The Optimum appliances are absolutely great. If you really want a quality appliance do not hesitate to buy from Froothie. I love my Optimum VAC Blender and got a juicer as well a few days ago. Already made some fresh juice and cannot wait to create some sorbet as well :)

Ordered four corkscrews as gifts on 12/19/2011. Was told by Winestuff customer service that they would arrive well before Xmas. Never arrived. Called on 12/28/2011 to get status. Informed that they never had the items, thus the order was never processed. Customer service indicated that since they never billed me, everything was fine. They missed the minor point that they didn't even contact me and their horrible service resulted in gifts never being given. Horrible company!! Never use this company. Go to Wine Enthusiasts for quality products and service!!

I ordered 4 Riedel glasses and 6 Spiegelau port glasses from Winestuff online. Then I called them to see if I could get the port glasses by a certain date - I really needed them. They said probably not. I asked to cancel the order. They said I couldn't do that, it was against their policy. Then I got an email that the order had shipped and was complete. When I got it, there were no port glasses. So I called them and they said, "Oh, we can't get them, so we cancelled that part of the order." I asked why they hadn't informed me, and they said they just hadn't gotten around to it. This is the worst mail order service I have experienced ever. And I do a lot of mail order.

Bought a caple wine cooler only 3years ago and it has lost its ability to cool due to a manufacturing fault when pipes were not correctly joined and Caple are not interested at all. My advice is never buy a Caple product as you are lucky if they last at all due to reading other customers experiences.Poor quality products and poor company attitude to their customers who they clearly do not value!!

The builders put a Caple dishwasher in our new house. It died on Christmas Eve (handy with a house full of people) it was exactly 3 years old. It has been replaced by a Bosch, it is quieter, and has more programmes. I wouldn't touch Caple again.

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. And from the owner no less. I called the store to ask a few questions about a Japanese knife I was interested in buying. I said to the woman who answered that I’d like to speak to someone who knows a lot about that particular knife since I have quite a few questions. She barked, “What’s your question?” I repeated that I have a few questions that I’d like to ask someone who knows the knife well. She asked snarkily, “What makes you think I don’t know a lot about this knife?” I explained that I don’t presume to know whether she knows much about the knife, and if she does, then I’m fine talking to her. She smirked and said she was offended. Then she told me she’s the store owner and that what I said was very rude. She has a real chip on her shoulder. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with her - a snowflake who looks for offense and finds it everywhere. I ended up buying the knife for much cheaper from a very respected Canadian store - Knifewear. The Knifewear people I spoke to were wonderful. They answered all my questions and were extremely friendly and professional, unlike Bernal Cutlery.

Stay well clear of these kitchens, the quality is absolutely shocking. I had a total of eight units replaced due to hole alignment issues and an additional unit that had surfaces resembling something that had being kicked around the car park. Other issues included; damaged edges, poor quality edges, panels not aligned, parts missing and joints not aligned. Despite bringing numerous quality issues to the attention of the customer care team almost two months ago they have failed to resolve the outstanding issues. Due to delays whilst waiting for replacement units, the lack of action to resolve and acknowledge the poor quality, implicated costs, substantial amount of time spent trying to sort, the whole experience has being extremely stressful. I have added several photos to highlight these issues.

Horrendous experience from start to finish (although technically still not finished) Started later then the agreed date and they didn’t let me know in advance or even in the day. I was chasing to find out what was going on and had wasted taken time off work. All materials did not arrive when their installer was at mine to fit it, which resulted in half days here and there and doing the install in bits over a 3 week period. The installer rushed to complete due to the delays experienced and start their next job with magnets, which resulted in wonky units, chipped worktops, and uncompleted works which have not been sorted several months later. I would never recommend magnets and have no intention of using them on any future refurbishments. Magnets also wrongfully charge for electrical certificates even if no electrical works have been carried out, taking advantage of people that are not from a construction background.

I ordered two Orla kiely large storage jars and before I checked out I double checked they we’’re the same size. When they came one was the smaller jar, so I checked the website again and yes the wrong dimensions we’re advertised, I brought this to there attention and they admitted they had written the wrong sizes on their website. This is classed as false advertising. I have now had to search with great difficulty to find the same jar in a larger size . Thought the company would have suggested that I keep the small jar due to inconvenience caused but no , they sent a label for me to return it via the post office .. another job to do. not a happy Bunny!

