Other than not being able to get all the items in the same color of gray the site is easy to use, I had to settle for black to be sure that I could get the items I needed. A couple items I wanted only came in white so I had to buy more items than I wanted to but I can still do what I need it jsut cost me another $200-$300.

I purchased a pouf (unstuffed) and loved it so much, I wanted a second one a few months later. When I asked for a good color match, they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my second purchase! Now I have 2 on my living room, and am happy! I stuffed mine with buckwheat hulls, and they are great to use as a foot stool or to sit on. I recommend purchasing two!

I am a small-time real estate developer, so I flip houses frequently. I happened to purchase a really nice historic home and I knew that it would sell with a great lighting fixture in the middle of the dining room. I heard about Bowery Lights from an interior designer that I work with and I checked their website after that. I was really impressed with their wide variety of lighting fixtures. I talked to one of their employees and they recommended an excellent chandelier for the property. The chandelier was affordably priced and it made the house look like something out of Architectural Digest. I highly recommend Bowery because they have so many products that can fit within any budget. The house sold, BTW!

I received my order 1 month, 2 days after I placed my order. It was less expensive than I could buy it elsewhere at the time by about 15-20%. Bowery lights had a ceiling fan on their website. It was sold at a national chain. The web page for the fan had a button that said, "best price". This required I enter my email. The price I received was about 15% less than the national chain. Also, there was no tax. I purchased the fan on April 22, 2012. I heard nothing for several weeks. On May 16, I sent an email inquiry about my order. On May 23 I received a response: "Your order is shipping this week, it was backordered." I received my order on May 25, 2012. If you are not in hurry, bowerylights.com may be a reasonable option. I did eventually get my order and I did save a few bucks. I would have liked a shipping update before 3 weeks later. If the item was "backordered", this would have been good information to communicate to the customer at the time of the order. I also would have liked a response to my email inquiry faster than 1 week.

Thank you! "My headlights & fog lamps arrived VERY securely packed, and intact at a FRACTION of what my mechanic could get them for. My ONLY regret is that I didn't purchase my new signal lights from you 1st. My signal lights were 40 bucks more elsewhere, and the same TYC (trusted aftermarket brand) as the headlights and fogs I ordered from Autolightsbulbs. We would definitely recommend Clearly Interiors and their fitter Adrian. We had an en-suite done by them and we are delighted with the results. Paul and Peter in the showroom were really helpful and even came up with three different layouts for us. Adrian was a lovely man and a very clean worker which made the upheaval easier to bear. I purchased six smoke detectors and two combination CO and smoke detectors, to replace old ones. The ordering and payment was easy and simple. The detectors arrived fast, in perfect condition, although the shipping costs could have been less than the charged $15, if the USPS was used, not UPS. The detectors had such a bargain price, that the whole deal was still cheaper than anywhere else on the Web. Then they denied receipt of any correspondence from me ! It's unpleasant receiving misdescribed furniture, and intolerable being lied to.

I ordered a piece of furniture on November 15th 2014, and am still waiting for it to be delivered or a refund. The phone number on the website constantly goes to answer phone, but nobody ever gets back to you, nor do they reply to emails. They still have nearly £400.00 of our money, and still they ignore requests for a refund. The fraud department of our bank are now seeking to recover our monies. BUYERS BEWARE!! I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from these charlatans to think again and go elsewhere.

My mother and I went to the Hanover Pier 1 on December 30, 2016 at around 1:30 pm to return two items that had been gifted to us for Christmas. We did not have receipts for these items, because they were gifts and it is a bit gauche to ask for receipts with Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, the employees who helped us were fairly rude and hostile, especially the manager. She bluntly told my mother that she had no idea whether these items were a "re-gift" and that she could not give us anything but a couple of dollars of store credit. This was after she had already searched and found versions of both items in the store's database, and both cost around $30. Perhaps in the past the store may have had experiences with shady returns, but it is humiliating to be wrongly accused of something this absurd in front of your family and peers. While we fully understand that Pier 1's return policy may be such as to not accept returns (especially late ones) without receipt, my mother and I were appalled at the way we were condescended to, and we regretted ever having come into the store. I will for sure never patronize a Pier 1 again, after having been accused by its staff of basically returning stolen merchandise. I will also recommend that my extended family and friends hear about this experience. Many have been loyal Pier 1 customers for years. It is management's job to establish store policies, but it is the brand's reputation that suffers when those policies are implemented by employees who are not well versed in the basic fundamentals of customer service. In a dying industry such as this one, I would take care to preserve the one thing that distinguishes Pier 1 from Amazon and other retailers who are quickly eclipsing it--a warm personal touch. M&C

