We found Hammonds to be quite expensive for their so-called made to measure furniture. Their units were set sizes and from beginning to end we had issues and there is no complaints department. Beware!

DISGUSTING COMPANY- DO NOT USE I had fitted wardrobes in my main bedroom that were fit to a very substandard workmanship, Furthermore items came faulty. After spending thousands on other works in my bedroom to integrate a en en suite Hammonds were the last company to carry out works in my main bedroom and they completely cocked it up. Fitted wardrobes were out of square, internals were not fixed correctly, mitre joins not cut correctly. I would seriously consider your options when choosing this company for fitted wardrobes and look elsewhere, this is a disgusting company that I will never ever deal with again.

I have had 3 conversations with them and 2 emails chasing £102.18. Working from home i can't check during the Covid 19 pandemic. Harassing people who have been furloughed to make them sort out when they are going to get paid. Literally horrid people who suggested i got on the bus and went to work to post a part back to them if we weren't going to pay for it. I explained personal worry with sick family issues. They are the worst people i have encountered during this crisis. You will never be able to apologise to me.

We had some carpets and upholstery clean by Smart Clean on the weekend and they look fantastic. They took great care to make sure everything was moved and all areas were cleaned correctly. We also had a moth problem in on of the bedrooms which they treated and seems to have been finally resolved (thank goodness). I can't recommend them enough. Thorough and very punctual. We will using them again in the future to clean our other property. Thanks again.

Having lived in Devon for just 30 years now we have found it hard to find a Retail shop that offers a wide choice of quality lighting and furnishing's. We now consider we have that outlet - Amos Lighting and Home at Topsham, which means less travelling up Country. The layout is superb it allows you to wander and not feel intimidated. The staff there are courteous, with great knowledge of the products. At no time have we felt pressurised to purchase anything, in fact we feel we are more able to visit the showroom and come away to consider what we feel we would like to buy. With changing stock it is also a shop to re-visit for new ideas and products. All staff that have assisted us so far need a mention and would recommend anyone to visit and give them a chance to show you that you do need them to advise you on lighting!

Since moving to the area in December 2016 we have visited Amos Lighting on many occasions, sometimes for the purpose of browsing and others for purchasing. We always had 1st class customer service. I will particularly mention Ashton and William who advised us on numerous occasions. As another reviewer has already commented, at no point were we put under pressure to purchase. William in particular provided us with much advice and when we were really struggling to sort shades for lights in our lounge he was most helpful. Following his suggestion we took photos of our lounge and when he viewed them he was able to offer great advice, the end result being purchase of 2 shades. We also purchased display units from Amos and even though there was an issue on delivery this was swiftly resolved by William. He always kept us well informed about delivery and the progress of issues to be resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Amos to anyone looking for lighting solutions just a bit different from the norm. The showroom at Topsham is a real Aladdin's Cave and is well worth a visit. Parking is always available.

What a rubbish company What a rubbish company. Made a purchase for a set of lights and ended up with nothing. Upon further queries, it was found that they DIDNT PROVIDE my full address to DPD who also couldnt deliver. DPD have had to send the shipment back, according to them, to Germany and then to Spain. I am now waiting for my money to be returned. I lost out on a contract as a result of their incompetence. Avoid at all cost. If only I had read reviews earlier

?Purchased from Ledkia UK, didnt know items were coming from Spain. Was told courier failed to deliver (impossible! We're open 6am-8pm 7 days) then LEDKIA refused to entertain the notion of a refund until they had received the items back and checked them. I ordered these now over 2 weeks ago and i'm STILL waiting! Since them I have found a better company to use from Amazon with much better quality tape, and cheaper! GET IT SORTED!

