We bought a lovely looking chair back in Dec 2020 but when it arrived in late Jan it was missing all the screws needed to assemble. We are now entering March and still no screws. I have been really disappointed with the response of the team to send out the missing screws or to arrange a return (without being charged). The chair is currently boxed up in my garage. I’m really disappointed, avoid buying furniture from here would be my recommendation.

I left a 3 star review on here after placing an order for a blanket box on 2nd April. The website said it was in stock at the time I placed the order...when infact it wasn’t. I heard nothing from the company for 7-10 days, so I got in touch with them. They told me the item was out of stock and due in on 20th May. It’s now the 28th May and I still don’t have my blanket box. It’s unfair that this timescale was not as advertised and I could have found an alternative from somewhere else 2 months beforehand, had I have been given the correct information. The company were very desperate for me to remove my honest feed back off here but I refused. I would suggest using a well known and reputable company. What a waste of time.

I found the customer service excellent the person who took my order went out of his way to get my coffee tables for Christmas. Items came very well packaged. The tables are better than I expected much heavier and more solidly built. Grey top showing the oak grain and pale grey legs looks amazing ! Very pleased indeed

Working with Gales Carpet One in Riverton is always a pleasant experience. Sarah was extremely helpful in choosing the right product and scheduling installation. Our construction didn't follow the original timeline but Janet assured us that there was no hurry, allowing us to contact them when we were ready without pressure or added stress. The installer was kind and professional. He went above and beyond, cutting the flooring so that the pattern appears properly, as it wasn't printed exactly right. I had no concerns about having him in my home without us. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. We will continue to use Gales Carpet One for our flooring needs.

Ordered a table on May 31, 2019 and it didn't come with all the section cups. Emailed them in June requesting suction cups. They sent me the wrong product. I was told today July 23, 1019 that my request was “far out of the manufacture extended warranty.” How would this order be “far out of the manufacture extended warranty” when it was ordered this year on May 31? This will be the last time i ever order from this company. VERY HORRIBLE

My local Grand Furnishings is in Lynchburg, VA. My health is not good and it is difficult to get into the store.They were VERY helpful when I was trying to purchase a sofa over the phone after finding what I wanted online but had to call Customer Service to arrange for delivery. Delivery men were professional and courteous and were in and out in just a few minutes. Grand always has what I am looking for, even when I research other companies online. All my experiences over the years with Grand have all been great.

The sales representative was fantastic, he was kind and very helpful. But when I called the billing department to see when I would get my bill and to check to see if they had the correct address, she told me no before I even finished my question. She thought I was asking a financial question that only Wells Fargo could answer, but I completed my sentence after she rudely interrupted me and she oh yeah I can check. It would of made it a lot easier if she would of just let me finish talking before just telling me no. I won’t be buying from here again simply because I don’t want to have to deal with a rude women every time I have to pay my bill or ask a question. I do appreciate the salesman but I won’t be dealing with him for the long run.

Our order and delivery went well and as scheduled, except that when we checked the delivery, we were short of a ceiling light and the other one that came was the wrong colour. We contacted the company via whatsapp and managed to clear this up with them, and they promised to re-deliver the missing and wrong items. However, the 1st re-delivery wasn't fulfilled by the company. We contacted the company again via whatsapp and were assured of a 2nd re-delivery the next day, and unfortunately, it was again not fulfilled. We made 2 trips down to our place which is undergoing renovation to check for delivery, only to be disappointed twice. It was finally delivered after the 3rd arrangement. Coordination with their logistics partner should be improved to avoid losing the trust of customers and credibility of the company.

Online Furniture Ordering system - nice and easy. this company kept up to date on the back order for the furniture we ordered (5 pieces) about 3 weeks ago. I am informed by the phone, my order arrives last week, I am surprised my order has arrived in Wellington so quick during this very special time, Alert level 3 in Auckland. No problems at all so they took it to the room we want upstairs. Very good service, we love our new furniture. Thanks The furniture itself is very good quality. Will happily buy from these guys again.

We have been living with our Harvey Jones kitchen for a year now and I wanted to write and say Thank you. The kitchen and laundry are fabulous, both functional and beautiful. I admire the rounded corners on the dresser unit which is a lovely touch and the fridge is brilliant. There is nothing that we would change. Particularly Thank you to Jenny for your help in addressing the snagging. I don’t know what the problem was, but the replacement plugs in the Belfast sink now both hold water. We had trouble setting up our LED lights so phoned Polis for help and he was amazing after an hour on the phone i was still unable to connect my phone to the lights wifi and LED controller so Polis sent me a remote control and another LED controller which arrived next day at no charge to me so today i phoned polis and after half hour we got the remote working and then the phones through the easy lighting app, polis was absolutey fantastic and so patient and not once got angry so glad we got it all working now and it looks absolutely fantastic in our bathroom - i would highly recommend not just cause of fantastic service but the product is 1st class (waterproof nano white and coloured stripes) - thank u Polis u where fantastic - Steph Lower xx

I recently ordered several rolls of RGB+WW 12mm LED strips to be installed. I called the support team to get advice and spoke to Oli about products and how to install the lighting and Oli was a massive help. The delivery was fast so over all I am very impressed with the Hi Line service and the high standard of the products. I will shop with Hi Line Lighting again soon.

