I ordered 2 axles one for the other they said didn’t pass there qa and sent me another this part doesn’t fit as it was wrong I’ve emailed them 4 times no response don’t use these guys they’re fine good until u want to return something then no answer .....lies no calls no voice mail there response is generic response yes it was out of the 30’days but the first axle I ordered on the site was the right one and you guys redid this order because it didn’t pass your qa and then sent me the wrong axle so whatever I will never use the service again your customer service sucks for everyone reading this use car-parts.com automotix sucks

I used to buy my scrubs from another store but now that I've found Murse World I'll be shopping here from now on. I bought the wrong size by accident and they exchanged them for me without any hassle and even paid for both the return shipping and the shipping of the right size back to me. We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

I had ordered 2 expandable batons from them, was supposed to be sent to my home. Never received product and was never notified they were "undeliverable" to my address. Delivery service did not contact me and the company did not contact me to let me know what was going on with my order. Sent two emails to company after I checked to see what the deal was. Have yet to hear back from anyone. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

I have been an online shopper for many years but the best experience in all those years has been with Absolute Automation. After ordering my Dakota driveway alarm system I needed lots of assistance to get it installed. I spoke to several employees over a few days and was able to successfully install the system. I brought a uscutter laserpoint 2. Which is now a little over a year old. This machine hasn't been broken in yet. I may have made less than twelve cut between stickers and t-shirt heat transfer designs. My main focus were more towards learning AI to gear up for my t-shirt business. Unfortunately, this cutter IO board went bad before I could even get started. I reach out to tech support and was told the IO board were out of stock and they didn't know when it will be restock. Moving forward six month later, this part still wasn't in stock. I complain and was told we now stock the laserpoint 3 Perhaps I should purchase a newer cutter. So, they don't stock the part I need for my barely used cutter and you want me to purchase another cutter. "yeah right" seeing how this company don't take the urgency of someone cutter being down as not important. I would never buy another machine from them. Save your money and look somewhere else for a cutter. You will pay more, but it will be worth it. Anyone that own a uscutter I found this great company online called cutterpros.com. This company has a trade-in program which gave me $300.00 for my uscutter laserpoint 2 clunker. I got a much nicer cutter for only $389.00 after my $300.00 trade-in. It came with a 5 years warranty. free lifetime remote training. Free lifetime tech support and a buy back program. As well as so much more. Check these guys out before you make a purchase for a uscutter clunker.

I have ordered with pelican cases for less many times now and have had enough. Customer service is very friendly but I do have a complaint about order retrieval time. I placed my order on Saturday 3/22 and called waited until monday to recieve my tracking number. The very next morning to ask if my order had been processed and ready to ship this was Tuesday morning. Woman on the phone says "ya we will get to it when we can, maybe processed by wednesday or thursday." My problem is that why not on Tuesday. Why wait these extra days to process my order where then I have to wait another 7-10 business days for my order? I dont understand why the delay when the only person who suffers is the customer. I make online purchases every week because I do not have time to go to the store. Unless something is done, will not be ordering from this website again if not.

So after paying $49.20 for 2 single pair boxes of air optix lenses and $14 in shipping, I now need to pay $28.26 for duty & tax. For a total of $91.46. So after I placed this ordered, the confirmation email states that orders shipped to the US may be subject to FDA controls. This should have been told to me before placing the order. So when they make the statement that "you get the exact same contact lenses prescribed by your eye optician, delivered right to your home or office for less than you are paying now", that's a BIG LIE isn't it! I will never order anything from Doctorlens.com or Star srl again.

This is a US storefront for an Italian retailer who does not understand how healthcare works in the US or the process to obtain a vision prescription for their patients. After many days of correspondence with their customer service, I was left frustrated because they did not understand simple concepts. I ended up requesting my order to be cancelled.

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

When I first started browsing the website, the company owner popped up and offered assistance - I was able to inquire right then and there about product availability. I recently purchased a Hypertherm 45XP plasma cutter from IOC's ebay store and also a consumables kit for it as well. The price was consistant with the lowest price I could find and the communication was excellent as well. A lot of money for me to spend over the internets but happy to say the item was delivered quickly and in great shape. Also, I noticed that the device had only been manufactured just about 1 month prior so truly brand new which was nice - not some old unit sitting around for 2 years or so. I had a very good experience from IOC and I also just love the machine - amazing quality and performance from this 45XP. Everything great !!

I purchased a Miller Tig Welder for my husband for Christmas. The welder was approximately $2,000 and the customer service during the purchase was great. I had no idea what to buy and I was trying to surprise my husband. They walked me through all the options. My husband used the welder for the first time today, March 1st. He would have used it sooner but we have had issues with our local supplier being out of gas. Within seconds the welder popped and stopped working. My husband contacted Welding Supplies from IOC today to let them know that we were sold a defective product. Their response was it has been more than 14 days so you have to take it in for a repair. I will not repair a welder that we have never used. The welder needs to be replaced immediately with a new one. I will continue to write reviews on every forum in addition to opening a BBB case. We are not satisfied with a repair. Stand behind the products you sell. I would not recommend buying from this company.