Update from previous review (below): I was contacted by LightingTheWeb customer service this week (Aug 8, 2011). It appears they have had some challenges with one of their product providers who indicated to them that they had shipped replacement fans, when in fact, they had not. LightingTheWeb indicates they have credited my AMEX for the total amount. I appreciate that they took this action. It does appear that LightingTheWeb was trying to provide good customer service, but that they were being undermined by one of their providers who repeatedly dropped the ball. I appreciate that ResellerRatings.com and LightingTheWeb.com provided a communication channel to solve this problem. ______________________________ I purchased two ceiling fans from Lighting the Web. After installing the fans, the deep humming sound was terrible. I could literally hear them through the entire house. I called customer service and was promised replacement fans. Nothing came. I sent email follow ups- nothing. I called again and was promised the replacements had indeed been shipped this time. Nothing arrived. That is when I realized I was simply being played a sucker. I have several others fans from Lowes and Home Depot, and I would recommend you go there and that you not use Lighting the Web. My experience is Lighting the Web has no customer service, but instead just folks who make false promises hoping you just go away as I did. I buy a lot of products online and this is without question, the worst experience I have had.

I make nearly 75% of all my purchases online and Lighting the Web has got to be the worst company yet! Nothing NEVER happens like they say...Seven Days Shipping? Don't believe it! I placed an order on July 24...today is September 12 and I still do not have my product! When I look online my order says "processing" and has been saying this for well over a month now! Stay away from this Company!! Lighting the Web's response was not truthful. I was in the middle of a remodel...if the lighting was out of stock when I tried to purchase it, don't you think I would have chosen another item? Also, I was told the back order would arrive by 8/28...that didn't happen and no one called or emailed. As for emails referenced in their response...I did not get them either. I have my lighting now...very nicely shipped and very good product but customer service is extremely poor. If you have alot of time to wait for your lighting and don't mind calling THEM for updates...it's worth an order but if you expect to order and be contacted if there is a problem with the order shipping when expected...look elsewhere.

I have had quite a few items without a problem. One of my orders went missing with Hermes so I contacted Olive and Sage. The lady apologised and said she would resend it. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. I have been ringing everyday for the past week. It just rings out and then goes to voicemail saying they are very busy. I’ve left my phone number but no one rings back. Tried ringing today and it now goes straight to voicemail. This is no way to run a business. This item is a gift so I’m getting really frustrated.

Emails and telephone calls go unanswered. I am just trying to get an update on delivery date for an item that is intended for a birthday gift. I could accommodate a small delay (understandable under the current circumstances) but it would be courtesy For the company to return customer queries. I see another customer had a similar experience to me but other than that, previous reviews are really glowing. I’m so disappointed and with the lack of any information, I don’t know whether to go out and buy another gift.

After a visit to the showroom, we bought a cream leather corner sofa and stool in 2013. Delivery etc all went to plan and we were delighted with the quality, colour and design. In 2018, near the end of the guarantee period, we noticed rapid deterioration of the non-leather areas in 1/2 of the settee. We contacted Denelli& found AJAY to be most helpful. After a number of visits by Homeserve (paid for by Denelli) we agreed that all the affected covers needed to be replaced. AJ was brilliant. He agreed to share the cost of the replacements & he even arranged at his expense, for the covers to be entirely of leather. Nearly 7 years later we now have a sofa which looks brand new. Despite the assertions of a previous reviewer this is a genuine review even though I rarely write these, I am doing so on this occasion to mark the outstanding service we have received. We heartily recommend both the items we have bought and the service we have received from Denelli & AJAY in particular. Thank you.