I shopped at Pier 1 since college. They always have unique items, especially for holiday decor. I spend most of my time at Pier 1 during the fall and winter for Halloween & Christmas decorations. Their candles are great too. Everyone I've ever experienced at a Pier 1 over the years has always been friendly and wanting to help.

We purchased a very expensive kitchen island chair form this company. Once we put it together it did not work. It was supposed to be a swivel chair that DID NOT swivel. THe seat also did not stay on because it had to be screwed in from the bottom. but the screw were too short and did not hold the seat in place. So I put in for a return. It was shipped back to them but they claim it was used and damaged-WHICH NEITHER IS CORRECT!!!!! So now they will not refund me or return the non working chair. And I am out of nealy $300. A large company that make money hand over foot should not advantage of a consumer especially in these difficult times. I understand they too are feeling the crunch but I don't make in a year what they make in a day. So think before you purchase from BisenOffice.

Purchased a beautiful glass table from Bison Office (through Amazon) and a year later it spontaneous EXPLODED. I was in the room when it happened and all at once the table burst into a million tiny shards of glass. The max weight that was ever applied to it was a small stack of magazines. It took me 4 hours to clean up and over a month later I'm still finding glass in my living room (glass was found 13 feet from the table). After 33 emails back and forth, and relentless phone calls, they finally agreed to a replacement and a $400 refund. I had to fight them at ever turn to compensate me for this nightmare of a scenario. They refused assembly so when the replacement arrived, the 198lb table was on a pallet and I had to try to get it inside my row home alone, while it was raining. I just opened it and it came with NO table legs, NO hardware, NO instructions. I already paid the $200 to have a junk truck pickup what was left of my last table so now I just have a tabletop sitting on the floor of my living room. In total, I would say this issue has cost me 15-20 hours of my time and it's still not over. They do not deserve your business!

I bought expensive faucets and a tub faucet from Decorplanet.com to the tune of $2500 in advance of a bathroom renovation project. They did not bother to contact me to let me know that the faucets had been discontinued. By the time I realized that I hadn't received the items and called them, I had very few choices of other faucets that were available and that I could get in time. I'd spent tens of hours picking the first choice. I had to make repeated calls and worked with 3 customer service agents before I found one who actually helped me find new ones. Then they fired that helpful person. In the meantime, I bought a number of matching and very expensive robe hooks and towel rings. They were all very late in arriving, there were very confusing communications about their shipping, and some were never even sent--again until I called AGAIN and asked where they were. Everything was so delayed that by the time I could install them, I realized that most of the hooks and rings didn't work. When I tried to return them, I got NO response for weeks. I had to make repeated calls to get an RMA number, which I finally got. Then, they refused to waive the 15% restocking fee. Incredible. I would NOT recommend them.

Horrible customer service that is putting in a lot of effort in proving you are wrong than to solve a problem! Their system has placed a duplicate order, only one confirmation was ever sent out, but they charged me $750 shipping fee to send it back to sender and called me several times to yell at me that it's my fault. The item I did order arrived 10 days late, communication is terrible. They'll go beyond and above their duties to convince the customer they are wrong, customer service people are rude and arrogant. Previous reviews just prove that they constantly mess up orders and then blame the customer for it.

