After my father died the executors of his estate, my stepmother and her daughter, appointed MJP Law to represent them. The two executors had decided to act against a family agreement made verbally in my father's presence shortly before he passed away and contrary to his deathbed instructions. This was because they stood to inherit 80% of his estate by doing so. Although MJP Law were aware of this, they advised the Executors to cease all contact and communication with the other beneficiaries, my brother and myself. They did not ask the Executors to consider my father's instructions, which he had entrusted to us, his two sons, 2nd wife and stepdaughter to carry out. MJP's communications with me as a beneficiary were often supercilious in tone and bordering on passive aggressive. I am aware that Law firms act in their client's interests. However, what is the Law and what is right are not always the same thing. MJP Law represent everything that is wrong with our legal system. No seeking of the truth. No sense of justice. No ethical framework. Just maximizing financial gain for themselves and their clients at the expense of others.

We had a text 2 days before being picked up at Gatwick giving the name of the driver and model of car he would be driving. Then a further text from the driver giving his mobile number and confirming he would meet us in arrivals 30 minutes after the plane landed. He was on time and the driving was superb, very smooth ride. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again

This went to a different level last week when we were stranded in New Zealand when our flight was cancelled a day before we were due to leave. Lee was still emailing me back at 3am looking at every option to secure an alternative route home as all the Asia hubs were closed. Lee literally secured the last flight out of Auckland before the Airport was locked down. We booked to stay in the Llareggub Beach House last summer. On arrival we were dismayed for a number of reasons, which I shall list below: 1. There was dirty washing left in the washing machine 2. Boxes of owners' items left in the hallway 3. No PAT testing of appliances, causing the electricity to trip numerous times 4. No fresh towels and no visitor instructions 5. The floor of the kitchen was broken and hazardous, with numerous kitchen drawers also broken 6. The kettle was broken 7. The barbeque was filthy, having not been cleaned in months and as such was unusable 8. The WiFi router was left in the box it came in for us to set up The property's website is, unfortunately, a classic case of taking disingenuous close-up photographs that do not give a full angle on how incomplete this property really is. Whilst some of these problems are able to be overlooked, the attitude of the property owner, Anjana Devoy, cannot. The owner seems hasty to give out personal details of clients, a problem seemingly experienced by other customers of her on this platform. Anjana seems unable to concede, or apologise for that matter, for a single mistake she has made. The replies to reviews she leaves on this website instead portray a rather shocking belief that it is the 'world against me', instead perhaps that her properties aren't how she listed them. To add insult to injury, Anjana Devoy has made a mockery of the government's lockdown laws, and of the NHS. She encouraged potential customers to break regional laws, put in place to protect lives, in order that she could make more money. Any complaint made by Anjana that the lockdown has brought difficulty upon her business should be considered cynical. Anjana refused to pay refunds to those who could not attend her properties, received a rather large government grant, and I understand then illegally went to stay at one of her properties during a time period when it was booked by a customer! Perhaps HMRC should have a look into how their COVID relief grant was spent. I would highly recommend any potential customer researches these properties before booking. Anjana Devoy has shown herself as incapable of having a truthful and genuine discussion with customers and instead reacts aggressively and inappropriately to what is rather deserved criticism. Be prepared to receive a product which is nothing like what was advertised, and then instead of being given a refund, being told it was entirely your fault, or that you were 'stressed'. Anjana Devoy will, without doubt, respond to this review as she did to all the others, in a completely childish manner, perhaps caused by the stress of the legal cases raised by other unhappy customers, closing in around her?

My husband and I finally booked our dream vacation to Paris and in order to make it extra special I surprised him by upgrading us to business class with Air France. We had initially thought it was just too expensive but after finding Elite Flights, we were able to get the same flight for almost $4000 less per ticket! It was still a bit more expensive then economy but TOTALLY worth it! If you have not flown in business class you have no idea what you are missing out on!!

Tickets arrived in a really nice travel pack, and every hotel that we stayed in was excellent.The trip that had been organised to Niagara Falls was outstanding and we had a really great time exploring Canada. We travelled by Viarail, from Halifax NS, to Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. I this it is very good that two exams (Couse Exam and Mock Exam) are provided to mark very important milestones in study phase. It helps to manage and control my study pace, though I always feel the deadline is quite challenging. Not happy about the add-ons that the site tried to charge for at the end of the transaction. They were tricky to unhook from the final charge and one of them I didn't need or want, but paid for because was confused. The "Free" lifetime renewal was the extra I didn't want. Please make your final cost sheet easy to decipher with the customers best interest in mind. Thank You.