We transferred our policy from Medibank to DHF thinking that this insurer (Avant), a policy for those in the health industry and spruiked as an insurer by doctors for doctors would understand how time poor we were for starters and would be looked after by our own. I rung them up to check on my reimbursement eligibility for certain Medicare item numbers and was promised that an assessor would get back by COB today which never occurred. Rung them up again at 1730 ACST only to be told that nothing was assessed and the assessors were all gone for the day. I and my patients would both really hate to be rung up tomorrow whilst I was in the middle of performing a procedure, and an insurer "for doctors by doctors" should very well understand these things. Please get your front desk act together.

Revision Rhinoplasty - October 2018 I had a revision Rhinoplasty with Dr Sultan Hassan in October 2018. I'd previously had Rhinoplasty many years before which had unfortunately had left an open roof deformity. Obviously, due to this I was very nervous about embarking on a corrective surgery. Before my appointment I conducted lots of research and came across the excellent reviews for Mr Sultan. I was instantly comfortable when meeting Dr Sultan, who conducted an excellent consultation and even suggested alternatives to surgery (like fillers). Dr Sultan clearly explained the procedure and risks. I felt he gave a very balanced and informative appointment. I had my revision operation in October 2018, I'm very happy with the result and the care I received during and after surgery. I was previously very self conscious about my appearance, I now feel very happy with the way my "new" nose looks. If you're in need of a revision, as daunting as it is, I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Hassan. If I ever decide to embark on another cosmetic journey, I wouldn't entertain any other surgeon.

I had my rhinoplasty with Mr Sultan Hassan and I’m now fully healed but very unhappy with his work. I’ve been left with deformities and breathing difficulties in my nose, when I have discussed this with him he has been very dismissive and offered a revision by him for a ridiculously high price. I am now seeking a revision surgery from someone who actually knows what they are doing at further expense to me. Do not recommend elite.

I stopped in and bought my first bottle 2 weeks ago. I am so in awe the difference in the way I feel. I was advised to take it about 2 hours before I go to bed, I take it every night at 8:30 and I have never been more relaxed and I sleep better than I have ever slept. My anxiety has diminished also. I just feel better period. I told my doctor I started taking it and he said he doesn't have a problem with me taking it. I will definitely go back for another bottle. I give Extract Naturals 5 stars for their organic 500 mg and 1,000 mg CBD oil Hemp concentrate. I use it for pain. Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent.. We purchased Cedar driveway gates from them. OK when we received them my husband and son in law hung them. No damage was done whilst being installed. Next day there was a large split in the grain of one panel. Contacted the company and we were told they would send a repair kit, A REPAIR KIT for gates we paid £1500 for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the girl that she was the best I was going to get. I contacted a director of the company via facebook and he apologised for the way we had been treated by customer service and said he would arrange to have the gates picked up and repaired at no cost to us.He has told us today that he has changed his mind and will not be doing anything of the kind as we had posted negative reviews about the company. I had tested out my Gravity Life when I bought it and found it a bit uncomfortable so hadn't used it for a month or two. I sit down a lot being a bus driver so I bought a Gravity Life to use every now and then. Last week I was lying in bed with sciatic pains running down my legs. At 1am I decided to either take some painkillers or test out the Gravity Life to E if it would relieve the pain. After 20 mins of lying on the Gravity Life my pain had completely gone and not a painkiller in sight. Thank you for such a brilliant invention.

I bought Gravity Life in August 2018, 8 months ago, for my husband, to help with his chronic lower back pain. Using it regularly, in conjunction with back excercises, has decreased his pain hugely. If he doesn’t use it for a few days his back stiffens and discomfort returns.

I mailed my sample out on June 10th, and did not hear anything until I finally emailed on the 22nd. I was promptly emailed back, and was told I would definitely have my results very soon. Unfortunately, it is the 27th today, and I have still not received results. I am quite disappointed. The only reason I gave more than one star is because the email response I got was very courteous. But I just can’t really be satisfied with my experience, when I never did get the test results I was seeking.

