Great product at a competitive price and coupled with excellent customer service. The fact that you can tailor your bed in a number of ways is a real differentiator. I would highly recommend the white glove delivery service too.

We are very happy with our London bed and under bed storage drawer. Your staff were very helpful in sending me two separate sets of wood samples which helped me make the right decision in selecting the Cinnamon stain which goes really well with the furniture already in the bedroom. We were fortunate in buying the bed during a sales promotion which was even better still. The only criticism I have is that there were no instructions enclosed to assemble the bed or drawer unit. This made the assembling of the bed and drawer a little longer.

When they make mistake they wont put it right ... I have received the wrong blinds ordered from this company, this company doesnt take responsibility for when things go wrong, instead they prefer blaming manufacturer and internal processes. I have a huge long box laying on my narrow hallway for 36 hours representing a trip hazard to my kids and despite numerous conversations with their customer service agent and their waste of customers time asking photos etc and explaining in the detail the situation i am still waiting for a courier collection and information of when the blinds i ordered , in priority delivery which i paid extra for, will be dispatched. The company has also not offered any refunds for all inconvenience caused , not even for the priority delivery fee i paid when initially placing order. I will have extra costs with handyman booking and this was all explained to this company but they just do not care. Terrible experience, a company that do not put things straight right when they go wrong do not need ones trade!

I bought a black out blind. It was very easy to fit and, because of their very simple measuring instructions, it exactly fit the recess. I had a question for them and a quick phone call to them sorted it straight away. The blind is excellent quality and operates very well with a strong positive pull chord, that has a wall fixing to keep it taught and away from children who could get their necks caught in a loose pull chord. It remains exactly parallel with the sill and needed no fiddly adjustment to keep it level - something I have had with other blinds. Overall, very pleased with service and especially quality.

I would not recommend although they have potential. I refurbished a newly bought house including new woody under-heated floor. They did very nice project. During installation they found that part of the pieces had been made too short so 2 months delay. Second installers did not protect floor, so many holes in new floor, in ceiling, but also few chips/holes within the furniture. Photos attached. Only today (28/06/2019) a chap came to see the damage: hardly looked into it, did not seem very interested, hardly listened to me and told - will discuss with bosses but don't know the time frame. So I think - for the money there is no point to risk re-doing floor or painting/plastering which I need to do now. Company seems to have good aspirations, but the installers simply did not feel responsible for the good name of N&J, unfortunately.

Over priced and poor quality. Does not match up to their statement of ‘luxury’. Oak posts arrived damaged and unvarnished and I was left with damaged skirting boards and a number of unnecessary gaps and holes. I then had to take time off work for the two days remedial work. The time allocated for the job was grossly underestimated. I would NOT recommend this company.

Has Rattan Direct gone out of business? I ditto everything that has been said. My order was supposed to have been delivered yesterday but wasn't. After waiting in a queue for 40 minutes and finally reaching the top of the telephone queue it went to a voicemail message saying to leave a message! I have sent three emails and have received no reply. Before placing my order I telephoned the company to check that the delivery time quoted was accurate and they assured me it was! Is it not fraudulent to accept orders and payment knowing you are not able to supply the order? I checked reviews via Trust Pilot before placing order and in general they were all positive - clearly Trust Pilot reviews cannot be taken seriously. Avoid this company at all cost.

I ordered a corner sofa on the 7th June which said 24th June for delivery. I then ordered an extra coffee table and that said delivery 11th August. I didn’t mind as long as I got the sofa in June. I rang up was assured it was June on the day I placed the order. Same as the other review, I emailed 10 days ago and no response, emailed this week, yesterday etc. And nothing. Sat at no. 1 in the queue for an hour and 10 mins and was hung up on! Was in a queue at number 22 the following day and as soon as I got to number 1 phone cut dead again-they hung up. Tried again this morning fir phone back and nothing. I have phone records for all this. I still have no comms about my order but they were quite happy to take my money straight away. Honestly all I want now is a refund as it is a shocking service. I can order and pay for the same sofa today and it says it will be delivered next weekend. Do not believe it.

Do not buy from this company. They are not UK based to start with. I paid £219 for my rug, within months it has faded of virtually all colour. Company not interest, they said this is normal! They state rug is ‘colourfast’ it’s not! Read all the reviews on Google, it’s shocking!