Honestly I haven't even had the time to fully open the rug. I opened it a little and noticed how soft it is and I actually pulled on it to see if it would shed and it didn't. However, I was under the assumption that it was All navy blue not mixed with aqua blue so I was a little bummed about that. I'll just adjust my colors a little in the room the rug will be in! This red wool rug is sooo soft and sqishy. I love walking on it. It is like a massage for my feet!! The wool strands are thick and plush, and looks to be very well made. The color is accurate on their website, on my monitor, a very rich, deep true red. No orange undertone.

I got some of their LED cube lights which are at a very excellent price. The first set of cube lights I bought I paid about $500 for each of them and they did not even change color. At party lights they are half of the price and much stronger. They can hold people sitting on them unlike other cheaper quality cubes. Great company and good products.

I am in Maryland and had a daybed (SKU 22K4041) shipped here from your store. It arrived in perfect condition. There were a lot of parts to assemble, but everything was there and the effort was well worth it. We are using it for a child who is only 2 but too large for a crib. The slats are not too far apart or too close together. We are turning the open side toward the wall for safety, and it works fine. Later on, we will turn it around and use it as a sofa. Love this daybed.

Before and shortly after our $750.00 order were submitted to Paul's were were afraid we had made the wrong decision. This fear was generated from several negative comments made by unhappy previous customers. Our order was processed in a timely fashion. We received all the components in our order at the same time. There were substitutions. the price we paid was well below Macy, and other similar stores. The only down side was it took a little longer for the order to arrive than we had anticipated. However,if the shipment came from CA to IL then I should be understanding. We will purchase from Paul's again when the need arises.

I bought a luxury comforter that was to include comforter, 2 pillow shams, 3 decorative pillows and a bed skirt in king size. I paid close $550.00. When I received it, it did not have a bed skirt included in the package and there were loose threads hanging off the all of the pieces that had to be cut. The color indicator said it had sage in it, but it is so faint, that it links mostly light brown with gold. Although it is pretty, it snags easily, and I think it would look better with the better with the bed skirt. We HOWEVER bought the product in the winter of 2018 and and only looked at the sham to to get the color we wanted to paint the master bedroom. Afterward is whey we opened the whole package to reveal the missing product. It is I can say a warm comforter.

I ordered 6 lights on August 26th. I was charged for all 6 and received 1 light with a packing slip saying that all 6 shipped. Called Going Light to see where the other 5 lights were and was told they are backordered for 4 weeks. I attempted to cancel my order and send back the 1 I had already received however they encouraged me not to. Called 6 weeks later asking the status of the other 5 and was told this time they were backordered "indefinitely". Again attempted to cancel. I purchased new lights from another store and within 2 days I received the remaining 5 from Going Lighting. Call them to return it and they told me I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. The customer service agent even said " I see here where you wanted to return it." Oh did I mention they are also telling me I have to pay the return shipping too. Crooked business I do not recommend.

...and I can say that the 5 stars I would have given in 2010 would still apply in 2016. Ordering was a positive experience, shipping to the east coast was no issue. Delivery company was courteous and helpful. The first season I treated the cushions carefully, taking them in after use, then got lazy and left them out in the weather without a problem in heat, rain or snow. Cushion covers wash well, and foam is as firm as the season I first purchased. Revisiting the site now with thoughts of ordering additional pieces, and wanted to do Babmar justice with a long overdue review.

I bought a faux antler chandelier (Antler Featured Chandelier with 4 Lights). The product was shipped from China and arrived 10 days after placing the order. The product has a somewhat shoddy appearance and is definitely on the low end of the quality spectrum. The photo on the HomeLava website shows much more realistic-looking antlers than what I received. The entire chandelier is made of inexpensive and lightweight plastic, as would be used to make childs toy. (When I first picked up the unopened box, I thought the wrong product had been sent because the box was so light.) One of the four light bulbs is positioned so that its nearly touching the chandeliers plastic body, so I am unable to use incandescent bulbs because it would present a fire hazard. The hardware included two feet of chain and all installation hardware (canopy, pipe, crossbar). Payment via PayPal was error free. My home has other lighting fixtures that are made of faux antler and the ones I have from Hampton Bay and Cabelas are much better quality for the same price, so it is unlikely that I will use HomeLava in the future.

