We purchased the Deluxe Ankarsrum Assistent Original Food Mixer in cream as a gift for my Dad's birthday. He absolutely loves it. It has made a 70 year man very happy. He has been very busy baking and mixing and can't wait to expand his Ankarsrum collection. He says the mixer has brought back old memories with its taste of nostalgia and classy looks. Delivery time wasn't great but worth the wait in the end.

You delivered the wrong items, we recieved two lasagna rollers and two grain mills instead of one and the deluxe accessories are missing!!!! I’m feeling terrible after waiting for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS over the expected delivery date, not only to recieve the wrong items. I was recommended to buy your products because of my friend even though i had to pay over 200£ Since i had it shipped from the UK to kuwait! Its very disappointing. I would like to return one of the grain mill and lasagna roller and recieve my deluxe accessories PLEASE since i already paid for it.

Placed an order on the 15th March, delivery is advised as 3-5 working days. I chased on the 20th March to be told it was sent with a courier and had been damaged but that they were resending my order out. I appreciate things happen but it’s now the 30th March, no goods, they’ve stopped answering my emails and I’m left having to ring the bank to see if I can get my money back. They have no contact number so can only email. They’ve provided 0 tracking information to date, despite the order being ‘despatched’. You’ve been warned Update*** I’ve now been contacted by trust pilot as bar bits have disputed that I’m a genuine customer. Even though I’ve already sent them order number. This review will remain because its genuine, evidence sent. After writing this review, I had 2 really poor emails sent to me (one after midnight) from this company - who couldn’t be bothered to answer my emails when I just wanted to know where my order was- they were really rude! I have now got my money back but if you want to be messed around, left without no goods, insulted and all down to their incompetence- order from here. Jokers.

I’ve just moved into a new flat and decided to purchase lots of drinking glasses. I ended up spending a lot of money and took a gamble. I was skeptical as all the glasses were super cheap compared to anywhere else I’d seen. Turns out was a great gamble! I have since done multiple orders. Mom has osteoarthritis and our plastic juice presser has long passed its days. After much research, to my surprise Breville is the only company that makes stainless steel electric citrus presser, it's more costly than their plastic counterpart, but i have to say it's totally WORTH IT! It's very easy to use even with one arthritis arm, take less than 5 min to juice all 15 navel oranges! The best part is everything is stainless steel so cleaning is a breeze, highly recommend to anyone who loves fresh OJs (or pomegranate juice!)

I purchased a Breville Toaster and paid considerably more than I could have purchased any other brand. What a mistake. It is SLOW and toasts uneven.I turn it up to the highest number and one side is barely colored and the other side is not even colored. In the opposite slot neither side has any change of color. That is not the bagel slot either. I thought it was maybe my bread which was either too fresh or maybe too old?. I put up with this till the warranty had expired so I am the loser. I guess one makes some poor purchases in their lifetime and this may be one of mine. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially for the price. Walter James La Habra CA

I have nothing but praise for this company. I ordered a knife sharpener as a Christmas present, and when I received it, it was not what I expected. I was pretty concerned and emailed the company, and within a couple of days they delivered a brand spanking new sharpener. The people I dealt with, Jeffrey and Stacy, were super helpful and kind and really took care of the issue. Super company.

Clive Coffee has great customer service. They went out of their way to help me, and to make sure my experience was positive, even when events spiraled out of control, they stepped in to make sure that I received the best experience possible when I ordered my espresso machine. I highly recommend them over WLL. When I contacted WLL, their customer service reps were not helpful, and didn't always have the correct information. Clive Coffee on the other hand, was always courteous, and helpful; also when they didn't know the answer, they quickly researched the topic with other departments in their company, and got back to me very quickly. WLL and SCG both have a lot of videos online, but the customer service of Clive Coffee has shown to be much better for me - one of the benefits of a smaller partner to work with. If possible, I'd purchase from Clive Coffee again and I recommend them for anyone looking for a nice coffee machine.