I recently purchased a triple pendant light and was so happy until I noticed one of the glass shades had a mark on it. I receive excellent customer service and the faulty shade was collected and a replacement sent out in days. Considering the difficult times we are all in I have to say how impressed I am with Jim Lawrence company. The quality of the light is outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend Jim Lawrence. BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. I was delighted to win 2k towards garden furniture via Instagram. We decided on the set we wanted and put £1850 towards it. DeliverY was a few weeks but it was as advised. Set was stunning but table was cracked on the corner. Informed them and they said that they would replace. Great! Now after 3 weeks of the lovely summer Weather the cushions are faded. Now not just a bit I mean they have completely bleached. ( I wish I could attach photos) Again sent photos and evidence and was advised that a new set would be ordered. Given an 8-10 week delivery. Since they were due on the 9th July I have phoned and emails and been mostly ignored. Did get one email stating they were ready for immediate dispatch on 23rd July! It’s 20th August, summer almost over and still no covers. Whilst waiting for new table top......day by day more large cracks and surface cracks developed all over the table. New table delivered. GUESS WHAT.....cracks started on this one too. Been in touch......emailed and called several times.....IGNORED....AGAIN. This set isn’t 5 months old and so far has been a nightmare. I find it very hard to believe that so many reviews are left by people praising the delivery team by their first names....I don’t think I have ever asked the names of delivery drivers....especially as it’s contactless due to covid. Also look at their Instagram and FB, any negative comments or questions regains peoples orders are very quickly hidden or removed. So you see a post with 15 comments but can only see 2 visable. Also if I had left a review based on the furniture the day I got it I would have left amazing reviews...like lots of people have.... Now I have been more than patient and understanding but poor customer service and ignoring emails and not answering phones is unacceptable. This furniture is substandard, faulty and all from a company that isn’t accessible to any help. I have never left a negative review but I hope this helps possible customers avoid parting with thousands of pounds for basically a nightmare of damaged faulty goods and shocking customer service. Unlike the shambolic IKEA delivery that was meant to arrive the day before, the Bed Warehouse's delivery driver arrived well within the 4 hour delivery slot, was incredibly polite and cheerful on the phone and parked up and waited patiently for me to walk out to him and help him back down the street. Their customer service whom I spoke to by email were brilliant as well. They were incredibly good when my preferred delivery date was unavailable and worked with me to find a good alternative, then on the day of delivery it was very easy to get my contact number changed and find out my delivery slot. Just goes to show that smaller companies are often much better and far more dedicated to making sure their customers have a good experience. Bed frame I purchased is also fantastic quality and was relatively cheap for a bed that looks like it cost a lot more! Free delivery also a massive bonus. Now it's just a shame the IKEA couldn't manage to deliver the mattress to go with it. The bed warehouse direct comes highly recommended.

I purchased a planter I have been wanting for over a year. Most places where sold out but Coleman had it in stock and shipped it right away. The price was the best as well. The planter was a little smaller than I expected (I ordered the large) but I still love it. You will need to drill a hole in it which was easy to do.

This company refuses to replace a table they delivered with the top on backwards. When I notified customer served after being on hold for more thank 30 min, they asked for pics. The rep sent me an email and said they would give me $70 to get it fixed by a technician of my choice. Who does business this way? I paid for white glove assembly and delivery which they failed to do. I asked to return it. Please see the pic with their response. Stay away the BBB has many more complaints about this constant and their business practices.

I purchased a turtle habit through OJCommerce on the walmart app. Not only did I receive it earlier than expected the product is absolutely perfect. My 2 growing sulcata tortoises have a tremendous amount of room to enjoy being inside before they get too big and will have to go outside. They will be enjoying the space for a long time. We had purchased a new bed for my daughter 4 year old through this site. I am completely satisfied with it a guy here sooner than the delivery dates that was plus. My husband and I put it together it was pretty easy took us a little over an hour. But it was worth the joy on our daughter's face she absolutely loves her new bed. We had an oriental rug, not expensive but nice. Over the years our pets have consumed the end fringe and rounded one of the corners. After talking to Meg, we elected to remove the tattered fringe and bind the edges. The result was like a new rug. We are thrilled at the incredible results. Rug Depot will be included in any future carpet decisions.

Being both disabled and in need of upgrading our aged recliners decided to purchase two Albany Royale recliners (dual motors) at a rather exorbitant price but they say you get what you pay for in quality. We waited in anticipation for about three weeks and received the biggest and most expensive pieces of junk I've seen. They are totally uncomfortable the rear wings are very hard on your back and on activating the twin motors separately I expected to be able to set the back in a position independent to the other axis this is not so as soon as you use the other motor it ruins the rear setting. this has left my wife and I severely out of pocket and unable to replace. It also tells me two other things don't trust the shop you purchased them from price etc and never to purchase from Sherborne ever again so don't waste your money or your time.

