I recently had my lounge suite steam cleaned by Who Who. The guy who came to my place was very polite and nice. We even had a few laughs about our pets as my couch was covered in dog and cat hair. I must say the lounge looks like new again and I am so very pleased with the end results. I will be telling all my friends and family to use Who Who in the future. One satisfied customer here.

Scammers! Stay away! Did not carry out all services for bond cleaning as agreed upon in the booking and once they got payment they ignored phone calls and emails. They also never returned to fix issues raised by the agent in the real estate Exit report which is something they advertise free of charge together with bond back guarantee. If you actually want your bond back, stay clear of these scam artists. Other reviews show this is not the first time they have done this.

Optima Cleaners might be well priced but their booking team are pushy and demanding. The operator was a uni student doing a part time job. He didn't have a uniform or any simple ID to show he was from Optima Cleaners nor much equipment. He had to use his own car, not even a sticker on the side to ID himself. He used our kitchen sink to wash my oven items and grills. Made a god awful mess and didn't really finish off as I expected. It took me an hour to clean up the kitchen after he left. To top it off he asked for bank transfer payment ( he didn't have a EFTPOS machine). After he left Optima head office dropped an authorisation for payment on to my bank. I will not use them again.

I had used them annually to clean my carpet and rugs (including 1 Persian rug) ever since 2009. I also had them remove a stain on my antique chair which had velvet covering - stain removed perfectly. Although different staff did the cleaning job each year (Ben Gifford in 2015, Mark Malinowski in 2015, Stephan Vorster in 2013), each time they were reliable, professional, did a thorough job and courteous. I had no problems in getting my rental bond back from my landlord when I moved out. I would definitely recommend them!

Called Chemdry Wednesday great first impression good enough that I'm paying $30 than quoted elsewhere. Saturday morning get a SMS sorry running 30minutes late at 9 and appointment is at 9:30am. Simply messaged back please cancel don't worry. Get a reply can be there at 9:45am, replied again no thank you please cancel, get a reply again ok I'm on my way will be there at 9:30 if I'm not there by 9:30 you can cancel. Story changed from being 20-30min to oh I can make it now. I chucked up a big fuss because I had to be else where and could not hang around longer than the agreed time of 09:30am as i was only going to let them in and leave. Once in a blue moon situation but If you don't want the risk of been stuffed around suggest to look elsewhere.

The technician came and gave us receipt before he started his job. When he finished and about to leave with his car, we were honest enough to let him know and pay but accidentally gave him $55 more. Of course we cant prove it when we called him because they asked us to pay cash. Count before you pay because even if youre honest with the technician, he isnt. Only if we could pay with our card and able to leave a record :/

I got three rugs cleaned and was very dissappointed with the result. One silk/cashmere expensive rug is completely ruined. They obviously were very rough and harsh in their clean as the rug is now falling apart and missing lots of threads. They also left 2 tacs in the bottom which has scratched my floors. I paid nearly $1000 for the 3 rugs to be cleaned. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.

Left 2 text messages on mobile enquiring about cleaning service, about 1 week ahead. No reply. I called them the following day, they answered phone but were rude and said if I left a message, then they would get back to me within 2 days. I asked why does it take 2 days to get back to me, they said because they have to go through all their messages. Well that doesn't help me at all. It has now been 4 days and still no reply or contact. I paid upfront for 2 cleans. Poor customer service and will be reporting them. Do not trust.

Got charged $380 to replace the thermostat wall control, then got charged $480 to service and replace what looks to be a "safety part" resembles a foot long copper wire attached to a spark plug. All up I paid $860 for 30mins work. The invoice and website does not state anything about electrical or plumbing work yet Mark travels around with a sub contractor named Mustafa P who he claims does all the electrical and plumbing work. Mark also wanted me to write a positive review even before he had begun the work and he was quite pushy about it. If a person were truly professional and believed in his work, there would be no need for this. The invoice I got from Mark is for SK Cleaning Services, the details of the repairs done on the thermostat and external heating unit by his contractor were hand written by Mark. Not very professional or convincing. Not sure if this is even legal? Lets just hope the contractor's work is not as dodgy as this whole affair of a duct cleaning service masquerading as a certified electrician and plumber. Would I use them again or recommend them to others? NO.

I emailed for a quote at 645pm and hadnt a call back by 7pm and an appointment booked in for 2pm the next day. Excellent service, thorough clean of a very dirty mattress. Mark was polite, professional and on time. The service that was promised was delivered and I would recommend Mark and his company to my family and friends, Thank you.

