I ordered 4 headrails and they arrived within 6 days. One was ordered for 114cm but the received item was 116cm. Emailed Just Blinds advising the problem and had a reply back within 10mins saying another headrail was being cut. Received within 2 days. Impressed! Thanks very much. Excellent quality for the price

Ordered a Divan bed set on 3rd November 2017, it stated 2 weeks delivery, Received an email after a week to say that I woud be contacted in the next few days to arrange delivery. This DID NOT happen. After 2 weeks I contacted them, and still had to wait a further week before my bed was delivered, it wasn't put together either, I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

We ordered the Neve Blanket box with a two week delivery time, no communication from the company informing us that it was out of stock so after 4 weeks we finally took delivery and this followed 3 phone calls from us. When we unboxed it we found damage in several places, the build quality was very poor so we asked for a collection and refund which we are still waiting for again after several phone calls and 6 unanswered emails. This really is not the way to do business so we are hoping that our money is returned soon as we need to purchase a replacement and we do not have other funds. We have now received our refund Thanks to their Manager Marino getting involved, perhaps this person should deal personally with any future customer complaints. The end result at least shows that the company do adhere to the advertised refund policy.

I purchased a blanket box 2 1/2 months ago now. I received a box with a completely different lid from the photograph shown. I immediately rang them who said not to worry they will get it sorted. I have spoken to just about everybody in their organisation from Liam, Sam, Moreno, Liv, Lilly etc.! who has literally fobbed me off with telling me “it’s been ordered” to “just waiting for a ticket to be raised” to “ somebody will call you back” and nothing!!! I will never ever buy anything from them again. Totally unprofessional !!. Beware if you buy anything from them and it’s wrong, you are stuffed !! DO NOT BUY FROM JUST OTTAMANS !!

After finally having the manager/owner call us back after a YEAR AND A HALF of constantly chasing, we finally got an appointment book to stretch, our now very creased, carpets. The manager is very rude and unprofessional after coming into our home starting an argument to now not turning up to the appointment on time. We had no courtesy call to say they were running late, which once again led US to chase it up. The manager then was VERY rude to my partner on the phone calling ‘childish’. We are very disappointed with the service and the quality of the flooring. Disgusting behaviour from such a big company!

Pre scheduled the delivery for a 6 weeks out due to my travel schedule of being out of the country. They went ahead and manufactured and delivered immediately while I was gone. They were supposed to have a lift gate and a inside delivery. They driver told my employees take it off yourself or I can take it back, don't matter to me either way. Simply crossed his arms and watched them struggle for 3 hours to unload the trailer. Driver had a real attitude. I was really lucky that my employees were not injured as the lowered the tables to the ground. Really wished they would have returned them. I received a email from Ktwelve that they would take off the $150 lift gate charge! Big deal! The employee cost was 3 times that amount!

Received 12x felt furniture pads with screw fixing within a couple of days. Exceptional turnaround. The pads are 1st class. Well made and far better than the stick-on variety. A really nice touch was the inclusion of a 2mm drill so that a pilot hole can be added to the chair legs before fitting the pads.

The first contact I had with this store was positive as the advisor seamed to know what he was doing. What is not nice is that I though I am signing the document for PRELIMINARY kitchen design, not the obligation to buy the kitchen that was not final, not measured and not agreed. Especially since initial design does not fit in a room that I showed the measurements from. There is plenty of small print on a very long condition document-all in Dutch, off-course, and sellers are full of understanding and are telling you only what they think you want you to hear. Very aggressive selling manner and of course 'special price just for you" that you are not allowed to think about is just the part of ambiance. Byw, I am informed that cancelling this preliminary design costs 500 euros-of course this is not stated anywhere in any of the papers. rather high for a bad cup of coffee. One week later and after subsequent discussions with this store, any communication about changes is completely useless- no reply on e-mails, no possibility to schedule measurements in agreed time or week after they were pushing actively for it, and 12 weeks delivery time instead of 8 they were promising. However, they did manage to send me unspecified invoice, where only a rather high sum is stated with request to pay. Yesterday, a bit more than a week of my initial visit I went into a store to try to get some answers, but all I encountered was a very rude seller who was full of ironic questions to me and condescending answers on my questions regarding the quality of certain parts of the kitchen. I have sent yesterday cancellation of this order- however, so far that is ignored as well. I did manage to receive several e-mails today where they suddenly found the time to do measurements and have a discussion. Everything for a sale. Do yourself a favor and skip Keuken Kampioen if you want a new kitchen. Mediocre quality, not transparent pricing, long administration, hidden costs and bureaucratic procedure. At this point I am willing to pay those 500 euros just not to have to deal with this people ever again.

