I have had a set of the durawood furniture for over 15 years and have been very pleased with them. This year we decided to freshen them up with new roping and they look fantastic. Changing out the roping does require patience, but the results are fantastic.

The rug was insufficiently addressed. As a result Parcel forced refused to deliver and it arrived too late for the event it was intended for. I was eventually able to collect it from the distribution centre some miles away just before it was due to be returned to you undelivered. I haven't opened the parcel yet.

I think the videos of all the fountains is a great idea - certainly will cut down on returns I would imagine. I was looking for a particular sound the fountain would make-more of a rushing stream rather than a dripping or drizzling sound. Hopefully that is what it will sound like! Fairly confident due to the video I got what I was looking for.

I bought a clock it came packed great and beautiful . On the third day the clock quit working half way thru the 9 o'clock cycle. I emailed and asked for an exchange they emailed with instructions on how to fix the chain on the pulley. Doing what they suggested the chain came completely out of the clock. We emailed back and forth for a whole week I asked for a refund or exchange a couple of times. They keep saying it wasn't necessary and told me again how to fix the clock. After a few hours of trying and failing the suggested I take it to a clock shop. I again asked for a refund or exchange and the emailed the same directions . I tried again with no success . Tje clock is supposef to have a 2 year warranty i finnaly cut my loss and threw the clock away i will not buy anothet clock from this company.

I shopped online, looking at many rug websites and examining hundreds of rugs, comparing the rug quality of wool types, knots per inch, etc, and was impressed with the transparency that Catalina Rugs provides. They were also the best educational website to learn more about the different Persian and Oriental rugs, like Tabriz, Heriz, Malayer, etc. Shawn appears in many of the rug educational videos on their website, and his clear explanations proved invaluable in helping me decide on a Tabriz. The rug was shipped quickly and well protected. The protective wrapping around the rug was high quality, composed of material nearly identical to a tarp, and colored white without grommets. A free bonus was the perfectly sized rug pad for my non-standard sized Persian rug. I will replace the perfectly good rug pad with a SpillGuard Pad, as I spill things easily, yet what a nice gesture that reflects caring shop owners for their high quality rugs.

The product arrived 2 days after promised (5/17 instead of 5/15). But that was FedEx ground and not NPC, who had it on the truck 5/13 for a 5/12 order. So 4 - 5 stars to NPC and 2-3 stars to FedEx on shipping. The cover does not have side vents as promised - but that may not be a concern. The cover arrived in time for a CA Central Valley wind & rain test by nature - performed better than the last cover which would have started coming off in similar weather.

Although the hammock main quilted body part is nice, I thought the rope to tie the hammock to the board was not as thick as I thought it would be. I doubt it will last as long as our other hammock. We had our other one for over 15 years. If we get 5 out of this one I will be happy. Our ropes never broke on the other one but the board snapped in half. Our hammock gets heavy use. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast.

I just received my second custom cover from Mighty Covers, both orders have been processed efficiently, they kept me in the loop, and covers were delivered as promised. The young lady who helped me over the phone was so helpful and patient, answering all my questions. The first cover we ordered was for a wooden outdoor beverage cooler; the current order was for a cover for a butcher block we use on a covered deck as a grill side table. The whole cottage works brilliantly for us and our kitchen is the heart of it. I love cooking, eating, and just being in it... and often I choose to work at the table rather than sit in the study. We have so many fond memories of the renovation process and of course you were a huge part of what we did... As I told Andy, you were responsible for our bathroom design with the little step up to the shower across the whole length of the wall, the re-jig on the hall and utility dimensions and obviously the kitchen. There is nothing we would want to change even 4 years down the line! The kitchen is really hardwearing and copes with the dogs running in and out (do you remember choosing the floor on a wet day with your dog and ours running in and out over the stones with wet feet!?) and looks as beautiful now as it did when it was fitted. Ive religiously oiled the worktops and they are mellow and unmarked. Its all great! Please do call in sometime if you are ever passing or if you ever have someone close who wants to look at a kitchen and bring them over. In the case of unfitted it is safe to say that the high price tag does not equate to great service or good quality. I There was a problem with the design and measurements causing 1 cupboard to only partially open and the door getting scratched because it opens onto the oven door (see photos). I mentioned this right away when the kitchen was fitted but the company did not take any responability and said it should fit because Mark came and took measurements in person.. but you can see from the photos that it obviosuly doesnt fit! We have had the kitchen installed 6 months and the cabinets looks years old with chips all over the place you can see we still do not have skirting/plinth because Unfitted were unwilling to supply skirting tall enough for our kitchen (the whole kitchen units needed to be fitted higher because our beco dishwasher was taller than the unfitted units would allow for.) My advice would be to not waste your money with this company. We gave huge regrets. We took on a full house resortation and using unfitted kitchens has been the only negative experience so far.