Don't fall for this and report them.. FIRST THE YOUNG KID PJ who looks no more than 16 yo(definite not a professional who even struggles to carry his leaking and on the verge of dying machine called "the terminator" ) who was 1 hour late and did ONLY one pass on carpets and did 3 room's in less than 10 minutes. Did not extract any water and left them so wet that the next day still wet and absolutely STINK so bad because he doesn't know what he's doing and has probay destroyed the carpets. I woke up feeling so sick and all congested from sleeping with dampness in the whole apartment. Left doors ans windows open all day and still smells as if he used a machine used for pets with urine It is so bad that i called to make a complaint and demanded my money back. I recorded all their conversations luckily to make sure they are exposed. Never in my life have I felt so ripped off and treated this way. They obviously think they are living back home as in Australia this behaviour is not tolerated and need to be investigated.. i will be reporting to ACCC consumer watchdog. Conclusion: go somewhere else for the same job! They prefer to loose 100 customers per review and pocket your money then actually doing a good job for the money you paid. SCAMMERS!!

I should of read the reviews before I used these guys, with carpet only 6 months old they couldn’t remove any minor stains with the employee assuring me he had steamed twice ( 2 rooms in 15 min ) yet I was able to show him that I could remove a couple of the stains with baby wipes. Once carpet dried not much had changed, so I call the company up and no surprise the manager was in a meeting and they assured me I will get a call before 5pm, I sent them 10 photos of all the stains and Im still waiting for a call. The gentleman who steamed cleaned the carpet not only arrived 30 min early and sat in my driveway but also was talking on his phone the entire time. I basically just gave away money. DISGUSTING

I requested a 10am clean which upon booking was told was okay. The day before they confirmed it would be between 11.30-12. I rang at 12 to check where they were & was advised were running a little late. They rang at 2pm to advise they would be there at 3pm. Finally turned up at 4pm. Carpet cleaning was done and satisfactory. I then received a total of 6 text messages asking for payment between the hours of 6pm and 8am that night. Unacceptable harrassment.

Turned up 2 hrs late - we called them three times and had three different reasons from three different people - car broke down, took on an extra job and the stuck in traffic. They were 20 mins away each time but didn't show up. Then they tried to over charge us by a significant amount. I would so strongly recommend that you don’t use this company - please take this advice and find another company. This is the first time I’ve done a review of a company and it’s only because I think they should be reported to fair trade. Thanks AB

I’ve never hired this company but witnessed one of their vans driving so dangerously in Tweed Heads today that I would certainly not be placing my trust in their business. The driver had zero regard for anyone else on the road and nearly caused a multiple car accident. The central west steamatic was in charge of cleaning and restoring our house contents after a fire , when we received the contents back and started unpacking them they were so poorly packed a lot of the fragile items were broken or smashed Every single box still had fire ash and odour , nothing was restored or cleaned properly they clearly wiped over things roughly and put it in a box with no clear labelling system We had kitchen items in the same box as linen and towels The kitchen boxes still had burnt food which had gone mouldy and the odour was horrible . Steamatic took the Items away for the second time to hopefully clean and restore everything properly the way it should have been done the first time Do your self a favour and use a better more professional service who specialise in fire restoration and who don’t cut corners just to make money Picture of one box attached showing the quality of their service

This is the worst experience ever, do not use. Our carpets are less than 2 years old and we were left with a yellow stain. They came out on a Saturday when they left the carpets were saturated and then once dry we were left with a yellow stain. Made contact on the Monday and then multiply times thereafter with us having to call, text and email with pictures. They are not interested in making anything right and now we have to find someone else to come out to fix the job. Worst customer experience ever, shocking to think a company exists like this in 2021. DO NOT USE EVER.

Don't bother with this company, they will overcharge you for a service and then do a horrible job on it. The cleaner spent 90% of the time on his phone and left a huge mess in the bathroom. There was water on the floor, water on the counters, he clogged up the toilet and left a mess in the shower. He basically left the house messier than it was when he got here.

I booked a very easy steam clean of one bedroom, was quoted $59 which is the price for 3 rooms, but agreed anyway. The people from the Kew office agreed to send someone out on Monday 27 June 2016 at 11am. I took the day off work to be there. At 11.15am I called them to see how far away they were, and they told me they weren't coming as the person was unable to do it until Saturday. I received many apologies but surely they knew they couldn't do it before I called them! The entire experience has been disappointing. Their customer service is woeful and I'd never use or recommend them to anyone.