I ordered 2 glasses for a Christmas present, they were delivered in good time, but when opened on Christmas Day, one of the glasses was broken. I contacted straight away and Fran came back to me with a speedy response and agreed to send a new glass free of charge. Great value and quality, the fitter of the blinds was abrupt upon payment as we didn’t have a card to pay with and time we had chance to say we will obviously pay cash, he was rude and said if you don’t pay I will take them down and go. Seriously this is not the way to speak to client who have just spent A lot of money investing in blinds. Some training in how to speak to customers would be a benefit to one of the older gentleman! Was going to look at doing our other property with blinds but I will seriously have to consider if we want to use this company again due to the rudeness of their blind fitter.

I emailed Gordon about a problem I was having with my Vienna regulator - he gave me some really helpful suggestions which I (as an inexperienced person) could easily carry out, including exactly how to solder. Gordon also has a cheerful, can-do approach and a huge enthusiasm for clocks which makes his advice interesting and even more useful. Thanks to Gordon my clock is now running perfectly. Thank you!

Gordon at Horologica was incredibly helpful from the moment I first contacted him. He responded quickly to enquiries, explained things clearly, was very reliable about arrangements, advised as to the best course of action, checked with me at one point when there was an option to do extra work on my barometer, stuck to the agreed pricing, and provided clear guidelines. I was nervous about leaving a much loved barometer with him, but no need at all, he was entirely reliable. He did a great job, has fixed and cleaned up the barometer and it's up on the wall working perfectly.

Received £70 pendant with manufacturers damage to glass with dents, contacted house of received a response acknowledging damage and was given 2 options a partial refund or a replacement. I thought quick response and resolution a week later no more communications via email I’ve called everyday left 1 voicemail over the weekend and still no response. This is not a service I would expect, this was the first and last time I will use this company. A lot of companies are trading during the this pandemic taking the money and when a problem, delays and current state is blamed then nothing else happens. So another company I will be reporting to my bank and maybe even trading standards via the sales of good act as this item isn’t fit for purpose if I continue to hear nothing back. I believe this shouldn’t be allowed if your trading then customer service should still be given with a slight delay perhaps but to continue trading taking customers money with minimal responses or resolutions that are followed through very disappointed considering it was a make over that someone had done and was gifted this particular pendants from this company would of thought better. But I guess her review was based on a freebie. Very disappointed

Terrible experience Paid for 4 lights 8 weeks ago. No idea when they may be delivered. Multiple attempts to try to contact iLamparas but with no success. I wonder whether I will ever even receive these lights!! Do not use iLamparas. Despite replies to contact them for an update they are still uncontactable!! They reply to a bad review but not to a paid order query. So frustrating. DO NOT USE iLamparas THIS MUST BE A SCAM OUTFIT. Multiple terrible reviews of similar experiences on Facebook. Dear Sirs and Madames, We received our order after more than 4 months. The goods arrived well packaged ..... But the communication with ilamparas is very, very slow. Apparently nobody is really responsible for the online shop. With fast, reliable, direct or prompt the work of them has nothing to do. It's not a FAKE shop, but you have to spend a lot of time and a laot more nerves when you buy in their online shop and want to have goods. Had a 2 month wait for delivery, very little communication, excuses every time I chased. Tried to cancel order, told me to accept the order as it had left the warehouse when it hadn’t, arrived days later without the complimentary bulbs and arrived damaged. A hassle to return and charged me £20 for the pleasure of it all. No lights, rubbish response from the team of inexperienced customer service people and.... they have now claimed I was abusive to staff ( I assume via email as I’ve never been there) to try to discredit me. Shame they are so incredibly immature and unprofessional the way they deal with customer issues. Have a look at their ’replies’ to any negative review on Google and you’ll see what I mean. Not people you ever want to deal with. Never mind the fact the quality of the product was cheap China rubbish with scrapes, poor fittings and awful colours.! I’d not hang those lights in ANY home of mine!

I recently bought a innr light strip to try some other non Hue Product via a german online store. Unfortunatly two segments of the strip didn't work and I was not able to turn off the strip completly (using conbee II). I contacted the great service team of innr and after sending the invoice and some pictures of the problem they returned a brand new light strip in a short time. I have used INNR bulbs for several years in my Philips Hue set up. They are cheaper than the Hue equivalents and work flawlessly as well. I use some standard sequences and all the bulbs both Hue and INNR work together perfectly well. In general value for money I would say INNR are the better product and in terms of customer service and communication they are as a company second to none. I have asked for advice and always received prompt emails and very helpful responses. Recently I experienced an issue with a bulb, a surprise as most of INNR bulbs are 3+ years old and have work faultlessly, I contacted the company not expecting a lot as I had the bulb for a period. After an email response a new bulb was dispatched to me and arrived in under two days. What can you say service like that is not very often experienced in these profit hungry days. I thoroughly recommend these bulbs and the company to everyone.