Last weekend, I visited the Keuken Kampioen showroom in Rotterdam Alexander to buy a new kitchen for my new apartment. It was a very professional atmosphere and I spoke to their sales agent; Mr. Sammi. He was very polite and friendly and also very much more knowledgeable about their business and I received very good tips and suggestion of my ideal kitchen. I spent almost 3 hours there, visited so many German high quality kitchen and offered a remarkable discount on the entire kitchen package, and finally made my decision to purchase the kitchen from Keuken Kampioen team. Now, I wait to see my new ideal kitchen to be delivered to my apartment. I advise those who wishes to renovate their house and especially the kitchen, visit one of Keuken Kampioen showrooms in the Netherlands and benefit from a good quality and professional team’s services.

I would not choose to use any other company; their quote was reasonable, the quality of the products good, the workmanship excellent and they arrived when they said they would. We had a large kitchen to replace and knew that we needed to get one directly from the manufacturer as the DIY shops would charge us an arm and a leg. We found krypton kitchens online, we were initially wary of some of the reviews but thought we would check it out for ourselves. Andy designed our kitchen with curved doors and bespoke pan drawers we had our Quartz worktop arranged by Andy, the price was amazing and a 3rd of anywhere else quoted. We were not disappointed the quality of the units was great and the doors were lovely quality. We have had lots of compliments of how beautiful our kitchen looks. We would 100% recommend krypton kitchens and have already passed on Andy's details to 2 of our friends.

What can I say..... Well what a fantastic company, Andy came round to do a design for our new kitchen it looked absolutely fantastic and he was really helpful with his advise. The kitchen units came really quickly, there was only one problem and that was a shortage of a couple of door fronts, this was soon rectified by Andy, Then the kitchen fitted went and installed the kitchen for us stupidly cutting the worktops short my vision was now clouded on my kitchen after a phone call to Andy explaining this problem he made arrangements for new worktops at a reduced price which we was very grateful off. I would really recommend Midland Kitchens as they are very helpful and extremely understanding, a fantastic company.

we paid for 2 x lamps 13 days ago (September 30) we were told that we would be notified within 5 working days no news having no news , we went to the store in Zaventem on October 4th ( beside your staff is not pleasant and doesn't speak French) we were told that it would be there on Monday, October 7th and that we would be kept informed still no news from them... I called the store on Tuesday October 8th (number of your website)... and I came across on the headquarters in Holland , they telling me that they would contact the store in Zaventem and keep us informed at the same time my wife came back for the 2nd time to the Zaventem store where she was told in the same friendly way that there was a problem with the update of the Zaventem store stock and that's for this reason that the order was still not available. following this update problem, the store itself placed the order and we were assured that the items would be in store this Thursday (yesterday) and that we would be kept informed so here we are the day after this Thursday... it's 5:15 p. m. all over Belgium and Holland and no news so my question is this one.. what commercila action or discount are you going to take for the 55 minutes lost at the mobile phone and the 45 km we drove to compensate your unprofessionalism I can understand the logistical problems but I do not accept the lack of communication and leaving your customers in total ignorance. I wonder what 'Test-Achat" will think about your sales department. hoping to have an answer within the next 3 months a customer disappointed with his first experience at kwantum

Unfortunately, one of the two relatively expensive LED tubes I bought were faulty. Don't know if it was shipping, a fault from the factory or whatever. Lampornu.se reacted promptly on my contact and without any bother or unnecessary administration for me, they have now shipped me replacement tube - this time even with express delivery even if i only paid for the regular shipping the first time around. Very good customer service and a clear willingness to serve and support. 10 thumbs up.

