From the lady at good guys thomastown to the designer that took 3 hours to show us a design that we didn’t even think that would fit was amazing. Then dealing with the team in Sydney was amazing. I was a bit hesitant to do so but when we had trade issues they were so understanding and when it came time to go there communication was always spot on. When the kitchen turned up the boys were amazing I didn’t have to tell them I had new floors they were so careful and nothing was a problem. When the installer turned up he was bang on time and dealing with a old house nothing was a problem his eye for detail was amazing and so was his patience. We are wrapped with our kitchen and would highly recommend wholesale kitchens to anyone.

Its 6 weeks from installment and they can't get drawers right. Ones to big next lot too small. Hope next is okay but not holding my breath as they don't seem to care.

Writing a review after a year of using my kitchen as i am really happy with and do think that splendid kitchen deserves a good word, good design with good bench space & storage with soft closing drawers, designer did a good job fitting 11 spacious drawers in my small kitchen, very happy with the specially allocated bin cupboard. Liked the way there was a project manager allocated who dealt with all the trades, was very accomodating, good team work plumber electrician splash back guy every one polite and on time with a can do attitude, well priced product and services, I would recommend anyone getting a new kitchen should give Splendid Kitchens a try

Everything was fine when we first contacted and met the salesmen from Splendid Kitchens. Infact they were excellent and couldn't spend enough time in helping us design a Kitchen, Storage Area, and Bathroom Vanity. Indeed this is the area they excelled and why they managed to get more than one star and obtained our business. From there on in things started to go bad. First realisation was when they wanted to change our storage doors from having a recessed handle system to small handles.... Structural reasons they claimed. Then the center piece of our kitchen.. A small walk in Pantry and the only reason we signed up, Had the design changed after we paid our deposit...This time they claimed the fridges were too big allow the small walk in Pantry be built the way we had designed. After everything was fitted and our large fridge and freezer were installed I realised that there was at least 250ml of room extra for the Pantry, which may not seem like a lot, but in Kitchen terms it is. For some stupid reason I believed these excuses and now realise they were nothing but simple cost saving measures on their part. Especially the recessed handles on the storage area. To top it all off after a 12 day wait to have our splash back fitted, which actually didnt bother us to much... on the exact same day it was fitted we had a phone call asking when we would pay. Within 8 days we had a letter threatening legal action. I always figured that 14 days within completion was the standard procedure with these matters. I am intending to wait the full 14 days as I dont feel like paying straight away for the above reasons. So to sum up... only use this company if you are prepared for the cost saving changes on their part after you paid your 90 pct of the Total. I felt after paying 90 pct, that living with the changes was better than chasing the best part of 14K. Rock and a hard place is the term I think is most often used. Beware this company... it's the only bad experience I've had in my 200K plus renovation. Friendly capable salesmen and good reception staff. Changing vital parts of the Kitchen and Storage after 90pct of total was paid.

In March this year (2016) we contracted Direct Kitchens to install a new kitchen at our premises. The work included removing and disposing of the old kitchen and removing the tiles from the floor in preparation for putting in a timber floor. The material selected for the kitchen included the highest quality solid red gum and granite. At the outset we were assured by their salesperson that their would be minimal disturbance and mess in the removal of the old kitchen. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Brute force was used to remove many of the old kitchen and pantry fixtures, causing excessive damage not only to the remaining plasterboard but also to surrounding areas. With a bit of care and attention there would have been minimal damage to the kitchen and pantry and no damage to surrounding areas. Instead of leaving small holes in plaster work, there were great gaping holes which required, in some instances complete replacement of the plaster. The removal of the tiles and sanding of the tile grout was done by workers who had no experience at all in this type of work and who were inadequately equipped to do the job. (I know this because they told me). The vacuuming of the dust was negligible as they were using hired equipment which was not sufficient to do the job. When I entered the house at the end of the day, it was like walking into a London fog. The cloud of cement dust in the room was so bad, it covered all of the rooms they had worked in including windows and walls. We have never been able to properly clean the 11 roman blinds which have now been replaced. The plaster walls were damaged where they bumped into them in at least six places and the walls have had to be repaired and repainted. The plastic conduit leading to the kitchen island was broken. It was only fortunate that my plumber spotted this prior to the island being put in. The floor was not properly prepared for the timber floor and I had to employ another tradesman to finish the job. Although I had specifically enquired with DK about the adequacy of their employees (I won't call them tradesmen) properly preparing the floors I was assured it would be done properly. After I had to get another tradesman in to finish the job, their reply was “check your contract: they only had to remove the tiles and sand the adhesive.” Studs were put into the pantry are with two nails at the top and two at the bottom with nothing in between to stop the stud from wobbling. And it doesn’t stop there. The solid red gum doors had imperfections in them which look like they have been fixed by someone pushing putty into the holes with their thumbs. The putty wasn’t even sanded to the doors profile. I rang prior to the install to see if I needed a proprietary model exhaust fan kit only to be told that “no need. We will put our own kit on which will be much cheaper”. Lo and behold, when the install was finished I found that the exhaust fan was not connected to anything. There wasn’t even a hole in the ceiling with the result that the fan exhausted into a cupboard above the exhaust. When I rang to enquire about an anomaly my electrician had discovered, I was told by the person answering the phone, “tell him to look at the plans”. No-one rang back to answer my electricians enquiry. When I originally contracted DK, I also indicated that I would like our bathroom renovated at some time in the future. Would I now use them to renovate my bathroom? Not on your life. I only wish I knew in advance what damage they would do to my home and I would have gladly done the work myself. Overall, the damage and mess done by their “demolishers” and the rudeness shown by some of their staff outweighed the positives of having a new kitchen. On a final note: they did have some very nice people who delivered and installed the kitchen. Pity their good work was overshadowed by incompetence and rudeness.