Ordered early January approximately 6 January, first lamps arrived broken notified Interiors on line with photos immediately,1 week later somebody picked up damaged goods ,8 days later after I emailed to ?? Where are lamps ,2 more were on there way ,they arrived today 2 February opened top of box looked in and broken again ,sent photo to Julie who has been very helpful from 1 st call ,is something wrong with packing ?? Am I the only one this has happened too twice ,what now ?..? ,I'm not a packer but using shades with lamps inside does not work perhaps bubble wrap,? What now ,?. Love lamps but obviously this is not working ????

We had our home renovated ten years ago and chose an In-toto kitchen. As a retired couple, it gets gentle wear, but after six years the laminate on all the cupboard doors started to blister and peel off. The showroom where I bought the kitchen has closed, and I contacted In-toto to explain the problem and sent photographs. Apparently the kitchen is guaranteed for 5 years, they acknowledged the doors were peeling and faulty and offered to replace them at my cost. Why would I want to actually BUY another set of doors from In-toto after such a short time? Other showrooms were appalled that no one came out to look at my kitchen. The kitchen may have looked nice, but ours was shoddy poor workmanship.

I had 3 kitchens,utility and kitchenette fitted by Intoto Kitchens,Woking at a project in Sheen that I was developing.There were many teething problems at the start on my side which Hassan and Jake addressed without any issues.There computer imaging,drawings and work ethic is brilliant,nothing seemed to much trouble and I would highly recommend using them!! Jali made me two Islamic style geometry MDF fretwork panels to go in the windows of our new house. They were cut to size perfectly and look great installed. The reason it is not 5 stars is that there was a problem with the first piece ordered - it was poorly cut and seemed to pass by their quality control. This was quickly resolved however and they sent another which was perfectly. It's a pity they wouldn't give a discount right at the beginning for two (identical) pieces but it kind of worked out because the first one served as a 'test'. In the end, both pieces look amazing and I will use this company again.

One of the worst companies I have ever encountered, part of which, to be fair, was down, I believe, to language miscomprehensions A simple purchase of a children's desk took over 2 months as they first said that shipping from Germany to the UK was impossible. Then, that changed, but they raised the price and added shipping costs which were originally included. They refused to honour the original price that was in place when I first placed the order Communication was torturously slow and often incomprehensible I eventually got the item (by paying more that the orignal offer price) though I have not yet assembled it. The price was the best available, however, When I ask if Best Desks, a UK company, who carried the same item, would match the price, they went into a long explanation how lovdock did not pay taxes which represented unfair competition and, in the end, told me to not contact them again Even lovdock's emails, for some reason, often crashed my system All in all, the desk seems to be fine but the customerr experience was horrible

I cannot accept a $7000+ sofa where the seat cushions slide out when you sit on it... and they are not very comfortable, if you sit for a long movie... The overall design is not sophisticated. Something is off... it looks like it was designed on a computer and not tested enough in actual rooms with other furniture... Has an IKEA look and feel...

Ordered furniture in October which was supposed to ship within a 24 hours. Furniture took 1 months to arrive and it was the wrong furniture set when it arrived. Had to figure out how to get rid of it. Then waited an additional 2 months for correct furniture to arrive. The chest arrived damaged (corner dented in) and filed claim immediately. Seven months later no response about claim. Not worth the trouble.

I ordered two 3' x 5' Nepal rugs from handknotted. com at $700 total, which arrived surprisingly fast. However both rugs were full of rust and oil stains as if both rugs had been used in a car shop. At my immediate complaint I was told that I could return them for 10 % as the stain were supposedly visible in the pictures and if FedEx was supposed to pick them up at my door another $5 would be subtracted. What a scam! I will attempt to steam clean them ad if that does not work, throw them away.

I have ordered 4 rugs from HandKnotted over the past week. I took advantage of the 10% new customer discount and the buy one-get one 10% discount for my first two. One of the first rugs was damaged prior to shipment and over the course of finding a replacement rug, I fell in love with an additional rug. Kudos to Anya, Amina, and JoAnn (especially Jo, because she had to deal with my inability to do do basic math this week). Everyone worked to resolve my problem. Everyone was kind and eager to help. And unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past, this company was able to find my orders instantly in their systems and pick up where a previous phone call left off. Stellar customer service. Someone give JoAnn a raise! Also, fast shipping and good work keeping me in the loop. Yes. I now have three semi antique rugs.

Found a chair to be suitable, asked where it is made to be told their furniture is made in China and takes 16 weeks delivery. Did not mind the del. time but refuse to buy from China. Parents purchased a sofa and chairs from this company two years ago and its shot, faded, cracked etc. It was not cheap either, nearly £2500.00. Would not recommend this company. The Chinese do not deserve our custom.