I am in the UK and ordered two items from LampTwist. I placed the order on 11th December 2021 - it took EIGHT weeks to be shipped. When the order arrived TWO MONTHS LATER the items had been shipped separately. A a result I had to pay customs charges twice. After the sale, all I can say is that it is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE - the Company ignores queries - they take details and promise a response and do not respond. Phone lines are not answered - Their website asks you to write in the order number on a generic form to raise a query - when you take this step and provide the order number 'suddenly nobody is available' and the application shuts down. I am going to be raising this as a SERIOUS CAUSE OF CONCERN to the European Consumer Centre in Belgium ( ECC Net ) and further intend to lodge a complaint with Belgian and / or Dutch Authorities to request a complete investigation. Needless to say, I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. A very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience all round.

I ordered a piece of furniture over 3 weeks ago. It has arrived without instructions, which was promptly sorted out. And when we built it, we discovered it was missing a piece. Laura James sent another piece, poorly packaged and completely broken and unusable. I asked for another, which they apparently sent. A week later, it's not arrived and nothing is showing up on the tracking I was given. I queried this and was told to wait another 24 hours - still nothing. I queried it again and asked to get a refund and send the piece back as I'm sick of chasing them for a shoe cupboard. I received a generic response saying they're monitoring my order which didn't answer anything or help in the slightest. I have been chasing this every few days for 3 weeks and still don't have a working piece of furniture. Avoid this company at all costs. I'm sick of chasing for a 10x15cm piece of wood to get no help. I paid £90 for a shoe cupboard that is flimsy and somehow poorer quality than ikea and, to add insult to injury, it still isn't finished.

Ordered product over 2 weeks ago... which was listed as available for next day delivery. Totally understand the Covid situation and was prepared to wait. I received an email that it had been dispatched but not received. On contact - i have been told it is “awaiting a call from the transport company to me” not even sure that means. No meaningful eta or update. Now the product is listed as out of stock until August on the website. So totally unclear as to when to expect my desk. Update: got a text saying that there is a 10 working day turnaround with a contact number. With today being the 10th day - Called the contact number to be told my desk won’t be delivered for a further 2 weeks (4 weeks after order). Had i known this - i would have paid more and ordered from a different supplier. Now its out of stock everywhere and I am stuck.

The 4 LED R80 Energiser Refector bulbs arrived well packaged and are now working perfectly. . Quite a bit cheaper than the local DIY stores prices - - even with the shipping costs, which I try to avoid whenever possible. A note concerning the brightness level of the bulbs was included, which showed LEDSmiths took welcome interest in the sale and performance of their products. I would buy again from this supplier.

Blinds were faulty and injured 2 people (1 nasty cut to a hand and someone hit in the face by a blind that constantly sprang shut viciously) It also damaged walls quite badly. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this company ignored my emails (they swear they never got them - All 4 of them and they can't remember promising to replace the blinds and then ignoring me for 2 months) the woman told me she was 'Unhappy' that I had mentioned her name in my review on their page. I really don't understand that. You either stand by your product or you don't. She didn't answer any of my questions about why she didn't send out a second replacement as she had promised. We have been promised a refund. We'll see. Very immature customer service and a snotty and rude 'bye bye' at the end of the chat. It really felt like she was trying to intimidate me when she snapped about me leaving a negative review. Didn't work. If anyone wants to see the chat transcript confirm this, then please drop a message.

I have 26 4ft fluorescent fixtures between my barn, garage, and basement. Several of those were completely burnt out. The LED bulb 20pack at $2 a bulb were listed as "warm bright" 3500k and I was a little leery of them not being "white" enough but they are sure bright enough to not care if they're blindingly white.

