I bought 2 grey Turni bar stools for my husband for his Birthday. I got them 48 hours after ordering them online. I had been looking for a while until I came across these. They are lovely sturdy stools at an excellent price and only took my 20 minutes each to put together. They look great in our Summerhouse. Excellent service as usual from Dunelm

Previously have had good service from Dunelm, however recently at the Greenford store, which I have been to three times in the last 6 weeks, i have not had a great experience with staff, especially at the tills. Returned blind that was not opening properly and rightly expected to explain to the store what was wrong. However, I was made to feel like I was returning the blind due to not liking it, despite asking for an exact replacement, which they did not have. I then was told how the blind worked, as if I was thick, and it was probably me. 20mins this went on for, the queue behind was gathering as I was taking up one of only two open tills. Finally I was allowed to return the blind and selected a similar replacement at a further £30 cost to me. Then again when returning to the till i had to expalin again to the till operator why I was returning the oroginal blind. The service was rude appalling and inappropriate personal conversations between till staff whilst queuing was uncomfortable. I'm not sure why the customer service has dropped so dramatically in the last month or so, but I will be looking at other shops and defo lost my custom as now going to Hilarys for the shutters due to the lack of engagement when trying to discuss blinds etc with staff. Sad especially as I'm trying not to buy online at the moment to keep shops like this in our highstreets.

Really personal service where they truly tune into you as a customer to find the most ideal furniture solutions and their knowledge of their stock is exceptional. Absolutely no hard sell, a very relaxed buying experience on my terms, and they even moved half the furniture I was interested in to create the same pieces in a footprint of the store that replicated our sitting room. Such genuine people in the team here - every touchpoint has been positive, professional and friendly. I have been looking for a canvas wardrobe as my doorways are narrow , I came across this wardrobe in B&M, amazing . I have never put anything together but was happily surprised , the different size rods were labelled together and instructions perfect. It took me 40mins , I’m so happy ?

Staff had no idea of social distancing. One actually touched me twice from behind. Only two tills open, long queues at each, and four/five staff kept standing close chatting whilst one filled a perfume stand which was situated in the middle of the queue. Horrible experience. No wonder Bedford has a high number of cases.

They have a wide range of styles and colours of blinds and offer a free sample service which is very useful when trying to choose the correct colour/shade. These arrive very quickly. Have always been pleased with the blinds i have ordered. Prices are very good too compared with our local stores and other online companies.

The blinds arrived on time but they are too long. Contacted the company by email and was immediately told we were in the wrong without asking for any information. They've asked for a picture for proof of measurements. I've sent this photo and heard nothing since. The product is so far very disappointing and their customer service is abysmal. Not impressed at all.

We ordered bulbs over a month ago. They were on backorder and supposedly would be in within a week. Every week since ordering, we have received a "new estimated in stock" date. I asked multiple times when they would really be in. The other day, I asked the same via the email form on their website. Apparently, I tried to get the information from them too many times (with NO RESPONSE) because they blocked my computer from their website. I had to use my phone to request they cancel the order because you just don't do that to your customers who are looking for information on their order. HORRIBLE TACTIC TO BLOCK YOUR CUSTOMER FROM GOING TO THE WEBSITE.

Purchased LED deck step lights and was extremely disappointed. I happen to be a licensed electrician. these lights came with no protective lens or even set in hard resin. instead there was a soft gel like sealant to encapsulate them. I called to complain about the quality and said I NEVER would have bought something so sub standard. How could they survive one power washing ? I said I guess I wasted my money on the shipping and was told I would be reimbursed . Well the did not reimburse my total expense. I do not care about your restocking fees I care about wasting my time and money buying GARBAGE. I will not purchase from you again and will to public review on your quality