POOR QUALITY CHAIR Please don't buy leather furniture from Sherborne I bought a leather chair two years ago. Where your hands, arms and head rest all the dye has come out and faded.We bought it from Stone Dam Mills they have been very good took photos and sent them to Sherborne they said its out of guarantee and perspiration and oil from skin has caused it. This is rubbish I have got a 30 year old leather chair, not from Sherborne may I add that has had no problem and my sister has a chesterfield which is 25 years old which has had no problem other than normal wear. It cost me £1100 and I could have got better for less than half this price. Please don't buy from these so called quality people please don't buy Sherborne rubbish you will be sorry. G Ashley

We chose to buy a large winged chair, after selecting the required material we were told that delivery would not be until the end of January 2018. As we needed the chair before Christmas , the lady who was dealing with us bent over backwards to help us , she has managed to have it deliverd to us now before Christmas, we definitely recommend Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins and thank Kath "the sales lady"for all her effort.. Was going to purchase 2 sofas but clearly they don't want the custom. Said I couldn't purchase over 3 years ( Despite advertising this) For the member of staff in question it was clearly too much of an effort to give details. I will say the other member of staff was a lot more pleasant, pity we drew the short straw and got grumpy!!!! Won't be using this store again.

Was told by a member of Barnstaple staff that the items I wanted were in stock in Wales , delivery could be made in 3 or in maximum of 4 weeks , this I agreed to , paid a deposit and left the shop , after two weeks checking with shop re delivery was told "Items not in stock in a container somewhere at sea" The clearly lied , also on their invoice it does say which I never noticed delivery in 4-6 weeks , plus a 20% cancellation charge comes into force after 24 hours , they have clearly lied and have broken a verbal contract and are refusing a refund , The matter will be placed in the hands of my Solicitor , NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !

BEWARE: The product is of cheap quality, all plastic. Korona sun shaped Led ceiling lamp, dimmable. Once installed via an electrician the unit was defective one of the filliment would not light up. Contacted company and was sent out another unit, was told to dispose of the unit as it does not make sense paying for the shipping back of a defective unit. A month later I now receive numerous emails requesting me to send back the unit and they are now threating me with dept recovery. So now I'm in a situation to now pay them for their defective unit. £79.90 for cheap plastic, even the chrome is plastic, appalling products. Good Luck.....

Ordered 2 lights for living room both were faulty got 2 more replacements both were faulty ! That’s 4 lights in total had to give up and go to b and q to get lights that worked. This company is selling low quality lights at inflated prices and it’s not a a uk company never ind the cost of the lights had to have 3 visits from an electrician as well . You have been warned

We bought our sofa from furniture village about 9 months ago, I can honestly say that this is the most expensive sofa we have ever bought, unfortunately it is also the most uncomfortable one too. The cushions are inadequately filled and collapse as soon as they’re sat on and the feather back cushions are a nightmare that always look untidy. This sofa is definitely not worth the price we paid and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED After careful consideration ie: visiting Collins and Hayes showroom in Nottingham, sending for their brochure and several swabs of material, we decided to order two Heath sofas from Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd. After eight weeks the sofas were delivered on the 18th April 2019. Approximately eight weeks after delivery my wife noticed that the smaller sofa which stood near a window had discoloured badly. We contacted Russell Dean and Collins and Hayes and were told it had discoloured due to direct sunlight (April and May were fairly dull months), and if placed near a window we should have tilted the blinds, drawn the curtains or covered the sofa with a throw in sunny weather. We were not informed of any of these things when ordering the sofas otherwise we would not have purchased them and the Collins and Hayes brochure displays several of their sofas standing in front of large windows with no curtains or blinds and not a throw in sight. So take the advice of a couple of very unhappy pensioners, if you intend purchasing Collins and Hayes sofas from Russell Dean or any other retailer to stand near a window and you don’t want to live in the dark or cover your sofa every time the sun shines, think carefully before buying. Thought I would try fitting LEDs to improve lighting of the heater control panel in my Fiat Uno. Also wanted a brighter interior roof light. My order was dealt with efficiently and delivered free within a couple of days. The result is excellent and achieved just what I hoped for. Only problem is that I ordered the wrong length festoon bulb for the roof light - entirely my own fault as measurements are clearly stated on website. Have managed to make it work by bending back terminals but need to be more careful next time!

