Before last year, I had never been to an Esthetician, let alone even know what one was. However, a district manager in my home based business gave me a card for a free eyebrow wax at the European Wax Center in Morgantown, WV. And let me tell you, it was not only an eyebrow wax, but a true relaxing experience. I loved it. The Esthetician I started with soon moved to another area of the salon and I began going to someone new. Her name is Annalissa. She is a bubbly young lady who, not only explains everything that she is doing and what it does for you, not only in a relaxing sense, but also in a hygienically aspect as well. Needless to say, I widened my waxing experience to a full array of services. This was due primarily to Annalissa. We have since become good friends. Not only for this reason, but because she is a personal professional who is excellent at her chosen career. If you live in the Morgantown area and are looking for a salon providing the services of Estheticians, please check out the European Wax Center. Although, I will continue to make my monthly appointment with the EWC, I will truly miss my Annalissa. I wish her the very best at wherever it is she finds employment in the future. I know she will do very well for herself.

I have made numerous orders from Strong Supplement Shop over the last year and decided to write a review commending them for their excellent customer service. The phone-based Pro Support is no doubt their strongest feature, and being able to call and talk to an expert on supplements any time of day is huge. I have never once not had them pick up within two rings, and every time I have spoken with them they have been courteous, professional, and helpful. I recently had confusion over an order and had to get it refunded and it was a somewhat complicated situation but the manager, Joe, walked me through every step via email and got everything resolved. I give them 5 stars in every capacity.

I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

The items ordered came within 3 days the service was excellent , one of the items wasn't in stock so I was immediately sent a replacement and was promised the other item free if charge as soon as it came into stock . Horrible Experience - recieved 1 of 2 items I ordered. When I called about the other item that did not ship (which was to be a birthday present), I was on hold for customer service for 15 minutes. When I called back and seleceted "place an order", my call went right through. Customer service person stated that should have indicated that the items would be shipped seperately. When she checked on the item that did not ship (she found that it was out of stock) but still listed on their website. They (hopefully) are in the process of refunding my order - but needless to say, I will never order from them again!

Their website promises they ship the next day; a week had passed by and no sign of my package coming. The strange part is that you cannot even track your oder like you can with most websites. Sketchy. Anyways I emailed them through their contact me page, never received a response. I had received my order almost two weeks from the original date I had purchased it on. The packaging looked like they carelessly put it together and I looked inside and my order was thankfully right. I cannot complain too much because they did throw in some sample bronzers which put a smile on my face, however I bought the Snooki Ultra Dark tanning lotion. The top has a bedazzled strip, but it was placed noticeably unevenly to the point where the nozzle wasn’t fully screwed in to the bottle. The lid was a little bit open in before I even took the plastic wrap off. Very messily put together and a long wait for a next day shipping promise. Will never order from this website again.

i've been buying from this website since 2012, I always got my orders in full, and this year ( 2019 ) I placed an order, 3 item was short shipped and I still got charged!!! and I cant find anyone to reply my email nor on the phone!!! so there! I lost $45 USD there!! now gonna try to get Palpal involved but i don't think i can get my money back, PayPal says protects BUYER but they actually protects the SELLER ( that was my experience with PAYPAL)

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

I purchased the four person infrared sauna for two reasons: #1 I could lay down fully on the bench (I am 5' 2") #2 I can do hot yoga in the unit. There is plenty of room for both. The united arrived within one week. Great price and great customer service when I called to have one of my questions answered. The unit heat up to 140 degrees within the first 10 minutes. Set-up of spa took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. LOVE!!! Wish I would have purchased sooner.

I have the Joyous 2 person sauna and I love it!! It is helping me to detox and boost my immune system. Excellent quality for a reasonable price. Both my sister and I both have the same one and we both love it! Super easy set up and easy to use. Definitely would recommend it. :)