Although I did complete my associate's degree, and I passed my Registered Respiratory Therapist exam on the first try, this school requires A LOT of independent research and studying. Do not think you are going to breeze through this program without putting in time and effort and think you are going to pass the exams. The classes and accreditation were not my problem. The problem I am having with this school now is not being able to finish my Bachelor's Degree I have almost finished already. They claim to work with you and your real life issues, but they do not. I had to withdrawal due to working a lot of night shift hours and I was pregnant. I just couldn't stay awake to do the work. Like I said it takes a lot of independent research. So when I flunked a coarse, I decided to drop my classes and start back once I was in a better position to dedicate time to my classes. I had a 3.8 out of 4.0 GPA I didn't want to completely mess up. I have spent the last year trying to get back into classes... I have like 8 months left til I finish, and no one will call me back or email me. I could be finished by now. Now I am getting a bill from them which was supposed to pay for my Bachelor's degree. I would gladly pay it if I was back in classes. If they are waiting for me to pay a bill for a service they refuse to complete, they will be waiting a long time. Way to go Independence for ruining what could have been a great experience.

As a recent graduate I can say IU has been the best experience with the highest amount of support to get me through the most difficult of degrees out of the three I have accomplished thus far. Without the tutoring and well-experienced instructors I don’t know if I would have been able to push through when I was facing moments of defeat. Now I have my bachelors in computer science and am beyond excited to see what my future holds in web development!

Good product when it works - there are ongoing issues with uploading m3u files for weeks now where the site just times out. The service was completely down for +5 days last month with no offer made to refund users or extend their subscriptions for the missing days.. this issue was compounded by admin/customer service advising people "so your epg is down, this is first world problem; US government is shut down for weeks, have some perspective". Imagine any established brand telling their paying customers that during a loss of service. Above all this service is let down the most by the admin/customer service (same person) who cannot help themselves and constantly talk down to people, telling them their feature request is stupid. Some examples of late: 1. Site not working for a month - user asks for update, admin responds with "In your place I would keep my mouth shut and wait patiently" 2. Another user on the same thread asks when their paid service will work again: Admin responds with "What don't you understand from the words "we", "are", "working", "on" and "it"?" There are countless other examples on the "support" forum. Based on this I'd say just go with xtream-editor instead, it has no limits on the number of channels in their package and is still cheaper, and crucially their customer service actually help people without the need to talk down to them with a smug and arrogant superiority complex. Finally it should be noted the owner of EPG for IPTV has offered a free month's service to people who post "an objective and honest review". This should be kept in mind when reading the (mostly positive) reviews here.

I have purchased a one year subscription however after two weeks their services was so inconsistent, that I have exchanged 34 emails over a period of 60 days IPTV.Shop came up with one excuse after the other when asking for a partial refund of my annual subscription they simply had the audacity to cancel my account and refer me to "7 days full refund policy covered after I initially purchased their service" which clearly I wasn't eligible for that. I truly believe after looking online their are thousand of customers every month who are facing the same issue. Which is why I am in the process to take action against IPTV.SHOP to protect any other fellow citizen from this SCAM. I will launch my complaint with OFCOM and Trading Standards and strongly encourage people to do the same. Hopefully I be able to see part of my hard earned cash back! Needless rot say that IPTV services plus customer services SUCKS!!!!!! Stay away....

I also completed the ABBE Level 4 course in building thermography with James Hill recently but cannot agree fully with all his sentiments unfortunately. This course is extremely time-heavy, a fact that was not made clear before we paid for the course. Parts of the course material are technically flawed and overall it is limited. Learners are expected to undergo various examinations without very much at all to go on. The marriage between the initial 4-5 day training days, the iRed Handbook, the course submissions, including numerous surveys, and the examinations is poor imo - it is broken and does not work. I have tried to give my constructive feedback to iRed & indeed ABBE in this respect on a number of occasions now. Do not expect to qualify for at least one year. It is a shame, as on paper, this is a good course. I cannot recommend that any building thermographers should take this course - ITC Cat 1 or Cat 2 is much better in terms of timings, course material and examination preparations. My review, which is meant as honest feedback, does not in any way reflect negatively on my course instructor, Bruce Arnold, or indeed any other course that iRed may provide.

I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.

Both April and Tom go the extra mile to answer your questions and respond quickly with the utmost diligence. In fact, Tom stopped by today to check on my lawn since I had some questions. After 6 months in Denmark with family, two children (2 and 4 years old). I have to say at this was a great decision to come here to Denmark. This was a great but a very hard decision but Medicolink gave all the help which we needed and additionally a great and complete language course and practical knowlegde from the basics to a very usefel level. They here in Denmark were amazed by our knowlegde both of language and culture. Well-organized team with a huge experience. They manage all the things, you have to just focus to the language (fx. gratis day-care to your children). Paid stay in Hungary, Budapest, which is a fantastic city. Organized programs together with your classmates and teachers. Long-term follow-op after the language-course both to you and to your partner. So briefly I have to say thanks to them for their help to achieve our aim.

I get emails from "Melissa" at Better Doctor. I verify given a code. Next week I get a fax from better doctor. I get snail mails from Better Doctor They are taking so much of my time and not making me a Better Doctor. I have verified so many times. Who are they? I mostly use CAQH to verify as most insurance companies use CAQH. I now put anything from Better Doctor into the Spam folder.
