The furniture started to fall apart within 2 years of the purchase. I have contacted Jeremy and the company by email constantly over the years and have never gotten any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM AJNA LIVING We placed an order 6/12/22 and canceled on 7/17/22. We ordered 6/12/22 after Ajna verified they had the furniture in stock. We had an event scheduled at our home in late August, so we ordered from Ajna because they verified the furniture was in stock. We never got a confirmation of our order on 6/12 other than from Affirm right before they took the first payment. After weeks of emails back and forth trying to confirm when we would get our furniture, we suspected the company was not being honest (they would not supply a telephone number, and emails were sometimes a week after we would send a question), and canceled. We are still waiting on a refund. I will update this review 30-days from now, which is when we are supposed to receive the $1800 (one payment) refund.

Wish I had never purchased from this ‘company’! Worst customer experience of my life. Placed my order, didn’t receive any updates re if/when it would ship, incorrect order arrived, contacted customer service (Julie) who didn’t believe me and insisted repeatedly the correct order was provided (it wasn’t). Finally convinced her, she never once apologised, only blamed her supplier, supplier was meant to pick up the product and provide the correct one. Followed up with Julie repeatedly and she couldn’t provide any updates. Never apologised, only blamed the supplier and said ‘I didn’t pack this, I didn’t sent it to you, I haven’t done anything wrong’. Finally one day out of the blue with no prior communication a courier arrives at my door and I had to just assume it was the correct person. After all that, they didn’t actually have the correct product in stock!!

Purchased 3 x pineapple chandeliers and I x pineapple side table on August 27th... I emailed the store owner to ask if these items were in stock as another online store had them on pre order. I decided to purchase from Allissias Attic as the owner, Julie, responded that the item were in stock and I will receive them shortly. Well not the case! 2 months later, and I am still waiting on parts of my order! Julie from Allissias attic is happy to take your money, and lie to customers about stock availability! After waiting about a month for the order, I follow up with Allissias attic who advise that the supplier was awaiting stock and there is nothing she can do about that! After several emails back and forth from Julie, (who lacks customer service skills) my pineapple chandeliers FINALLY arrive after 2 months! Still awaiting on my Pineapple table - which appears to never have been sent! I have emailed Julie from Allissias attic regarding this issue with NO reply, she is ignoring the issue and taking no responsibility.. so now I have lost $400!!! Please, buyers, beware of this scam DROPSHIP store - julie wants your money in her bank account and does not ship product!!

Ordered LED smoked lense marker lights for a ford ranger on April 15th. Still haven't seen them on the 28th. Tracking info is the same since the 16th when they supposedly shipped out. 3 emails to customer service checking status or requesting a refund and 2 unanswered calls. Competitor on Amazon would have been delivered two days later. Next step will be reporting fraud through bank if they don't show up or a reply is not sent in the next week. I paid $20.00 for the canbus error free anti hyper flash led amber turn signals and they hyper flash. Told the seller. They replied with a $5.00 refund and recommended me to install the bulbs backwards and asked if I would use resistors to correct the hyper flash. I told them I wanted my money back. Now they are out of the office. I will never order another thing off ebay. Auxito is another garbage Chinese company that sales junk and ebay doesn't care. Gonna pay the extra and get las fit like I should have. Total rip off

