I've had 3 accident policies for 4 years with this company & am happy with low premium increases after the rip off nightmare with Bow Wow where increases were 20%+ a year despite no claims. Also happy with great customer service. First claim was a hassle but recently lodged my second claim & it was paid quickly. Fantastic customer service from both Natalie & Rebecca is much appreciated. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for good value pet insurance.

I engaged A2B Removals to move me from my 5 x 2 to a down-sized 3 x 2. From my first phone call, to getting a quote, buying packing boxes and supplies and the move itself, they were wonderful. Every staff member I dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly. When I needed to change my uplift day they were completely accommodating. On moving day Jeroen and Stuart arrived promptly and set a cracking pace. They were careful, quick and extremely helpful. They tackled some tricky problems with professionalism. My furniture, boxes, plants and odds and ends were delivered in mint condition exactly where I wanted them to be. They came in under the quoted time. Moving house is an extremely stressful undertaking, but A2B made it as easy as it could possibly be. I was absolutely delighted with their service and am very happy to recommend them.

I found that I had come to a standstill while on my weight loss journey I thought I was doing everything right,counting my calories and going to the gym 5days a week doing classes and sometimes two classes straight after the other. I came across SculptU and have never looked back since! I feel healthier, I'm NOT starving myself and I'm eating so much food I can't comprehend! You pay $69 for a round which lasts for 6weeks. Yasmin gives us our plan and recipes and I love how they're very easy and quick yet still taste amazing. You have great support not only from Yas but from everyone else in the group. If you have any questions regarding the menu or what food can be replaced she will advise you. I have joined for second round and can't wait. It's good that the menu has changed this round too so you won't get bored. I have lost 3.5kgs but have lost 19cm all over. I feel great and sleep better at night and wake up refreshed not groggy like I used to. I've even noticed my moods have changed for the better too! Best part you don't think your on a diet it's a change of way of eating. You will soon notice how much better you feel and that alone will keep you coming back for more!!! I have been a member of this forum for 3 months. In that time I have learnt what I thought was a healthy choice for my family, intact was not. I now fill them with nutritious meals that are not processed foods, contain the proper fats they need and are also gluten free! Everyone supports eachother and we are seeing amazing results. I have been a member of this gym for years and I have recommended it to all of my friends and family who have also joined up, the owner is absolutely beautiful and the staff and trainers are so motivating. I have been to many gyms and I've never felt more comfortable and welcomed then I do when I come in, from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave. The equipment is brand new and there's so much variety for me to choose from, the classes are great I do majority of them with my friends and we all enjoy them so much. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a women's gym to join!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a new member, been here for a couple of months and they have all new equipment, i see the ladies cleaning a few times throughout the day it's always spotless. I very much enjoy the range of classes they have to offer. I take my nephews into the creche (kids club) it's big and always kept tidy. The girls watching the kids have their child care certificates and are lovely and full of energy. The ladies at the desk are very friendly and a great help. The Personal Trainers are amazing and for the results you get they are very affordable. I come in everyday and have for a couple of months now and cannot complain at all. Thank you very much to all the girls at Xclusive for taking me in and helping me accomplish my goals you're all amazing 10/10 :)

My first home experience with another builder (I wanted to name them but I was told not to!) was abysmal. They high pressure signed me up on something that was unrealistic but they were pushy and gave me no option. I then got in touch with Dean and he showed me step by step what I have to do to achieve my goal. Now I am well on my way to being able to afford the home I want, without compromising and without having to deal with pushy salesmen. Thank you for doing the right thing

I cannot fault our agent Adam Strauch. He was there for us in every step of the way - he was patient, understanding, he was extremely helpful and he was very quick to answer any and all questions we had. Whenever we had a problem, his answer is always “leave it to me, I’ll take care of it” and it would be fixed. We just felt we were in great hands. We could contact him at any time and he would reply, what he always say is he’s like a 7/11, you can reach him 24/7. With the actual build of our house, we went to visit our house at least 3 times a week and there was a point where 3 weeks would pass and nothing was happening. There’s another house in another street also under Affordable Living and they were really behind from us, we were already on our shower screens and mirrors and they had just reached lock up and yet we finished at the same time. That’s the only thing we had problems with, we feel that they could have finished our house maybe a month or so sooner if there wasn’t periods of time where nothing was happening.