Am left with 15mm gap behind one side of stove. Dishwasher not flush. Gaps in joinery (I had to buy silicone filler.) They cut corner cabinet 3 times and it's still not right. Corner insert was wobbly. They don't want to know you when something's not right but will hunt you down for payments. Quality of material good but workmanship questionable despite hearing ad nauseum that they've been in business for 30 years. Yawn. Better prices and quality elsewhere. My advice: go elsewhere!

After doing some investigation in 'trying' to order a stonebench countertop from Bunnings, a passing customer recommended to give United Stone Melbourne a call (and I live on Phillip Island!) I spoke with Alp from United Stone and explained what I wanted and where I lived, United Stone was very accommodating with organising a time for measuring plus an installation date!! I was also given a firm price after submitting my plans. I can truly say that this company is not only friendly and professional, but approachable and wonderful to deal with. I just wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book - this would make renovating a home so much easier! A special thank you to Wolfgang and Dimi who installed the benchtops. From the start, care was taken as drop sheets were placed, and they were very respectful to their surroundings (even though my home is not a large one) and their attention to detail and quality was second to none! Thank you United Stone Melbourne :)

USM were most professional from the first interaction with the sales team, to the home visit for the template stage, and finally to the installation - all done with a very good one stop shop service. I am delighted with the final product, and will certainly use them in the future should the need arise.

I had my Craftbuilt kitchen installed just over a year ago and still can't believe that I didn't update sooner as i just love the new kitchen - so sleek. Although I had a fair idea of how I wanted the end result to look, Sue worked with me every step of the way until we had achieved the design I had envisaged. Her ideas and input were invaluable.?? I would also like to send a BIG thank-you to, Sharon (the project manager), the office ladies and ALL of the tradesmen involved - who's professionalism was to be commended. Nothing was ever too much trouble and any issues I did have were always resolved in a professional and timely manner. We were provided with a schedule of what would be done and when and I'm happy to say everything went exactly to schedule. All "tradies" were punctual, polite and professional and I felt very comfortable having them in our home. This was my first experience of renovations and I only hope all future ones are as smooth sailing. I will definitely be making my recommendations to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. It was very much a team effort and I would like to thank ALL involved in making my new kitchen a fantastic place to work in and look forward to enjoying my new kitchen for years to come.

Craftbuilt installed a new kitchen in July 2002. The cost was $24,480-00 so quality was expected. The kitchen appeared fine for a few years. The Neff cooktop started to fail, but upon spraying circuit board cleaner, it worked again until total failure in 2007, five years after the kitchen renovation by Craftbuilt. Under the sink, the dishwasher power point got wet and tripped the circuit. It was found that copious water was reaching below the sink as well, within a relative short time after the kitchen renovation. Considerable damage was incurred simply because this company failed to bead sufficient viable water sealant around the sink nor cook-top. Possibly two dollars worth of sikaflex / silicon / or other such product used to gasket between sink / cook-top and bench. The sum spent was not much less than $25G, but unfortunately a most sub-standard quality of work; an insidious event as a kitchen can look good for a year or more while underneath, substandard work / sub-standard quality yields wood-rot, ruined appliances, and a host of other dreadful consequences. I apologize for not writing a review years ago, it may have prevented some grief for other people.

