This is my 4th tour traveling with Memphis Tours: Egypt (2018), Morocco (2018), India/Nepal (2022), Jordan (2022). All four have been amazingly well-organized, seamless service without a glitch. Along the way we've had many good private guides, but I'd like to give special recognition to our latest Indian guide, Ved Singh. The depth of his political and historical knowledge is impressive, his English is very good and most importantly he knows what tourists want, i.e. a brief summary of what we're seeing and its significance, then time and freedom to browse leisurely soaking up the once-in-a-lifetime experience and taking our photos. Well, this Morocco trip is my second hit with Memphis Tours. I have visited Egypt on a Nile cruise last winter, the Perfect service I got made me decide to go over and over again. The staff is really awesome, booking was easy and helpful, event their representative in the destinations I visited. This time I visited the kingdom where everything is really Royal and has its own Glory. Among the Imperial cities tour package I got, Chefchauen is the closest to my heart. I found EVERYTHING blue, yes happily blue and calming like skies. The architecture of the city with small houses and colors made my tour part of paradise, I wish to stay longer there. My guide helped me a lot with having a great tour, he made me feel Home. I had a great experience in Morocco, recommending it fas your next hit.

I have been a client for several years and Oxford Private Travel has been excellent in every way: the travel requirements, selection of accommodation, suggested destinations, attention to detail and outstanding customer care. I would like to mention Tara in particular who has been our personal travel advisor for some time; she has been wonderful. Extremely nice, understands exactly our hopes and preferences, a problem-solver and it has been a privilege to receive such care and attention; the client really is put first and she has made the whole process extremely easy and enjoyable. The holidays arranged through Oxford Private Travel have been consistently very successful and many aspects have proved beyond expectation as a result. Highly recommended.

Our Inn to Inn in Andalucia walking holiday in September, together with additional Seville, Córdoba and Granada extensions, was arranged perfectly for us, with efficiency, expertise and attention to individual preferences. Pura Aventura's local knowledge and dedicated staff helped create for us a combination of activities and experiences, which introduced us to the real Andalucia, in cities, towns, villages and the tranquility of the open countryside. Walking was delightful, with deserted tracks and lanes, shady chestnut and cork oak forests and pretty villages to discover. Food was superb in all its delicious freshness and variety. Accommodation, from inns to city hotels, was unfailingly excellent. Special mention though of the Balcon de Córdoba in Córdoba, the Posada San Marcos in Alajar and Casa Olea in the Sierras Subetticas. Guides in Seville and Granada provided fascinating introductions to these cities which helped us to make the most of our time, while Angel, who looked after us so wonderfully in Aracena was an attentive host, together with his wife, Lucy, who cooks divine meals! All in all, a holiday to remember and one we would recommend unreservedly to anyone looking for enjoyable walking in lovely surroundings, excellent food and warm hospitality.

Pura did a superb job of customizing a road trip of the Carretera Austral in Patagonia, Chile. We usually plan trips ourselves, but with this one, we knew we needed help. We chose Pura because of their in-depth knowledge and personal relationships with providers on the ground, as well as their travel values. Notably: 1) The itinerary was well thought out 2) All of our lodgings were excellent, having been personally vetted. 3) The customized guidebook was our bible; it contained all the information we needed and more. 4) Our guides were highly knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely consider using Pura again.

We booked a 3 week holiday in Chile, including Easter Island, and Argentina through RealWorld Holidays. We had a great time and all the important things worked out really well. The RealWorld web site is very informative and there are various standard tours plus optional trips for each destination which helps you build a personal trip. RealWorld will also then further tailor this to your requirements, e.g. add on extra days for personal exploration. They also arranged, all the flights and car hire for us. They offer small boutique hotels in interesting areas of town. There is also a useful information pack with a summary of your final itinerary.

I had a breast reaugmentation with uplift by Dr Prashad in September 2019 at Newton Le Willows hospital. They didnt contact me to book in for a followup with the surgeon until a year later saying it had been missed. I told them I was unhappy with my results as the surgeon had used smaller implants than I had previously even though I had asked for bigger and I still have loose skin. They never contacted me again. Now only 3 years later I'm looking into having surgery again with another company to rectify the problems. Overall very disappointed.