I had my carpets cleaned by David Collins and found him to be excellent. We were renting and had to have the carpets cleaned, it was a huge house and David was fantastic. The carpets looked like new and he managed to get some really stubborn stains out. He took just under 3 hours and walked me through every room to ensure I was happy with the results. I found him to be very friendly and professional. When we have to move again I will certainly be using him again. I was so surprised to read the above review and can only go on my personal experience with him, I would recommend him.

Franchise Owner, David Collins guaranteed the quality of his worker and the cleaning lady who he brought with him. He estimated the job would take 4-6 hours. He finished in less than 3. He charged $800 for 2 sofas, 1 mattress, fabric on 6 dining chairs, 3 stools & 1 office chair, 6 drapes and carpet in 4 rooms. He only cleaned the top surface of the mattress. He only cleaned the surface of the sofa cushions (I found jewllery and other items under sofa cushion seats and dust particles). Only a section of the fabric behind the drapes was cleaned. He only used hot steam to clean (no pre-vacuming or attempt to remove marks). Since he used the same water throughour the apartment the last area he cleaned has streaks and black marks. My cream drapes have absorbed dirty water used to clean the carpet under them and now have a black hue along the hem. Very disappointed and feel ripped off. I have taken photos and had a third party cleaning company inspect to verify my complaint and dissatisfaction. Although he David Collins verbally and in multiple texts prior to the job guaranteed his work he has made no effort to rectify this situation. I have contacted the Owners of the Franchise and emailed them multiple photos as proof of my claims. They have not responded to any of my emails. A General Manager called me once and promised to get back to me after he spoke with David Collins but I have heard nothing. Moreover, the Franchise Owners cannot or will not send me information about the steam cleaning process they train their Operators to use. Very disappointed and feel ripped off and taken advantage of.

These cowboys "cleaned" my couch and armchair 8 weeks ago. It took almost a day to dry and didn't look any cleaner. They scratched my floor boards badly by removing the castor cups on the furniture and shoving it around. When contacted, the owner denied that his workers had done it. I insisted they had as my floor boards were not marked like that before their visit. He agreed to refund my money. Eight weeks later no sign of a refund. He has stopped answering me messages after blaming the bank. Do not use.

I had a horrid experience with this organisation - in my opinion there is no value using them versus booking a cleaner directly yourself as they outsourced my booking then refused to take any responsibility for the cleaning that was done. I provided them with feedback on the extremely poor clean that was done - we paid for a detailed clean (8 hours) with the aim of doing this then having regular cleans. The clean was so bad so much was missed and what was cleaned was just lightly wiped and not properly cleaned. Trying to rectify this was a nightmare and family clean would not take any responsibility. What was meant to save me time turned into a drama and a stressful encounter - if you are wanting a cleaner I think you are better off organising one directly yourself. Very poor quality clean

I've been using Maid in Melbourne for over a year now. We started with one cleaner who did a fabulous job, but left the agency just before I was due to have my baby. I was nervous about the change over given that I had a little one at home, but the agency was really helpful with the transition and our new cleaner has been even better! She's lovely with our baby, and makes sure our house is spotless (really going out of her way to do the extra touches, like sweep the porch etc.) We've been very happy with this service, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cleaner!

From my first call to Tile Cleaners I was lucky to speak to Michael who guided me with what methods could be done to fix my floor issues. He sent me links to videos of the way the floor would be treated and finished. So after I looked at them and followed other information I called and confirmed a date. My only concern was that I was clearing out a room with heavy furniture and I hoped it would all go well. I was again lucky to have young Garth and his partner come and go over the issues and what best way to clean and maintain my floor. The whole job was done in one day and I can only say how amazed I am on how great my floor looks now. I had interviewed two tile cleaning companies & selected Tile Cleaners for the following reasons: (1) Technical advice on the phone - Michael was very through in answering all my queries on the phone. I had rung the tile company to check details & got back to him 3 times (phone & email ) with information to assure the right product could be recommended for the job. I requested an experienced Technician. (2) Technical advice on site - Daniel Di Paccce was my Technician. He examined the tiles & chose a clean method. He was not completely satisfied when it dried & did the process again with another machine - the care & attention to the final result was refreshing. We then discussed the sealant required & he explained how the penetrating sealer was applied & how it worked & curing time. We then discussed post-sealing care in order the sealer continued to do its job & was not compromised by other chemicals. (3) The costing around floorspace was very clear & agreed upon by both parties - I had a floor plan which I shared with all parties. (4) Finally, the phone calls & emails were always promptly returned to keep the job on my timeline. I have just completed a renovation & it was a pleasure to deal with these two people directly & not via a builder. I am very happy & relieved to have the tiles sealed - thankyou to Michael & Daniel - great work team !!