I had a terrible experience with some living room furniture for my new house. They came out numerous times to deliver my item. On 2 occasions the product had marks on it, one time a tear, 1 time no show, 1 time came but did not have product and also they sent wrong item 3 different times. This was all after it was inspected before delivery. All the deliveries had to be during the week because they only deliver to my area one day out of the week. You would think they would have worked more with the customer on this due to their error. Terrible service and cost me, the customer, money and time due to the insufficient deliveries and constantly having to communicate with the company via phone and in-sore to attempt to get the situation fixed. On one occasion the delivery driver called to get the situation fixed and he was spoken to very disrespectfully. They never fixed the situation and claimed they could not after their several mistakes. They just said something to the effect of we obviously just can't get it right. I ended up returning merchandise and eventually got refund which does not make up for the fact that I actually lost out and it actually cost me money by going to Bob's for my furniture. Quality of product was terrible as well. I also bought another piece of furniture that I unfortunately could not find elsewhere or I would have just taken that back as well out of principle. Will never go here again and I advise to stay away!!!!

I purchased a resting cranes water fountain that I had less than 2 years. It developed a hole in the bottom of the fountain,I contacted company to find out what could be done(either a replacement or refund)company refused to do anything.Will not be getting any more of my money.

the website wouldn't work, I called an was on hold for 40 min until I hung up. I sent 3 emails, no response. I finally had a chance to do this again and they told me my coupon is now no longer valid due to the time and they wouldn't find one to match it. I would never, ever buy from them or recommend any to. This is the pain on the buying side, can you imagine if you have to return something. Move on....

Excellent amazing store for any age. We could spend hours in this store. The variety of unique products this store has is like no other and makes you feel like you are in another country. The staff are so knowledgeable and the most patient and friendly I have ever come across, happy to answer endless questions from customers of all ages. My bed slats didn’t arrive. I did not realise until I’d taken down their old bed and started building the new one. I could not get hold of anyone to request new slats so I had to buy a new bed from elsewhere. I am now waiting for some contact to arrange for them to collect the old one as my children couldn’t use their room. This business are happy to take your money but do not respond to emails in an acceptable time

ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an expensive love seat recliner. When one section of the love seat broke because it was defective, I requested a new piece. That's when I found out I made a huge mistake buying from El Dorado. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I spoke with a Karla and a Kathie and both sent repair people out to my home to repair it. I wanted a new piece, as seeing I purchased it less than 6 months prior. Both repair men said I needed a new piece. El Dorado has been fighting tooth and nail, and making me wait on a repair rather than just replace it. My back is suffering. I wish I could write this for an overall company but I can't I can only pick a store. Just had the worse experience ever. I have spent over 8,000 with eldarado let's be clear. I would think they would value my loyalty. Instead they send broken and damaged furniture it always has to go back. They send third party companies to deliver and they can't speak English so we could not communicate. I ask him to call the customer service manager (who was laughing in my face on the phone with driver speaking in another language. At this point I'm just fed up I asked them to take it all back. I go towards my door to let them in and take the furniture, I turn around and the guy is trying to leave, I'm confused and Dont know why he's leaving, he sees me walking up to the door and still persist on shutting the door the driver ended up hurting my finger.(thank God my neighbor was outside to see what happen.) I talked with them about the incident and I'm truly thinking about making a police report. she did not apologize for the incident only about the damaged furniture. She was not sincere about the situation. She blamed me and says the driver said I hit the truck. Worst day ever. I just know I will not be spending my money with them anymore. I rather order wayfair.com and put it together myself. I will say the store manager at the west palm beach location is the most professional and genuine manager they have. He made me feel appreciated and did not defend any sort of negative actions from those drivers. ELDARADO SERIOUSLY NEEDS MAKE SOME CHANGES. Reflect on the facts! Your Customer Service manager lacks customer service skills. This as a company is showing through the internet with all the horrible reviews. I Dont see eldarado lasting 20 years with the type of service and damaged goods. I truly feel bad for the mangers and employee like Doris, Kathy, and the store manager at west palm beach because you guys do provide great customer service. But all that can't get a customer in the store if the head if management is unprofessional, not sinsecre, and could careless she just wanted me off the phone. I could tell by her tone. Do not support them until they start to appreciate their customers.