When order does not arrive/lost by their poor (Hermes) shipping company, cannot get ANY response. tried contact form, SM, nothing. And no phone number either. When beer has arrived, tend to find some of the cans a little bashed. Fine, still drinkable, but lacking in QC. Not had the same issue on contact/refund/replacement from other places selling beer online (like Fullers, Chiltern, Tring to name a couple....) Your pays your money and hope it turns up.

One star is generous.......no option for 0 stars as that would have been my preference. Listen guys just don't order from Flavourly!!! I ordered a case of craft beers 6 days ago. Promised a two day delivery......still waiting. When I emailed them to raise the issue and a request for a refund they told me I would be charged for the refund. They obviously have enough customers...my advice is go to another genuine authentic company who value you as a customer. 2.8 as a review average is poor....so I'm not the only one.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I was told that the order was on the warehouse and would be shipped right away. But it has not been shipped yet, almost a week after. I think this site is either a very efficient scam or the most inefficient legit business in existence. Either way, do you want to find out after giving them your credit card number?

I placed an online order on December 14th at 11am. Your site was advertising "still time 'til Christmas" and this was the reason I bought it from you and didn't go to the store! Because I didn't receive an email with a shipping tracking number, I called the costumer line and a lady told me that it was still in process! this was four days later. On December 20th I received an email saying that the item was shipped. I was really happy until I saw the Delivery date: January 3rd! This was a Christmas gift for my husband. I'm upset because you had a false advertisement and I needed to go rushing to the store to get something last minute. Last email I sent to costumer service, they wrote me back with a link to track the package! Worse shopping experience ever!

I got 2 Biochef blenders, both with their own problems. They were also made in 2014, while it is end 2016. But the most annoying thing was, i didn't get answers to all of my mails or all questions. If i got them, it was annoyingly slow. They are not giving me the idea they care much. Also when ordering a stock item, it was shipped 2 days later... In 2016 this is very slow. I got my money back after a lot of mails and calls. They just had to update me theirselves.

Got an email to say dispatch after choosing my delivery date fridge never arrived had to ring to see where it was and the answer was oh it’s been dispatched today and will be with you tomorrow so as you can imagine this was not helpful as I had to arrange to be home the following day to. I found the Opinel-usa experience to be great aside from one thing. The prices and turn around time on orders is excellent. However, the website layout and interface could use an update. Opinel makes wonderfully simple, well-built knives and it would be great if the Opinel-usa website reflected this craft and simplicity. As it stands, the website is clunky and cluttered.

CONMEN - BEWARE - CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS Booked a repair online, for a 'no fix no fee' cost of £179. I declaired that my appliance was more than 8 years old and consulted the FAQ which clearly states that if the engineer cannot repair the appliance a full refund would be given. It seems that because my appliance is more than 8 years old and the parts are no longer available I will not receive a full refund of £179 - instead they will deduct a £45 call out fee ! Not impressed in the slightest - I do feel that this point should be a part of the FAQ and not hidden in the small print of the T & C - but then if it was made clear they wouldn't be able to get away with ripping people off quite so easily !

I booked my bosch washing machine in for repair only to be told by the engineer when he turned up that he couldn't repair Bosch machines due to to the fact that only Bosch engneers could fix them. He informed me that the circuit board needed to be replaced and he couldn't do it. If an engineer is not able to replace a circuit board on a machine then you have no right to claim you can repair Bosch machines. I actually believe that this was an excuse used because the cost of the job would have been too expensive!!

I’d been looking for Chinese porcelain tea cups with lids since before pandemic. The Jingdezhen tea cups are beautiful, lightweight, and the tea tastes wonderful in them. This site WILL SCAM YOU. Avoid purchasing from this retailer at all costs! Where to begin... First, my order took over month to arrive. When I opened to the package, I noticed that a lot of the ceramic pieces had shattered during transit. Not only that, but certain items were just left out (e.g. sending only 1 quantity of multiple items). The worst offense was a bait-and-switch on items in a complete tea set. They sent a completely different tea tray with drain than the photo online, and it didn't match the set at all. When I contacted the merchant, they told me to ship the package back at my cost (well over $100 USD for service back to China) and refused to provide any other resolutions. Avoid this scam site at all costs, not only are their products low quality, they are disingenuous and will not offer any customer service on the items that you order, even if it's entirely their fault.