I registered and pass the exam for the standard first aid certification course, but was also charged for a lifetime renewal that I was not aware of, so it looks like I was charged twice for the course. My downloaded certification is not being accepted because it does not have your company logo on it, so I am needing proof that I completed and passed my first aid certification to continue with my caregiving services asap. I have tried to reach out to customer service through online chat and have had not luck so far. If someone could let me know if I can get these issues resolved, please let me know as soon as possible. Otherwise, the online course/exam was great, but I need proof that I completed and passed the course with your company logo. Thanks, Diana Taylor

This was an excellent way to learn and/or review material related to first aid. I am a football coach, so I have been trained multiple time, but this method of allowing you to test instead of attending a class in person really made this worthwhile.

I ordered oxygen tanks in January 2022. It’s now June. They took my money when I ordered the items, and I still have not received the items. Items say they are in some city called “Bright Pearl”. No other information. They are not responding to my emails on my account. In January they responded when I inquired as to why I never received an invoice after they charged me. At which point they sent me an invoice and told me that my items “might be delayed until November but they would keep me updated on the ETA”. I’ve sent 3 emails since then, attempting to check on the status of my order. No one is responding. I left a customer feedback in my account and I’m leaving this review in hopes I will eventually get a response. It’s difficult to find any site that will allow you to review them. They have reviews pretty tightly locked down everywhere else I’ve tried. At this point I’m concerned that they have simply stolen my money. Over $100. Next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I have not received everything that I ordered 5/15/20. There are still 7 items that have not been received. On 6/12/20 I sent an email to customer service for an ETA on the missing items. To date, I have not had a response.

I bought two pairs of these Bluetooth earbuds, one for my wife and the other pair for myself. These are lightweight, easy to use earbuds that produce a very good quality sound. Ours came fully charged and ready to go right out of the box...just pair with your device and you're ready to listen. The cord connecting the two earbuds is the perfect diameter, but I wish it was about 4 inches longer. When you have them in your ears and turn your head the cord tightens up against the side of your face. Overall a 5 star for quality and great price.

Great company with awesome products and customer service. I know some might be skeptical given the low prices and sketchy English, but these guys are the real deal - I've bought a handful of their headphones, and I have to say that at their pricepoint they cannot be beat (even beyond their pricepoint - I've heard comparisons of their products to name brands, and I would be inclined to agree). Definitely my go-to budget headphone company.

I ordered a tune up kit for my AED on August 4th. Their website quoted an arrival time of 5-7 business days. On August 11th, I tried to call to check the status since I had not received any shipping updates. I was on hold with the typical elevator music for about 20 minutes before my call was sent to their voicemail. I left a message with all the pertinent information and a request for a return call. By August 12th, I had not heard from them, so I started over. This time I was on hold for about 10 minutes before the call was dropped on their end. I attempted to use their chat option, but that system is down. I tried calling again, this time I was connected to a customer service agent who stated they are short staffed. She stated she has nothing to do with answering voice mails, and said "I just answer the phone". She confirmed the chat option is not operational due to staffing shortages. She told me my purchased items were scheduled to be shipped on August 13th, 9 days after the order was placed. I pointed out to her that their own website quoted a delivery of 5-7 business days. She claimed that estimate was only for the shipping with FedEx, and did not include the time required to package my order. I ordered three items, all of which could fit in a shoe box. I returned to the survey Email sent by AED Superstore to comment on the delay and customer service fail, but the survey site is also not functioning. I won't be using AED Superstore in the future.

I wanted to give a generous THANK YOU to all the team at Simply Business Class!! A very special thanks to Gene!! Not only did I have a wonderful trip to China but I had a layover in San Francisco and had the opportunity to meet Gene for a cup of coffee by the airport. I do a lot of international traveling and there is nothing better than flying business class. I highly recommend anyone flying abroad to call Gene or anyone at SBC to allow them the opportunity to assist you. The Yike Bike is the first realization of a new concept of personal transport, the minifarthing (please see my review of www.minifarthing.com). At the time of writing it hasn't yet been made available to the public, though it's due to make an appearance in about a month and pre-ordering, at £2,995 in the UK and 3,495 Euros in Europe, is now possible (if you're fabulously wealthy). It will not be selling in the USA as yet, but is available all over Europe and in New Zealand where it is assembled from European and Asian parts. Uggs aren't essential but will add to overall coolness. One of Time Magazine's top fifty inventions of the year, there's no doubting that the battery powered Yike Bike is super-cool at least for now. You should watch the YouTube clip on this site, to see the vehicle in action, and especially being folded up and slung over the rider's shoulder at the end of the trip. Is that going to impress the girls or what?! Top speed is 25kph, which is ...er ... times five and divide by 9 ... about 17 miles per hour by my quick reckoning, or about five times the speed of a brisk walk. And it's apparently electronically limited to that speed, suggesting that faster sports and off-road versions might be possible in the future. The company argues that the cost of the vehicle will recoup itself in just a year, using many of the arguments that would also apply to a bike or motorbike. The main difference is that you can take the train or the bus without the hassle a bicycle can cause and then unfold your Yike Bike and ride the rest of the way to work. I guess you really have to see this and form your own opinions. The Yike Bike is currently being promoted showing a rider with no head protection, presumably since the vehicle isn't subject to bike law; that's something they'll have to address, and carrying a helmet around may take a little off the edge of portability. Unless it's a folding helmet, of course. The Yike Bike doesn't seem to offer any scope for luggage, however small, though presumably it's possible to wear a backpack without disturbing the center of gravity sufficiently to topple the bike over. But is it? I guess it depends on the weight of your laptop. For school-age kids, though, who are obliged to carry half a library around in their backpacks, this doesn't look like a practical solution as of now. I imagine most people with any interest in personal transport issues will be wishing the project success, and perhaps doing a little more than wishing given that the concept of an alternative has failed so often before. If anyone remembers Sir Clive Sinclair's attempt at sustainable electric personal transport, you'll know how many people fell about laughing over that one. But perhaps our romance with the car is less ardent these days, and there's finally room for a genuine alternative. Me, I'm waiting until the thing can do that trick with the suitcase, in Iron Man 2. Now that, that would be cool.