I've bought at least 8 pieces of furniture from Lime over several years, including a Minotti lounge chair and outdoor table and chairs just last month. The showroom is lovely and fun to visit, in such a pretty town, but it's also very simple to view pieces online and get a good sense of what they're like. The team's always helpful and patient so that aspect of Lime draws me back to buy from them. I'll always steer friends their way if I hear they're about to buy furniture. I've been completely pleased with the pieces I've bought. Once I had a problem with a floor lamp, and the manager took care of it right away, no hassle at all.

Last year my wife and I stayed in about a dozen hotels or B&B's around England. As we were looking to buy a new mattress we took to rating the various mattresses for the quality of sleep we'd had. Firstly the standard in most was pretty fair but a couple stood out ( both from quality B&B's incidentally)and so each morning we asked the proprietor where they had bought the mattress. The first didn't know as they were new to the premises but the second said they had taken to buying from Linx Beds from Dewsbury. He highly recommended them for ease of ordering and speedy delivery so that was it for us. As it happened we took so long to decorate that Linx had moved to a super mill site out in a delightful valley outside Halifax. We were able to try out mattresses and reckon we have saved many hundreds of pounds on what we might have paid at John Lewis or M&S the two most highly rated suppliers according to Which. We are delighted with our choice of mattress which was delivered within the promised time slot and wish the company every future success!

I ordered two David Hunt lamps with shades last week. I was a bit nervous as they were quite expensive (even allowing for the fact that I shopped around and The Lite Spot had the lowest prices). They arrived yesterday, much sooner than I expected. The box was massive! Everything was so well packed and protected. The lamps and shades are beautiful. They even provided bulbs! Nice aesthetics, but terribly disappointing quality. The bed I ordered broke upon professional assembly. Just snapped down the side, was left with a huge crack that they took months to resolve. Spoke to a friend of my sisters and she had a similar experience with a Loaf bed, and this morning a colleague at work has literally just told me the same thing has happened to them. They're not cheap so I would save your money and go for better quality

Don’t waste your money! The Quality is inferior, and the After care with Customer Services is zero! They won’t help you at all with a faulty product, I didn’t ask for my money back, just a replacement or a repair, but they aren’t interested. VERY POOR. The kitchen fitters suggested by Marco at Mas Kuchen and who were great, left yesterday evening - job done………… and this morning around 3.00am, I snuck downstairs to look again at my new MasKuchen kitchen - I think the kitchen I bought is stunning! I was paying $20.00 for 30 mins to use the massage chair at the hairdressers. Hubby asked what I wanted for my birthday. HELLO MASSAGE CHAIR!!! I called INFINITY and it was a done deal the SAME day! Called up yesterday to enquiring about sliding wardrobe doors, gave dimensions , got a estimate for £1200, said I will visit there show. Went to there show room spoke to there designer , she not aware of the different styles of sliding doors they, have to refer her to there website. Then to be told the sliding door will be £2000, a figure just out of thin air! They don’t really do separate doors , they are out sourced. Time wasters #

If I could rate this a zero I would but since there’s no other choice I have to give it a one star. these people have the most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with. I bought furniture more than a month ago and I still haven’t received it, I emailed them as well and I never got a response and every time I call I get no answer. I am not the type to write bad reviews because I like to give the benefit of the doubt and I understand with the whole entire COVID-19 pandemic but when it’s this unprofessional I have no choice but to let other people know. The point is why are you advertising on your website that you can deliver and on top of that charge your customers when its pretty obvious that you can’t deliver and you can’t satisfy your customers.

Purchased Italian tile which is a great quality product for entryway (12x24" tile and mosaic tile 1x3" for edges). I'd spoke with sales team numerous times about having a random pattern for the mosaic tiles and it was never mentioned that if the factory didn't provide laminated backed mosaic's in a random pattern (which factory doesn't do), they basically wouldn't do the install (which factory doesn't do), as it takes a lot longer to do them individually. I learned of all this the day the installer (very nice, knowledgeable guy) showed up to do the install, which I ultimately had to cancel.