Excellent service Queries always answered within the day of asking my only negative is the cost but the delivery was on time. Installation went smoothly by my electrician which adds to the cost and because of the re circulation option I did not place the chimney above the appliance adding to its clean lines. The noise level is great no issues,maybe the lighting could be a bit more powerful when used over a 90cm hob. On the whole I would recommend both Devine distribution and its appliance

We have had 3 Airforce extraction hoods delivered to us first 2 were damaged so we had to put off electrician twice and delay new kitchen being finished. After conversations with Ben at Devine regarding our dissatisfaction he agreed to a £50 refund , which only covered the cost of calling out the electrician for a third time ,3rd extraction hood delivered not broken so had it installed but have had No refund and after emails and calls to Devine they know say that one of the broken hoods has part missing on return . Wouldn’t want to deal with this company again Broken goods and broken promises

They Have Given Up My Ember has been a disaster from when I got it over a year ago. They had to replace charging plates (twice) because the charging pins were faulty. The replacements took weeks and weeks to arrive on both occasions. The connectivity is awful - you'll spend more time fiddling with the app than drinking coffee. It will tell you that it's empty when it's not, it will tell you that that cup can't be found - it will tell you to reset, etc, etc, etc - by the time you have managed to get the thing working, your coffee will be cold and any pleasure you would have in drinking the cup in the first place will replaced by frustration. Ember takes all the good out of drinking coffee. I could actually live with all of the above, but now the the internal coating on the cup has started to peel away. I contacted support, not to ask for a replacement, but simply to ask if the thing was safe. Who knows that sort of chemicals are in the coating or indeed in whatever the cup is made from. Potentially a danger to health. No response, followed up with a reminder a few days later and still no response. In short - massively overpriced, poor build quality, awful software and potentially hazardous to your health. Ember takes all the good out of a cup of coffee - my advice is to save yourself the $$$ and stick to a normal cup.

Lid broke after 2 weeks. I then emailed CS for advice on how we could fix it, and am still waiting two weeks later. Have sent a reminder to them, but to no avail. What is wrong with losing customers that love the product just because they cannot get their act together?

I previously had another pizza-oven, really a $4500 doorstop - it never made a good pizza in 4 years of trying. Then I got my Ooni, based on the guarantee that if I didn't get a good pizza in 60-days, I could return it. To be truthful I incinerated the first two attempts, but when I understood its thermal power and paid a bit more attention I started to make edible and then great pizza. I have spoken to their support staff on a number of pizza related issues and they have been responsive and helpful in a very timely way. I love my Ooni.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Ooni! I opted for the Ooni Koda 12 because it was in stock and I'm not a patient person. We've made pizzas on three weekends so far, making 7 pizzas each time. Each week I've gotten better at it and think we now have a system down pat! It's the best tasting pizza I've ever had and don't think I'd pay to by pizza at a restaurant again! I've even made gluten free pizza successfully for my one son who can't eat wheat flour. Ooni's recipes are great! I recently bought the cast iron sizzler and look forward to making kabobs in it next! It's so amazing that it cooks the pizzas so quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend this product and especially like that it is used outdoors. I love the propane component. I look forward to having friends over this summer and sharing the pizza experience with them.

We've been ordering from Foodstiks for several months now to cut down on the waste from plastic utensils at our busy animal hospital. The forks and knives work really well and helps us feel better about our ecological footprint, but without slowing everybody down to wash things before going back out on the floor. I like the knives and once recieved it was what I expected. But, I placed my order and from that point recieved zero information on if my order was recieved, picked, sent, in transit etc. The other thing was Aust Post emailing me to say estimated delivery of Thursday at around the time they were knocking on my door on Tuesday. Not the biggest drama although I have had items from the USrecently and the tracking was awesome. So overall, happy with the product but delivery mechanism was very average.

The feed back at the head of this revue column gives a 5* rating at 70%. I have just counted the only responses listed, 23 and they are ALL negative. I posted on the JP Cookery page with my honest and I felt well reasoned complaints, the responses were in the main negative with most contributors agreeing that if not a confidence trick, the product was most certainly the result of clever and manipulative marketing. How anyone is supposed to cook a complete meal for any more than a single person in what is effectively a shallow frying pan is a mystery. The rubber slip on handles which were charged out as extras, are useless and offer no protection. I discovered from the brochure which accompanied my What's-the point pan that it should not be used in an oven at a temperature above 180 C or the lid will melt NO mention of that in the promo! I bought a copy of the cookery book - it's barely a book, more of a paper-back promo and I learned nothing from the contents. The bottom line is that I bought a very expensive frying pan with no usable handle …….. I'll leave other prospective buyers to decide whether to waste their money, or not ……..