I had such an awful experience I'm trying to leave my review everywhere I can to warn people of the terrible customer service since there are so many "good reviews" about this company out on the internet, mostly shared by influencers with blogs (who likely received free product), on instagram, and on Barn and Willow's own website. Pray when you order your shades that you do not have an issue because they are not eager to resolve anything and they do not stand behind their replacement policy. I ordered a single blackout roman shade that was $500 a few months ago. When I received it last month, at first glance it looks nice, but where the plastic loops are attached to the back blackout panel that allows the shade to close, the panel was punctured in areas where large stitches are, allowing spots of light to come though at those points. This blackout panel is something that was important to me and I paid extra for, I do not want holes in it allowing light to penetrate through during the day. I emailed two days after receiving the shade with photos and I got a quick response apologizing for the defect and offering a replacement. After that I did not hear anything back for 9 days (even after emailing several times asking for an update), and at that point they then turned around and said they heard from the factory and there was actually nothing wrong with the shade (what??) so they were no longer offering to replace it. So for $500 you can expect flaws in the products and apparently this is their standard, even though all over their website they claim they will replace any defective product. I emailed back and told them that is unacceptable and apparently "management" needs to review this before they can remediate anything. It's been 14 days and even after emailing to see if there is an update I have not heard anything. Their phone number also does not connect you to any real person, it goes to a voicemail and no one will ever call you back. Their customer service is a legitimate joke, its nonexistent. At this point I've disputed the charge with my credit card company hoping for some resolution because I do not trust that they will actually get back to me or make things right. Avoid this company at all costs!!

This company is a joke. I have been contacting this business by phone everyday for the last 11 days to make a return for the $1900 rug I purchased that HAS A HOLE IN IT. Every time I call they assure me the return email will be sent by end of day yet I never receive it. Prepared to file a complaint through my MasterCard account as I am quite convinced they have no intent on returning my money for damaged product they sold me. Shame on this company DO NOT RECOMMEND

Material quality is ok, but customer service is horrible, made a complaint as my chair came with few damages, plus completely dirty at the back. When i contacted them, they asked about the package, package was alright, wasn't shipping company fault as, the chair came like that inside the box with all the protection, white chair when they pack they could noticed. Leather ripped on the bolt hole, hole at the back on the leather, lombar pillow straps damaged. It was a Christmas gift, asked me to wait 15 days for the pillow, and 20£ refund, is that a joke ? £229 chair with all this damages they offer 20£ refund, when i polited ask for a better refund 5 days passed, no contacted back. Bought the boulies elite chair last week, said it was in stock on the 18th again, and it was dispatched that day, had it 2 days later, can't complain about that. The chair had a slight mark on it, but contacted customer services and they were brilliant at helping me and offering me a refund, got £40 back which i think is very reasonable. The chair itself, can't fault, it's truly excellent and very comfortable

My order arrived in two days well packaged with instructions. It’s big compared to normal lightbulbs and easy to hold with a substantial deep red light. I have only used it a few times so far it has helped with small patches of psoriasis which are less inflamed and itchy. The red light is very therapeutic and relaxing before sleep.

Brilliant quality of rattan furniture it was out of stock but delivered on time when they had it in. Cheapest price around aswell paid 400.elsewhere same. Product 450 475. Really comfy and soft looks the part aswell. Communication with team very prompt. The only reason for the 3 star is i ordered a black/ dark grey set. The seats and sofa are black the cushions also black nothing like the colour in the advert lol i emailed the team. And they tell me the cushions are a very dark grey. The cushions in the pic are alot nicer than the ones i recieved but there you go.

I ordered two sofas at the end of August and they were delivered this week. One is tobacco leather and the other is peacock blue velvet. They look amazing! I do wish I had got a 4 seater in the velvet as the 3 seater is not as big as my old 3 seater sofa!! I also asked for firm cushions, which the leather ones are, however the velvet ones are not firm and it is not that comfortable unfortunately 😢. I do have to mention the delivery men as I am not sure they had ever delivered sofas before. I asked them to come and have a look at the access because I knew we had massive problems with our sofas when we moved in, but they didn’t and came straight in the with biggest sofa and couldn’t get it through the door, they then tried to get in the back door and finally came in through the window! They had taken the feet off and when we put them back on we realised that one was missing. I emailed Tracie and she sent a replacement in the post immediately. Brilliant customer service, just a shame about the too soft cushions.

I received the clock 9 months ago and since then, the batteries have gone out twice. The first time I replaced them, the clock worked fine. The second time I replaced them, the clock completely stopped working. After contacting customer support, asking if I could get a replace (offering to pay for shipping, taxes and even manufacturing cost of clock) - not just asking for a free replacement - I was told no due to it being out of the 180 day window. Customer service was a bit rude and just kept asking me if I used carbon batteries (yes - I've tried upwards of 15 carbon batteries). Then only mentioned their "policy" without details, so I had to go digging to discover the 180 day window. Quite a rubbish product if it only works for 9 month after the purchase date. Funny the window is only 180 days... Thanks for the support, Dave.

