win 2k towards garden furniture via Instagram. We decided on the set we wanted and put £1850 towards it. DeliverY was a few weeks but it was as advised. Set was stunning but table was cracked on the corner. Informed them and they said that they would replace. Great! Now after 3 weeks of the lovely summer Weather the cushions are faded. Now not just a bit I mean they have completely bleached. ( I wish I could attach photos) Again sent photos and evidence and was advised that a new set would be ordered. Given an 8-10 week delivery. Since they were due on the 9th July I have phoned and emails and been mostly ignored. Did get one email stating they were ready for immediate dispatch on 23rd July! It’s 20th August, summer almost over and still no covers. Whilst waiting for new table top......day by day more large cracks and surface cracks developed all over the table. New table delivered. GUESS WHAT.....cracks started on this one too. Been in touch......emailed and called several times.....IGNORED....AGAIN. This set isn’t 5 months old and so far has been a nightmare. I find it very hard to believe that so many reviews are left by people praising the delivery team by their first names....I don’t think I have ever asked the names of delivery drivers....especially as it’s contactless due to covid. Also look at their Instagram and FB, any negative comments or questions regains peoples orders are very quickly hidden or removed. So you see a post with 15 comments but can only see 2 visable. Also if I had left a review based on the furniture the day I got it I would have left amazing reviews...like lots of people have.... Now I have been more than patient and understanding but poor customer service and ignoring emails and not answering phones is unacceptable. This furniture is substandard, faulty and all from a company that isn’t accessible to any help. I have never left a negative review but I hope this helps possible customers avoid parting with thousands of pounds for basically a nightmare of damaged faulty goods and shocking customer service. We are absolutely delighted with our new “shed” (although describing it as a shed is doing it a massive disservice!). We did a lot of research and endless on line searching and found nothing that matched the quality and price. The construction and panel system is ingenious and to my mind a great example of a small innovative family run company. Ralph was great from initial discussions to drawings to build. We will be using our building for, amongst other things, music and Ralph put me in touch with another customer who used their building for the same purpose so we could make sure it would be suitable for us. The install took a day and the team including Ralph, Ralph’s grandfather and Scott were great - friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. The finished building is amazing and we already have lots of friends and neighbours with shed envy!

My first visit to Bagshot centre. My daughter and I purchased some pots in sale, spent a lot on other goods and lunch, however back home her very young son knocked one over, this was replaced free and we just paid delivery to save her driving out as don’t live that local and has 3 young toddlers. Two ladies at C.S. were brilliant and very efficient in sorting it all out, as wrong colour was delivered initially, then taken back, then had to be ordered, and another delivery. I scrutinized every Garden Centre on the Web and Longacres (Bagshot) cannot be beaten on price. This would be fair enough if the quality of their goods only matched the low price but this is not the case. The live plants and shrubs I purchased...and I purchased a great many from Longacres Garden Centre in Bagshot this year...are of exceptional quality. The quality of their packaging and delivery is second to none so no plants or shrubs arrived parched or damaged. I also purchased various garden tubs and containers which are of really good quality despite the low price. I did all my ordering from them directly by phone and their patient and helpful attitude and personal service can't be beaten either. I cannot recommend them highly enough in all aspects. Mrs Thomas

Order 454143 I was expecting this order within 48 hours as it was in the 48 hour section. I ordered it because I would receive delivery quickly. I received an email saying I will not receive this until 18th June over a month since the order. Do not use COVID as an excuse it was there when I ordered on 13th May and delivery should have been quoted accordingly. I would have ordered from elsewhere if the true delivery time had been quoted. Could you also please advise why I received an email from a totally different company regarding delivery? I ordered with you. I am disgusted looking at your reviews on trust pilot so are a lot of other people. Ordered a thermometer for my grill to ship to California from Tenessee, a simple transaction I thought. The tracking showed that it would be here in just 3 days and when I received the delivery notification, I could not find anything at my door or in the mail box. To my surprise I read in the tracking details that my part was delivered to Houston, TX!!! When inquiring what happened Ashlyn at the BBQGOOFS just said that it looks like I received the wrong tracking number. She also stated that I will have tracking shortly when the part will ship out the next day??? It was a week and the part did not even ship yet!!! Well, I did not get a tracking number and asked a couple of days later again. When asking I learned the part shipped and finally got a tracking number. Part arrived and works ... only reason being ... they do not manufacture it ... I guess. Unfortunately the customer service was very poor with no apology of their mistake at any time and the unfriendly responses kind of made me feel as if I made a mistake ... and I guess I did ... in buying there in the first place ... lol. For your own peace ... pI suggest to buy elsewhere ...