Do not use this company. Ordered an AEG extractor fan on 14 April. The website promised a delivery date of 6 May.. I even checked with their online chat. They took my money on the 15 April. No communication at all until I contacted them on 4 May when they said "the item should have arrived into us last week". They even sent me "proof" of my order with Electrolux. Eventually on 7 May I cancelled my order and received a confirmation email saying my refund would be processed in 3-5 working days. Guess what, it's now 29 May and I am still waiting for my refund. I've had to contact my credit card company and am waiting for a refund. If Electrolux or Klarna read these reviews, I recommend they review their trading relationship with this company.

In the end I got my appliance when needed. The experience was a little stressful as I didn't receive an order confirmation. I had a confirmation email of delivery by the date specified when ordered. Unfortunately the parcel didn't arrive. I had to send more than one email to jigsaw support before I received s response. On receipt of a response support was great they investigated what had happened and thanks to their efforts my appliance was delivered in time for the scheduled fitting. So a satisfactory outcome was achieved.

I love my table and bench. When not in use we use the bench as a side table and the two leaf size (for six) istge everyday size for us. We fit Fourteen for Thanksgiving and it was a joy to be seated all together. I think 12 would be the maximum with adults but you can pack a lot of kids on that long bench. Well made, beautiful mahogany color. I am so glad that I purchased this and highly recommend it if you live family gathering.

I purchased a home with a Euro Kitchen island hood already installed. I needed a new filter and contacted Euro Kitchen for help. I spoke to Morgan who requested pictures, I emailed pictures of the hood with measurements included. Morgan replied to let me know she is pretty sure she found a filter that will work. We spoke on the phone about baffle filters and the benefits over aluminum, I let her know I would like to order and she sent a Paypal invoice and I paid. I received two aluminum filters that were way too small, I called and spoke to Anh and that is where everything went downhill. I let her know I received the wrong size and type of filter, she apologized and sent me an email letting me know they will send the correct size baffle filter. The next box came with an aluminum filter that almost fit. I called again and spoke to Anh who offered no solutions. She sent me an email with a return label and said the reason they sent an aluminum filter is because that is what I originally ordered from Kevin. WHAT?? I never spoke to anyone named Kevin. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, you will regret it! Also just like everyone else, the lights have never worked. On a side note Morgan was very nice and tried to help.

Looks great and works as expected, well mostly... Problem is that the hood lights are now on permamently on - after only 6 months use - a flaw admitted by the Customer Representative. Apparently this is a ~3% defect, and requires the hood to be uninstalled completely to replace the electronic board which is buried deep inside the assembly process. Having taken 3 people 5hours to assemble and install, I'm not about to uninstall... so lights remain on permanently. The only way to turn the lights off is to shut the power feed at the panel! Just waiting for lights to burn out and see what the replacement process/cost is. Customer service has been friendly & helpful... but the the cost & effort of fixing is all on me! Hmm... had I known all of this, I would have continued looking for other brands & models. Recommended but only with this caveat known.

I ordered from kitchenNiche not knowing the company at all, I was pleased with products that were on their website. I wanted to give them a chance and I was not disappointed. My order arrived in good time with the post office being so busy and in good shape. I was Happily Pleased to find everything that I ordered inside the package and I thought that maybe the items would be below standard, another very good surprise the products are just wonderful and exactly as shown on the site. I will certainly order again. Just to mention the pricing was very good as well, just another good surprise. Tea pot with infuser is just what it stated, the cup cake mixer is exactly as stated and the egg poachers are just the cutest. I ordered tea and it is what I ordered not a replacement. Two phone numbers on website, one directs to call another phone number which no one ever answers, and the other number does not exist. Managed to speak to someone once after letting phone ring for 15 mins only to be told to ring back tomorrow as lady only works Friday, and there was no system in place to check whether order has been sent. Have now contacted paypal to get money back.

nothing but lies you get from this company if you need spare parts i strongly advise you get them some where else. paid for items wich i never recieved and then kept getting fobbed of with lies. They also never answer there telephones either. Stay well clear otherwise you will be robbed

I have had two separate jobs done by GT. A kitchen bench top, and later a bathroom bench top. Both jobs they can quickly to quote, submitted reasonable quotes and then later did fantastic jobs. One bench was more than 3.6m long, and no granite supplier was able to do and installation without a join. GT did the job and the join is almost invisible. (So perfect) Highly recommended