The colours on the canvas I received were dull and looked nothing like the advert on the website. They were definitely not worth what I paid for them. When I enquired about returning I was offered a 25% discount but there was no chance I was putting them up in my house and wanted a full refund. I was asked to send the package to an address in the UK to receive a full refund. 2 weeks later when I hadn't heard anything I contacted customer service who asked me for a tracking number and despite me explaining over 6 emails to Dave that I used the Uk Royal Mail first class service and so did not have a tracking number he advised there was nothing he could do without my tracking number. So in affect my package has been received and will now be resold but due to me not be able to prove it I won't receive a refund. Dave has since disappeared and is no longer responding to my emails. I wish I'd have read the other reviews online before ordering from this company as I would've steered well clear!

We bought this sofa bed to replace a futon and it has massively improved our spare bedroom. We now have more space to use it as an office, but also there is more seating space as well (most often by the cats). It looks stylish and is easy to clean. For the final coup de grace, according to my parents it also very comfy to sleep on being better then not only the futon but their bed at home. It provides a hard mattress with good support. Delivery took a little time but was according the advertised date at time of buying. It comes apart in bits and a is little fiddly to assemble but worth it.

We are a serviced apartment operator based in Cardiff (Airserviced Apartments). After searching high and low for the best sofa bed solution for all our apartments we have settled with Cocoon. Simplicity of use, durability and serviceability are all big factors for why we chose to work with Cocoon. Great product. They are very comfortable for shorter people and look great around our fire pit. My only concern was that there was no communication indicating the order was received, processing or shipping. I recently ordered 2 24” lights from E Shine. When I went to charge them, one light charged like it was supposed to, while the other was defective out of the box. I contacted customer support and a new light was on its way within 12 hours. Mistakes happen, but I’ll do business with a company that stands behind its product any day. Installation was easy and the performance is great! I plan to buy more lights from EShine.

The table cloths received were of a very thin material and had no care label with laundry instructions. One item had a lot of loose cotton thread. I hand washed each item and both washed out a great amount of the colour dye. It took several rinses before the after was clear. I am unlikely to order from this company again.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Floucia with a discount code I had gotten from their website. Unfortunately when my glasses arrived they were way too big on my face and I wasn’t able to return them since I used a discount code. I got in touch with the customer service team explaining the situation and how I was bummed out, and they let me pick out a completely new pair of glasses for free, and keep my first order. So now I have two for the price of one! It was a super nice move on their end. It’s little things like that, that makes a company stand out!

False advertising regarding delivery After ordering a sofa over the phone and giving my Isle of Wight address and paying the deposit I was told it would be with me in 3/4 weeks. After 2 weeks I was told there was a delay getting the stock from the supplier which wasn’t a problem at all so said I’d wait. After continual phone calls to the company I was eventually told after the 7th week that it would be collected on the Friday and they would be delivering it to me the next week (week 8) on phoning them on the Tuesday as they hadn’t called as promised on the Monday I was told it was out for delivery on the Wednesday (week 8). I sold my sofa so we were left with no sofa which again wasn’t a problem as new sofa arrive the next day, or so I thought. On checking my emails (no phone calls at all in spite of them insisting they had. I had call log so knew I had not missed any calls) I received an email at about 1148 to tell me that the delivery people had realised I was on the Isle of Wight and were unable to deliver to me! This being at 1148. After numerous emails (the lady emailing me would not call me nor accept any incoming calls) I was told I needed to pay £150 delivery as appose to the £85 previously told. My appeal at getting them to offer the extra delivery charge (£65) on goodwill went unheard and eventually on the Friday I paid under protest the £150. Only to get an email after several calls by myself to them and then them saying they couldn’t get a delivery to the Isle of Wight so would have to cancel the order this after 9 weeks. I booked the order over the phone gave my address every time I called and they said it was a “trainee error”. Sorry but trainee error or not on ordering, after the many calls I made to them I’m pretty sure they would have noticed my address as I stated it every time. I would never recommend this company for several reasons. Misinformation on their website Customer service is abysmal Communication from the company is dire amongst other reasons. Their acknowledgment for errors on their part is non existent and to be honest I found the whole experience very very stressful and completely upsetting it has caused me no amount of upheaval. I live on the Isle of Wight, we have deliveries every day with Arctic lorries, fuel lorries coming over, 2 ferry companies come to the island and to take a van myself would have cost me less than £100 return but they apparently couldn’t deliver here. They deliver to Ireland but for love nor money couldn’t get to the island, an hour boat journey away. On their website it states they deliver here but they actually told me they don’t! So why on earth put they do on their website?! Very misleading and false advertising. So after 9 weeks I was left £150 down, had no sofa and 3 children the youngest who is 3 and we were left sitting on the floor. After several more phone calls and a week later I eventually got my £150 delivery refunded. But I would never in a million years deal with this company again nor recommend them.