The rug arrived in good time but was very inferior for the price so I asked to return it, this is where it gets difficult you can only return to Switzerland or US at your own cost. I was quoted £79 by the company so I arranged postage myself at £34. If I had known this I never would have used this company, I have ordered many rugs from Wayfair at much better quality and prices and confident I could return if needed. Please be warned that this company is not a good one in my opinion.

This is only the second occasion I have purchased bulbs from LiquidLEDs, the reason being the products are excellent and do not need replacing. One bulb arrived damaged and a replacement was promptly sent. Excellent customer service!

I manager a small venue in the city that goes through a lot of light globes. The LED filament globes from Liquid LEDs always arrive promptly and in tack and last the length described on the box. The Spec info is also always accurate.

Initially no issues. Filled a kitchen, utility and bathroom with their fittings and GU10 Bulbs. Now two years on the bulbs have begun to fail, well within their quoted 25,000 hour lifespan. The third one has now gone. First two replaced with no issues. As I didn't register the extended warranty within the required timeframe (it's in the small print somewhere and we were busy refurbishing a house), they are no longer covered. Contacted customer service who say that, although the warranty is now three years as standard, as I bought them in November 2016, sorry but they can't help. Feels like you have to jump through hoops to have an issue resolved and leaves me with little trust in the quality or longevity of the remaining bulbs I have.

Avoid like the plague. I purchased a number of orders with LED Hut to benefit from their 5 year warranty on LumiLife LED bulbs. I actually paid over the odds for said bulbs to benefit from the 5 year warranty service. Fast forward two years, I have a handful of failed LumiLife bulps in need of replacement. I've been told, although LED Hut are still trading and offering EXACTLY the same service but operated by Supreme 88 Ltd, they refuse to honor warranty claims for anything purchased before 16/06/2019, all in all that leads me to having wasted close to £130 having purchased between December 2017 and January 2018. Having experienced multiple failures with all LumiLife bulbs purchased, I'll be amazed if I get 3 years out of a 1/4 of the products purchased. I appreciate things with financial difficulties and administrators being called in can impact services, however to purchase a brand name and offer the same services under that name, but refuse to fulfill warranty requests for the same products being sold with the same warranty promises, it's just a complete an utter con. If you're considering using LEDHut, I'd ask yourself how long Supreme 88 Ltd will operate with the brand, because that's effectively how long your warranty will be, it could be 6 months, it could be 12 months, 18 months who knows. Either way, it's an absolute disgrace.

I ordered Kiku bedside tables from Atkin & Thyme. The quality of the product doesn't have the bespoke or designer feel to it as the finished product doesn't look polished. The bottom of the drawers are a thick cardboard, which makes it look cheap. Whilst rest of the drawer is wood so not sure why the designer didn't make the entire drawer wood based. Because of this, it has IKEA look to the product. I am a bit disappointed. This was my first purchase with them and don't think I will be buying there again as I expected higher quality products.

Bad Communication, arrogant customer service! Dont Buy Chevron Dining table… Chevron Dining table, Not to buy! We only had dinner twice and have marks all over the table. You can easily drop anything to the table as it is a dining table. Even water left marks on it. There were no warning on the descriptions once we bought the table and there were no information/warning when we received the table. I wrote about it to the company but unfortunately the respond wasn't satisfying yet not helpful. We started to use table runners to prevent any type of problems but as you can imagine you can still drop a little things on the table as it is a dining table even though we are 2 of us, not have children as well. We are giving extra care by using the table, they are more marks on the table at the moment. After begging to ask to the company how to prevent any type of marks on the table, they were far from helping yet they were insisting that is our fault. It is not worth to pay that much money for a dining table if you won't enjoy with your dinner. They are not doing anything to support.

We bought bedroom furniture, dressing table, bedside tables and a king size bed. All the furniture except the bed was excellent. When we came to assemble the bed it became obvious that the brackets were not fitted correctly. We phoned Listers, no problem, they sent someone out to look at it, saw the problem and came out with new parts and assembled it for us. Excellent service, thank you Listers !

Viewed some bedroom furniture in the Chester store and decided to purchase it in my local Llandudno store. However, there was quite a price difference between the different shops- (£170.00), I pointed this out to the shop assistant , she checked on it on her computer and told me it was coming up as the price advertised in the Chester store so I bought it. I am wondering why that price wasn’t displayed ? All fine with the wardrobe but I went back to the store to look at another item to find that the price of the wardrobe was still being displayed at the more expensive price. This is so wrong!