I spent considerable time reading reviews of barbecue cabinets before purchasing a set of three for our patio. I decided to go with the NewAge grey glass front cabinets and I love them. They arrived earlier than expected and all were well packed and in good condition on arrival. They are sturdy and fit our new Napoleon grill perfectly. It took longer than I expected to put them together, but the results were worthwhile. Now, we'll see how they stand up to the weather.

I purchase the aluminium Outdoor 3 piece cabinets 97" x 24" with stainless steel counter tops. On the website, this product is advertised as weather resistant - will withstand water, snow, wind, backyard debris. The stainless steel counter tops that came with kitchen cabinets started corroding in less than 2 months. Called their customer service and was told if there's the presence of salt or chlorine, it WILL CORRODE. My house is about 1/2 mile to the ocean, but no chlorine is present. The company FAIL TO DISCLOSE this fact to INFORM consumers that the stainless steel is NOT weather resistant. If salt is present in the air, such as for a house close to the ocean - this product will CORRODE!! Consumers can order directly through there website newageproducts.com or thru Lowes, Homedepot, Walmart.. I paid $2400 plus additional shipping to Hawaii.. this is NOT something I can return easily!

It is advised to stay away from this vendor. Unfortunately, I didn't see the reviews on Yelp before. It would have saved a lot of effort and saved a nearly year project on cabinet doors. I had an extremely bad experience with bestcabinetdoors vendor in NC. It took them 14 weeks to make cabinet doors and in the end, they didn't do a stain match. They have refused to fix it. Their website is https://bestcabinetdoors.com and they are in Hickory, NC. They may have the lowest fees but their quality and response are the worst. I'm trying to sue them in court but unfortunately, I live in California and there is no easy way to do it. Given I didn't respond in time so I couldn't use my credit card services to return the purchase. Forgot to mention one more thing. The company engaged in a fraudulent charge on my credit card with an amount of $6300 and as Cabinet Door World (https://www.cabinetdoorworld.com/). Luckily I was able to dispute it in time.

Been waiting since end of March for TWO doors. Was told regardless of COVID-19, business was still able to operate. First ship date was mid April, then pushed to May, again pushed to end of June. Every time I call to follow up, I receive conflicting information. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would be put on "the manager's wait list". Apparently, I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. Oh and these TWO doors are for a client of ours so it's a ripple effect of dissatisfied customers.

Bucks County Carpet and Floor made me very happy. The carpet looks fantastic and it is a dramatic improvement. Measure was done quickly and accurately, and quote was provided after the measure. The install was flawless, they came in, ripped out all the carpet in the upstairs, moved furniture and laid carpet for the living room, hall, 13 stairs to the basement and 2 bedrooms. They are definitely the best and I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone!!

I purchased a Modern Square Mount Chandelier with remote on this site and I’m kind a bit of excited when I saw the product but what makes me feel more excited is when I already saw it lightened our home. I’m very glad to find this page because aside from the fact that they offer a wide variety of Mases Lighting that built with reasonable price and quality products.