Mr Prasad Tummy tuck Everything was great until I started to have problems . Too long to stay here and rant on about .Worst things though for me . Feeling like nobody is listening 18 months down the line after finishing in A+E finally he intervened . I had 3 weeks of drainage to relieve the excruciating pain I had endured up until then as pressure had built up more and more Its near on 2 years now .Still having problems . Not even tried to go back as I m done with feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. Been to an esteemed surgeon for a 2nd opinion . Horrified by what I have been told .Collapsed abdomen wall .So called muscle repairs ..dont even want to think about it ...apparently split down the middle. Liposuction either not done or done incorrectly ...and much much more . Will need now to live like this as further expensive remedial work is not an option .

If you're considering a trip to Africa call this team...they earned 5 stars in so many ways. Cool, extremely knowledgeable, able to stay within our budget, delivered on each promise and expectation. Only thing they missed was tell us to relax ... but we figured it out on day 3. Visiting Kenya is not only for the well to do with deep pockets...the Scott Dunn team showed us how to get a 5 star experience on a 3 star budget...great value for us. Selective Asia have been excellent from day 1 in organising our trip to Sri Lanka (especially Aaron). We looked at 6 different tour operators and Aaron was by far and away the most helpful in putting together the itinerary for us. All questions were dealt with quickly, and with thoughtfulness for what we wanted, including quite a few changes along the way!

With one night stops at Brussels, Munich and Turin and three nights at Venice the whole trip worked perfectly. The Interrail Pass allowing UK travel as well was a real cost saver. The only hiccup were that the RER Metro tickets in Paris wouldn't open the gates. We took them to the service desk and they were promply changed. All the hotels were excellent, clean, comfortable and tidy. The highlight of the trip was the ride over the Brenner pass in perfect weather as was the return through the Alps from Turin.

Train arrangements all worked smoothly, with ample time for connections and great seat reservations - table for two, window seats etc. Documentation pack was detailed and specific, including instructions on best route from station to hotel, which took all the hassle out of navigation. Hotels were good to excellent. I have recommended them to one friend and will certainly recommend to others.

I've recently returned from a trip through the Austrian Tyrol and Oberammergau. The tour was very good but a lot of added expense for optional guided excursions - you really need to take them to avail of the guide. (These cost a total of €230 per couple.) The big disappointment for us was that we paid Tailored Travel for Category 1 tickets for the Passion Play at Oberammergau but received Category 2 tickets on the day of the play - too late to do anything about it. We had opted for Category 1 when we booked the tour 5 years ago but still Tailored Travel were unable to deliver. What a disappointment to be seated near the back of a theatre of 4500 people! Whilst the extra money we had paid was subsequently refunded it was a big disappointment after such a long expectation of a good seat at the play. Tailored Travel were not interested in my feedback so be careful about what you are promised here!

This is the third holiday I have booked with Travelbag, and I will be going back to them for the fourth. Each time I have wanted to deal with the Travel Consultant I had previously dealt with, but only out of a sense of loyalty. It doesn’t make any difference, because they are all equally, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and friendly. Their prices have been the best, and they will usually round down a few pounds. You can mix and match flights and hotels with them, some of the well known travel companies don’t have the facility to have two hotels within a two week package. To reiterate, I will definitely contact Travelbag when I enquire about my next holiday.