I purchased a pair of LED bulbs to upgrade the lights on my vehicle, and although they "disagreed" with my auto headlights, a quick call to the company and additional parts were dispatched to make them "agree". Took no time at all to fit the new parts, and now they work perfectly, and are a huge inprovement on standard lights. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for them, and they don't disappoint.

Unless you are willing to chase for delivery you could be left waiting a long while. Also had to chase about returning due to all 3 glass shades being chipped... sent pictures and followed up time after time after time... nothing.. didn’t return calls or answer emails. Credit card company couldn’t help due to individual prices being less than the minimum... so unless your good are perfect when they arrive stay well clear.

This company sells lights that they don't have in stock and take your payment but keep you waiting with no delivery time scales at all. They also dont refund when lights are delivered damaged. I have had to open a paypal dispute to try and claim my money back for a damaged light after purchasing 5 lights from them. Customer service is shocking. They have now had my return since the 16th and have still not refunded me the £114 and havent responded to paypal. Avoid buying from this company

Ordered and paid for the goods. I had to phone them 8 days later to inquire about delivery only to be advised that it was with the courier and I should wait longer. Phoned a day later and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Was advised that I should refuse delivery (hard to when couriers are just leaving goods at back doors!) or I would be charged another £14.99 to uplift. NO APOLOGY FROM THEM. Avoid!

I ordered 3ft. of rope lights.When they arrived I discovered that they do not fit my project.I called your company for return information and was told that they were not returnable because they were custom made.Problem?For starters,your web site DID NOT mention that the lights had to be custom made and,as such, were not returnable!I found this out when I called your company for return instructions.I should have been advised by your company of this information BEFORE your company went ahead and custom made the light string,OR the information should have been,OR should be on your web site.I still believe that I should be able to return the lights for a refund,minus your restocking fee based on the these facts.As it stands,it is an unfair business practice.I should have had the return information BEFORE I made the decision to buy.Further,I never authorized the light string to be custom made.No one called,or wrote me advising of this.Someone else in your company made that decision for me and it is WRONG from start to finish!---David L.Biskner,A.A.S.

I had problems with my kit when I first bought it,then had one of the Representatives tell me that the extra lights I wanted to order for my kit wouldn't fit on my car and he wouldn't let me order them. Really. I ended up talking to a manager and after 45 minutes on the phone they let me order my lights. Then I had a light go out and I needed a replacement light and I paid for their priority shipping offered on their site which is usually 3 to 5 days but after 5 days my light is still in New Jersey. I call USPS to find out why it's still in New Jersey but can't get anyone on the phone so I call Ledglow to see if they can help me and all they can tell me is you'll have to wait for it to show up everybody's having shipping delays. Wait your website told me that if I pay this money here I'll get my light sooner and now you're telling me sit and wait you won't even put in a phone call to find out where my light is or why it's still in New Jersey after a week? Absolutely ridiculous horrible customer service will never purchase another light from these people again!! Oh and the control module for the lighting kit always goes out on me! $75 for it to not work properly but it started going out 3 days after the warranty ended much like the light bars that lasted 2 months after the warranty ended which is why I had to buy the replacement light to begin with. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO BUT LIGHTS FROM!!

Be sure to video or photograph your entire installation complete with photos of voltage tests with a voltmeter at all points just in case one of their components is faulty. They will want photos of actual voltmeter readings or a photo of their burned out lights trip before they will help you. Taking photos or video along the way may save you lots of time when dealing with product support. Or better yet, buy from one of their competitors instead.

