Checkout process is terrible. Also, recovery of forgotten password is not secure, you should not have my password at all, you should have a hash of it, and should have a secure method to change it. I bought because your site says you have the product I need in stock, which is great, but the checkout is ugly. There also should be a way to checkout as a guest.

Search results are a bit strange. For instance, if I search X470, I get several results, but not the Asus X470 Pro I am looking for. I only found it via Google Shopping. You have good prices and stock on some other items that were not picked up by Google, however.

I bought 3 orders directly from its website and received 20% discount. The delivery took only 2 days or so with full bottles. I started to apply Bioluma on my eyelashes twice on Jan. 18. Till now is only 11 day count, but I have noticed change in the length and thickness. And I can see my eyelashes grow very fast on the area that lost hair. When purchasing and paying, delivery etc all was great. The only hiccup I had was last week when I attempted to make payment and the session timed out so the payment was taken and no confirmation or order was placed. Contacted you, said the bank will release the payment in 24 hours and my card was at fault. I work for Kiwibank so there was a few errors in your statement. The authorisation can stay in place for up to 8 working days and your company has to fax the bank to get the auth lifted sooner. I did not request this but just so you know before you promise 24 hour release and then a person is stuck between calling their bank and emailing you and getting two different responses. Also the card was not at fault, it was your pages fault for timing out before I had entered my card information. Your response was prompt and apologetic whilst placing the error on me with inaccurate information on how authorisations work. You need to educate your staff a bit better. But apart from that, when it went smoothly it was great. Fast delivery, good information. Happy with product. No qualms about trading again. Thanks! :)

I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

I learned the cream I bought for my infant has salicylic acid in it, which is not suitable for kids under 2. I emailed the company to let them know of my concern and have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable on both fronts - the toxic ingredients and the silence to my email concern.

Great experience. We bought Cavaliers tickets, which work a little different than tickets I am used to with the whole Flash Seats thing. Someone from select-a-ticket actually called me without me needing to ask to brief me on how to use the Flash Seats system. That was super cool and helpful!

We will always remember the experience, and your staff made it exceptional. Kathy took my reservation, and was so helpful she made all the difference, simplifying a complicated decision and offering options that made the trip possible. The van driver -so sorry I can't recall his name -was beyond helpful, keeping calm even when another driver plowed into the van in the Trump driveway. (Our driver was in no way at fault.) Mike piloted the helicopter so smoothly that l'm now eager to explore other cities and areas by chopper. His explanations of the terrain below helped us see highlights we would have missed otherwise, and we enjoyed his humor. I'm confused if you are the direct company offering the helicopter tour or the agency that partners with the helicopter tour company. If it's the latter I would prefer to know basic details of who the company is to address concerns of quality of company, type of helicopter etc. Otherwise, good website, good prices!

I bought a made in China scale that is not useable because it was not properly constructed and used inferior materials, I think. I'm pleased to buy a made in USA product. It and the shipping are higher priced, but I will be using this, and my husband will too, for a long time.

This has been the first time I have placed an ordered with Cellarit. Hi Your website is pretty clunky and some of the featured things I wanted were not in stock - like other Camelbak bottles and short dated Clif Bars. Because of my lowish ratings, I was promised a follow-up phone call that didn't happen. After ordering product colours that I did not really want, I was then emailed to say those colours were not available and would I accept some other colours. I ordered on the 12th but my order was not actioned until late on the 14th but I got the impression it would be quicker than this. On a positive not, my order was all correct and well packaged.

If you're looking to buy a telemarketing phone list, ListGiant is pretty good. The cheapest option is 5000 records for $349. It's a decent deal and the list quality for me at least has been pretty good (scrubbed for do-not-call registry, etc.). They have a pretty easy to use self-service portal--which means you can download the list right away. Also, if you need help they can generate lists for you and their phone support is friendly and good. I've used a few other list brokers and I've found ListGiant to be one of the best.

I bought a list from List giant that over 25% deactivated phone numbers and over 15% of the people on the list had been dead for over 10 years 70% of the list didn't fall within the search parameters that I specifically paid for. In addition to this wildly inaccurate information they promised that they had run their information against the do not call list. You can probably see where this is going already. Surprise over 30% of the records where on the national do not call list.