Why is it a man from there called me. Phone number came thru as "Unavailable" 219-624-5023. The mans name was Greg. Offered me 2.?% processing fee and would wave 2 large fees if I would sign up immediately. Told him I could not at that minute to call me back shortly. I then tried calling the number and it said: "Destination number not found..the number you have reached is not in service". Okay, I;m glad I did NOT give him my banking Route & account number. Too many scams going around at this time.

I have been an affiliate with moreniche since 2011. and to date so far so good. What I mostly like is their affiliate managers that they dedicate to affiliates. Let me sum up my 7 year experience in pros and cons: Pros: 1- Flexible payout system (paypal, bitcoin, payoneer, bankwire) 2- Solid affiliate support 3- High converting products 4- Great facebook group with recent updates and affiliate interaction. 5- Good training resourced if you are new in the affiliate business. Cons: 1- With new update, called CAKE. the tracking system sometimes goes off.. until it's fixed. Thus, gives doubts whether Commision recorded or not. 2- Do not cover most health niche.. just few specific things. Mainly in weight loss, bodybuilding & few in sexual health. Moreniche would be better if: 1- Started to find a way to make their new tracking system more stable. 2- Provide more varieties of health products (that are sustainable to promote).

I'm about to complete the Excel Program. This website works great, you can ask for anything more. It teaches you different aspects of the program your in, from beginner to advanced. Once you take the program, you can now see if you would like to continue training some where else or become Microsoft certified. However after completing the course you should a pretty good grasp of the program and should be able to practice and find some nice work it.

Awesome FREE e-learning site, run by a non-profit organization to teach basic computer and internet skills, MS office 2007, math, and other basic everyday skills such as learning how to go shopping or handle things in the kitchen. The style is casual and welcoming and there are more than 200 video courses here. Although this training in life skills is basic, there's no patronization and no penalties if you want to take it slowly. Topics are as varied as how to set yourself up with a Facebook page or use FireFox, through how to collect a prescription or operate a vending machine, to writing a job application. In other words, all areas in which literacy may be required to cope with everyday life and more than just cope, but make life easier and more pleasurable for you. Flash is used throughout in a highly interactive way, and courses are just sufficiently difficult as to make you think, rather than just delivering information you could be reading from a book. The course in learning to read a bus map, for example, is very simple but still involves you in having to click and drag things and make decisions based on what you see and what the instructor on the audio track is telling you. Once you've planned your route, the scene switches to a first-person view and you have to walk up that street to the bus stop itself. It's all beautifully drawn and colored in a hand-made style that is very easy on the eye. Some of the courses here are accredited, so you may earn credits from completing them, and you'll get a certificate when you complete them too. If you or someone you know need a higher standard of literacy and life skills than you have, in order to get a job or simply make your way through everyday adult life, this is an outstanding resource.

The site might be free thanks to all the advertising (and it's certainly up to the individual to further investigate any scholarship offers) but I've found that after applying for a scholarship through their site I then receive a lot of unwanted, junk emails, some of them pornographic in nature. Also, the description of what Fastweb posts has been different than what the actual scholarship site lists. Deadlines aren't always accurate where the scholarship site will refuse access a day or more before the posted deadline. I don't believe Fastweb is a scam but I do feel some of the scholarships are bogus and use Fastweb to further their agendas.

Dont relay accurate information. Asked to pick up car, and then on collection noticed a major issue. Denied that they caused it. Well, issue wasnt there when car was dropped off. 5. LIARS!.. Lie to your face that car is being fixed. Said car will be ready for collection after programming . And didnt look like they did any work to fix it. STAY AWAY!!! . Take your car somewhere else!!!

I had my Jaguar S Type`s timing belt kit & water pump changed last week from MANY Autos I must say i have had the best car repairs experience ever they Collected my car from work kept me in the loop through out the repairs & delivered the car back to me No hidden charges I was charged the original quoted price Excellent Customer service will highly recommend them