Harry the business owner stole money from me, was very argumentative, dishonest, & his cleaners missed many items requiring cleaning. They missed items not only that I requested, but also from his own list (a PDF list which on the day had less items than what we originally agreed to and was hard to read by SMS, yet the cleaners could not even complete that list!). Then the carpet clean arranged for the next day was cancelled but he kept the deposit and wouldn`t refund me, thereby committing theft. I state all of this for the benefit of public interest so people dont suffer anything similar: Consumer Affairs at Fair Trading QLD has all the proof. When I first booked with Sunshine Coast Eco Cleaning I told him my Dad moved out to a nursing home & that his house is old with many marks on surfaces & dirty stuff in the cupboards. I also listed by SMS many items I wanted cleaning, such as the fridge, both sides of windows where safe, etc, and that it is furnished. He replied with a price. I booked his company a few weeks later & repeated to him my requests that he already had on text. I paid $700 ($695) for a combined Sunday clean & Monday Morning Carpet Clean The carpet cleaners didn`t turn up for the Monday clean. I got a text shortly beforehand saying they will be "a bit late" and arrive at 3pm. "A bit late" meaning 3.5 hours late. I was annoyed as I especially asked for a morning clean so It would dry in time for unpacking at night. I had all my goods in boxes, and they and furniture both packed up high on tables. When it came to 3.10pm I texted asking where the cleaners were, to which I was told they are postponed again to 3pm the next day. His excuse was that I hadn`t confirmed the first postponement, but he never actually asked for a confirmation of 3pm, he merely stated they will be there at 3pm. So its understandable that I swore at him. I demanded he arrange other carpet cleaners for that day as the law & Consumers Affairs requires, as I my stuff was moved and I could not wait until the next day. He suddenly offered 11am the next day, but. I told him to repay me as I need to book another carpet cleaner for today who is reliable. He has ceased communicating & has not refunded me. I warned him that I would take his theft to police, Consumer Affairs, Google, & various other public institutions who might cause his business worse long-term reputation damage than the money he saved from deceiving me. This doesn't seem to bother him. As for the house clean, he kept arguing with me by text how dirty the house was, about what should not be cleaned, and about my furniture. His cleaners ended up not cleaning many things and of the things they did clean they missed many areas. When booking the clean on the day I reminded him that the house is old, furnished, & that the main issue is all the marks on the walls and doors and the muck is in the cupboards, to which he replied "everything in the house will be cleaned". But his one miserly acceptance of the extra items we initially agreed to was to clean the outside of the downstairs doors instead of just the inside. I asked him since then to send his workers back to clean the missed areas, but he hasn`t replied. It seems he doesn`t want to take responsibility. So here are some things they missed: Skirting boards; Desk drawer sides & behind, The laundrey cupboard,; Piping and Base of toilet, Entire clothes cupboard area in back bedroom, Various spaces in cupboards with roach poo & eggs not all wiped,; Kitchen door handles; Low ceilings, Brick window rests, Various patches on walls not attempted; Balustrades along stair case all dusty; Gumption powder left over surfaces and not wiped off. + Fridge etc I wish I had read these bad reviews beforehand which have some similar stories. Also, many 5 stars reviews here are from people are fellow Indian, and 1 time reviewers, so you can make up your mind about that. 1 star review from me for the cleaners being friendly & working hard on what they actually did clean, rather than 0 stars. He will likely argue with this just like he has with the other bad reviews, but my words are verifiable by text, email & photo.

I received a quote via email of $69 to get the carpets cleaned in two rooms. I accepted the quote and did not receive an email to confirm. I them called the company the day before to confirm and they did not have my booking. I then had to call [name removed] directly to arrange the booking. He confirmed that he would be there at 12noon. The cleaner arrived at 10.30am and I had to turn him away because the rooms had not been cleaned yet. He then returned at 12pm and told me that he would be charging an extra $20 because there was stairs! (only 15) I refused and tried to contact [name removed] . Meanwhile to cleaner prepared to leave. I couldn't get through to Michael and I had to chase after the cleaner and agree to pay $89 to get the carpets in two small rooms cleaned. The cleaner then proceeded to clean the carpets and then leave the hair and dirt in my toilet!!! A poor excuse for a professional company and I did not receive a call back!! Do not hire these guys!