I paid $83.97 for a widespread bathroom sink faucet with a polished brass finish. The item arrived in a few days but it is a cheap knockoff. The sink drain plug will not work because it has a fake pop up rod that cannot lift the drain. The packing slip says it was a "gift" with a value of $18 (probably to get them around paying any import fees).

Reading that HID bulbs are good for 2000 hours use(compared to 800 for incandescent), I decided to upgrade my vehicle. After blowing through two entire sets of these expensive bulbs in less than six months I asked them for assistance. Their response was to swap the positive and negative leads (just results in NO lights at all) and that they would offer a 10% discount to buy yet again. No warranty. No help. Unless their reasoning was that no power to the lights would keep the bulbs from burning out. They don't stand by their significantly more expensive products. Go to eBay instead.

I was assisted by a person named Judy and man can I say she was ratched. My BMW angel eyes went out and paid over $200 for a new pair. When I got it and it was defective, they made me go though a obstacle just for a replacement. The replacements were also bad and we had to look though each box and test them because the illuminating colors were off. They try to sell 4500k at 6000k and 6000K at 4500K. Rip company. dont know how they are open

I ordered two ballasts for some aging sconces we have in our condominium complex. Within an hour found some ballasts and put in a request to cancel the order. The next day I received a concise response that the ballasts were "shipped." After several back and forth with the customer service (an obvious oxymoron) I was told that I could return the ballasts and they would refund the amount paid after deducting for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. When I complained about the restocking fee since my request to cancel the order preceded the shipping, I received an email from a "supervisor" telling me that their timeline showed my request to cancel came after the items were shipped. This is totally false, but since they were unwilling to work with me I decided to keep the ballasts since we will eventually need them. Now, I just opened the package to add the two ballasts to the ones we already had and discovered that we were sent two USED ballasts. This is the first time I have ever received ballasts that were not in boxes and with the necessary wires and installation components. Be very cautious. The BallastShop is a scam operation and customer service is a foreign concept to them. As a follow-up to my previous post, I just did some more research and discovered that not only did I receive two USED ballasts, the cost was more than DOUBLE what others charge for the new ballasts in the manufacturer's packaging.