After shopping around for several months and visiting all the big box, chain stores, as well as some smaller stores I decided to visit Leader's Casual Furniture in Vero Beach, Florida. My salesperson, Sherry, was friendly, professional and knew her products. She was able to answer all my questions and give me some time to look around without hovering over me. Every aspect of my purchase was 100% to my satisfaction. Delivery was only three days and the delivery men handled my couch with the utmost care. I highly recommend LEADER'S CASUAL FURNITURE.

Le Beanock should be called Le rip off. Awful from start to finish. Failed promises to deliver on time. Hammock finally arrived (3 weeks late) and was nothing like it was described as being. Complete rubbish. Abysmal design.Badly made. Fell apart after days. Zero customer service. Finally got my money back (thank you barclaycard) Anyone thinking about buying one of these from Le Beanock shoudn't be sucked in by the fact the product was on Dragons Den!! They should be on TV. They are fit for the bin, where mine ended up!!

There were errors on Beddington's part & on Canada Post's part for the January 5th delivery that I never got but the wrong address that was entered on the shipment sticker had 4-233 Nassau St N Winnipeg, Mb. R3L 2H7. Regarding the delivery on Jan 19 - my telephone number was not accurately displayed on the shipment sticker - so had I not called Beddintion's to tell them I had no delivery & no phone call or any notification from Fedex that they had attempted to deliver my duvet - who knows what would have happened. I had to go & pick up my duvet - it took almost 2 hours to get it & go home again. I don't know if I will order from Beddingtons again or not. I am still thinking about the whole fiasco.

I recently purchased 2 items online . When they arrived on product had a sticker price $10 less than what I paid for. I sent 2 emails back to customer service and also called customer service. I have not received any response. All I was asking for was a $10 refund or credit as I have been a loyal customer for years.

I saw ad for comforter set on sale so I went to seller's ste. I put the item in the cart but the site then shut down. I wasn't able to complete the checkout. Tried periodically for a couple of hours and it was still down so I decided to do a google search for another retailer who carried this for about the same price. I found it on Amazon by the same seller. It showed the item had 10+ in stock. I purchased one set. Price I paid on Amazon wasn't as cheap as it was directly from their site but it was still a good buy. The charge went through and showed pending on my card and I received a confirmation from Amazon of the order. Hour or 2 later, I received a cancellation from Amazon. The reason provided was "technical difficulties". I've been an Amazon Prime member and I've never seen this before. I assumed at first that the retailer was out of stock. I emailed Designer Living through the contact seller link on Amazon. I then called them as well. I then called them as well. They stated they were NOT at fault for the cancellation.It was Amazon's fault. I then called Amazon and all they could say is that it was cancelled due to "technical difficulty" as listed. I didn't know what this meant and I wasn't at all sure that it was Amazon's fault since their site was in fact down, and it appeared they were kinda a mess. I also saw that the order did go through and had charged my card for the authorization & was confirmed by email so either way, I chalked it up to me not getting the order. Still...Not end of story.. Hours later, I then received an email in response to my earlier inquiry sent to Designer Living after order was cancelled. It said that the item I ordered was NOT out of stock and they didn't know why order was cancelled. I thought since I read the email almost right after it was sent, I would go online and place another reorder. Hopefully, first order was cancelled due to a glitch and this one would go through based on what they had just stated in the email. I immediately went back onto Amazon and placed a reorder for a single set. It showed 3 remaining in stock. Same thing happened, I received an authorization hold on my credit card and an email confirmation from Amazon. About 1.5 hours later, I received another Amazon email cancellation. This time the cause was listed as "item out of stock". I went back online and it was still showing 3 in stock. I was completely irritated. Now not only did they waste all my time placing and following up on orders, they also wasted more money that would be held up for about a 7 day hold that I wouldn't have access to until it was released. It's the end of the month so this was unnecessarily holding my funds for the initial order and then subsequent order after they said it was still in stock but it wasn't! I was pretty made then so I called the company again to see why I had received different and incorrect information. I spoke to a CSR and was told that they were experiencing issues with their website for many hours and they had been attempting to adjust their quantity of this item. She stated that this item was out of stock for many hours, even prior to the time of my 1st order. Inexcusable because even if they were unable to adjust quantity on their own website, they should have been able to do so easily directly on Amazon since their site had nothing to do with it. Amazon was up and running and the quantity is adjusted directly through that site, with a few minutes & easy clicks. I've sold on Amazon before so I'm aware it's not difficult to adjust inventory. They were aware that they didn't have any remaining in stock and yet, I received an email stating that they did and that the initial order wasn't cancelled from their end. Neither of those things was true and apparently, they don't share information either. It appears that they do have good sale prices but be aware that situations like this apparently happen pretty often I've read plenty of negative reviews dealing with issues such as stock availability, order cancellations and misinformation provided. You may want to consider shopping somewhere else if it's an important gift or something you want to make sure you get. You might pass up on another sale item to order from them and then end up getting cancelled and not getting it. Also, if you place an expensive order then you could end up having your funds authorized and held for 7-10 days depending on your bank before they release the funds back into your balance for availability. That is important if you are looking to get a certain item on sale and only have a limited amount of money till say next payday. Then you might end up with a cancelled order but the funds still held till the authorization falls off. In that case, you might not be able to reorder from someone else till those funds are available again. I think this company is really messy and it's not worth it for me to try and order a 3rd time. I won't be shopping with them again through their direct store, Amazon, Ebay, or a garage sale. lol