I ordered 4 glass solar lights. They arrived 8 hours after the time I was given. They were in their normal box with an address label stuck on it. No attempt to wrap them safely or label them fragile. When I opened the box 2 were ok, one was in smithereens and the other had large cracks in it. I emailed customer service straight away and received an auto email followed a day later by another one Since then I've heard nothing other than a request to complete a questionnaire.

The items shown on their web site as dining chairs in violet was presented as a dark violet- purple colour ,the chairs I received was totally different -bright violet . The customer service is just horrid- they refused to pick up the goods , they insisted that the goods were the same on the web site as what we received. Furthermore the quality is rubbish .

Can’t remember having a worse customer experience. Ordered three matching items 3 months ago. One wasn’t in stock but was due to be in 4 weeks, so I asked if they could deliver other 2. They never said it wasn’t their policy to do so, they just did it. After several e-mails informing me of delay after delay for the third item, I gave up and asked them To collect the two items I’d already received and issue a full refund. They will only refund the outstanding item as I’ve had the other 2 longer than their returns policy allows, despite it being their fault, that I’ve waited so long. Terrible customer service. Complete farce of a company. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them.

Refund requested. Refund said its been issued, its hasn't and I'm currently £50 out of pocket. They don't carry stock, they dropship, which means they wait until they receive a few orders and then order it in to fulfil back orders, assuming its from China, so orders take a few weeks. They then contact you and say that it was clear on the website that there was nil stock due to popular demand. This wasn't the case. There was no such information. In fact, after checking, it says "in stock" yet an email from them says 7-14 days. If there was the real info, then they would not offer a next day premium delivery service. I opted for free delivery, 2 to 3 days. Glad I didn't pay for next day. Also it took 5 days to get a reply. It's just easier not to do business with them. Edit. They contatced me and were rude, no bother. But they copied in Trustpilot, talking nonsense about they work closely with them etc etc, however when I replied to all, the email address for Trustpilot wasn't even valid. Proper proper cowboys. Try reviewcentre and see the real reviews for this outfit, where they're all saying the exact same thing of ordering, not receiving and getting no replies to emails, apart from sales enquiries. There's not a contact number either, you can WhatsApp them.... They also asked me to send back the interior leds for a refund as they had cancelled the warranty on them. Who even talks like that? Paid £80 and all I've received so far is some Chinese LED interior lights that are the same as my mates from Ebay. As per the review below I also purchased some LEDs from Horizon for my BMW. When they arrived they were the wrong model (listed as my model) so I contacted them and they were happy to replace them with another item which I had to pay another £23.65 for- which arrived late despite paying extra for express delivery. When opened these were faulty and STILL did not fit correctly! They responded to my claim to return the items, accepted my delivery and have since failed to issue me a refund and Alex in ‘customer services’ has failed to reply to any communication through email and WhatsApp! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Just Awful Have ordered before from happy beds no issues so ordered a bed for xmas guests due to be delivered 20th, on the 16th at 5.30pm while out shopping and with no notification at all I get a call from the driver to say he is outside trying to deliver, so as dont want to wait for a re-delivery I rush back home only to find he only had part of the bed and has no idea where the 2nd part of my order is. His response "well it could still be sitting in the depot". I sign to say only 1 part recieved and the next day the tracking shows that both items have been delivered when they havnt at all. I contact happy beds who tell me it was re-scanned at the depot on 17th and will be with me on by 20th - didnt arrive, phoned happy beds again and was told it was scanned at the depot again on the 19th and again on 21st and "might" be with me tomorrow 22nd - clearly they have no clue where the rest of my bed is and refuse to send out a replacement part and im expected to just sit in all day on the off chance that its not been lost (which it clearly has) and that it "may" be delivered - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! was intending to buy 2 sets of bunk beds after xmas but wont be using happy beds again unless they change the awful courier (XDP) who have really awful feedback on every site you visit!!! Now i have no bed for my guests to sleep in so have had to cancel them coming for christmas

Horrendous customer service. We recieved a confirmation date for our delivery, and I managed to organise time off work to receive it. Subsequently, we recieved another email stating that it was in fact not in stock and would be delivered at some point in the future. They refused to organise the delivery around my schedule this time, and I told them that I would be in contact with a new date. Instead of waiting for that, their couriers dumped the delivery outside our door in the rain one day with no prior notice.

purchased a mattress via the online shop. received a double instead of the king-size which i ordered. returned wrong mattress via post office and a replacement is on its way Monday although i sent it back with proof of post on the previous Thursday. A little disappointed considering they posted the wrong one and thought they would have made an attempt to post out to me immediately and not have to wait a further 4 days before shipping.