PLEASE READ OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM On October 25, 2018, the light fixture in my shower room had stopped working. I first changed the 12 in. fluorescent light bulb. Still no light. If it wasn't the bulb, it was definitely the ballast that went bad. I went online and goggled the Ballast model I have.. a HD4032-120A Circline Ballast. I found one on Ballasthop.com. I noticed on their website that there were 2 different pictures for same item. There were also differences between the two regarding the LAMP TYPE and also in the LAMP AMPS . On the first picture, the ballast was showing no manufacturer name, only the lamp type > HD3222-120A. On the second pic, the ballast was showing AMEX LIGHTING as manufacturer and the lamp type was HD4032-120A. To make sure, I ordered the correct item, I called Ballasthop.com and spoke with Brian. I told him about the two different pictures under the HD4032-120A Circline Ballast. Brian replied the pictures on our website have not been updated and you will be getting a HD4032-120A Circline ballast. Days later (Nov 1st) I received a delivery from Ballastshop.com. When I opened up the package, I was in for a great surprise and got very upset. What Ballastshop.com had sent me was a used, scuffed, old dirty ballast, and someone has even wrote on it. The item was wrapped in a half (scissor cut) used UPS envelop stuck in a small UPS box. What was more upsetting was the fact that they shipped a different brand ballast. Webpage's picture is showing Amex Lighting brand and what they sent is a AMERICA ELEX brand !! I immediately called Ballastshop. I ended up speaking again with Brian. I told him about the used ballast I just received and he replied, I don't understand as our company is sending customers new ballasts. Sorry but, the ballast, I received today is not a new item but a used item!! Minutes later, I was getting a call from a John. He identified himself as the owner of Ballastshop.com. John said, the company we are getting these ballasts from is located in China, and they do not wrap these ballasts individually. He said the Chinese throw all those ballasts directly into a big crate on top of each other and this is why they're scratched and look run down. . If they are labeled new as Brian stated , then they should be wrapped individually to avoid being damaged. Those type of ballasts are sold on Amazon, at Home Depot and at Lowe's wrapped in a protective sheet of plastic. Minutes later the same John, sent me an email stating: "we'll do what ever you want to make this right for you". "If want to return we'll send you a ship label". I replied John, "What will make this right for me is to get a full refund on my credit card". I have also stated in same email if you agree for a full refund, please confirm. I'll then consider the matter closed. If however you disagree, I'll dispute (as I have ground for it ) the charge with my credit card. Days passes and I never heard from him again. On Nov 3rd, I have filed a dispute with my credit card. The credit card company asked me to return the item and I have since sent 3 emails to ballastshop.com requesting a prepaid return shipping label. So far I haven't received a return label. On the Better Business Bureau website, this John is in fact John Mahoney and he's the registered owner-president of Ballastshop.com. I have written this long review for the sole purpose of warning others about the "shoddy practices" of this vendor. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM FOR ANY PURCHASES! I will continue to follow up on this terrible situation until I am satisfied with the outcome. UPDATE: I think my review really "hits home" because, on Nov 8th, I got 3 things from Ballastshop and all on the same day: 1.) I was finally sent a return shipping label 2.) A full refund was processed on my credit Card 3.) An email from John @ Ballastshop.com saying: "Sorry for your poor experience. I have talked with the manufacturer who shipped the unit direct to you with less than satisfactory response at this time" > This is pure "BS" as there was no manufacturer involve here, what was shipped/sent to me was an old piece of junk (a used, scuffed, old dirty ballast) There is also another reviewer on this page reporting the same issue with Ballastshop.com shipping him used ballasts. My advice is, avoid this vendor at all cost. If you need to replace a ballast use a reputable store such as Home Depot, Lowe's and/or a local electrical supplies store in your area. Or better, get a new LED light fixture that require NO ballast.

$3300 dollar order placed on 10-30-19. It said three weeks until the items would be shipped and a week for delivery. I called on the 20th, I was told a week more until it's shipped. Called today 11/29, I am told another week until it's shipped yet again. I currently have a scissor lift in my warehouse I rented for a month for 600 dollars that I may have to have extended because they cannot stick to a schedule and get the items shipped out. Update on 12/12 received everything but the track. Which they are out of. So everything I ordered is useless to me right now. They are now sending from Canada. No way will I receive it within two weeks I bet. Unbelievable incompetence

I bought 2 different items for Shop Wild Things and I am completely not happy at all. I bought 6 manzanita branches and 2 packs of ice imitation in clear, each pack contained 144 pieces. A couple days later I was notified that even though the system had allowed me to place the order they did not have the packs of 144 in stock. I asked why the system had let me (again days earlier) and they said their is a delay in there system so okay I talked it out with the customer service agent and they told me they would send me 6 packs of 48 (comes out t exactly 288 which i what I originally bought). Technically 6 packs of 48 would of been MORE than what I paid but they said she would send. When I received my package I had a broken bag of the ice imitation and I was 45 pieces short. I counted because of the broken bag and because I needed a certain amount for an event I am doing. I realized that the 5 unbroken bags actually only had 42 pieces and my 1 broken bag only came with 33 pieces causing the 45 pieces less. My biggest concern here is that I put reviews up on the website of BOTH products I ordered from them (over a month ago) the manzanita tree branch review being all good and the review on the ice imitation explaining the same as above and NEITHER review is on the website still. I looked through and NO product has a review which explains because they DO NOT publish the reviews clients actually leave. This to me isn't right and I do not agree with it.