Despite the number of years which have passed since the installation, they had no hesitation in addressing my issue. I dealt with the same people who were around back then (a good sign) and always found them to be open, friendly and efficient. Then, after repairing my problem, they left my kitchen tidier than it was when they arrived! A Plan Kitchens made our kitchen 10 years ago. Unfortunately the Hettich Hinges on our pantry have snapped. Asked them to order some new hinges in for us which we were happy to pay for. Wanted to organise a courier to pick them up as both my husband and I work full time and cannot get to their showroom during the week. Their response was "Sorry, we don't allow courier's in our show room. You will have to pick them up yourself". As for their kitchens, if you could be bothered with the hassle of using this company, add a couple of months to whatever date they say your kitchen will be ready. Their factory is "always" behind. Also don't get [name removed] who I think is the son of the owners to install your kitchen. He never installed our bulkheads, the kickboards where not installed properly and we ended up getting them replaced. My eyes almost fell out of my head when he decided to use my new $2,000.00 Miele dishwasher as his work bench, and got offended when I asked him not to put it under the kitchen bench covered in saw dust. He then dropped our slide out rangehood on our stovetop which resulted in a dent in the stovetop and our slide our rangehood to be bent. He denied doing this even though I was standing there when he did it and saw it with my own eyes. He then called me a liar in front of my husband who told him to back his things and get out of our house. Absolutely awful customer experience then and 10 years on. We are building another home at the moment and wouldn't go anywhere near these guys again for a new kitchen. Once bitten, twice shy.

The Blue Tea recommended kitchen contractor Oska is attempting to finish my kitchen this morning, 3 months after installation began, and I can't say enough what an appalling experience this has been. Blue Tea promises to make kitchen renovation smooth and hassle free, and I was a complete fool for falling for the good looking kitchens on their website. From a design point of view, it has been very disappointing. Many of the reviews on the website speak in glowing terms about [Name removed] and she may be an excellent designer, but I got a different designer, and I wasn't happy. For example I had to point out that the cupboards and drawers would look better if there was greater symmetry. There were many details like this. He clearly didn't listen to me or read my emails, and I was horrified when the wrong splashback turned up, despite having specified it from the start and referred to it in numerous emails. At first I was told I was wrong, and when I pointed to the contract and the many emails they eventually agreed to replace it. This delayed the whole installation by weeks. As to the recommended contractor Oska - what a disaster! They damaged cabinets getting them into the apartment but installed them anyway, chips and damage notwithstanding. Their plan was just to touch up the chips and stick a new panel over the damage. They failed to install one of the two brackets for a floating desk area, and then, because they didn't bring a ladder - stood on the desk to fix the shelves above. Bad idea! Worst of all the cabinets didn't fit because despite Blue Tea being warned not to have anything built until the builder was finished - they went ahead anyway. They came back and measured later, but even then didn't admit they had already built the cabinets. When they came and it didn't fit, they didn't say anything, but waited until I left briefly. When I came back they had cut a hole in the freshly built plastered and painted wall in order to make the cabinets fit! Getting the builder back to repair the wall, and then getting them to remake one of the cabinets delayed the whole process even further. Right now they are finally fixing a light under a kitchen shelf, but they only brought one clamp to hold the 3 metre shelf together while the glue dries, so they are mucking about with masking tape and bits of wood trying to keep the under shelf in place while the glue dries. I'm so over this. I wish I had never heard of Blue Tea or Oska Kitchens. When I saw all the problems with the kitchen I sacked them from making the bathroom cabinetry - and the new company made and installed the bathroom cabinets without a single problem and were finished weeks ago.

This is the second time I have used this company for a renovation, The first was to completely redo my kitchen . I was that delighted with the job that I then undertook a few years later to do my bathroom. It was a total revamp of the bathroom and I could not have been more delighted with the whole team.From the design down to their building team. They worked around me whilst I lived there , were totaly polite, on time, clean , efficient and the end result is amazing. I only have the highest praise for the whole team and would happily use them again.

Recently 0ur Dear Son David passed away due to an accident at his workplace. We wanted something for his three brothers in remembrance of him. David had been in the Marine Corp when he was younger and loved it! So we ordered tree Seins for them with the Marine Corp Emblem and with David's name and their name. I have recently purchased 25 1l glass swing top bottles for this years apple drop. Unfortunately many of them arrived broken and smashed as a result of no internal packing/bubble wrap. I emailed the company got a call from the regional manager the following day who got a grip of the situation that day. The following day replacement bottles were sent out with overnight deliver. The bottles are great and the tops(ceramic) are also of good quality. Sometimes it is not just the quality of the product that matters its the service that supports this when things don't quite go to plan. For these combined reasons I will be placing future orders with Glass Bottles given their customer service on this occasion was second to none. Thankyou Andy Brogan for taking responsibility for this isolated matter.