I would definitely recommend AAAClean for carpet/upholstery cleaning jobs. I had a badly soiled carpet and sofa done yesterday and was delighted with the outcome. Nkuku products are beautiful and I love everything from their range. There’s a local shop to me that sells a small amount of their products. I’ve bought the battery powered paper star fairy lights and a few photo frames and a lantern. The fairy lights stopped working shortly after I bought them, I tried changing the batteries but this didn’t seem to help. Plus one of the stars kept falling off of the actual light which was a bit fustrating. The frames have been fine except one which fell apart as I was dusting it! The metal stand fell away from the frame. The lantern has been great. Just feel like the price paid for the product isn’t reflected in the quality of manufacture. Shame as I really like them but will be more wary in the future.

Extremely bad service. The blinds were ordered on 9/9/19 and today being 23/9/19 I still haven't received it. Website says that the blinds will be sent out within 5-7 working days and upon asking for a refund, I was told that the company has 28 days to respond and it is in their terms and conditions it seems. The courier company XPD they use is absolutely rubbish. Received an intimation saying that my order will be delivered on the 17th. It did not turn up on the 17th. Then I was told that it will be delivered on the 19th. Did not receive on the 19th as well. After spending several hours of my precious time and all the stress of calling and emailing Unbeatable blinds and XPD i was promised that the blind would be delivered on 23/9/19. Was not delivered on the 23rd as well. Now I am being told that insufficient information was passed on to the courier company by Unbeatable blind and that is the reason it was not being delivered and that it will be delivered on 24/9/19. Hoping and praying that I will get my blinds tomorrow. Was hoping to place more orders and wanted to trial one before I bought the rest and I am glad that I just ordered one. No plans to refund my money or send another replacement as it is not the company policy it seems and will have to wait longer for this to be actioned. Until then I will have to go without blinds and cannot place order with another company as I do not want to end up paying for two and everything that happens inside my house is for public to see. What a disgrace!!! Please be aware of Unbeatable Blinds

Having ordered an ottoman bench from Amazon it came perfectly with no issues. Having ordered from the aosom website directly the quality dropped, the color of the black pu leather had some discoloration and also one of the ottoman had one of the hinges broken which I fixed. Order from Amazon but don't bother directly from their website because they are not giving the same care and sending less quality product

We are very pleased with our experience at Furniture Warehouse in Port Charlotte. Being in a successful retail business for 30 years up North we know what customers expect when it comes to service. We purchased a motorized sofa and loveseat. Our salesperson, Ann-Marie greeted us at the door and directed us towards what we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable and nice and gave us a chance to look around. When we were ready she checked availability on a couple of sets. The prices were better there than at other stores. The checkout process was quick and easy. We purchased on Sunday and had our furniture delivered on the following Wednesday. We choose contactless delivery. They gave us a 4 hour window and called 30 minutes before arriving and it was a smooth process. We would highly recommend Furniture Warehouse in Port Charlotte and will be returning there soon to purchase accessories to go with our new sofa and loveseat. Excellent customer service experience all around. Thank you!

The vases are beautiful and appear good quality. The vases look perfect were I wanted them. My only major issue with the vases is that the white paint on the inside of the mouth of the vase was poorly done and is noticeable if standing next to them. I thought about sending them back but that would have been a real hassle.

They didn’t! I bought over £3,000 of bed and mattress and they then rang us two days later to say they wanted to charge another £400! Bed arrived eventually, mattress never arrived as they hit some problems but they refused to credit us despite the fact that they are still trading. Shocking.

Ordered a bed in October. Turned out to have a faulty footboard. Contacted F&B customer service who said the whole bed needed to be replaced (not sure why they couldn’t just send a replacement part). Several weeks later and still no new bed - old one sitting in bits taking up space. Arrow - who F&B use for delivery - seem completely incompetent. Several emails a day confirming and then cancelling drop offs of the new bed and pick ups of the old one, including six emails yesterday contradicting each other. One email confirming a drop off was 5 minutes after one cancelling the same drop off. Needless to say, no one turned up. F&B customer service have been useless - never call back with updates and seem to have no influence over Arrow. Have started the process of getting a refund via credit card company. Don’t buy from these clowns.