I want to talk about what happens if anything goes wrong with a Sydney Kitchen after you have made your final payment. All the customer service and all the promises go out the window and these people do not want to know you. They will not return your phone calls or answer your e-mails, they will completely ignore you and hope you simply go away. I know this is long winded but if you can read this all the way to the bottom it might just save you from making a really big mistake. We installed a Sydney Kitchens kitchen a few years ago under the belief we were paying extra for better quality which gave us piece of mind that we were making an intelligent investment. We had issues from the start. What was supposed to be an 8 week project took 5 months to complete and we were left without a functional kitchen for 10 weeks. During the installation one of the installers dropped a hammer on our brand new tiled floor and broke one of the tiles. We were told the tiler, who was supplied by Sydney Kitchens, would come back at the end of the project and replace the tile however he refused to come back to fix the tile as he said it wasn't worth his effort to return for just one tile. When we told Sydney Kitchens he was refusing to return they said that is not their problem and we needed to sort it out with the tiler ourselves even though he had been supplied by them. The broken tile is still on the floor as a bitter reminder to do better research next time before handing over our hard earned money to unscrupulous companies like Sydney Kitchens. Can you imagine how we felt just having installed a 30 thousand dollar kitchen only to have the tiled floor broken before it was even completed. It was heartbreaking and Sydney Kitchens simply didn't care. Recently I arrived home to find the overhead cupboards were starting to fall apart and a fixed panel and one of the doors had fallen off onto the bench chipping the corner of our glass induction cook top. The combined weight of the panel and the door is 8kgs and all this weight had been screwed to the cupboard carcase with three little plastic brackets which had all torn apart as they were not strong enough to hold all that weight in place. We had a local tradesman take a look at the cupboard and he told us that Sydney Kitchens should never have used those plastic brackets to hold up so much weight as they were guaranteed to fail. He told us that in his opinion the minimum requirement to hold so much weight in place would be 4 metal brackets. I have since gone a purchased 4 metal brackets at a total cost of $7.04 that is all that was needed in the first place. I have phoned Sydney Kitchen's multiple times and I have sent photos and I have e-mailed them and yet they have refused to return my calls. I am quite happy to pay to have somebody come and reattach my panels and given I have already bought the brackets I suspect it is only a 30 minute job. I am not very handy otherwise I would try to do it myself. I am not abusive and I have been very pleasant in my communications and I even offered to write a great review if they came and helped me out and yet I get nothing but silence. So now I have a broken cupboard, a broken tile and a broken glass cooktop and Sydney Kitchens couldn't care less. Once your money is paid you are on your own. I laugh when I read the testimonials on Sydney Kitchens website. Speak to all of those people in 5 years when their kitchens are falling apart around them and they find out Sydney Kitchens don't want to know them. I honestly don't understand how they can treat their customers so poorly. I regret using Sydney Kitchens and if you choose them you will regret using them also.

We recently (February 2017) engaged Sydney Kitchens to renovate our kitchen. Form the initial touch point of visiting the showroom through to the various stages of design, selection, delivery and implementation they were fabulous to deal with. They guided, didn't push, challenged but didn't dictate and consulted and collaborated with no demanding. They provided a time line which was adhered to and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We are delighted with the results and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone wanting a professional and stunning outcome! we received a 7 year guarantee upon completion.

I had been highly recommended to Davis & Park from a few friends and now I can highly recommend everyone to them too! The whole process start to finish was very enjoyable and I am over the moon with my kitchen. Thanks to all the team for making it all come together.

Got kitchen 9 years ago wanted to get price for re- spraying doors and draws, as they have crazed and cracked, top of cupboards timber showing... Lloyd gave me another company to call, as they are too busy. (who I will not be calling) Was trying to find out weather this is normal with the 2 pack polyurethane, and how long it is suppose to last -have spoken to other customers that have had small problems with the company, but the outcome was POSITIVE. Instead of listening to my finished conversation.. Lloyd hung up on me... So VERY RUDE.. I am in shock...Communication and listening skills - NIL ...DISGUSTING MANNERS. Just hope no one asks me about Davis & Park Kitchens, because boy!! haven't I got a story to tell them.

What was supposed to be a 5-day kitchen installation took 3 months. An absolute nightmare to deal with as all their workers are sub-contractors and the business owners came up with a myriad of excuses why the work was not being done. They clearly lack sufficient subcontractors to adequately service the work referred to them by Ikea.

I was promised my kitchen finished for Christmas. Signing off in October this is not unreasonable. With 4 weeks left of trade this is still not unreasonable. Unfortunately I have paid over $20,000 for a kitchen that is unfinished and where the cabinet and benchtop (delayed install) finishes on a door frame???

We had our kitchen installed about 10 years ago! The adhesive used on the covering proved less then satisfactory and one day I called in to the showroom to ask about repairs. As a result, the whole kitchen was completely redone AT NO COST TO ME - NOT BAD EH! Thanks to all at Farquhar, in particular Craig , Bobby and all concerned who found nothing to hard. If I need another kitchen guess who I go to.

Sales talk by the owner prior to signing was that the kitchen would be installed in 3 to 4 weeks. The job finished today and it took 20.5 weeks of which 3 weeks delay was caused by me. Once they have your money they move on to the next sucker. Customer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary. I spent over $50K with them and it's one of my greatest regrets. The owner is a "gunna". His word is not worth two nobbles. Should you get sucked in with the sales talk, make sure that you hold back 10% of the contract until the job is complete and you are satisfied.

I have to complete disagree with the previous two reviews. I bought a DIY Kitchen from Kitchen Kreation 3 months ago. I was able to pick the exact colour and style of the door of my choice and this was colour matched with a high gloss finish. As I am not a tradesperson I struggled with some aspects of putting the kitchen together and Jason (the owner) could not have been more helpful, going out of his way to help me and talking me through the various things that I needed to know - I can't thank him enough for his approach, kindness and help in what was a very stressful time. The kitchen looks fab and I couldnt be happier. great price, reliable, helpful

I had a measure done 2 weeks before Christmas. They asked for deposit week before Christmas and guaranteed it would be done Friday before Christmas...they were a no show...have tried to call many many times and emailed with no reply...now I read this...I contacted them direct for quote....and have paid $4000 I feel sick...what do we do????