I am a senior citizen with above average handyman skills. I have installed ceramic tile several times, but never stainless steel tile. Frankly I was afraid of the quick grab adhesive after reading the literature. I Google searched for “stainless steel tiles” and found www.stainlesssteeltile.com. I called the listed phone contact number, and Lynton Brooke, the Owner of Stainless Steel Tile, answered on the first ring. Thus began the most pleasant association I have ever had with a supplier or contractor. Mr. Brooke listened to what my wife and I had in mind, made suggestions and then listened to our response. His suggestions were always directed toward where we wanted to go. His advice was always worth considering. I e-mailed him my preliminary to scale layout. He responded promptly with more suggestions. After much iteration we both agreed on the final design. Then, to make sure the tile count was exact; he placed actual tiles on his shop floor in the exact scale shown on the final drawing to make sure we had not missed any important detail. I ordered the tiles. When they were received the quality was wonderful!! The price was the same as the competitor and to my surprise there were a few “extras” tossed in to cover any “mistakes” I might make during the installation. What a very special person Lynton Brooke is. During the installation, he answered my questions promptly, as if he was looking over my shoulder. The result of his guidance, quality product and my hard work – a super job my wife and I are very proud of. If you decided to do business with Lynton, he will not disappoint you in any way. A very special person indeed!!

Doing kitchen design work in Manhattan is a challenge because nobody really cares when the supply costs stay under $1,000.00 and even with charges of $1,000.00 and more, 50% of all customer service is just horrible. Although all the companies claim that customer service is their number one priority, it truly isn't. And here is the treatment you normally get: You spent more than three hours on the phone, being transferred from one department to the other, until you finally speak with someone who might help you. After all that, no one shows up for scheduled appointments, until finally, after three weeks of dealing with them, you might get the desired result. So it was a pleasant surprise to communicate and order from Lynton Brooke who actually helped me with my project without charging anything for extra work. Where do you find this customer service dedication nowadays?

Buyer Beware...if you ever need a repair you will never be able to get a positive response from this company. I have been trying for over 4 weeks to get a service company recommendation with no response from their CS team. Unit won't keep the set temperature, off 10 degrees or more. I sent the technical at KB information they requested and their reply was we have no idea what is wrong with it, My unit was four years old and out of warranty by three years. Purchased a 131 bottle wine cooler from kingsbottle 2 years ago, this fridge still keep the temperature, so far so good.. I like the flexibility of the shelving and the display shelves at the top- very good features. Love the product and the service, recommend!

With the customization, I would have liked the option for black or white. The previous 2 knives came in black (my preference). This third knife came in white, which disappointed me, however I don't recall having an option of choosing or being asked. Great knives. I'll keep coming back.

They kept the machine for 2 days + told me they could not fix it. I phoned Nespresso who sent me a descaling kit for free and told me to descale the machine. I did - and now it works. Hmmmm.....

After an horrific experience with Harvey Norman Kitchen Renovations 5 years ago, now we have moved & needed to renovate I was wary of kitchen renovation companies but John & Helle & Kerrie at Collaroy Kitchen Centre have been a dream to deal with! Apart from a minor issue with the electrician that was quickly sorted out, the whole process was smooth & easy. Kerrie designed my dream kitchen & I am so over the moon with the result. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking to remodel or build a new kitchen!

Disappointment and Dishonoured Guarantees Last year I embarked on my dream kitchen and overall was very pleased with the results... however within 4 months of completion my Decton bench had cracked and I am still not able to get any satisfaction about it's repair or replacement despite the manufacturer's 15 year guarantee and Damco's guarantees on their kitchen. I have been generous in accepting compromises in solutions that are at best second rate given the money I have spent but sadly to no avail I daily look with sadness on what should have been the source of pleasure and satisfaction. September 24th 2019 Update: All is Well That Ends Well I am thrilled to say that not only have Damco now repaired my Decton bench top, but I have also received a bonus of two beautiful wooden chopping boards that grace the bench top and look great. Thanks Nick for everything its made such a difference.