We built our very first house with FHBD, its been approximately 2 n half years now since we got our keys.The support we received during the built did not vanish after key hand over, maintenance till now has been stress free. Mr.Vikas Goyal has been a great support. He managed our finances plus the house plan and also just recently got our mortgage refinanced at a very competitive rate. Ms.Alana S took care of the admin work and was a delight to work with. I highly recommend FHBD to anyone out there thinking of building their dream home.

I seriously thought that they were a decent builder but I guess I was wrong. It's been 4 years since I moved in to the property that was built by them. So where do I start. During the first month, one of the sliding door were stuck and need to be fixed, so I thought to myself this is a common mistake that can happen anywhere to any builder. Tick. So few months passed, then we notice whenever we cook in the kitchen even though the exhaust fan were set on high the smoke still stuck inside the house for few days. I did some reading and yes I know how some range hood meant to be connected to an outside the house outlet and some others are meant to be installed with a "filter" so they do not need to be connected to this outlet outside the house since the smoke will be filtered and can recirculate inside the house. But guess what my range hood does not fill either criteria, it does not have a "filter" nor connected to any outlet outside the house. I have to called them and yes they fixed it. Okay so I thought that was it right, there should not be nothing major. Recently I notice one of the toilet is leaking at the base whenever we use the flush. so I decided to have a look perhaps it's not set up well to the collar pan or something. Surprise surprise, another "bomb" seems to be just been discovered. - Toilet cistern was not installed properly with an anchor hook on the wall, instead they just a silicon adhesive glue to secure it on the wall. - pan collar is set to low for toilet outlet hence whenever we flush some water leakage occur - toilet base was not properly secure with a bolt to the ground and only secured with a silicon adhesive. So yes, to be honest I want to like this builder and give it a 4 -5 stars review. But you tell me, how would you view this builder if you were in my shoes would you still give em those 4-5 star review stars. To the other reviewer who gave 4 -5 stars rating, I notice some of you gave the review just recently after you moved in to the property. My advise to all of you would be client, please please get the building thoroughly check so you will not have to experience what I have experience at the moment.

As a developer choosing the right builder is paramount. GK Bruinsma homes are the genuine deal. No hidden extras, they finish on time, they use great tradesmen & their after sales service is amazing. Problems are dealt with immediately. Their price is fair and they are great to deal with. I thoroughly recommend them. The other comment about them being crooks, sounds like someone who reneged on a deal and was looking for someone to blame. Genuine, on time, great service & price, easy to deal with and any issues that may arrise are dealt with quickly, fairly and with the best outcome for the client.

I arranged this company who state on their website "100% bond return guarantee" to clean my 2 bedroom flat. They did not clean the Venetian blinds, they did not, as agreed, hang the curtains that had been drycleaned. They missed an entire section of the garage. I lost $165 of my bond. I called them and they sent me an email in return asking for more information as to what happened. I replied and have not heard a word since. 2 weeks. I Do NOT recommend you use this company as they do NOT honor their "100% bond return guarantee".

Booked a month in advance and was told that two days prior the team would call me to confirm start time. That didnt happen so I called them to confirm. On the day, the cleaners didn't show anyway, but after an hour I was able to get through to the company and they organised a new team who arrived an hour later. I was happy enough then, but when I returned to check the clean, I found they had put black marks all along my white curtains! Very poor. There was no time to get the company back so I washed the curtains by hand right away. Fortunately i still passed bond clean check by the real estate company, but I was worried. And finally, the company charged me when I made the booking (a month earlier) but I had to call twice for the receipt to be sent to me, to show the real estate agent. Not good for peace of mind!

I’ve been informed it will take up to 72 hours, complete and utter joke. You don’t make a gaming account 3 days in advance of playing it. I’ve joined ample gaming sites and have never had this issue.

I've used Feet First Eventertainment at two companies now and they always deliver. St Andrews First Aid was brilliant, I did a First Aid at Work course 1 day a week over 3 weeks. Two of the times I had Steve who was very funny and very informative when lecturing the course and the other day we had Chris who was very good at teaching too, we had been informed he had a heart attack, before he was teaching us, by him and that his lesson with us was the first one since it. He did very well despite this and I hope he is doing well. The course was made enjoyable and everyone there was introduced to one another early which made everyone feel comfortable when answering questions and doing group tasks or demonstrations. We all got on well and had a good laugh whilst also learning life saving information and practical tasks. I would recommend St Andrews First Aid to my colleagues and will definitely look to go back there for further training. Thanks Again!