Splashback remains unfinished after 3 months I have gaps between my glass and the cupboards and Paz and the kitchen designer/installer just blame one another and I am no closer to having a kitchen thats looks professional and finished. I have arranged to be home for several measuring appointments, re-measuring (which they even charged me for), two failed delivery appointments (didn't turn up as planned and then a week later arrived with a piece of glass without the powerpoint cut into it) and then several meetings when I've been unhappy with the product

Had quantum quartz benchop (white) for about 2 months now. Overwhelming majority of marks, including water glass rings and even food scraps such as broccoli cannot be removed with water and some not even with the special quantum quartz surface spray intended for the purpose. I now have marks that even the quantum quartz cream cleaner won't move. Soooo disappointed. My understanding was this benchtop would look great and be easy to keep clean. I am a single woman who is conscious of cleaning spillages when they happen and thought this product would give many years of satisfaction. While it looks great it's functionality is disappointing and would love to hear from Quantum Quartz representative for suggestions.

We had a new kitchen installed two and a half months ago. We have been away for a month since then so I have only used the kitchen for about eight weeks. It looks stunning but the shiny surface of the Quantum Quartz bench top has dulled in uneven patches. Until I read the other reviews here I thought it must have been something I had done even though I have only ever cleaned the bench top by using a soft damp micro fibre cloth. I am ultra careful with hot plates, pots and anything which might spill. I even use a separate micro fibre cloth from the one I wash up with so that I don't transfer cooking oils from the washing up cloth. Another issue is the way ring marks occur everywhere a cup, glass or bottle is put down. It isn't a catastrophe - the bench top still looks lovely - provided the light doesn't hit the ring marks and dull patches but it is disappointing. I wouldn't recommend Quantum Quartz to anyone.

Replacing our kitchen in 2001 with a Dan Kitchen has proven to be the right decision.After 18 years the kitchen still looks as good as it did when first installed.This confirms our decision was correct, simply because the whole process, initial contact, attention to detail in the design, build quality, and installation, is second to none.Also, by going with Dan Kitchens their product is backed by a 15 year warranty. Dan Kitchens provides excellent after sales service. When service has been required, replacement hinges recently, Vagn and his team have had this attended too immediately. I definitely recommend Dan Kitchens.

We live in a 3 bedroom unit in North Parramatta (3 floors up) 20 years old, which was in need of a kitchen and laundry makeover. The renovation was completed 2 to 3 months ago and we are still admiring the workmanship today... and we expect for years to come. The owner, Vagn, personally undertook the design of both kitchen and laundry and we were very impressed with the modern design initiatives that have significantly transformed the look and feel of these important areas. The 3D computer-generated design was like a photograph of the finished project! It is now a joy to spend time in both the kitchen and laundry and the difference between the old and new is phenomenal. All the tradesman who created this project were so professional and obviously very skilled in their respective disciplines. We are very happy we chose Dan Kitchens and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is serious about gaining a new prestige kitchen or laundry in their home. This has definitely added to the value of our unit and improved the resale value and ease of future sale. But primarily, it has made us feel much more happy living in such an improved and modernised home. A great result and Dan Kitchens was a great choice!

Jonathon at Harrington Kitchens was excellent to deal with as he listened to my brief carefully. He took it all on board and also gave me other design options that I had not thought possible to fit in a small kitchen. Pleased with the 3D plan emailed to me I went forward with colour and product choices, then onto the installation of the kitchen. All of the subbies I dealt with from Harrington Kitchens were professional, courteous and product knowledgeable as well as being top quality cabinet makers/installers, plumber, electrician, etc. I highly recommend Harrington Kitchens to anyone contemplating on a new kitchen.

I had my kitchen installed 10 years ago and still love what they did for me. Of late I had a few cupboards failing and one phone call and all fixed for free. Such service would recommend to everyone that they do a wonderful job. Two years ago I went back with my bathroom Reno ideas. Again they came up with solutions and designed never done before draw options I had I mind and again I could not be happier. They are very professional with quality workmanship and service from start to finish and also after with some problems. Perfect choice for home improvements.

This is our 4th time with Paul and his team at Hollywood Kitchens, starting in 1993. This has included 3 renovations and 1 new kitchen over 2 houses. We have always had professional and courteous service. The completed kitchens have looked fantastic. They always use top quality products and we are already planning a kitchen refresh for our rental property. With Hollywood of course!

Renovating our kitchen had been on my list for about 20 years, so when I was able to go ahead with it I was delighted to make contact with Hollywood Kitchens (Wangara WA). Hollywood measured up and quoted for a 4 metre plus bench in HiMacs with a double bowl sink in Staron, a serving shelf above the main bench and a cooktop surround both also in HiMacs. Hollywood's professional service was without fault, there was no hesitation to do this work on my cabinetry and a few delays by me not quite meeting my program was never a problem for them. I felt like I was working with friends. We are totally delighted with a fabulous result.