As a past employee of FURNITURE MAMA, in Gurugram, my experience here was the least to say bad.. No SOPs, no idea as to how to proceed, no design sense. The owner claims that he is a designer but he knows nothing about design, proportions, colors etc. It's just a sham trying to fool people.. If any designer is thinking of working here, please join at your own risk. Your suggestions will not be paid heat to. The company doesn't clear employee dues in time, they just stop taking calls. They ask for a cheque for the laptop issued and don't destroy it after you have quit the company also. HR doesn't even know how to speak proper English.

One Should give it a try: I have ordered before i saw all the reviews and i was hoping for better and they just do there best. they delivered my bed in just 8 days prior the delivery date.The delivery executive was very polite and answer my all the questions. and after the delivery within less than a hour the carpenter came to assemble it. I built a total of five strip lights with the 5 meter long GembaRed 660nm LED wheel and low flicker power supplies. These are fantastic to use around the house or in your bedroom at night when the sun goes down. Four strip lights completely flood my bedroom with soft, evenly diffused red light bright enough to read a book and do activities. As it gets closer to bedtime I turn one strip light off per hour until I only have one turned on ~1hour before bed.

I have had issues with this company since October 17th, 2018 and to date they have been unwilling to solve it. Their customer service manners are disrespectful, they lie and they ignore my messages. Their phone number always falls into an answering machine and they do not call back, nor do they answer my emails. Please, do yourselves a favour and do not order anything from this company. I have records that so far amount to 37 pages of information. Take this as a very painful example to what you will encounter if you need anything resolved. The two products I received are defective and to date, March 28th, 2019 NO resolution. Feel free to let others know about this, it has been disappointing, frustrating, tiring and really awful.

Their delivery is almost 2 months and they used “Canpar” as their Carrier which is the worse in the industry. I found Colby on Facebook from a simple search and I'm so glad I did. He was easy to talk to, able to find us exactly what we wanted, quick responses, unbeatable prices, honest and fair, great communication, and trustworthy. I ordered three packages of invitations from them about a month ago. instead of invitations ($50) i got three empty tiki sterno can tourches worth about $5. I called they said no problem they would get back to me. They did not. Called back they said I had to send an e-mail to the customer support and they would get back to me. Ordered an $800 shed and never received it. I was told it would arrive two weeks ago and still getting no response from email or phone as to why it is not here or on my refund. I just keep getting told to wait 24-48 hours. I have to reschedule everything I am working on now since this messes up my entire timeline. Very disappointed and still out $800 with no item.

No issues with the product however the service from the point of purchase to delivery was appalling. Received text message from the company confirming the order but after this there was no further communication from company nor was there any notification of delivery date despite the order confirmation message stating I would be contacted prior to the order being shipped. Following a very problematic delivery I contacted the company and spoke to Tom. Company took no responsibility for issues or the fact that there had been no further contact from them following the order confirmation and payment; they gave the reason as volume of orders stating that they had approximately 120 pallets going out per day and they blamed it on the courier company. Will not be using again.