Pathetic experience we had with Damco during the free consultation period with Damco’s designer [Name Removed] who asked us to pay $ 1000 on the free consultation session to calm his insecurity levels for his impractical designs.The most impolite designer [Name Removed], who had his mind set that I was there to take his designs for free in the free consultation session as my spouse hadn’t showed up on time and also cause they were threatened by Masters being his competition for designing our home.They had the audacity to ask me and my partner to come back when both of would be present together or leave as they had too much work on his plate to entertain us for their self-held meeting. When we didn’t budge they bombarded us with questions relating to why we were present there when we had also consulted Masters to design our home as his competition. His levels of insecurity dint come down till I raised my tone for indirectly distrusting us and creating a disruption to our meeting. They finally showed us his impractical kitchen design which took us 2 hours to re do by giving him ideas rather than he giving us. Once the whole design was finalized and an average quote was given they asked for commitment from us by paying $1000 upfront on the “free consultation session”. We refused to do so as we needed to think over his ideas and get back to him with our research. They dint believe us and refused to discuss the bathroom design and go ahead with the meeting. They also mentioned they dint care if we were upset with his behavior as they would get 99 other customers against losing one. We wouldn’t recommend [Name Removed], a designer of Damco, to anyone as they wouldn’t work for you unless you satisfy his insecurity levels for his impractical design that is rather is below average and nothing extraordinary.

We had Smartstone benched put in our kitchen when we built 4 and half years ago. The bench has quite a big crack in it now. So someone from Smartstone came out looked at it and told us that it was heat put directly on the surface that had caused it. I did tell her i used my electric frypan on it 3 times and she straight away said that was the cause. However on there site it says that heat put directly on the surface would make it crack the electric frypan is about 2ins of the bench itself so not directly on it. Had i have known this i would never have put it in. There customer service when she came out was not good all she could do was say that it was't there fault and get it replaced by our insurance. I would never tell anyone this product is good.

I called on the Friday arvo, booked in for the following day, AL arrived on time and fitted a new antenna, will probably use them again to wall mount our TV’s. Professional, maybe not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for nowadays. I’m confident our antenna will last the distance.

We recently moved house, and after having Flexi fit out the last walk-in wardrobe in 2013, it was a easy decision as to who we would use. Colin, our Design Consultant was really helpful and provided a few options of how the space could be fitted out taking into consideration how we would be using the space. In additional to the wardrobe fit out we also had a floating entertainment unit designed for the entertainment recess in our living room. During the install one of the panels was found to be defective, without any fuss the installer returned the following day with a replacement. Fantastic customer service.

About 9 years ago we had 2 wardrobes and a walk in wardrobe and a study installed by Flexi and the service and quality was excellent then, recently we had the final wardrobe installed and it matched the original ones and as before the service and installation was excellent and cannot be faulted. All the staff I dealt with were polite efficient and friendly, definitely recommend this company. Graham

We have been very impressed with our experience with Wallspan, from the first time we entered the Showroom on Anzac highway, to the total finished new kitchen, just in time for Christmas, and some Christmas cooking. The people we dealt with in the showroom were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very pleasant and the range of kitchens on display there gave us some good ideas. The designer, Dee, is a gem - he provided very good advice and a good layout. The removal of the old kitchen and the installation of the new one went like clockwork. We were informed all along the way, and all timelines were met. All of the tradies came on the day they were scheduled, and their work was excellent. The whole process was very positive, due to the high professionalism of everyone involved from Wallspan. The new kitchen looks better than any of us had envisaged.

This company promised a template date to suit our kitchen install date if we gave them 14 days notice. We complied. This company said we needed to come to their showroom at Milend to "sign-up". We complied. We were told our appointment was at 10.30am. By 11.00am we were still being ignored (not by staff but by the owners). We were then told we could not be given a date for taking the template for kitchen benchtops. Despite us persisting we needed a date to enable us to sign the contract. Apparently they just did not know when they could take the templates. . WHO KNOWS WHEN WE COULD GET OUR KITCHEN FINISHED?? The owners became aggressive when we complained about not being given a date. We refused to sign the contract in this basis. Ultimately we saved $1,000 by going to a competitor. Expensive, bad service and rude. We recommend you Avoid AMS. There are better marble specialists in Adelaide than this one.