How much do you value a good nights sleep? Over 20 years ago I started to have neck and back issues, and back then Paul Harvey was advertising what was the call back then the Select Comfort beds . I purchased my bed back in 1994, and my first mattress lasted 18 years ! Recently because my neck and back issues have become so bad then I decided I needed to get a foundation that would allow me to change positions electronically and I saw them advertising on the TV . I purchased the multiple position bed and it has been a godsend . So my sleep number bed , along with mypillow.com pillows, have allowed me at least to get a good nights sleep . If you are dealing with ordinary arthritis even ,as you get older, I absolutely recommend this bed !

Purchased bed and adjustable base. Was told about the 100 day refund if not satisfied. Well, we were not satisfied at all! Bed was horrible at any setting. Hot! What they neglected to tell me was that only the mattress was refundable and you are stuck with the mechanical base which means you would be out the over $3,000.00! I will give them credit as they reviewed the phone conversation of me ordering the bed and did confirm that this was not explained to me so they did end up taking both pieces back and issuing a refund. I give their customer service high marks for a product that is highly overrated and extremely over advertised as the best sleep available. The bed is very difficult to put very over priced cheap sheets on and I had to take a loss on then as well as the mattress pad. The most expensive mistake I have ever made!

Purchased the Reverie bed with a soft configuration, and sleeping on my side I no longer wake up with back pain. My girlfriend not only likes how comfortable it is, but the fact that our bed never gets hot is such an added benefit. This has to be the most amazing bed ever. It is like the best parts of a temperpedic combined with a sleep number bed and an electric back rest. I like how when the bed gets so called lumpy you can just replace the middle and not worry about replacing the entire thing too. The only downside is the big price tag. The highest end temperpedic beds run about $7K for a king, and I do own one of those and will say it is worth it. These run about the same price except you also get the electric back rest and you can customize the bed so both you and your partner can have different sleep experiences. From that point of view it is a no brainer to pick this over the highest end temperpedic beds.

I purchased 2 sets of wood-look window blinds that had to be cut to size. I had a little problem in that one of them was missing the stick to rotate them open/closed. One phone call to the company and they immediately sent a replacement. The blinds were better than I expected and will buy from them again the next time I need blinds.

The Blinds I can let down from the top or raise from the bottom or do both. That gives me loads of options. The blinds insulates the cold out. After 5 years I still love the way they look from the outside and inside too. One thing I would change is - I would order two blinds instead of one blind to cover the double windows. The reason is the larger blind is heavy for me to raise.

