I bought a Steinel LS150 led flood light to replace a halogen flood lamp that I’ve had for many years. I’m really impressed with the new light, super quality and easy to fit. So far it has only come on when activated by people walking under it, the wind has not set it off unlike some cheaper ones. The purchase process was very easy, and it arrived really quickly and was easy to track. Would definitely use this company and product again. ????

Everyone at Carpet One, from Bob, our sales consultant, to Tamela, who scheduled our installations, and the contractors who installed our hardwood and carpet were very helpful and professional! We had an unforeseen problem with the installation of the hardwood that we originally picked and both Bob and the contractor worked with us to find a solution. He found excellent, highly skilled installers, Lazaro and his two work persons who installed the carpeting in our home. We searched for a good carpet and found a sample and piece at Carpet One. The salesman at CO offered a "90 day complete exchange" if we didn't like the "color" of the carpet or the carpet itself. That line is a crock. They will not replace your carpet. Our biggest problem was and remains that their carpet layers seem to be amateurs leaving behind highly visible seams where The carpet had to be cut and fitting against itself. We can see for instance, five such seams down our hallway and a seam at each doorway. They won't return to fix it.

installation team worked very hard without breaks and on long hours to finish my job, to which they did an excellent job. The floors look beautiful and I'm very happy with the end result. I cut a star, and you could argue should maybe cut another, for two reasons. First, the person who did the original estimate missed a flaw in my original floors that precluded leaving just covering them with the new flooring. This mistake lead to my ordering a higher priced product because I thought was saving money by not removing the old floors, despite the fact that they ultimately had to be removed. The second issue was that our original install date had to be scrubbed because they weren't able to park their truck in my neighborhood.

We agreed to receive the products on January 23, 2020. In 23 of them, 30% came. The remaining products on January 30 informed the future at 09.30. The products came as 1:00 in the afternoon as a result of many phone calls. You cannot make effective planning regarding product delivery. I bought a black painted shelf. It was drawn from the very first day. I think the quality of the product received does not match.

I ordered 6 chairs, they asked me for a prepayment, now I know why. Out of 6 chairs 4 waggle so hard, that we can't use them. The chairs in general are of poor quality. I've sent 5 e-mails and never received an answer when I called they asked me to send more photos, I sent photos and a video and again no answer. They refused to pay back the money and take their chairs back. I will never order again from this website.

I bought a recliner couch, sofa, and two recliners about 3 years ago from Coconis and the experience was good, the furniture is still in excellent shape; so went back when we needed another couch and two more recliners for a family area. Esther did a great job helping me make my decisions. I had just stopped in to look but then thought, "might as well order them" since the couch would take 3-5 weeks due to custom fabric selection. Excited to see the end product!!

Ordering and shipping I will give 5 stars ⭐️ Kristi Roberson was more than helpful. Delivery was a mess. Their was only 1 person to deliver my coddle ( not his fault ) and had to leave it in the lobby and couldn’t take up to the 3rd floor where I live which annoyed the manager. I had paid for white glove service, which the delivery man had with him and knew nothing about what it meant. I was able to get 2 friends to get it up my apartment, put it together and remove the packaging then take it to the recycling center and dispose of it. Again, Kristi Roberson was there and eased my anxiety throughout the whole mess up. God bless her she was professional and calming to me throughout the whole time . She deserves 10 stars.

We totally love our coddle, it is such great quality and more than we ever expected, It is truly everything they say and so comfortable, you can see how they really have researched over 100 years to come up with such a wonderful piece of furniture. My experience from my first call to order to the delivery was wonderful, the representative I had, Lillian, was so willing to help me place my order and went over all the details regarding the furniture and the delivery which went so smoothly and arrived earlier than anticipated, we are going to purchase another one, I would definitely recommend this.

We ordered a 3000 NOK espresso machine in mid May 2017 from the Norwegian store (confidentliving.no). We paid using a bank transfer. The bank shows that the money has been transferred, but ConfidentLiving has no record of the order and as of 20.06.2017 has not sent us the espresso machine. The telephone number on the web site never answers and the email response to our inquiry about our order asks us to simply get back to them at a later point in time. This is a business that did not deliver our order, and is not reachable by phone. Update: August 2017. After several months of waiting, the machine has arrived on July 21st. While the wait was unacceptably long, the company is a legit business that delivers goods. There was apparently some glitch in the order system, which allowed them to somehow receive the money but not send the product. While customer service was nearly impossible to reach by phone, we managed to reach them via email and the response was prompt and friendly. Eventually, over the course of several months, the issue was resolved and we received the ordered product.

Bought an expensive coffee table in October, and one legs has completely broken off. Only reaction I get from Customer Service is that they have contacted the supplier. I bought from Confident Living, so I don't care what the supplier says... they have basically deferred the issue to the supplier and taken no responsibility themselves for their products. Very poor service.