The table we ordered arrived damaged. One or two of the damaged areas could have happened in shipping (a chipped corner, two or three dented areas and depressions on the tabletop), but the primary damage is an area on the table top where the stain did not adhere to the wood-the area is a few inches round and speclekd with large patches of much lighter wood. Despite this, it was still waxed and sealed and sent out to us -this is a defect that should have been caught in manufacture. It is a visible marring of the table. Apparently it made its way through quality control and packing-very disappointing. We emailed Parker Gwen the day we received the table, complete with pictures of the damaged areas. It has been ten days and all we have received is an email asking for additional pictures. No discussion of how they intend to make this right. Meanwhile we paid $1850 for the table and it has taken up an entire space in our garage for 10 days, with no end in sight. I would not buy from this vendor again. We are very disappointed. We selected this table as a ‘forever’ dining table for large gatherings with our kids and, one day, grandkids. This does not feel like the kind of customer service you expect when you purchase a high end piece. Pass on these folks and buy from a company that cares about the customer’s experience.

Placed order after hours for home electronics on Wednesday, received confirmation email on Thursday, product arrived by 4:00 Friday via UPS. What more can you ask for! Never heard of them before so I did my research, they are the online partnership with Kittles furniture in Indianapolis who have multiple locations in that area.

Please Avoid this company, they are only after your money by supplying terrible goods. They have cheated my elderly mother out of lot of money by supplying a terrible bed. Mattress does not support your back at all but sinks in when you lie on it. Not the same mattress as advertised but a cheap one. Brought the problem to their attention immediately after receiving it but they would not replace or refund. Far as they are concern, they wanted your money and they are not going to part with it. Please Do Not Buy From Them.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! They sold me a bed base that was meant to be "hospitality" quality that has collapsed within 6 months. The bed had very little use so this made no sense. They offered no refund, or replacement product despite pictures being sent. The manner with which they dealt with the issue was rude and condescending and I was told to buy my bed from John Lewis. If the bed based collapsing was unusual situation then you would think that the company would replace it. Clearly it happens more often and from now reading other reviews I wish I looked at this site earlier.

They still looked pretty good and we gave them to a friend. We have our second set (Albany) for 9 years and they are still looking good and comfortable. I cannot fault the product for the price.

We are having to return our sofa we bought from sofa sofa. Sofa we bought came with a broken leg and a missing leg. Guys that delivered did not attempt to fix it. They just made a note and advised us call office the next day. We were happy to keep the sofa and therefore we accepted delivery. The next day I called office. I was given two options: 1 to exchange sofa but it would take 21 days or have it fixed which would take less time. I accepted to have it fixed, however when called back to arrange fix I was told that the earliest would be after 15 days. Anyway, I still accepted to it, but only if they send us at least the missing leg in the meantime so that sofa is safer. I was advised that I we will be provided with the missing leg. However, when I called again to check why missing leg is not delivered yet, I was told that I would be provided with a leg before fixing day. After this I realised that things did not add up here so I decided to request return. I am really disappointed because I really wanted to resolve the issue with minimum disruption on both sides. I even offered to get someone else to fix the broken leg, so that we don’t have to wait and they do not have to pay for a fixer to come 100s of miles to fix the sofa. This is my experience with sofasofa!

Happy Customers Purchased 2 x Chest of drawers - 3 over 4 chest and 2 x bedside units in Chantilly Grey. Quality is good for the price, not solid oak but a mix of woods, but put together well and the finish is excellent giving the pieces the look of a more expensive range. Delivery was great we paid for the £20 for delivery within 3 days. Items where very well packaged and protected so there was no damage in transit. We live in a first floor flat and the delivery men brought the items into the flat, no quibbles so was a great service. Tipped them £10 which they where very happy with. One last thing we liked is Cotswold gave in the product description the exact paint colour match to help with room decorating. Would 100% recommend and buy from Cotswold again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Take note of all of the reviews that say do not go here. Shoddy service, go to large main street suppliers instead. As we’ve had to. Took the day off work, assured on 3 occasions delivery would appear, it didn’t. We’ve cancelled order, Shame I can’t get my days holiday back from work. The bedframe we ordered was as a surprise makeover for my daughters room this weekend for her birthday, that now obviously can’t go ahead. Customer service pretty apologetic on phone, so that’s something positive from a negative experience. Let’s see how long refund now takes.