I'm not one to write bad reviews but first Ireland have left me without an insurance disc for over a month now, every time I call I seem to be fobbed off with false promises. I've stopped by the guards on a number of occasions and nearly getting my car taken of me really make it difficult to drive from day to day without worrying. Absolute disgrace, when you pay over a thousand euro you expect to receive your disc. I'll be cancelling my insurance with them indefinitely and moving onto a company more reliable.

As a 64 year old person, with former law enforcement experience, I know from past experience what it takes to effectively study certain specific subject matter much of which may be out of ones normal scope of knowledge. As far as the sport of exercise goes, even though I have decades of hands on experience in the gym, I had NO prior personal training experience. I found the material in the Fitness Mentor C.P.T. course very complete, easy to follow and there are numerous ways to study and RETAIN what you read which is very, very important. I took the C.P.T. course and studied for about 3 months. Eddie was always there to answer questions and I also found the Face Book group helpful along with the webinars and extra online groups. Overall this is a very good way to get certified as a Personal Trainer.

I purchased a van insurance policy less than 30 days ago, several days after I left the country to go on holiday, on my arrival back in the UK I had a letter requesting I send my licences in for all drivers on the policy. I uploaded this to the portal the day after as I had to obtain the other drivers summary off the internet as requested. The following day I received another letter stating my policy had been cancelled! I called the customer services team to be confronted with a "it's not my problem you was not in the country attitude" apparently I received an email when I took the policy out via a price comparison site, after checking all my emails I had no email correspondence at all from Freedom Brokers The attitudes of the staff inc the manager was discusting, I would not reccomend this company at all. I also paid an initial £85.00 deposit and now they also want a further £85.00 for around 20 days cover. CROOKS!

Anthony upgraded my aging conventional boiler system to a combi system (Baxi). He came round, listened to the problems we had and what we wanted to achieve and he gave his honest recommendation, taking into consideration everything we spoke of. He wasn't pushy and knew his stuff, and came to the house a couple of times on my request. He's very knowledgeable with everything I asked him, and I do ask alot of questions! His work was excellent, VERY conscientious, clean and tidy and left the house in a presentable and livable way at the end of every day. He took away all the old parts of the boiler and cylinder and disconnected and made good all the unwanted pipes in the airing cupboard and loft. And the after service is excellent also! I had a minor issue )that I had caused I might add!) I called and he was there that afternoon to explain what I did wrong and the rectify. And just a few weeks ago, I receive a text from Ant to remind me the boiler needs servicing, no need for me to remember to chase him...making it easy to get the new boiler serviced. He also fitted a vanity unit and sink without any fuss also. For me, I would always call Anthony first for any plumbing, gas and heating issues or projects or new installations I might have. Keep up the great work Ant, one very happy customer! George

The engineer fitted our new Baxi boiler in 1 day, working an extremely long day to get it finished for us. Our pipes, tanks and other stuff was ancient and obsolete. Not now. He also explained and updated as he went. Recommend him very highly

I had high hopes for the Gladskin Roscea cream, having suffered with Acne Rosacea on and off for the last five years. I bought it along with the acne gel, the face wash and scrub, but unfortunately after just one use my skin flared up really badly. I used the face wash and the Roascea cream on the first night, but by the morning I had developed irritated skin across on my forehead and itchy red dematitis welts in the creases my neck. It was very sore and I had to use a hydrocortisone cream to calm my skin back down. Most disappointingly, I emailed Gladskin about this, and even sent pictures of my skin reaction, but have had absolutely no response from them. I'm guessing this was a painful, expensive mistake.