Really upset and disappointed with the quality. I am happy with the quality of the cushions, the frame and the table are but the rattan weave on the actual corner sofa looks terrible and is sagging in the corner. It looks like the rattan has stretched as well as all moved downwards. It hasn’t had much use. There are 3 of us at home and we have never had all seats occupied at the same time despite the set being a 9 seater with 6 sofa seats. After contacting Sixty Stores customer services, including photos, I had a short email back saying “ This is general usage and not related to the warranty which only covers the metal framework. The rattan weave can move when used this is nothing abnormal!” Followed by “unfortunately we are unable to help you any further” Really disappointed with the ‘I don’t care attitude of Sixty Stores ‘Business Operations Manager’ especially after spending £999 on garden furniture which will probably need replacing after this summer. I have done some research and family/friends have paid less for their rattan garden furniture and had it longer yet their rattan hasn’t moved or stretched. It’s very frustrating when you’ve saved up for something nice, spent hours trying to get good quality at a good price and then finding it is poor quality and falling to pieces after one short summer. I wasn’t asking for a refund or money back I just wanted advice and an opportunity to have the sofa repaired. Please think twice before ordering from this company.

Really not impressed with the delivery service used to drop off the egg - they did not wait around for us to check the egg like it says he should (they ripped off the note saying this off the box also) - and said 'no signature required' and just dropped it on the drive and sped off I then realised why they wanted to leave so fast - I came out of our gate to find our front driveway lawn destroyed by the delivery van - deep tyre marks right through the lawn, a full foot wide and a foot deep, it now looks dreadful - its now going to cost hundreds to get this fixed with a professional gardener. I spoke to big green egg, they offered nothing other than saying I should have had CCTV installed so I could prove the driver caused the damage. Pretty poor customer service for such a premium product. Moral of the story: don't buy an egg unless you have CCTV installed, as they can do as much destruction to your property as they want, then do not care one bit once they have your money.

My first experience was generally a positive one. The order was received on Apr. 29 in good order. The web description of the unit indicated that a lid was to be included and it wasn't. I phoned into customer service and it was explained that it was an advertising oversight which I accepted and went on to purchase the lazy susan alternative which I am awaiting to ship. In all, I am very pleased with the unit and the assembly was relatively easy. It looks great I'll recommend Starfire D. to anyone who is in the market for your product line.

Was real bad aftersales we had a problem with weed growing through which they came out and just cut the piece out and replaced with another piece a bit botched really if I had been there instead of my 90 year old dad I would not of allowed it. After a while the weeds came back and was very hard to contact left many a message but still no reply. When I did get through they said they will get back to me and to this day they hav'nt. My mother in law used a far cheaper company and has had no problems. Seems a case of we got your couple of grand now sod off. Really disappointed with lawn world especially as my dad is now 92. This picture is just one of the many weeds growing

I have been using Corte Clean for years to clean the veranda made of Trex on my house. This product removes the barbecue grease and oil, rust from the cast iron bench, in addition to the mold. Not only does it work on the decking, but on the vinyl siding and cedar roof shingles to clean mold. I put it on in the spring and fall, especially the fall on the north side of the house. The rain and snow rinses it. It makes these items look like new.