Had a bed come damaged. After numerous email trying to sort, they agreed to send new part, which could take 3 weeks, as per there terms of sale. Now over 40 days have passed, the customer service couldnt care anyless and are apsolutaly discusting, wont offer anymore help but are happy for me to try claim for the bed through credit card insurance or a bank chargeback. Should these fail for any reason i will go through a small claims court.

Ordered London bus bed for little boy and a couple of mattresses. Came damaged. The replacement part send out the next week also damaged. Part received for a 3rd time - damaged. Customer services a nightmare telling me to contact supplier. Phone call after to phone call between supplier and the Children’s bed shop. My little boy had to sleep on one of the mattresses for 3 weeks on the floor until a refund was issued. To add they wouldn’t even as compensation let me keep one of mattresses I was forced to open to give me 4 year old a bed to kip on..! Don’t disappoint your children with this substandard company. They tried to blame he supplied Julian Bowen who make the bed. Ultimately it was the bed shops responsibility. They didn’t have any issues taking the money, that part of the deal was fine..! I purchased one of their office chairs from Amazon, which turned out not to be suitable for my large size. I did not complain as this was the risk I took, I simply posted feedback on Amazon stating the chair was not suitable for LARGER customers. They contacted me and gave me a full refund, I said I no longer had the box to return the chair, so they let me keep the chair too. Good customer service seems to be so rare these days, and I have not had cause to write a positive review for a while, so this has really made my day.

Hands down worst online company I have ever dealt with. Item orderred and then sms received next day to go online and reserve my delivery slot. Online system does not work so tried calling delivery company and beds.co.uk, on hold for over 40mins with no answer. Sent email and reply received 2 days later accusing me of not having booked a delivery date which is false and they was explained in the email. Then told item will be with me in 2 days / already dispatched. Now being told via email item not in stock and I can choose an alternative. Still I have no idea what is going on and have no confirmation from them. Now just want my money back and advise all to shop elsewhere

I have bought 4 beds from this company in 4 years, having to replace first beds due to divan bases breaking, my last purchase was May 2020 and already the divan base has broken. I have rang them and after waiting 25 minutes on the phone to be connected, someone picked it up and put it down on me.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Worst shopping experience i had. When I called the customer service to know where was my rug they said I should be delivered soon in a few days at most as there are some delays with the supplier. It s been 3 weeks since and it s impossible to get anyone on the phone, always end up on a voice mail. The worst is they immediately take off your money instead of waiting when the rug is delivered to process the payment. Their stock figure is inacurate because The Rug Shop is just middlemen and never update their website. Very sad. Now that i want to cancel you can't even to do, not over the phone, not even on your account when you login on their site. I am so gutted.

This is the worst piece of furniture I ever purchased in my life! Yes, it was packed well, but that's the only positive thing here. The biggest problem is that 3 out of 5 round legs cannot be installed straight, they are not vertical and apparently, that led the back of one section be lower than the other two parts. 2 of those 3 legs( the ones in the middle) are floating in the air!!! Yes, they are not touching the floor! I can't even find any decent words to describe the quality we received. It's been 3,5 weeks since I filed a claim - AND NOTHING HAPPENED. These are the words from their customer service from 3,5 weeks ago: "a replacement does not guarantee that it won't arrive to you damaged again, or even in worse condition". All defects we got were NOT AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING HEAVY ITEMS. These are the manufactured defects. So, the whole list of problems: crooked legs, back of one section is lower than others, ripped leather, different washers for the same legs, one side pillow moving mechanism is not hidden enough(like the other one), the locking mechanism is pushed down while it should be horizontal and two parts are moving against each other constantly- this is what we got from NY FURNUTURE OUTLETS store.

I found Sylvia to be a lovely lady and my experience with her regarding materials, colours etc was great. When I had a slight problem (which wasn't a problem in the end) Sylvia came back and it was sorted. My curtains and blinds look fabulous. I would definitely recommend Harrisons Curtains and Blinds.