Brett was very profesional, did an amazing job cleaning my oven, it was spotless and he cleaned up after the job was done i will defiantly be using his services again highly recommend this business

My BBQ that is 5 years old and out in the elements has come up above my expectations. Wish I had a before to show you as it was so bad. I normally don’t recommend but wow this is beyond words.

From the outset we benefitted from the design expertise and product knowledge of the English Interiors professional office team. We were impressed by their focus on translating our imprecise brief into coherent design ideas, and they introduced lots of new and exciting ideas that helped our own thinking. Their attention to detail and patience with us made it a very enjoyable part of the overall project, and, to their great credit, it never felt like a sales pitch. We quickly developed a relationship of trust and confidence in the English Interiors team, and their continuing contacts through the installation phase underlined their genuine interest in delivering a new kitchen and bathroom that we would be delighted with. The English Interiors installation team were excellent! Their Project Manager inspired confidence from the outset, with his obvious professional knowledge and experience, and his consistent reliability in delivering whatever he said he would do. He skilfully co-ordinated a team of plumbers, carpenters, electricians, plasterers, heating engineers, and installers, all of whom were first-class in both the quality of their work and their customer service attitude. The whole team worked very efficiently, and with real consideration for us as we continued to live in a relatively small home through a period of significant disruption. The Project Manager and his team were excellent at providing a timeframe and plan that they kept to, keeping us in touch with progress, and checking out points of detail as the job progressed. On several occasions they flagged options to us, and we therefore felt fully engaged in the important decision-making on issues that ultimately led us to be delighted with the end result. The Project Manager and the team were also first-class as resolving the inevitable problems that arise, whether it be how best to channel waste pipes or discovering that some of the old plastering needed to go. The focus was always about explaining the issue to us in terms that we could understand, and then finding the best solution. The overall project was a big undertaking for us. The English Interiors team, from start to finish, made it a thoroughly pleasurable experience, and that is down to the professionalism and approach adopted by the design team, the production team, and the installation team. A big thank you to English Interiors - we are delighted with the end result. We will certainly be back to you when we start to turn our thoughts to up-grading the bedrooms.

English Interiors have recently installed our bespoke utility room installation, with great satisfaction. Allyson and Dominique worked tirelessly from start to finish in providing us with a service that was second to none. We say this even though there were a few blunders on the way!. When we had an issue they rectified it without dispute or compromise. We would have no hesitation in recommending English Interiors and using them again in the future. Mark of FixCookers done a great job of installing my new Belling cooker on Saturday 21st July 2018. He had contacted me on the 20th stating the work he would do at a very keen price.The price was very good as it included disconnecting the old cooker, moving it outside and supplying a new flexible hose and safety chain. I texted him when the cooker was delivered and he arrived and carried out the work as stated. Both the Gas and Electrical safety were checked as well. A great job at a great price. Thanks Mark will use you again and would recommend you to anybody wanting a safe installation

Mark popped by on his way past to give us a simple quote for replacing our gas hob with an electric one. After 10 minutes he had identified the problem with our current hob, advising that we didn't really need a new one, demonstrated where we were going wrong AND then fixed the fault with it all in the space of about half an hour. Absolutely top man, especially as he was only coming out initially to do a quote for us. Would highly recommend to anyone (and already have). If you need anything to do with your cooking appliances fixed or replaced give Mark a call, I certainly will be. 5* service

Sadly HJ have not delivered what they promised to and we have been fobbed off for months. It is a very stressful company to deal with. The fitters and painters are excellent though. We are still waiting for our kitchen to be completed two months after it should have been with no end in sight. This is not a review we wished to write but we are at our wits end now. ☹️

We have been living with our Harvey Jones kitchen for a year now and I wanted to write and say Thank you. The kitchen and laundry are fabulous, both functional and beautiful. I admire the rounded corners on the dresser unit which is a lovely touch and the fridge is brilliant. There is nothing that we would change. Particularly Thank you to Jenny for your help in addressing the snagging. I don’t know what the problem was, but the replacement plugs in the Belfast sink now both hold water. Not a day goes by that I don’t admire some detail or other. You are brilliant. Thank you With all good wishes Caroline Clifton Bristol

Purchased an american fridge freezer with this company very happy with service from start to finish delivery was very quick within aweek would recommend this company and would uee this company agian in the future

What a brilliant company Homesource4u are, only informed them yesterday that my washing machine had broken down, this morning the engineer was on my door step at 9:00am, it took him five minutes to find the fault ( Blocked pump ) this was soon repaired, in fact I just been able to hang out a load of washing. Excellent service and not a bad price either. M. Brooks. A very happy customer!