We replaced our small, shaded backyard 3 times over 20 years and began searching for an alternative to "real" grass. After researching several companies offering artificial turf and talking to David at NexGen Lawns we decided to visit their booth at the Oklahoma City Home and Garden Show in January 2015. Two weeks later we had a beautiful, green lawn. Our dog loves it, we LOVE it and is one of the best improvements we've made to our home. I allowed a reasonable budget for decking around 30 square metres of my small garden, as I knew I wanted a composite product that would last many years and be maintenance-free. When I began researching, I was shocked to find out how much some companies were charging just for supplying (let alone installing) their product. Ecodek were so far ahead on price, I was concerned that their product would fall short. This would be especially worrying as I had chosen to design and install the decking myself. Although I am fairly competent at DIY, this was something I had not done before. When I received the Ecodek samples I was reassured by the quality, but I was especially impressed with the service I received on telephone and email (from Julie), who took great care in discussing my order (and silly questions) with me. The only hiccup was when I received a telephone call from the man responsible for delivery (his name escapes me) who became quite argumentative about the price I had paid for delivery, which he claimed was inadequate for the order (despite me having agreed the order with the sales staff). Very strange - I put it down to him having an off day. The bottom line was I received the order on the right day and it was all there! The quality of the Ecodek product is superb. One piece of advice - get some friends to help you move the stuff - it's pretty heavy. I'm fairly fit, but unloading 75 boards from the lorry with only the driver was a stretch. I elected to build my deck frame from their 'Supastiff support beams': it seems to me that this is the bit that sits next to the damp ground. This was a good idea because it's sturdy stuff, but I'm glad I had all the right gear... a chop-saw was vital, but also a circular saw, a decent jigsaw, and a 'multicutter' was handy to get around difficult bits. When it comes to the construction, ideally you need three cordless devices: a drill for the pilot holes; another drill for the countersinking and a powerful screwdriver. Plus spare batteries for each! Ecodek provide an info sheet; as long as you follow this, plan thoroughly and allow enough time, the process is pretty straightforward - plus the internet has tons of videos on it! It took me a couple of weeks to complete an area around 7m x 4m, including a couple of steps and a bridge over a water feature. I would sincerely recommend this company and their product. I don't normally bother completing reviews, but I really am so pleased with the end result - it's exactly how I wanted my decking to look. It's been finished less than a year, so too early to comment on how the decking is weathering, but I've been out on it in all conditions and it's great: not slippery, easy to clean, very stable, and looks fantastic in the light brown that I chose (it does get hot in full sun!) I started on this road by reading a group-test of the leading mowers in one of the broadsheets. My garden is not flat and consists of a series of different lawns but the reviews suggested that one of the latest robot-mowers could handle this. Once I had chosen the mower - a Husqvarna 450x - I wanted the boundary wire professionally laid, which why I selected Autolawn, who had the equipment to do this. James Scott from Autolawn spent an entire day on the installation, at one time even having to go back for a replacement cable, and he finished quite late that evening. James knew this product inside out and finished with a short training course to bring us up to speed with operation of the product. Overall we had a great experience with Autolawn and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We ordered paving stones for our patio and after several delivery delays finally asked to cancel the order, which the Paving Superstore refused. They gave no apologies and made no effort to refund our money, instead making excuses such as they chose the wrong delivery company. They admitted their wrong but took zero responsibility. In the end, we were forced to contact our credit card company and file a dispute.

Customers to them are an inconvenience, no-one should have to experience the total lack of empathy that we received, I would spread the word that this company is absolutely useless when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I bought two buildings 10by 6 and 14 by 8 when delivered the driver made 3 different stacks of loose wood . On the understanding I was told they would be in packs, not the case so I had over 300 bits of wood to measure which I wasn’t prepared to do after paying over 1800 pounds. So after many telephone calls I decided to cancel my order as it wasn’t as they said . So now they want to charge me 248.00 pounds for collection when it was there fault . If I was you I wouldn’t use this company ever

Bought a hozelock pump and filter. Both failed in a year. Reported filter failure under guarantee 10 days ago. Replacements still not arrived and they won’t send on next day delivery. Apparently Koi ‘don’t need filtration’ so it’s no problem. I won’t use them again.

I paid almost $300 for a swing that was treated with sealer. Over a period of 6 months, the swing seat began warping and now is very noticeable. The slats on one side have worked their way almost out of the screws holding them in place. When I contacted the company and sent them pictures, they wanted me to ship the entire swing back so they could "evaluate it" in spite of the pictures. I asked for them to only send me a new seat portion to replace the warped seat. They said the entire swing would have to be shipped back. I already paid for shipping once and UPS wants over $100 to ship the lower portion back. Not paying again. I will let it sit next to a much older swing, from another company, that is not warped and will tell all my neighbors what a crappy product it is, although it is already very obvious.

I purchased parts last October for a JD mower but was unable to put them on until July. Granted that is past their stated 30 return policy. However I spoke with someone in customer service for parts and was told as long as they were in original packaging and unused they would accept the return with a 20% restocking fee. I returned the parts and ordered the corrected parts needed. A month later I still have not received the credit so I called. I was then informed that there is no possible way for them to give me credit for my return because it is past the 30 days. I paid to have the parts returned and sent them back unused in the original packaging as requested. No matter what I said Customer service said they could not give me any credit.

...and I can say that the 5 stars I would have given in 2010 would still apply in 2016. Ordering was a positive experience, shipping to the east coast was no issue. Delivery company was courteous and helpful. The first season I treated the cushions carefully, taking them in after use, then got lazy and left them out in the weather without a problem in heat, rain or snow. Cushion covers wash well, and foam is as firm as the season I first purchased. Revisiting the site now with thoughts of ordering additional pieces, and wanted to do Babmar justice with a long overdue review.

I must say the lady Michelle who assisted us in this process is amazing!! She is great! But we are still waiting on delivery that should of been here May 20th! So as much as i would like to give a great review i really cant. Took forver! So Michelle is the best salewomen to work with so if your planning on ordering make sure you get in contact with her. If this review was just about her she would get a 5 STAR RATING. JUst having to wait forever to get product then having to call cause no updates where it is or when in route was very dissapointing.