In the spirit of honestly, this occurred about 2 years ago and was never resolved. I can only write this now without becoming extremely distressed, but I rely on other people's reviews so should also contribute to forums. The beginning: Ordered custom made diamond mosaic tile in Carrara marble (honed). Exact sizing and specifications were written in to contract to ensure I could have exact fit in desired space without odd cuts, allowing for grout spacing. Cost approx $1,500. Batch 1: tiles delivered. Tiler comes to quote. Advises to send tiles back as they are all different thicknesses and impossible to be laid as mosaic. AMS agree to re-supply. Batch 2: is exactly the same batch as first, now scratched on front. Allegedly they tried to grind down back of the small diamond mosaics. Der?! Returned tiles. Batch 3: new batch arrived but polished not honed as per contract. Returned to AMS. Batch 4: new batch delivered. Stupidly thought, 'there cannot possibly be anything wrong with the tiles now!' Organised tiler. Cannot wait after almost a year to see my finished kitchen. By 10am, SMS received from tiler. "Sorry, I've had to leave the job. The tiles are too inconsistent in size, I take pride in my work and cannot do an A1 job with these tiles". Go to Consumer Affairs. Start case. Provide all evidence, contract, photographs of tiles, measurements of tiles (in one box of 93 tiles NOT ONE was the size specified in the contract. In this box the tiles range from 109mm high to 113mm high - contract stated 114mm high. In other boxes some were over 114mm). But 'my' evidence is not from an 'expert' and my tiler walking off the job and leaving a hand-written note and SMS is not evidence enough. Consumer Affairs want me to find a tiler who will put in writing that the tiles are not fit for purpose... Oh sure, I know heaps of tilers in Adelaide, where everyone knows everyone, who I can pay to do that. Sounds really ethical! The tiles and contract are the evidence, bureaucrats. More than a year had passed since Batch 1 of tiles. Adelaide Marble insist 'expert' mosaic tilers can lay them and recommend some tilers, even though tiles are not square or true diamonds with edges the same length, or the same height (per contract). Good luck when you only have 1.5-2mm grout spacers to work with and variation is up to 6mm. Anyway, I go along with this and invite one of these 'expert' mosaic tilers to come and inspect the tiles at my home (name removed but I have his business card). He spent one hour making excuses about how even the best tiles from overseas are never 'perfect'. Well, that may be so, but this is a CUSTOM MADE tile, not a batch of tiles out of box. I invited him to quote and he took measurements. Never heard from him again. This is because he knew full well that the job could not be done. By now I cannot take anymore. Unfinished kitchen. Unnecessary stress. Wasted money. Wasted time. Conflict between my partner and I. Now, when someone walks in to what should be my beautiful kitchen and says, 'still no splashback' I want to scream! Thanks, [name removed] and [name removed] of Adelaide Marble. Fancy showroom but no substance, no ethics and no quality control. The boxes of tiles still sit in the corner or my laundry while my kitchen still has no splashback because I can't afford another $1,500 to get new tiles. Bravo!

I engaged the services of Kitchen Craftsmen Midland. In addition to having my old kitchen completely gutted, I had extra wall cupboards installed in the dining area as storage was at a premium. Right from the onset both John and Gerhardt were professional and assisted in the planning. The whole process was exactly on time and stress free. The tradesman were all professional, friendly and on time. I am so happy with the end result. I have a functional and beautiful kitchen and dining space. I even have spare cupboard space now. Thanks so much to the oh-so-patient and perfectionist Kitchen Craftsmen professionals in Osborne Park, WA. Our personal designer, Nathan, listened to (and incorporated) every little detail we asked for - and we asked for plenty! Many of our requests were quite unique but he worked it all out just fabulously. We appreciated his sound advice on the materials and hardware components and his on-site visit to really understand the context. Our supervisor, Nick, took his job really seriously and kept the project nicely on track, despite the inevitable unexpected annoying bits n pieces as you bring so many trades together in a project. Stewart, the assembler, was experienced, meticulous and dedicated. It was like it was HIS kitchen! The end result is just SO different from what we had before. Every little detail is PERFECT ... and we are pretty harsh critics! Really appreciate it guys! Thank you so much. Jan :-)