Our experience with Tropical Sky (TS) has been a living nightmare spanning 2.5yrs. With their reviews plummeting (3.1 on Trust Pilot), clearly we aren’t the only ones. We booked our honeymoon with TS 04/20. COVID hit, we requested a refund but were scaremongered into rebooking + told we would likely lose all costs (10k) if we didn’t. We shared concerns about COVID prolonging, they confirmed they would refund us if the rebooking was cancelled again. So, we rebooked to 04/21 thinking we had nothing to lose. As the time neared, we contacted TS about the booking being cancelled. As front line workers we realised COVID would prevail and didn’t want to rebook a second time. TS stated they were awaiting Foreign Travel Advice + repeated that we will be refunded if it’s cancelled. In 02/21 we received an invoice from TS who REBOOKED our holiday to 11/22. This neglected our clearly stated preferences + contradicted that “every effort has been made to either rebook or refund the client in accordance with their wishes.” During COVID (submitted by TS to Companies House). The booking changed the destination + reduced it from 2 weeks to 5 nights, meeting their criteria for a ‘significant change’ + subsequently breaching their T&C’s: “If circumstances are such that we are forced to make significant changes to your holiday, we will immediately contact you to discuss your preferences… In such circumstances, you will be given the option to accept the changes + any resulting change in price or opt for a cancellation + full refund.” Customer service were initially confused, responding, “did you not rebook this yourself?” After weeks of attempting to gain answers, we finally received a response: “We did this in your best interest to maintain ATOL protection”. We articulated ourselves in an assertive but calm manner + at no point did this warrant their unpleasant attitude, on 2 occasions we were hung up on mid conversation. We also noticed when we called from our mobiles the phone was picked up + hung up so only got through by hiding our caller ID. In 08/21 we formally complained + requested all data as per GDPR. They were only able to provide telephone recordings after 10/20 because their computer systems “changed”. A striking coincidence that this is the timeframe evidence of their misinformation occurred. Their response to our complaint was: you aren’t eligible for a refund because you made the decision to rebook the holiday. No acknowledgement given to the fact they had taken the liberty to rebook a second time. We were getting nowhere + in 02/22 attempted to rebook. TS acknowledged we wanted to reduce the budget and said of themselves “the facility of itinery changes without change fees is one of the most flexible in the industry". Unsurprisingly, they went back on this. After receiving disproportionate quotes, we researched the same holidays and dates ourselves + found prices to be quarter - half of the price cheaper. Their quotes also didn’t match their own website guide prices for the same months (about £500-1000 out). They finally admitted they had added a “change of holiday fee of £100pp”. We reminded that they promised to not add change fees. They then changed the reasoning of the additional costs to be a “downgrade fee”. When we pointed out that 100pp still didn’t account for the obscene overpricing, they said “we need to make money somehow”. We asked for an itemised quote to trace this, they refused. They have made finding a holiday within our generous budget and open criteria impossible intentionally, so they keep our full deposit. We will be using every platform available to share our experiences. We hope this will protect prospectus customers from believing, as we did, that TS are a “friendly team” who “answer calls within three rings” + your money is “safe”. So that TS can identify us our booking references are: TSR556967 + TSR617901. If TS wishes to resolve this we will only be too happy to move forwards + update our review. It is sadly more likely that we will have to take legal action.

Thorough professionals, focused on quick and detailed responses, & organizing various facets of our holiday to Maldives. Michelle helped us shortlist locations, advised based on our requirements what would make most sense, and despite various questions and changes was always kind and responsive. They ensured they were competitive in their offers and if anything was amiss reviewed and responded promptly. The resort we eventually went to was as advertised, and the service convincing such that we plan to seek their assistance for a vacation annually.

I recently purchased a solid silver ring, with fingerprint laser engraving and inscription inside the band from the team at Wedding Rings Direct. Here's my unbiased review. From the very start the team, my main contact was with Kim and Tom, were tremendously helpful. They are a very friendly bunch of people and kept me constantly updated about the progress of the ring. I fouled up slightly with the first fingerprint I provided, totally my fault, and they very quickly sent out a second kit for me. My advice: make lots of fingerprints on the sheet of paper provided, it gives them a good chance then of doing an excellent engraving, and boy did they ever! The ring itself was a solid silver ring for my wife on our silver wedding anniversary, and she was thrilled to bits with the ring. She's not a showy sort of person but *everyone* she has come into contact with has been shown the ring and is awestruck by how great and unusual it looks. The ring itself is solid, but without being chunky, and the engraving inside the ring is so crisp and clear you just know it will last down through centuries as a family heirloom. In future if my family, my friend and my colleagues are looking for a ring, and they don't just do wedding rings, I will be pointing them in the direction of Wedding Rings Direct, and they won't regret it, not one little bit. I contacted Social Pilot to ask questions to verify the app does what is claimed plus other things I wanted which are not listed benefits. I tried Buffer but after the trial and I see for myself it does not do anything that is listed, the rep said it does not do it. This made me question other social media apps. However, when I scheduled the online meeting, "Jay" got on the video with his end on mute and blocking video. He accused me of mine being off but here I am watching myself in video, which I am sure you know means you are on video. He is the only one who has emailed me in ones I sent to [email protected] It appears there is no other person or way to contact them. Since he cannot even work a system like skype, I can only imagine how little his app can do, or is supposed to but does not. It just tells me the app is a piece of crap. How could he have a good app when he cannot even work a computer?! Can you explain or make since out of it? I cannot. It takes more skill to make apps than talk on skype!