I have worked with Cooper Lace a few times now and have been thrilled with the experience and the products! I searched exhaustively and nowhere else was I able to find lace that was so beautifully designed and made in cotton. My father grew up in Nottingham, where some of the looms are from. When I was little, we could still go to the market there for gorgeous cotton lace, but that all disappeared many years ago. Now, I've found it again and the Eastlake pattern has added so much to my mother's late Victorian home, as have the Cherwell and Brownstone patterns at my Edwardian B&B, The Caversham House in Stratford, ON. They offer privacy but keep the light shining through. The service is timely and the process a pleasure. Thanks Dan!

I don't often give 5 stars - meeting all expectations earns 3 stars. But Dan consistently goes above and beyond. He is kind, polite, and responsive and does not pressure you into making a decision until you are ready. He also is wiling to do whatever he can to meet your needs. And trust his judgement on which pattern will look good in your room, he "nailed it" for the three upstairs rooms in which we hung his curtains. I can't wait to finish off the downstairs so I can order more curtains from him.

For us, it was well worth a 100 mile journey each way to be able to try, see and compare ALL the Desser range chairs in one location. Gary is knowledgeable, very helpful, and has a close relationship with the factory. He can therefore obtain exactly what you need. Lead times are short, and the delivery direct from the factory was efficient and courteous. Our experience proved the benefit of trying and seeing chairs, and not relying on the information in the brochure. We are very pleased with our new conservatory furniture.

We travelled over from South Wales to look at and then order two rattan chairs and coffee table from CPS. We were aware that we would need to wait until the chairs we liked were in stock, which wasn't a problem. The order was delivered by Gary about a month later. We are extremely pleased with the lovely comfy furniture which looks good in our conservatory.

Shutters looks awesome...fitted by a qualified carpenter who was the same one who measured up so no salesman involved which was great. Very pleased with the outcome. If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would give CRAFTSMEN SHUTTERS 10/10. They are very reliable, honest and trustworthy people, I cannot fault toby & Sam in anything. I love the quality, Colour, and style off my shutters . I have ordered my last set off shutters for my kitchen and on completion I will be sad to see them go. I have and I will continue to highly recommend them. Thank you Sam & Toby my house looks amazing.

Didn’t get a dispatch email, so wasn’t aware bed was being delivered so it was left next to a skip for 3 days, unknown to me in pouring rain, the second box which I also wasn’t aware was coming separately also got left outside. No communication or cards left. Delivery said 1-2 days so I was expecting in a Friday at latest, came on the Tuesday so my son had no bed for 3 days. A Fairly big deal when you’re 6. Raised it with customer service and they couldn’t have cared less.

I ordered curtains and expected them within the advertised two week period. When the two weeks elapsed, I called to query where my curtains were. There had been an inexplicable mistake which meant I had to wait a further two weeks for my curtains. I asked for a discount to reflect the bad service and was promised my request had been passed on but heard nothing. I emailed but again no response. The curtains finally arrived but without the special hooks (they are pinch pleat and require special hooks) so had to call again to get the hooks sent out. No discount offered so I asked and was given a measly 10%. If you want curtains as advertised, don't choose this company. They take your money and then do what they want.

The blind took over two weeks to come and we heard nothing in that time after the initial order confirmation email, so we were getting a bit worried about the process. But they were worth waiting for.

I have just had 4 rooms fitted with Day & Night blinds to which I can say I was very pleased and satisfied with. From start of ordering the blinds to the fitting of the blinds I cannot fault anything. The gentleman who measured for the blinds and the fitter were very professional and friendly, neat and tidy work carried out. I would highly recommend Custom Fitted blinds to my friends and family.

We have ordered the kitchen and waited for 4 months.finally the kitchen was delivered and installed last week. The service from design advisor was very good. Many good ideas brought us to this final design. However, there are still several things annoying us, and the problems are unsolved yet. We've contacted the service center and get the promise to call us back, unfortunately after 5 working days this didn't happen. It is disappointing to get this kind service. The unsolved issues are: - several parts are too short, need to order again. - Damage of cabinet, so the wooden plates need to be replaced. - The top composition working plate (werkblad) has many defects on the edge, very clear. - Damage on the extractor hood (afzuigkap) - Unnecessary extra space and drainage installed for the cupboard (wandkast), so it is extra work and costs for us. and we lost ca 10cm walking space between the cupboard and the island. Until now, the top plate is just placed on the island without 100% solid gluing. It is quite dangerous when our kids are at home.