My new kitchen was installed in four days with minimum disruption and no mess. Rob has a wonderful team who turned up on time and worked extremely well together. It’s been two weeks now since the last of the kitchen work was completed. We have unpacked all the stuff from our old kitchen and arranged them into our new kitchen shelves and draws. We have gradually started getting familiar with using the new kitchen and it is now becoming a part of our daily routine. My wife can’t help telling me every day how convenient everything is in the new kitchen, and how much of a difference it has made to her life. I am writing to thank Smith & Smith for the professionalism, efficiency and kindness with which the entire process of renovating our kitchen was carried out. There was never a single request or query that wasn’t answered and addressed politely and promptly. Every single employee and tradesman involved seemed to be aware that Smith & Smith had high expectations from them, and they took every effort to make sure they did not disappoint us. From the designer Ainslie, to the builder John, the cabinet maker Phil, the plumber Dan, the electrician Shaun, the all-rounder Warwick and the service manage Randall, we received the most courteous and competent service! Even all the tradespeople recommended to us by Smith & Smith were excellent: the painters organised by Matt and the Floor Polishers organised by Shane did their jobs superbly and stuck to their promised schedules. Thank you Pip (and please thank Deb on my behalf) for your help in organising the entire effort. We do not anticipate doing another kitchen renovation for the next few decades, but if we do, we’ll certainly come back to Smith $ Smith!

After carefully evaluating 3 options, we selected Smith & Smith based on evidence of quality, professionalism and skills of designer,clarity of pricing and knowledge they were well established (so any warranty would have longevity too). It is now a few weeks since the work was completed. From the initial visit, Catherine listened carefully; her guidance and design skills helped us to achieve a highly functional new kitchen and a much improved functional laundry. Catherine's advice in helping us make choices was invaluable. The following process of actually replacing the old kitchen and laundry is one we are fully satisfied with. Smith & Smith have a quality product, quality trades people who were most considerate and courteous, and a well established procedure.. One minor correction was identified a few days ago, and this was actioned within 48 hours of us alerting Randall. We are fully satisfied with the outcome. Great value and top quality.

A complete inability to manage a simple project. Joyce proposed a 3 week schedule for a simple project. Finally after coordinating their subcontractors and much rework due to poorly sequenced activities it was finished 3 months behind schedule. Poor communication and even poorer project management. Avoid at all cost unless you want to teach a project manager on how to do their job.

From my initial contact phone call with Simon ,I couldn't be happier with my Joyce kitchen renovation.Simon took the time to listen , understood exactly what we were after and advised us on ways to maximize our storage space.The pantry is so neat and tidy now,I can see and find everything !!!! Invested an hour and a half in the shop and 2 hours online, even drew up my design. Booked an appointment and was told they’d call to confirm the day before. It was a work day. I got a missed call and a text at 4:40pm telling me to confirm by 5pm and I called back just after to the usual recorded message. Of course, they didn’t turn up the next day. Don’t use them unless you can respond to your phone day or night within 20 minutes. Great service...

The kitchen looks amazing and functions really well, many thanks to the great advice from the designer and the installer. Black doors with secret handles, caeserstone cloudburst concrete benchtop and loads and loads of drawers. Contact from Freedom was great through email and the portal and the installation very smoothly. My kitchen, my way, with lots of great advice and support.

This review is affected by the customer service of the company rather than the product. We bought the Garden Fiesta fire and have been very pleased with it, though the black paint started bubbling and peeling after only the second lighting. The fire is very robust though so it should be a long term investment. My dissatisfaction was in the customer service. I was given three additional dates for delivery after the original date given by the company was missed. On each occasion I had to do the contact to the company. When the fire was delivered the Pizza stone was not included and again I had to contact the company and had to chase twice to get it sent. The additional flue pipe also was not delivered and I had to contact them 4 times until in the end I asked for the money for the flue to be refunded - to which they responded within 12 hours with a prompt refund. I understand that COVID has affected the service but there is no excuse for not contacting a customer or responding to polite requests. Also, the only means of communication is by a 'Live-chat' line that is actually an email - there is no-one at the other end to respond. They do not accept phone calls or email. A crazy way to operate. It appears this experience may be unusual from other reviews, but for me it was very poor and tempered the pleasure of the fire.