Since January 2015, when I first contacted the Company to get and UK account I were told to pay GBP 519 and they would then guarentee and account for our UK entity. However now more than half a year after, still nothing have happend and they refuse to refund us! They are coming with lame excuses and tell they will revert same day, next day etc. I have now been patient enough and my business cannot wait any more on these scammers who keep breaking promises. I want everyone to keep away from scammers like these poeple and hope I can help you keep your Money in your own pocket. Michael Linnemann

I advertise my rental property on Weneedavacation.com and on one of the enormous, soulless horrible sites that has its tentacles everywhere and strangling anything and anyone that gets in its way. I get excellent guests from WNAV, amazing, personal customer service, almost zero risk of fraud (owner tells me not one incident of it in 15 years of operation), and they let the owner and the traveler manage their own rental transaction together, not some computer. The Big Guys are a cancer on the vacation rental Web site industry. Go with the small gems, the small boutique Web sites that cater only to the area to which you are traveling, like weneedavacation.com (Cape Cod, MA). Weneedavacation.com is how vacation rental Web sites should be. A wonderful company.

I think you have great attention to detail on these orders. One I had some wonderful skin tight jeans that all the ladies that I dated loved. However as a 100% service connected disabled combat veteran, with joint replacemants fused back etc, train on bowfles to help strengthen the musles. However I gained 13 LBS of musle working out, and now cannot fit into any of them. I gave them all away. So I am starting over.

I have close to $300 tied up with this incompetent company and this has been going on since Oct.They made me pay for my own return and now are refusing to issue my refund. The only reason I had to ship it back was because of their mistake; which they acknowledged. They keep passing me back and forth from "Chris" to "Miranda" and both continue to claim their "english" isn't very good. I call BS on the whole thing. Do not shop here they are looking for ways to steal your money.I have read too many reviews like mine; too bad I didn't see them before I purchased.

We purchased three suits here for our wedding (father of the bride, brother of the bride, a groomsman). None of them fit. We had the local seamstress who made the groom's suit take all the measurements so we are confident they were done to standard. It took the local seamstress three full days to fix one suit. This means basically you need the time and additional funding to have the suit retailored once it arrives. The other two suits were just replaced with shop purchased as that was cheaper than re-tailoring. Buy at your own risk. Not worth it in my option, I definitely will not be back. Would have been far cheaper, faster, and less painful to have them all tailored locally.

Horrible company. The measurements you send them are just a reference. They admit that they add a few inches to some measurements and not to other areas. What arrives is a very poor fitting suit. The site says they will remake the shirt if there is an error, but if they never accept the suit back and just claim they didn't make an error, how can you enforce this? No refund, no remake, just a 20% discount on a future purchase. This is a Mumbai based company that just rotates sites (HarryFashion, MakeYourOwnJeans.com, LeatherCult.com) as they get bad reviews. Reported charges to credit card as scam.

The quality of the bow ties and vest I purchased previously were sub par at best. My fiance has a 15 1/2 neck and still had to extend it to its full length to get it to tie correctly. Only reason I'm buying another tie is because we need the ring bearer's tie to match the groomsmen's. Hopefully it will actually fit the kid since it's too small for my fiance.

I recently bought some shoes. They look good. The website said to buy a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally buy for US customers. I followed their advice. When I wore the shoes today I could practically walk out of the shoes. They run big on the size. I went to the website to contact them and do not see any contact info except a phone number listed that claims to charge you a fee for contacting them.