I joined the Gym September 2016 for a year contract. I checked with receptionist (twice with different receptionists) in September 2017 when my gym membership finishes. They both said that my membership finishes on 11th October 2017. I asked them both twice that "so, after 11th of October, my membership completely finishes. I do not want my membership to continue as I have heard some gyms renew the membership themselves after the term finishes which I do not want and I want to make sure my membership does not continue". Then, they both said that the membership will not be extended and will definitely finish on 11th Oct 2017. Then, on 30/10/17, I found out that the gym direct debited $59.15 on 16/10/17 and 30/10/17. I called the gym and asked why. Then, the receptionist said that it is because of automatic roll over. My contract has finished, but it has automatically changed to a normal membership. I explained how I made it clear of this not happening in September. The receptionist said that he would send me the cancellation link to make sure my membership finishes by that day and will speak to Manager if they can honour the money debited after the term. I told him that no receptionist ever mentioned me about the cancellation link and it is not fair. The reception said that he will speak to Manager the next day to give me a call. On 31/10/17, I visited the gym to speak to Manager. Manager asked how he could help me. When I said that I am here for the gym membership cancellation, he said that "oh yes, he (pointed at the receptionist) told me about it. Have you completed the cancellation form?" I told him that that is my point that I clearly expressed myself that my membership to finish by 11th of Oct 2017 which is the day the membership supposed to finish and the receptionists said 'Yes', but no one ever mentioned me about the process. Manager said that it must have been a communication breakdown or I was not clear to the receptionist of what I wanted. 'Finish the membership' is not clear enough?. Anyway, he said that I should have given them the 30 day notice. I told him that I notified the receptionists in September already and they never mentioned me of any form filling process etc. He said that as per the term, 30 day notice can be given only after the contract period finishes, so they did not overcharge me or anything. He asked me to complete the cancellation form then he will process. I explained to him several times that it is unfair as no one ever clearly explained to me of this term. Manager said that the staff on contract would have explained to me and not many people read the contract. However isn't this the company's responsibility to notify consumers of the key terms and conditions? Also, the receptionists' reply in Sept gave me misleading information that my contract would end on 11/10/17, but yet they extended my membership without notifying me. Manager said that they cannot refund the money as I would have paid that money anyway as the 30 days cancellation notice could have be given on 11/10/17, so I would had to pay the fee on 16/10 and 30/10 to make up 30 day notice period. They said that they would have explained to me (which never have occurred until today) and I am the one did not read the contract, yet they have responsibility to explain the key terms to the consumers and I gave them 2 chances to make it clear in September. I have never been clearly informed of the cancellation period and process. I was told that my membership would end on 11/10/17, but they deducted money on 16/10 and 30/10. I have not attending gym as I thought that the membership has expired, yet I have been paying. Therefore, $118 paid through 16/10 and 30/10 has been wasted as result of the company not informing consumer of the right process. Oh, lastly, the manager said that the receptionists have so many other things to do than explaining the contract to the customers.

GO Health club Springwood or any of the clubs...Beware when signing up to this gym, make sure you take the contract home and read everything... Legally they are meant to provide you with a copy of your contract on the day of signing, this never happened to me after 2 days of not receiving anything I wrote to them asking for my contract as i wanted to cancel the membership, they do this so your cooling off period of 48 hours goes past. Im still trying to cancel the contract but they argue my cooling off period lapsed, they dont take any responsibility for negligant staff or do they simply train them this way???? sales tactics, their happy to take your money though and send you to a debt collector!!!!!!

I am very disturbed because the van we waited 8 weeks for was not what we received. When I spoke with Justine Laurette the sales manager he did not listen, he tried "sell me". We ordered 2 jump seats on a long channel ramp. We got bench seat across the second row making the van unusable. At no time did anyone express concern for the mistake. I was expected to fix the problem myself. When I order a customized vehicle I don't want to make changes. The administration was poor and unreliable.

The customer care from our first communication to now has been nothing short of fantastic. Our primary contact, Mr. Ray Fosburg, could not have done a better job of explaining the pros and cons of the different conversions for my specific injury. He really wanted me to get the perfect vehicle for me! We are so happy with our Toyota Sienna! I will not hesitate to brag on Freedom Motors and Ray to others who may need a vehicle for the handicapped. This is a business more like an advocate than a merchandise seller!

I bought one of the T shirts for a friend of mine and had it sent directly to her. She was thrilled with the shirt and kept telling me how she especially loved how beautiful and soft the fabric is. She is a major T-shirt gal and knows her stuff about fabrics. It also arrived more quickly than expected which as a pleasant surprise. Great product and great experience MV folks! I wouldn't have expected anything less from all of you and I will be ordering more shirts soon.