I discovered Interior Icons on a search looking to find companies that did excellent versions of classic furniture. I had seen cheap knock offs but wanted something better. We found the coffee table we loved at a price that we feel was a bargain at $499 which compared to the Knoll version at $1900. It was easy to order, the follow up communication was great, and the table with glass top was sent to us in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and will purchase with them again. This kind of service is a lost art.

I ordered several pieces to update my home earlier this year, they were excellently made, and delivered on time. The pieces have aged really well, and due to the quality of the wood, I was able to remove a couple of small marks by simply sanding down the surface and refinishing as explained on their website. Buying furniture could be a tedious task in India but not if you are going for online furniture shopping. Purchasing furniture online is a cakewalk. I live in Bangalore and wanted to buy a coffee table set and a wing chair. I went through many online portals which sell furniture but I wanted a change in every design I saw which nobody was ready to do. Finally my colleague from work told me thetimberguy.com as she had also purchased a double bed from there and they provide customization too. So I decided to visit their website I found many products appealing but since the dimensions of place I want to get acquired with coffee table are a bit peculiar so I wanted them to alter the dimension of the coffee table for me. I got coffee tables with stools from them and a wing chair. The coffee table if a shape of a square, so I got the size changed to 40 inches. And the fabric color of the wing chair changed. They promised to deliver both the products in 4-6 weeks as mentioned on their website. But both the furniture products reached me in the 8th week, for which I enquired from their office and they informed that due to heavy rains and flood in Jodhpur the product delivery was rescheduled which was fine by me. I was very happy with the exact dimensions of the coffee table and the quality of wood they used. The customer support team was really cooperative while handling my query.

We had been hunting for the right type, fit, size of sideboard for quite sometime. It was only on thetimberguy.com that I was able to find such a vast variety n styles to choose from. With added options of customizing it and choosing colours, it seemed like the perfect online furniture store! We ordered the cherry sideboard and were not disappointed when delivered. Though I would prefer a shorter delivery time(took a whole month) or a more detailed tracking system, given the product is a marvel I am OK. The delivery boys were also quite professional with no complaints. Overall, definitely a site I can bookmark for all my future furniture needs.

I love my table and bench. When not in use we use the bench as a side table and the two leaf size (for six) istge everyday size for us. We fit Fourteen for Thanksgiving and it was a joy to be seated all together. I think 12 would be the maximum with adults but you can pack a lot of kids on that long bench. Well made, beautiful mahogany color. I am so glad that I purchased this and highly recommend it if you live family gathering.

If I could give lower than 1 I would. Ordered a sofa which arrived within delivery time frame unfortunately it was damaged. Frame broken, fabric soiled so I refused delivery. Immediately connected company and they said they would make and deliver another couch within 4 weeks. Received call after 6 weeks to say the fabric came in damaged and it would be another few months. There solution was for us to select another fabric. Even though reluctant we agreed to have them Send us swatches which we were told would be sent out the next day. One week later no swatches so we called again. This time excuse was wanted to ensure we had all colors. At this point we said no thanks and refund our money. The representative said ok. Well that was 4 weeks ago and no refund. Stay away from this company. Between quality, delivery method (federal express so not Even real movers ) and poor customer service unless you are purchasing directly from store.

Fraud. Beware- our order was made in August and we have still not received delivery of our furniture worth lakhs. They refuse to refund (I said since they are unable to deliver just refund but they absolutely won’t). They keep changing the delivery date, gave a fake tracking ID that you cannot track it on Gati.com. Giving excuses, and I have seen that several people have the same issue. They are cheating people, refusing to refund. How can businesses like this be allowed to operate? Why can’t they just refund if they cannot fulfil orders.

Very nice product. Fit, finishing and quality is awesome. The peice I bought has hand carving so it was shipped after 2.5 months. Packaging was also good. But I am happy that the product is in good condition and looks so nice. I posted bad reviews earlier because of long shipping time. Wish I could revert that.