I ordered furniture February 10th. Our account appeared to be charged twice and it took us a week to resolve this. Keep in mind flat fair had their money. And we were never informed they would not be sending our furniture. I got ahold of them by calling sometimes 30+ times a day. Mostly no answer. And was told they had to have me release it.ok so release it. March 10th a month later still no furniture. I called and was told the next day a Friday or the beginning of the following week. We received an email on the 17th saying it was shipped... the tracking number said it would be delivered the 22nd which is a tuesday. It is now Thursday and we have received nothing. I had to contact the company again and they made me call the shipping company myself. The shipping company had no problem delivering it the 29th because we are not available in the evening and that's the only time they would deliver. We are only available at that time Monday and tuesday. But seeing as we are getting married next month we have things to do monday. Easter is Sunday and we have no furniture in our house. Now they are trying to charge us 50 dollars a day storage to keep the packages until tuesday. After a month and a half of waiting for the furniture they should do that for free. If they would have brought it when they said we wouldn't even need it to be stored. I asked for money back and they want to charge us a restocking fee. We are looking into a lawsuit. Avoid this company at all cost and please inform everyone you can to stay away.

On January 14th 2017 I placed an online order upon receiving my invoice I noticed a color discrepancy, and immediately sought to cancel this order. On January 15th 2017 I received an email, and updated invoice ensuring all charges had been voided, and that the order had successfully been canceled. Upon checking my banking statements the account reflected this to be true. However, today on January 18th new charges reflect the original purchase amount of $674.00. I have made several attempts regarding this matter and have had no resolve. I have not been contacted, reassured, nor kept current regarding these misallocated funds. At this point I am vey irate and dissatisfied with the lack of service being provided, especially regarding something of this magnitude. I have also reached out via phone speaking with a representative named Luis who was of no assistance. Emails unanswered. BEWARE!

Shipment of my rug was fast and should be arriving shortly (review written 5 days after order was placed), but getting a hold of customer service has been a nightmare. 5 minutes after placing my order, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I called their (allegedly) 24/7 customer service line immediately and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was automatically disconnected. I tried again and the same thing happened. I then emailed customer service and got a response saying to call their 24/7 phone line for inquiries requiring an immediate response or wait ~3 days for a reply. Well, it's been 5 days and still no reply. I even tried to reach out to their customer service through their Facebook page and nothing. Radio silence. Luckily for me, the incorrect size won't be the worst thing - it's slightly too small for the space but we'll make do once it arrives. This was my first time buying from rugs.ca and it will be my last. The complete lack of response from rugs.ca makes one thing clear - once they have a customer's money, they can't care less about that customer. Online shopping is supposed to be reliable and convenient - rugs.ca is neither.

While the futon we ordered was acceptable, all of the accessories we ordered were delivered to us from Amazon, in an Amazon box, with Amazon gift receipts. However, they did not charge Amazon prices. One of the sheets we ordered from folding bed.net was 45 dollars, but the item was listed on Amazon for 9 dollars. And then, insult to injury, they charge a 25% restocking fee, and require us to pay the shipping fee for a return. Alternatively, we can take a loss and return the items directly to Amazon (for free, but at original price). In conclusion, buy their beds, and nothing else.

I ordered the Titan Jupiter XL from Easy Massage Chair after confirming that the chair was designed to accommodate a tall person (6’6). From ordering, confirmation, scheduling and follow up they were top notch. I received emails informing me of the status of my order, delivery date and use and care video links. After the “white glove” installation, I received a nice thank you email. Unexpectedly, a few weeks after delivery I received an unexpected and thoughtful gift via UPS! That’s what I call customer service. BTW - I love the chair. An added benefit of my massage chair is the relaxation felt after a heated massage. I often find myself dozing off in the reclined position. Once I stand up I feel like a new man.

spoke to numerous supervisors who tried figure out how to sell me what i wanted---spoke to sales person and ordered a storage bench-paid for it using gift cards-order confirmed--2-3 day free shipping and applied an additional 15% discount at end of order----their system could not accept the 15% unless the whole order was then cancelled but it would take several weeks(??). so i said just credit the 15% to my in house acct---no problem( after the call was shuffled along to another supervisor-)--yeah right(sarcastic)---then this sale just went totally south---no fix in sight--what a poorly trained staff and business model---i wanted to buy but they couldn't figure a way to complete the sale. is this any way to run a business? yes if you want potential customers to run in the opposite direction and buy the same item from houzz or build.com or overstock.