These guys did a fantastic job of refitting a Zenith (Zen Caldeira) worktop for me, which had been poorly fitted initially. I had trouble finding anyone who was willing to take on this difficult job yet Adrian and Shaun were happy to travel to south London arriving early and completing the job to an exceptional standard and for a very reasonable cost. Many friends who saw the 'before and after' work surfaces have commented on how brilliant it looks and it has helped attain the finish for the kitchen that I'd hoped for. I ordered a BlendJet May 16th as a birthday present and choose the colour specifically as the website stated it would be dispatched NO LATER than May 31st. May 31st came and went, no sign of my order being dispatched. I got in touch with customer care and they advised me that I would receive an email when my order has been dispatched... well no sh*t, I should have already had the email and the order should on it’s way by now. A member of staff contacted me on June 7th to let me know it was dispatched. At this stage the birthday had been and gone, I thought okay should be here soon (how wrong I was). DHL tracking shows my BlendJet arrived in its destination country about a week ago and states “tracking complete, delivery shortly”. What use is that? Tracking stops when it arrives in the destination country!?! At the time of writing (June 25th) a MONTH AND A HALF after placing my order, still no BlendJet. The really infuriating thing is the amount of promotional sh*t emailed on an almost daily basis, this doesn’t help me, it just reminds me of how horrendous your service is! Do yourself a favour if your thinking of buying a portable blender and just go on Amazon!

I initially contacted Foster about a part last June and a man named Tim got back to me. Was very helpful and the responses were within a reasonable timeframe. My customer only decided to get the parts in January. The correspondence was very difficult, responses were taking weeks to come from foster. I could not make payment as the pro-forma invoice took nearly 3 weeks to generate and the parts could not be shipped until payment was made. I really hope this was a one time thing. I felt sorry for Becky who was dealing with my order as she was waiting for the invoice to be generated to send to me. It must be a nightmare for her to have people constantly sending angry e-mails for something that is most likely out of her hands.

Excellent workmanship from Danny and Ian, very little disruption at all during the 5vdays fitting. A misunderstanding led to a delay fitting the glass splashback, but was rectified and the guys returned to refit the plinth once the floor was fitted. No mess at all , if any was cleaned up before they left each day. Just make sure you have plenty of coffee ......... Great job would highly recommend

The ordering and the product are worth 5 stars, but the delivery by UPS is worth 1 star - they were a real nuisance. They came at times we were out, left slips to say they would leave it where we asked and then would not leave it without a signature - because it came from a knife shop. About a month ago I ordered a heating pad from Sunbeam. It was longer but skinnier than normal pads. I have arthritis and ankylosis spondylitis (deterioration of the spine) I love the heating pad. It offers different settings and allows you to set it for continuous or off in 2 hours. After I got it I looked on their site. I found one that embraces the neck, shoulders and upper back. Oh, did I mention that both of these have a 9' cord? I am a happy camper. Got one for my 89 yo Mom.

The fire seems to be well constructed and the fan heater is not too noisy. It came well packed eventually, which was the reason I marked down the stars. It was nine days for delivery which in these difficult times could be a reasonable excuse, but during the first week after ordering there was no communication as to when it was being dispatched and method of delivery. A chase up email to confirm order was being dealt with, extracted an apology and a hope of delivery three days later, which did result in a weekend delivery on the tenth day. It was a little bit unsettling having placed my first order with a firm I had not dealt with before and then having to chase up to see what was happening.

The product works well and does what it is supposed to do. The problem after a short time, the no-slip finish breaks down and starts getting sticky. Eventually it becomes unusable. Foodsaver said to rub with baking soda/vinegar,... well that made it much worse. We tried to get some satisfaction from Foodsaver, but no response or help. $175.00 and two years of use ( approx 12 times). Trashed the unit and are trying the Nesco unit. Bags work in the new one.

I have now had 4 food savers. The first 2 lasted approx 7 years each and worked well. The third broke after 18 months and after a huge effort on my part, Foodsaver replaced it with... how do I describe it..."a piece of C***. It is LARGER than any other food saver so it takes up MORE space. It is SLOWER so takes longer. All in all the Gamesaver Wingman is a piece of underpowered junk. It's good to see other companies are now making these. I think Foodsaver(I believe they were sold out to a French company) is past its good days and the customer service is terrible.