Was sent a Silentnight Eco Comfort Miracoil Mattress as an "upgraded" replacement for mattress that sagged after only 20 months. It's been rotated every week, but after only 19 days this mattress is also sagging. Response from warranty dept " 1st impressions are as though the mattress has been sat on extensively". It's not been,but Silentnight would appear to believe 19 days is a long period of time. After several emails was offered another "upgraded" replacement,checked reviews to find if anyone had similar problems with this one sagging and they had. So my options are--- like for like replacement-another "upgraded" replacement -both would mean taking the risk of having to go through all this again-or the £48.00 I payed for delivery . I would advise anyone to think very carefully before buying a mattress from Silentnight.

Beautiful linen fabrics by the metre at amazingly reasonable prices, very helpful staff too. They took a great deal of trouble to identify a fabric that had been bought from them some time ago to enable more to be purchased. I will certainly buy from them again.

I will never use this organisation again. Firstly, I ordered a piece of furniture. The arrival date was missed and no one contacted me from the customer service department. When I eventually emailed them they said that they had lost my mobile number. Why did they not simply email me as they had my email address? There were clearly difficulties with the furniture I had ordered. Then I was told that the furniture would be delivered. An item of furniture was delivered by a completely different organisation. The furniture was the same model as that which I had purchased but was clearly not the same colour. I investigated the company that delivered the item and this was a different company entirely to whom I was dealing with. I contacted customer service at PNP and complained that the item wasn't the colour i expected and looked nothing liked the photos. i was told that it was the light that was making the furniture look darker than the charcoal grey that I had purchased. i had to send them a photo of what i had? I then investigated the company that delivered the furniture and found that they sold the furniture they delivered to me which was “matt black” not charcoal. In my view PNP clearly knew what they were doing. They were purchasing an item of furniture that was the same model as that which I had purchased but a different colour. I demanded to speak with the Managing Director because as far as I was concerned I had been lied to by PNP who must have known what they were doing but, incredibly, I was not given the Managing Directors name despite repeated request and the customer service dept appear intent on not letting things go higher and are actually quite patronising and without shame. They clearly did not want me to bring this to the attention of the Managing Director. To make matters worse, the item that was delivered was actually £62 cheaper than what I had spent so, in effect, PNP had simply gone to another organisation and bought the wrong colour item and kept the difference themselves. I wasted a whole afternoon dealing with PNP and I simply will never trust them ever again. I read the reviews and am shocked to know that I am by far the only person that has experienced diabolical customer service. As far as I’m concerned I had been lied to and I am disgusted at this company. I would never order from them again.

Actually the only way i could write a review was by adding a star- please ignore this. This company deserves no stars. I have been awaiting 1 said large cushion for two weeks. I have tried calling chasing my order- don't bother they do not answer their phones! I ended up on their live chat, several times again a waste of time. I have asked customer services to refund me the money i paid........ I should imagine it will be a long wait. I also understand from reading the below that the quality is poor. I really wish I had come onto this site first, as I was taken in by the great website.

The only knock on Chilton is that their skilled craftsman do not work 24-hours a day, seven days a week. A short wait for beautiful furniture is a small price to pay for such quality.

I bought 3 rugs from Incedible Rugs and Decor, the colors were true to what we saw on the internet. The rugs are like paintings, they look like they were hand painted with a mosaic tile print . Everytime a guest enters my family room, the rug is the first thing they notice and the comments are always on how beautiful the mosaic print looks. Funny thing is we put in new wood flooring and thought they would say something about the beautiful wood.

I have a 15 year old Ikea couch, lets see if I can get 15 more out of it. I just bought new cushion foam & this cover makes my couch look new. I like the backing fabric, it has a nap and so it grabs the cushions & stops them from moving. I will probably order another when I can decide what color.

I order cover for my 3 seat Kivik sofa and received it 2 weeks later but the covers where small I wrote them asking for replacement because my husband and I really liked the quality of the leader covers and had quick response asking for pictures I send them and they where agreed to send me replacement which was on 14.11.19 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Chuck, whom I was communicating was very helpful I was quite surprised I wasn’t expecting too much from them but was wrong. I hope this time to be the correct size and to be delivered on time. I will be giving them full stars if everything is Ok with the replacement.