We had our home renovated ten years ago and chose an In-toto kitchen. As a retired couple, it gets gentle wear, but after six years the laminate on all the cupboard doors started to blister and peel off. The showroom where I bought the kitchen has closed, and I contacted In-toto to explain the problem and sent photographs. Apparently the kitchen is guaranteed for 5 years, they acknowledged the doors were peeling and faulty and offered to replace them at my cost. Why would I want to actually BUY another set of doors from In-toto after such a short time? Other showrooms were appalled that no one came out to look at my kitchen. The kitchen may have looked nice, but ours was shoddy poor workmanship.

I had 3 kitchens,utility and kitchenette fitted by Intoto Kitchens,Woking at a project in Sheen that I was developing.There were many teething problems at the start on my side which Hassan and Jake addressed without any issues.There computer imaging,drawings and work ethic is brilliant,nothing seemed to much trouble and I would highly recommend using them!! I was disappointed when I got home and the wine fridge box was sideways in front of my garage with two holes in it and one of the sides question. Fedex didn’t take very good care of it but it should’ve been wrapped inside another box with more protective cardboard or Styrofoam or Packing material. There was a Bruce broken piece of plastic when I open the box and I’m not quite sure where that came from. Going to plug it in today and not sure if it works or not but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered a Bonavita 1900TS coffee maker. It was sent with no issues and works great. I never heard of Quench before. Great job.

We ordered a new tray for our coffee machine as the contacts were damaged on our original one (it was in excess of 8 years old) and machine kept displaying the message "tray missing". We received our order within 72 hours ( this is good to Highland Scotland)...it was very well packaged and machine now works perfectly.

Returned my Jura Micro One after 11 months of use for repair as the grinder failed to operate. Despite having followed all maintenance procedures and operation instructions ( Blue filters, descaling and weekly cleaning cycles) I was informed the machine would not be repaired under warranty as it was subject to "water damage". The Jura representative suggested that he would normally reject 3 to 4 warranty claims a week on the same issue and that most people simply accepted the £179 repair charge for the grinder. I was very disappointed with the way Jura handled what I would regard as either a design fault or a simple warranty claim. I have now gone back to Nesspresso Magimix as my last machine lasted 10 years with little of the expense involved in maintaining a Jura machine. I will certainly not be purchasing another Jura machine, despite their perceived reputation as a high quality brand

The first contact I had with this store was positive as the advisor seamed to know what he was doing. What is not nice is that I though I am signing the document for PRELIMINARY kitchen design, not the obligation to buy the kitchen that was not final, not measured and not agreed. Especially since initial design does not fit in a room that I showed the measurements from. There is plenty of small print on a very long condition document-all in Dutch, off-course, and sellers are full of understanding and are telling you only what they think you want you to hear. Very aggressive selling manner and of course 'special price just for you" that you are not allowed to think about is just the part of ambiance. Byw, I am informed that cancelling this preliminary design costs 500 euros-of course this is not stated anywhere in any of the papers. rather high for a bad cup of coffee. One week later and after subsequent discussions with this store, any communication about changes is completely useless- no reply on e-mails, no possibility to schedule measurements in agreed time or week after they were pushing actively for it, and 12 weeks delivery time instead of 8 they were promising. However, they did manage to send me unspecified invoice, where only a rather high sum is stated with request to pay. Yesterday, a bit more than a week of my initial visit I went into a store to try to get some answers, but all I encountered was a very rude seller who was full of ironic questions to me and condescending answers on my questions regarding the quality of certain parts of the kitchen. I have sent yesterday cancellation of this order- however, so far that is ignored as well. I did manage to receive several e-mails today where they suddenly found the time to do measurements and have a discussion. Everything for a sale. Do yourself a favor and skip Keuken Kampioen if you want a new kitchen. Mediocre quality, not transparent pricing, long administration, hidden costs and bureaucratic procedure. At this point I am willing to pay those 500 euros just not to have to deal with this people ever again.

Last weekend, I visited the Keuken Kampioen showroom in Rotterdam Alexander to buy a new kitchen for my new apartment. It was a very professional atmosphere and I spoke to their sales agent; Mr. Sammi. He was very polite and friendly and also very much more knowledgeable about their business and I received very good tips and suggestion of my ideal kitchen. I spent almost 3 hours there, visited so many German high quality kitchen and offered a remarkable discount on the entire kitchen package, and finally made my decision to purchase the kitchen from Keuken Kampioen team. Now, I wait to see my new ideal kitchen to be delivered to my apartment. I advise those who wishes to renovate their house and especially the kitchen, visit one of Keuken Kampioen showrooms in the Netherlands and benefit from a good quality and professional team’s services.

I purchased a gas cooker on line from Kitchen Economy 20 1 2020 price as good as anywhere else on line, I also contacted the firm the next morning as I had a quiry and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I receive the invoice by e-mail on the 21-1-2020 that also informed me that the cooker would be delivered on 22-1-2020. The delivery driver was very helpful he took the cooker down my drive around the back of the house, up six steps and put it in my kitchen where I wanted it put Great service by Kitchen Economy

I ordered a bathroom shelf on this website back in November 2018. It is the end of January 2019 and I still didn't get my order. In the meantime, I contacted them several times, but nothing is happening! I am afraid that this site is not trustworthy! As to the level of their service, it's close to none, as it is me all the time who has to call them and inquire about my order!

products sent from Sweden (=longer delivery time) which is not clear when you order from Danish website that promised quick delivery. Order placed 18.6. and when I realized that the stock was supposed to be sent from Sweden, I sent an email to customer service asking specificly for quick delivery. 19.6. reply from Kitchentime that stock would be sent the same day. However the parcel was only dispatched 20.6. afternoon and could be picked up on 24.6. This is not exactly what I see as quick delivery and the customer service reply is incorrect.