They did not come to both appointments, did not call to explain why, didn't deliver an service whatsoever and we ended up waiting at home for from 10 till 2 both days waiting. When we tried to call them we just got answering machine after answering maching (in the middle of the day on weekdays). A really strange experience. I dont know what their business plan is but this is dreadful Don't bother! did not arrive, did not call to explain why, didn't seem to care the first time

Booked a one off clean - 2 people for 2 - 2.5 hours. Turned up 1.5 hours early so sent away. Second time I booked they sent two people who were late and didn't even clean the bath! Lots of other jobs left not done and they only stayed 1.5 hours. Do not use this company. Their website differs from their service.

I had Julian and Kenny as a weekly clean. I should have been worried when they asked- what part of your house do you want especialy cleaned???- surely the whole house as I am paying you for Anyway :- bathroom- dirty smears on the tile floor No tapware or chrome cleaned or glass shelves Food smear left on cook top Carpet not vacuumed- it is new carpet and you can see where they had (not) been even when I left a letter detailing my concerns- no better the second time around No phone call to see if I was happy For $130 for 2 people for 1-11/2 hours- rubbish

I contacted Housework Heroes for a clean while normal cleaner was off due to COVID-19. The agent at Housework Heroes put me in contact with a 1 lady asian women for $70 for two hours. The job was terrible because the equipment they used was poor. The mopping failed to show a real sparkle and get out spills that my normal cleaner does. There were marks on the benches and in some corners but that with a bit of attention to detail and elbow grease would have been cleaned. My bad for engaging them.

Let me tell you about my experience with this bunch of clowns. I make a booking 2 weeks in advance confirmed and payed for in full. I was told someone would be in contact the day before to confirm the time they will arrive. On the day I call the call centre at 2pm their response "No don't worry sir someone will call you at 5:30pm. (alarm bells go off) Its 5:30pm I call the call centre again and they respond "sorry we have no cleaners available to come assist you tomorrow we have been trying to contact you all day. I call bullshit !!! We live in 2022 and I can see if I have any missed calls on my phone my dear. So in conclusion they have no cleaners available and I'm left stranded. O and by the way if you want a refund you have to call our accounts department for a claim. Ok can you provide me the details? No Sorry Sir you have to email them. Ok WTF is the email address? Sorry for the inconvenience Sir and puts the phone down in my ear. SCAM SCAM SCAM stay the F away from these assholes !!!

I recently had end of lease clean by clean to shine. The quality of the work was below standard. The worker keep taking smoking breaks just outside the property. The floor was still soaked wet when the job was finished, the basic thing like the toilet bowl was very dirty. We had to pay an extra $150 for another cleaner to come to complete their job so that we get our bond back. The communication was very poor. I tried to get 50% of the extra cleaning bill off them for compensation, but they did not comply. I will go to the ACCC to complain, since I did not get my bond back after their poor quality clean. Best to avoid.

We decided a change of lifestyle was in order after operating a service station for 23 years and the opportunity presented itself when we heard that our local VIP operator, who had actually been mowing the lawn at the service station for 20 years, was retiring...lucky us! Guy arrived late (after originally turning up the day before) then proceeded to quote an amount 3x what was expected! After phoning the office to complain they reduced it by a whole $20! Was told I could lodge a complaint and they would look at it further but was then told no one could take the complaint till after 6th January. Had no option but to go ahead as power was scheduled to be turned off the next day. Finally an hour after scheduled appointment time the guy was ready to begin but demanded $ up front before he would start. Very unprofessional guy. Spoke very poor English. No signage on van. Would not recommend this company at all

Cheap as chips quoted me $100-$120 for a steam clean for three bedrooms and a hallway. They didn't ask me for any approximate sizes or indicate that stairs would incur an additional charge. When they came to the house they put my room mate on the spot by saying it would be $258.82 or they would not complete the clean (pay up front). I was not home at the time of the visit and my housemate knew that given the timing, we couldn't re-book another cleaner before our final inspection. On the receipt they gave, there is no measurements of area cleaned so it's unclear how they came to this absurd amount. It seems to me, they know that people who are getting a rental cleaned will likely not have time to re-book so they give a quote knowing that they will charge much more. They are a joke.