Bought a bedspread for £200, after a few weeks a tassel had come out and we couldn't find it. We struggled to match the tassel, so asked G & G for help. From the offset they were unhelpful, stating it wasn't down to them they only sell not supply. After a few emails and phone calls, they eventually agreed to contact the suppliers. A month later after hearing nothing, we rang and asked for an update. Again they blamed the suppliers for not getting back and promised to chase up. A month later, we've still heard nothing, not even an update. Hence my reason for this review, I've now given up on them, as they obviously have no intention of helping. Will never use them again.G

I bought several clearance items, when they arrived theywere very poor quality I returned them at a high cost They have a deal with parcel force, but we don't know that, so I paid twice that once I got to the post office. Their own collection service is £10 which to me is excessive I had to make a fuss to get the original posatage costs back, so am £12.99 out of pocket for a parcel of faulty goods. Won't be going back

Dreams have taken money for a product I am yet to receive after 8 weeks. Instead of providing me with answers or even assisting, they keep palming me off on their 3rd party supplier who refuses to answer calls or respond to emails. I would advise extreme caution as depending on who is actually supply dreams the bed clearly has a huge impact on service levels. It is a real shame that a company such as Dreams as just happy to pass the buck and leave a customer without their order, or money. As a long term customer of dreams, this is absolutely going to give me second thoughts about using them in the future. A real shame.

Firstly About Castlegates Liights, there services wasnt the best I had to ring them serveral times to get the lights delivered each time they made some excuse why they had not been sent out, but when they did come they were well packed and in good order, secondly the lights themselves aren't stainless steel like described but just a stainless steel trim on the front, also the lights have filled with condensation, so the bottom cover is now filled with 1 inch of water, so for the price of these light they are not the best only time will tell

I ordered 2 really large chandeliers. They were delivered on time, exactly as specified. I was missing one of 33 lamp shades. They happily sent the other one to me within 3 days. I found them really helpful and would definitely order from them again.

Appalling customer service , my item was delivered while I was out so contacted BoysStuff who said they would investigate it , I heard nothing back so contacted BoysStuff and made them aware I needed it by such a date as it was a birthday gift, 10 days later a replacement chair arrived, this was past there expected delivery day and past his birthday so I contacted them asking for the item to be returned they said I could return it but it could get rejected , this is not my fault the parcel wenot missing ? I will never shop with them again and advice others not to .....

Didn't honour the £5 each or 2 for £8 got charged £10 Christmas candles reduced to £1 each but was charged £1.50 each. Bought a kitchen bin also that was dented when unpacked at home. Not a successful shopping trip!

I needed 25m of 22mm Speedfit barrier pipe quick. I checked around various websites and because I had a diamond club card B & Q was quite a bit cheaper than others that had it in stock too. As I could pick up several other unrelated things too from B & Q it was worth the 12 mile round tripto fetch it all. When I got to B & Q there was none on the shelves, an assistant checked everywhere that they might have some in the store for me and told me they haddn't had any in for a while (I took that to be days). So an unplanned trip to Screwfix to get it, which would have been a 3 mile round trip if I just went there to start with. So beware, don't rely on the internet telling you things are in stock, call the store and reserve it before making a trip out.

The products are great and the salespeople are nice. They obviously have a pretty aggressive sales training which is a little annoying. I want to look around without being approached so often. But they are friendly and I still go to the store.

DO NOT buy from this company Whatever you do - do not buy from Living Spaces. Do not. We ordered a couch on June 10th with 6-8 week shipping. It wasn't until mid August I heard from them with a "scheduled delivery" of August 28th. Later to find out this was an "estimated window" and it was not delivered until September 17th. When they showed up, the couch was TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. After one half of the couch being delivered into my apartment, we realized NEITHER of them were the right color. In contacting Living Spaces I said I was fine keeping the color of the half couch we have as long as we could get the other half in the same color. I was informed it would take at minimum another 8 weeks to deliver and requested a refund and pickup. From there, I scheduled a pickup for October 1 (two weeks later...inconvenient to have half a couch taking up the entire living room). When I called the logistics company to expedite it I was told they have NO CONFIRMATION of a pickup scheduled. My first customer service representative, Gary, was kind and helpful, but other than that Living Spaces has been little to no help and I still have no answers regarding confirmation of pickup.