Bought a sofa from them mid-September and it started coming apart at the beginning of January. Very disappointed, contacted them and they basically said that it's my fault and that the sofa was overused and this is why the backrest is now coming apart from the metal brackets. I explained to them that there is no case of a sofa being overused in just 4 months. Also, we are a family of 2 and a toddler, so there was no case of over usage. They said that because pressure was applied to the backrest that is why I have problems with the sofa. I explained that a backrest is meant for people to lean on and that is the whole purpose of a backrest. So basically if you buy a sofa from them and you don't want to have any problems with it just keep it on display and don't sit on it or lean on the backrest as it will be your fault if it brakes. Absolutely no support from the warranty team or from them, I was offered new brackets to replace them myself but that was it, even though the wood bit that the brackets screw on I completely destroyed as the screws came out, so basically replacing the brackets will no work and most likely the problem will reappear again. Faulty design and poor quality will definitely not buy again from them. Poor customer service.

Awful service! Wardrobe was almost 2 months later than scheduled, the day before it arrived they said I needed to provide a parking permit for central London for their delivery. What e-commerce company asks you to arrange for parking to deliver?! When I called them up customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful, wanting to charge me £49 if I couldn't provide parking. If you live in Central London choose a more serious furniture shop that actually cares about its customers.

Our choice; porcelain tiles that Robert had shown to us. Work was completed by efficient (and funny) Victor and assisted by Michel (Michael) in two days. We are into our first week with the new tiles and we love 'em. Thank you Steve and Robert; also Paul in the office and scheduler Sam.

Bought six dining chairs more than 4 years ago. They still look great. On a few of them, after 4(!) years, the connection pieces somehow broke. I sent them an email and within 3 days i had the entire replacement set sent to my house at no charge .Very impressed with this level of service and I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered 2 large lampshades from the website and also two holders, which the site indicated I needed, although I didn't know why as previously all components have been supplied when I have bought lampshades. I had searched the Internet extensively and finally found what I wanted at Discount Lighting. My payment took a while to go through my account but as I didn't require the items immediately wasnt concerned about length of time it took to receive them I do have an issue with Interlink, the courier used, however this was resolved by the friendly staff at Discount Lighting hence my rating of four. I would purchase again as the site has tons of options for lighting, and the company's service was very good. I would just be prepared for the poor service by the courier.

I was always a bit sceptical about buying a bed on-line but I'm so glad I did because this bed is excellent quality, Looks fabulous and was so easy to assemble (took me under 30 mins on my own). But it doesn’t only look good it’s very comfortable, exactly what I was looking for and provides a great nights sleep. I had a few questions before placing my order and all my emails were responded to quickly and efficiently, very friendly staff that did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. I had contacted another bed company and they were very rude and unhelpful. I had some questions about the shade of a specific colour fabric and they were unsure themselves! However when I had contacted divan-beds.co.uk they were super helpful, explaining the colour I was after and the exact shade of it. This was important for me as the bed is the feature of my bedroom. I had decorated my bedroom beforehand so the colours of the walls etc would need to match the bed exactly. The Grey Suede colour was exactly what I was after and now that it’s delivered and in my bedroom it really completes the room! I would definitely use this company again and the delivery driver was so pleasant and helpful. Overall great experience purchasing my Divan and Mattress and have recommended you to friends and family who were interested after seeing mine. Thank you Divan-Beds.co.uk!

We ordered a rug and it was delivered in 2 weeks even though the website said it could take up to 5. Very happy with the prompt delivery, and the quality of the rug. The only complaint I have is when entering my address for delivery via GLS, I was unable to enter my house number so GLS had to contact me for the information. The website should allow me to enter my full address. This was a minor inconvenience, but not a reason to remove any stars.

Ordered a 3 light ceiling bar and a matching single light and even though one of the items was out of stock when we placed the order communication was great and we were kept informed throughout the process . My experience is that they know what hey are talking about and the 3 or 4 people I am in contact with are all very customer minded, The products I received from Ecolight were high quality products. In a coöperation you always face little problems. But Ecolight always find acceptable ways out.

I bought my pillow after a nights stay at the Radisson Manchester airport. The pillow is good and fluffs up well. For preference I would have liked a little firmer but still very good. It was delivered quickly and packing was good too. I'm hoping it will wear well. It's certainly helping me get a better nights sleep.

I was disappointed with the colour of the bedding and returned it and was dismayed that I had to pay £13.60 to send it back although I was told on the telephone they would refund it. They changed their mind once I sent it back claiming as there wasn’t anything wrong with it I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. The name of the bedding was exactly the Ted Baker name I was looking for however the colour was slightly different, not good service if you want to offer an online service you need to put on place a system for free returns. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I’m recently moving to Amsterdam from Shanghai and looking for good bed for a long term quality sleep. Visited Broring for 3 times and tried to choose a tailor made bed by Suzanne’s advice and patient explanation. I have to admit that I changed minds for twice but Broring’s experts always put my need in the first place and willing to fix the bed size and delivery date for me. While Suzanne’s holiday, Igor also tried to help with finalization for the order. I really appreciate the help, a great range of selection of the beds in Broring and such friendly staff.