Nomorobo was one of the three 2013 winners of the FTC Robocall Challenge. According to PC magazine's 2015 review of the site, it's the only winner that has a service up and running on the web, and it's FREE! It does not work for cell phones or for analog landline services. But for all other landline services, it works. Supposedly. Hey, it it did for me -- instantly!! I signed up yesterday, and I've gone from 10 robocalls a day (minimum) to zero. I hear one brief ring and then blessed silence. It's a MIRACLE!!! And this just in time for onslaught of political robocalls that were about to crash down on my peace of mind like an avalanche. I am SO THRILLED!! For a more technical POV, here is an excerpt from that Sept. 2015 PC Magazine review: "The good news is that Nomorobo is free, easy to sign up with, and works as promised. I used to get at least one or two robocalls per day. The only sign of them now is that the phone rings once. If I'm curious, I can go to my Verizon FiOS account online, see the calling number, and search for it in a browser. So far, every blocked call has been from a known robocaller, with the number also showing up in my online searches on assorted sites that track annoying calls. The bad news is that you may not be able to take advantage of Nomorobo. Ideally, it should be directly integrated into the carrier's internal call processing, which is what Ooma Premier and Sonic do. And in principle, it should be able to work with any carrier. All it requires is that the carrier support simultaneous ring, so incoming calls can ring both your line and Nomorobo's line at the same time. In practice, unfortunately, that feature is currently available only on VoIP carriers, and not even all of those. The list of carriers that work with Nomorobo has some significant players on it, including Verizon FiOS, Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, and AT&T U-verse. (You can find the full list on the Nomorobo signup page.) Missing, however, are all wireless carriers and all analog carriers. So although it works with Verizon FiOS, it won't work with Verizon Wireless or standard Verizona plain old telephone service (POTS) line to those who follow such things." It took me a bit of work to sign up on Nomorobo.com. I had to sign into my Verizon account (find the online ID, password, blah blah) and then follow the steps the site listed. But was it worth it!! I just can't understand why I haven't heard about this service before. I guess the truth is it's free, which means not much revenue, which means no advertising. I suppose they have grants or government funding perhaps? In any case, I wish I'd know about this site sooner -- it is WONDERFUL!!!!

The team was able to get done what I was looking for. They over looked some items and didn't optimize the best way for SEO. Their "office hours" are odd times, which made it more difficult to communicate with them because there was only a small window of real-time interaction for project feedback. For the next project, I'll be looking somewhere else because of the office hours time availability.

Couldn't get a purchased theme to work and requested assistance. Each email was more aggressive and I was called "lame" several times in the email responses. Clearly, this is not a professional setup (most likely someone in their bedroom trying to make a few dollars) I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

I received Terrible service from Web Marketing Guru, do your research on this company first before paying them. I ordered a logo and website design in total paying $880. I started with the logo design and the 5 designs they provided were so far off brief it was ridiculous! After many many re designs I decided that the way it was going was not what I envisioned so decided to go for a logo with an icon instead. They advised that would require a specific designer to do and therefore I had to pay a further $180. What I received back I can only say looked like a 5 year old had done! It really was SO bad!!! After many many many more back and forth on the annoying message site the design was just still so bad that I ended up going else where for my logo. The website design was pretty similar in that the demo provided was very basic. Again looked like something I could have done myself a million times better! There is no way it was professionals doing it as there was the most basic of errors! They struggle to understand instruction. Up sell on as much as they can! They tried to tell me half way through the design that I had to pay a further $350 just to make the website secure. They also tried to up sell on site optimization and told me that if I wanted any types of dashboards to manage the site I would need to pay further! Thank god I never agreed to ANY of them! They call from a number that looks like Melbourne however are definitely not based there! They are impossible to get hold of and have literally taken MONTHS to get to a point where I have no logo from them and no website! Today I logged on to check my demo and found that my whole thing has been cancelled with no communication what so ever! Im guessing I will never see the $880 again! Taking that one on the chin but please if you are thinking of going with them DONT!!!! Dont let them steal anyone else's money! SCAMMERS www.webmarketingguru.com.au

Due to my busy schedule, I was looking for a company that can provide comprehensive solutions for my web designing, logo designing, and online marketing needs. At first, I was not sure that Web Marketing Guru will deliver my project on time and as per my specifications. But these guys amazed me! They did fantastic work for my new website, logo as well as a digital marketing plan. I feel bad to have underestimated them. I appreciate the way one can search and find writers of different quality to suit different content needs we have for ourselves or our clients. The order process is simple and effective. I wish there would be an automatic notification of writers for new direct or team orders. Their service is absolutely terrible. I paid extra for 1 of the top writers on their team to write an essay for me. If that really is one of the best on their team I would be worried. The writer couldn't follow simple instructions on sources, and you can't even communicate with the writer. You have to talk to some support center who then tries to translate your message as best as they can to the writer. I am don't doubt that there was miscommunication. I did try to get a chargeback, and instead was threatened by one of the managers to call up the school. I told him I was willing to pay some of the charge, because i did use some of it, but not all of the charge because, I had to rewrite about half of the paper because the writer couldn't figure out how to not use sources like .org and .coms. He insists that I pay the full price even though the service sucked. So I thought I would write a review so no one else has to deal with being charged for trashy work.

I have used SpeedyPaper for quite some time with much success. I was a happy customer until recently an essay that was written for me was actually flagged for plagiarism when I submitted it to my school. The report stated that another essay was previously submitted to the school that was a 94% match to the one they provided for me. I presented the report to manager *, but he stated that it wasn't enough evidence to support my claim. He also claimed it was impossible because they did not have login access to my school. * does not comprehend that there are other ways that the essay they sold to me could have been copied and then sold to me. There are essay sharing sites like coursehero.com that the writer could have copied from or the writer typed up the same essay for a different customer and then sold that essay to me. The plagiarism report I provided should have been proof enough, but they would not even give me a refund. All * did was offer me a measly discount on my next order. It wasn't until I told him that I was going to file a claim with Paypal did he offer me a full credit. I declined because the credit would go unused. Why would I continue to use a service that I can not trust. They claim "written from scratch " and "100% plagiarism free". That was not the case for this order. I gave * every opportunity to make it right, but he gave me the run around so I just filed a claim with Paypal. *Personal information redacted