KK Designs have just built one and fitted 3 bathrooms and one cloakroom. This is the second time we have used them as they have previously fiited our kitchen. I would not choose to use any other company; their quote was reasonable, the quality of the products good, the workmanship excellent and they arrived when they said they would. We trusted them enough to go on holiday for 3 weeks and leave them the run of the house. First Class Service.

We love the kitchen Darren and his team built for us and we wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Kreative Kitchens. We were away for the first week of the installation but Darren kept us updated on their progress. They are an extremely helpful and professional company.

We had a large kitchen to replace and knew that we needed to get one directly from the manufacturer as the DIY shops would charge us an arm and a leg. We found krypton kitchens online, we were initially wary of some of the reviews but thought we would check it out for ourselves. Andy designed our kitchen with curved doors and bespoke pan drawers we had our Quartz worktop arranged by Andy, the price was amazing and a 3rd of anywhere else quoted. We were not disappointed the quality of the units was great and the doors were lovely quality. We have had lots of compliments of how beautiful our kitchen looks. We would 100% recommend krypton kitchens and have already passed on Andy's details to 2 of our friends.

What can I say..... Well what a fantastic company, Andy came round to do a design for our new kitchen it looked absolutely fantastic and he was really helpful with his advise. The kitchen units came really quickly, there was only one problem and that was a shortage of a couple of door fronts, this was soon rectified by Andy, Then the kitchen fitted went and installed the kitchen for us stupidly cutting the worktops short my vision was now clouded on my kitchen after a phone call to Andy explaining this problem he made arrangements for new worktops at a reduced price which we was very grateful off. I would really recommend Midland Kitchens as they are very helpful and extremely understanding, a fantastic company.

After having my high quality German knives sharpened at another local sharpening service for several years, I noticed that they weren't quite as sharp and easy to use as they had been in years past. Switching to the sharpening services at Local Root brought my knives back to their best and it's a joy to use them again! Worth every penny and having an excuse to peruse the amazing selection at the store is an added bonus!

I recently dropped and damaged a brand new chefs knife I purchased while in Japan a few months ago. The tip of the knife chipped and bent. Jonathan (Local Root) did an AMAZING job restoring the knife back to brand new! The knife was also sharped back to perfection Highly recommend Local Root for knife sharpening. Plus they have a store full of unique and beautiful kitchen ware.

Mas Kuchen was one of a number of kitchen showrooms that we visited in Reading and from the first visit we knew that this was the place we wanted to buy our kitchen from. Lisi was wonderful, she was professional and spent time designing our perfect kitchen, giving her expert advice on all stages of the design. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and looks fabulous, we have had so many lovely comments from friend's and family of how wonderful it looks. We had a limited budget but still wanted a quality product, which we were able to achieve thanks to Lisi and Mas Kuchen. We would highly recommend this company for its customer service and its quality products.

I could complain and say that it took 12 days for my order to arrive , or that they never answered my emails when I asked them when /if my order would be shipped , but within 30 minutes of raising a dispute with paypal, I received confirmation of dispatch from them , and thereafter , constant emails from the courier updating me on the consignment status. Parcel arrived , well packaged and on its final consigned date. I understand moving business premises can cause quite an upheaval for a small business , and it seems they are trying hard to rectify the issues they have had over the last few months. All things considered , I received a well packaged and good quality product at a good price, just a little later than i expected it to take. I hope to be ordering from you again in the near future

I purchased a bulk order from MaxiCoffee (350 capsules) which would have lasted us about 9 months, but when the product was delivered about 90% of the capsules only had 3 weeks shelf life remaining. I complained and was offered a Maxicoffee voucher covering about 25% of the cost. I didn't accept this and had to push them several times to address the issue seriously. In the end, after pushing they did agree to a fair resolution and we had to choice of a 50% cash refund and keeping the product or 100% cash refund and sending the product back. A fair resolution in the end but very disappointing (1) that we were sent short dated stock for a large order and (2) that I had to push and push them to offer a fair resolution.