John was recommended to us by a friend, who had used him to take her and some friends to Edinburgh. I made the call, discussed the price and confirmed the booking six months before the trip. John called me two weeks before the trip to confirm everything was as arranged, then arrived exactly as planned. The run to Glasgow was stress free for two reasons -=I didn’t have to think about driving or parking and John has a cheerful demeanour which kept my mind off a last minute - and potentially high risk - threat to our Florida holiday. The return journey, arriving at 7am on a Saturday, was equally stress free, and so worth the cost to not have to drive to Perth after an overnight flight. It is anytime fitness centre in Woodley, Reading. Location is good. Problem is that it is not kept cool enough. I think this is to save money. All other areas are not bad and cool enough. However, the tread mill area does not get enough air condition's air. It because this area is on the far end, and a wall blocks the air reaching there. It gets very uncomfortable while exercising. I have pointed this matter several times to the owner and to the manager, but they ignore it. I have suggested an easy solution to install a fan on the wall in that particular area. I have also contacted the central office twice, telephone number 03303322361. It was promised that over all area manager would contact me. How ever it did not happen. Recently the manager of the club itself had been rude. He told me that if it was not cool enough then I must leave the club. I consider that the manager's response was unaccetable and ill mannered.

They would of got 5 stars but for a question I asked that was.I fit a wheel clamp on my mobility scooter when I go shopping they said thats not good enough it must be chained to a solid item I will look into this as I feel a car cannot be moved with one on.And I have done my best to protect it from being stolen.

From our early morning arrival we were taken care of well & looked after at Pearl for 11 days . Had a few room changes ( our choice ) & went rather smooth. Great “fun “ had which what we were looking for & food great also. Then spent 3 nights at Maya & all went well there also.

Wie schon erwähnt, war der erste Teil der Reise - Ljubliana nach Piran - super. Gute Hotels, exzellente Karten und Beschreibungen. Insgesamt kann man das nur weiterempfehlen. Leider war dann bei der Reise in Istrien das Kartenmaterial mäßig bis falsch. an einem Tag passte Karte und Beschreibung überhaupt nicht zusammen und auch fehlten an entscheidenden Stellen (Weggabelung, Verzweigung) Kleber oder Anweisungen (rechts oder links). Wir haben uns mit GPS geholfen. Das Hotel Vila Lili war leider sehr schlecht. Die Leute waren unfreundlich, sprachen weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Die Armaturen im Bad waren sanierungsbedürftig, das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht..... Das Gepäck kam immer rechtzeitig an.

Overall I thought the Prague to Dresden cycle tour was not as spectacular as other European cycle tours I have done. There are many industrial sites bordering the Elbe River - not so attractive. On the positive side the maps provided with the route highlighted by textacolour were very good. The detailed maps showing the exact route to the hotel at the end of the day's cycling were excellent - better than any other tour I have done. Two of the accommodations were one person bands - the same person was at reception, cleaned your room and also served breakfast in the morning. On both occasions, I could not gain entrance to the accommodation when I arrived because that one person was either not available or was doing something else. At Litomerice I arrived at 12:37 pm but could not gain admittance until 3:20pm. I filled in time by having lunch in the main square. It was a fine day so this did not matter too much. But if the weather had been bad on this day I could not think of anything worse - being tired and in wet clothing not being able to have a hot shower immediately on arrival and being able to change into dry clothes. The actual accommodation at Litomerice was very good. By comparision the hotel at Decin had reception manned all day up to late at night.

The order took 3 weeks and still no order (expected a delay due to Covid) but no update from skinny tan and then after chasing a few times was told it was damaged in transit. No update from anyone until I chased a few times and no real hurry to whip a new one. Still waiting for an update as to when o will receive the new one, if it’s been shipped. Delay understood after chasing but not good to have to chase so much and no update as to when I will receive the goods paid for weeks ago.

Shipping was extremely high. Hawaii shipping doesn't have to be as much as we were charged. We use your shirts as employee uniforms and for sipping almost makes us want to shop elsewhere. Initially there was a hiccup with the top of the zip. I contacted ecostinger, who were happy to replace the suit; however I elected to fix it myself by pulling out an extra tooth above the zip stop. The full bodysuit is now great for lap swimming in an unheated pool. I wear a bikini top and compression shorts under it. When I come out of the pool I peel off the suit and slip into my robe.

The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

I've shared TNS Essential Serum on my snapchat and with all of my girlfriends. I have a lot of their skincare products; Irish Mud Cleansing Gel, Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel, Water Drench Cloud Cream Cleanser, Ultra Rich Body Lotion, Cucumber Gel Mask, and Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream. I like to adapt my cleansers to the way my skin feels before cleaning, so I use a lot of different ones. All the PTR cleansers are great, though the Irish Mud one is my fave. It leaves my skin looking super clean and if I use it with the Hyaluronic Cloud Cream when I feel a breakout coming, it reduces the reaction. Their Ultra Rich Body Lotion is true to its name; rich and creamy, leaving my skin feeling luxuriously pampered after use.