I've recently moved into a new apartment which was being provided with the standard chain operated blinds and Ryan provided excellent consultancy support to help upgrade these into automated smart blinds. I ordered my rug based on the reviews from other customers and I didn't find anything online that was negative about them. I didn't realize those reviews are not live reviews and you can't post one of your own. The rug I ordered was very cheaply made, the pile was so short you could almost see through the rug. They did offer a refund / exchange so I'll see what the new rug is like and amend my review as I go.

Everyone was very helpful but I had to have so many chats and emails over a few days to finally make the purchase happen. The website wasn't straight forward. I was just trying to purchase a specific rug without border, padding, etc. And when trying to calculate the size it took the help of customer service to keep sending me links to the next step, then the next step, etc. It was not like that if picked out a carpet material myself.

We purchased two couches from Haynes in Newport News. Waited almost two months to get them. We finally get them home, and one of the couches has two holes in the fabric with a nail getting ready to poke through the fabric. My husband called them..and as we thought, it's our fault. The couches were wrapped in plastic, but somehow the defects are our fault. And of course they said it's ok that we claim it on our warranty we purchased! This is crap!! And we will never purchase any piece of furniture from this company ever again!!

Wrong Product Shipped, Now Out of What I Ordered It took way to long (3 weeks) for our order of a Wolf Blender to arrive and when it finally did it was a multi function cooker. It took me 3 days to get through to a real person for customer support (Brenda is the only reason this isn't a 1 star rating). But now they are out of the product I ordered and they have not provided any additional info as to when I will get my order. Highly recommend not using this company. I chose it because it is located in Canada and I am Canadian but I regret that now.

AVOID AVOID AVOID A truly appalling company. We ordered a set of chairs early January 2022, which did not arrive until June 2022. During this period were continually assured that the goods would arrive on specific dates, but no show every time. The chairs eventually arrived almost 6 months later with damaged upholstery, for which they blamed the courier, but it is hard to see how missing upholstery buttons could be attributed to this. More likely the goods were not checked on leaving their depot, i.e. absolutely no quality control. All communication from the company throughout this period had to be initiated by ourselves, with no apology or compensation offered for having £158 of our money for over 21 weeks. The goods were eventually uplifted and after warning of our intention to begin court proceedings, the money was eventually refunded. They clearer have have nothing but cynical contempt for thier customers. Incredible they are still in business, but I've read elsewhere here that they are now operating under another name. So watch out.

From the reviews I read they got the same runaround. First address wasn't. usable then a shipping label was made and waiting to be picked up from shipper. 2 weeks later the item is out of stock and can not get it because of c-virs. Asked for my money back and have not heard anything since.

My hobby is buying old lamps and refurbishing them to "like new" condition by replacing ALL worn or broken parts, and sometimes redesigning them because parts can't be reused. I can buy virtually anything I need from My Lamp Parts for less than any other vendor. They have proven reliable and responsive on every occasion that I've dealt with them. GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I had been searching for a lamp that was not just a traditional lamp but a piece of art in its structure. I had all but given up when I ran into your website while browsing the internet. I found the perfect art piece in a lamp. Also impressive was the vast diverse selection of lamps in any budget price range for a quality piece. The lamps are what I paid for, cute design, made of resin, with finials that are a bit crooked. One of the lamps arrived cracked all the way around the base with a few chunks missing. I have supplied Houzz with details and pictures and their response has been ridiculously slow.

When I initially bought this item I was excited and pleased at the price it was offered for. Almost a month later I've been left disappointed. I understand the backorder was the cause of the delay. But the communication during this time was underwhelming. First I had to sent an email because I hadn't heard anything since a few days after I placed the order. Once I did hear back after asking for an ETA. I was told, "Your item shipped on this day" . Again I had to email again to ask the very same question and at that point is when I received an email with the details I asked for. That really makes me wonder, would I have received any type of communication at all had I not said anything? I'm not pleased with the service I've received, specifically pertaining to the lack of communication. It just seems it would have been easier to send out some automated emails with updates.

It was difficult to confirm the “finish” on the final page before placing my order since the product # and description did not show the gold finish I chose and neither did the photo of the light. However, I like that your site is selective with the quality of the products you sell.