Miriam's Earthen Cookware is a company I have been investigating personally and testing for the past two years. I have to say, not only have I been blown away with every test and evaluation but so has my wife and everyone else that has eaten the food or seen the product. In fact, I love them so much I went and became a fanboy and started a YouTube channel called Cooking With Clay that I now need to populate with content. I would be happy to speak with anybody with questions or concerns and share my experience. MEC has permission to put me on a three way call or email etc because I truly want others to experience the benefits and joy of this type of cooking. I am unaffiliated, unpaid, all that stuff. I pay for my clay and I don't receive any financial compensation ever. I'm doing it because they're a great small business with a great product and I support it. About the clay: I have a X Large pot, Medium Pot, and Large Pan. I recently went on a month long road trip with JUST a medium pot and it was a trooper. We've been using it so much it has become hyper efficient at cooking. It is a whole new style of cooking to adapt to, but it is such a joy to master and the process is fun. You've never seen greens cook and still come out as green as they do in a clay pot! Far infrared heat is amazing. Wooden spoon, clay pot, warm flame... ahhhh the bare necessities and the best foods. -Thanks so much for providing something so hard to find and such a high quality product , Much love from Texas - Carmelo I would urge anyone looking for the ultimate in cookware or just some cookware with natural mojo and flair to look into the health benefits of cooking this way. Take a year or two of slowly adapting to these so your learning curve doesn't get the best of you. Two years later we are doing 95%+ of our cooking in MEC. A little background... my wife and I consume whole food plant based diet and are unable to eat in restaurants. We do all of our meals at home and pretty much all of that in MEC. It pulls toxins out of non organics and is gentler on the nutrients in the organics. It is really great for flavor, and it keeps everything you need in the food as intact as possible. The membrane breaths and there is more wonder in a clay pot than I can possibly type out here.

I bought two "seconds" pots. Because of that, they were not made perfectly, but they functionally work great and I use one for making yoghurt and the other one ALL the time for perfect rice, soups, and many other dishes. Food cooked in clay tastes worlds better than cooked in metal to me. One pot came in broken from transit and MEC was super easy to work with about replacing it for free. The only negative is the knob of one of the pots snapped off when I was washing it a month ago. I don't think it was made as well being a second and maybe I was holding it too tightly. Lucky for me I'd saved the lid off the broken pot, so I have a backup. :) I suggest you be very careful with your knobs if you get seconds. Over all, the pots are absolutely wonderful. I was looking for high quality non-toxic cookware and these fit the bill. They are very easy to clean and I've not had much issue with food sticking. Make sure you season them properly before using. A lady who used clay all her life also advised me to soak or at least run the pot full of water before each use to prevent it from cracking. I plug my sink and fill it with an inch or so of water and then fill the pot and turn the lid upside down and let the whole think soak a few minutes while I gather ingredients. I don't know if that has helped, but both pots are holding up nicely. They look beautiful sitting in my kitchen to boot! I look forward to getting more MEC pots in the future.

I received the knife and it was warped, I contact their customer service by email as they suggest, and sent photos as they requested and they said they'd be sending a replacement, it has been 5 weeks and they keep giving me the run-around. Curiously it took them less than a week to ship the knife out but now "Naid" keeps writing that he'll "forward my issue to their fulfillment center" to get a "resolution", even after I told him I am not interested anymore and since they wont ship out a replacement I wanted a refund. I mean, what's there to "resolve"? just refund my order and call it a day, and speaking of calling, good luck with that, their entire customer service call-in center is made up of an answering machine stating they cannot take any calls because they're too busy with the holiday season (it has been a month and a half since the holiday season ended). Feels like their whole operation is a scam so I'm contacting the credit card company to hopefully get my money back. Update: I contacted my credit card company last week and got my money back- Apparently Chase agrees! And has flagged them

Knives are good value for the prices, customer servise resolved my issues very quickly, knives arrived in less than 2 weeks and was happily surprised at the weight and quality of them.

I love my new coffee pot , the quick brew 4 in 1 , it s easy to use & makes good coffee . what more could you want . The service from Barista & Co was excellent . I received my order within 48 hrs which included a complimentary sample of delicious coffee . Highly recommended .

My one brew coffee maker arrived within a couple of days of ordering, which during lockdown was remarkable. The follow up emails to get the best out of the brew maker were really helpful (I now feel that I get the best out of my brew maker) Would 100% recommend, great little product, nice to get a decent brew everyday at home.

We purchased a large fitted kitchen and also had 3 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes in September 2014. The quality of work was to a high standard and initially were over the moon with our purchases when all the work was complete. We have tried to contact Bettaliving on a number of occasions in relation to our bedroom door which have de-laminated. At the time of purchase we were advised that all products carried a 10 year guarantee which gave reassurance and satisfaction to us when we purchased the goods that should anything go wrong we would be covered however this has not been worth the paper it is written on. Bettaliving are continually ignoring any contact from us and refuse to return our calls or reply to our complaint.

We are so impressed with Bows and Co. We have had a few jobs completed by Craig and his team but most recently we had a conservatory replaced with an extension and decking area. We absolutely love the new room. The team have worked very hard and were always willing to answer questions and ensure we knew what was happening at each stage. The very few problems that came up, as in any building project, were dealt with quickly and efficiently. All of the team were very polite, keen to help and particularly kind to our little girl who always wanted to know what was going on! This is a fantastic company, with great principles and a fantastic work ethic. We can’t recommend Bows and Co enough!

They have top of the range kitchen equipment and kitchen units. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for design, installation and customer service - they are a great team to work with.