purchased 4 dining room chairs ( not cheap) with a lead time of six weeks... 9 weeks later 2 boxes are delivered by fairway furniture with 2 x 2 chairs inside which had to be built the delivery team refused to take away any packaging as was agreed when purchasing these items, on opening said boxes to check all contents 2 chairs in immaculate condition 2 chairs with minimum protective packaging these chairs had obviously been customer returns as the screws had been used and the threads on the base of one chair was threaded ( so of no use) the stitching on the back of the second chair was all unstitched. having highlighted this to fairway furniture in newton abbot they were very obstructive and down right unhelpful, another 4 /6 weeks for 2 replacement chairs has now transpired into end of january another 9 week wait. i had to cancel my order as no compensation or any apology has been offered. Fairway Furniture NOT AT ANY PRICE. will not be buying from here again

I ordered this sofa 3 weeks ago.. I was told using the online chat that if I ordered this sofa today that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I was in need of a sofa quickly so I double checked and they explained they have checked and there was a driver in my area on that day so would be delivered then. I waited till the following Tuesday and i had no contact from them what so ever except the confirmation of purchase. I rang them every day and each time they said they would get someone to ring me back and that never happened. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone. Another week passed and was told several different things. I rang up yesterday which was 3 weeks after original delivery and they've now moved it back till next week again. I'm 99% sure this is just a delaying tactic and they have no intention of fulfilling this date either. I have had no phone calls or emails to resolve this. I requested a refund yesterday and now have to wait a week for this. AVOID

I ordered wardrobes to match existing that were in the house when I bought it. I asked if there was a plan to put them together and was advised they would come already constructed. They turned up just a load of pieces of wood with no instructions and many of items were not even pre drilled it took a skilled carpenter more than a day to put together (we had already put the main carcasses together) it was as if you had just given some wood to make a wardrobe out of. I was given part of someone else’s order instead of mine. So I had to wait for more drawer boxes. The pattern didn’t line up on the fronts so I had to again wait for more. I’m now on my third end panel. (Which is still damaged despite waiting a week for it). Third set of drawer boxes which have have again turned up damaged. I’ve had to wait in for deliveries that haven’t even been sent! Deliveries that have arrived incomplete and deliveries that have arrived damaged. I waited in 3 times for hanging rails which I have only just received. I’ve paid out for people to fit the end panel after being promised there were going to turn up before 10am to find out they had put it on a next day service that arrived at 2pm. I understand mistakes happen but when you are trying to rectify a mistake and promise a before 10am delivery - make sure you at least book it! I’ve wasted so much time (days) I’ve paid out 1 1/2 days in labour and not to mention all the time on the phone. I have a wardrobe still not finished and a full skip of damaged items. I’ve also had an additional skip worth of cardboard that I have had to pay to take away. I paid £1450 I was told they don’t normally compensate but they would offer me £50 due to the bundle of errors!!! I’ve now asked for the items just to be taken away and for a refund. I cannot wait in for any more deliveries and waste anymore time or money on this company. My advice would be to go elsewhere!

Bought 6 bedroom wardrobe doors and surrounds. One door was broken when opening packaging and I was told because I didn’t open it within 2 days and I would have to pay for a replacement. Was told the Consumer Act didn’t apply to me as the items are bespoke and I had no legal rights. WOW!

Delivery was swift, mirror was well packaged and protected for transit. Upon opening, mirror was in perfect condition. I tested it before installing, and all works really well. Bluetooth speakers could be a bit louder...but extremely happy with purchase and service from illuminated mirrors.

Never worked with such a bad company!!! First, our mirrors were not delivered in time, we had a big opening from our beautyinstitute and had no mirrors!!! The company told us, that they have lost our mirrors... thanks for nothing. After 8 weeks of waiting the mirrors came and they had the wrong size?!? We will never ever again order something...we really have huge problems now just because of ordering from this company. Very sad...

I bought a corner sofa approx. 18 months ago, to which I was pleased about. Although after a few months the cushions had gone flat. I complained about it several times but they said 'they can't do nothing about it'. I would never buy a sofa from them, as they don't last very long! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