Bought the Gorgon spirit off-site, I met the owner at the UK Vape show and he walked up to me and said dude try this: I thought nah I’m not easily impressed anymore..... boy was I wrong. Yet another victim of this site, I placed an order for item that had a lead time of 2-5 days delivery and was charged delivery charges to receive the items in this time. After 4 days my order was still showing processing so I emailed them, I was lucky I got a response unlike others, they told me one of the items I ordered they did not have and could not supply but offered an alternate that was not an alternate it was just made by same company. I declined and asked for a full refund, I was told in an email they had cancelled and I would receive a refund, my order is still showing processing and not cancelled. I have tried to make contact and like others can not get through on phone and my emails are not being answered. Considering this company is advertised as medical this is not the standard of service you would expect, people are trying to purchase medical supplies and this is how they are treated, they now have £50 of mine that in these hard times I need, I can not afford to try and buy my items elsewhere until these give me my money back. I have done a little research and it looks like they are working out from a storage unit in a big yellow box storage. They appear to be more interested in replying to complaints on here and other sites to make them look like they are dealing with people but the reply you get is email us to an email that you do not receive a reply from. So when you come to reply to me here is my order number Order # 1000056448 so now you do not need to ask me to email you. Instead you can cancel this order and get my refund done now. WARNING TO OTHERS PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THERE POCKET THE ITEM THEY CAN NOT SUPPLY ME IS STILL ONLINE SHOWING DELIVERY IN 5-7 DAYS. Ordered the LarocPro Artisty Palette which arrived in just 2 days but once I opened it the smell that came from the palette was a horrible fishy smell. Has completely put me off trying the palette as I can not get over the strong smell when I open it up and makes me feel a little sick. Visually, it is a very pretty and a huge palette but other than that, I am disappointed and feel like I have a product I can now not use on myself or clients as the smell is so off putting and unprofessional.

I bought my Luggie scooter about 6 month ago,I have had several different scooters in the past but non as versatile as this.The lithium battery lasts for ages,I can do at least 4 or 5 shopping trips before recharging,it is comfortable to ride on and easy to drive and manoeuvre round busy shops and streets, and the speed is easy to control.I have a Luggie bag on the back which holds a reasonable amount of shopping.I thought it might be quite complicated to unfold and fold so wrote instructions to keep in my bag,I read them once as folding and unfolding the Luggie is just so easy.It pulls along like a suitcase on wheels when folded, so I can go on public transport and even start going on coach trips again.I would recommend the Luggie to anyone with mobility problems,it has certainly given me more freedom and a better quality of life

Daniel did an outstanding job in arranging round trip business class flights for our party of four to Tanzania (east Africa) from Florida, routing through Europe. Our ticket prices were quite reasonable and the flight arrangements went off without a hitch, all on time and as ticketed. Our business class fares provided business lounges at all the airports, a welcome benefit, as we did have a couple of long layovers, which we were aware of well in advance. I strongly recommend booking with Daniel at LuxFlight!

We have used Richard’s company a couple of times now and each time they have been fantastic - can’t rate them enough. Richard and his colleagues are professional and friendly from the moment you ring them until they finish the job. Really reasonably priced - would highly recommend.

The experience I had from Mann & Van was amazing and great bunch of lads customer service and helpfulness was 100% fast and efficient and stress free would recommend to everyone no job to big or to small i had a large 3 door wardrobe, single wardrobe and chest of draws to be collected from st luke's hospice winsford industrial estate road 1 then on to a second floor flat in kingsmead to collect a large Mexican sideboard when they got to my address they got it up the second floor without any issues and even put it in the correct room with no fuss i like how they planned it when they got here and assessed the risk assessment very professional. Good work lads keep up the hard work thank you for the great job. Romeo & Tracy

I booked my First Aid and CPR course in Robina, weeks priors, booked a day off to attend, did hours of their poor quality videos online to complete my online quiz. Two days before my course, someone from the Philipines not Adelaide, cancelled my class because of "unforeseen circumstances" couldnt reschedule me even when i explained im going to lose my placement due to this inconvenience. Varsity Lakes was closed, Southport closed, Nerang was the only place they could offer me for a 6hr class instead of 2hr, even though i had done all the coursework for the express class. I have now booked with another company, twice out of pocket, and waiting on my refund, will never recomment this company!!

I have just finished a First Aid Pro course-Provide First Aid. I found the gentleman running the course to be very knowledgeable and competent. He was able to impart his knowledge in a succinct and friendly way which made me feel at ease throughout the course. I would definitely do a course with First Aid Pro again. It was easy to book and pay on line and my Learning Guide was sent to me by email along with very detailed instructions about what I needed to do on the day.
