We ordered a simple 3-way splitter online on a Sunday. Great and easy website. HOWEVER, the site did NOT bother to say that they were out of stock! While I was expecting the switch to be shipped the next day - that did NOT happen... On Thursday, FOUR business days later we received our first email from their "customer service" supervisor, Kelsey, saying that I could expect DELAYED SHIPMENT in 3 - 5 business days!!! Since today is New Year's Eve, Kelsey said that we could POSSIBLY expect the item in a WEEK - TWO WEEKS MAYBE!!! I requested a callback from the manager or owner and Kelsey said that she was not authorized to do that either. Way too many "gee I guess we screwed up" problems to deal with this company again!

I never had a real problem with them until the day I found they have decreased my line of credit making my credit score go down by 30 point. How they did this? By decreasing the line the credit utilization goes up and impact your credit negative. After 5 years with them payments on time and never missed one they don’t care, they will answer you we don’t look at that. I understand is a business but why you want to affect your good customers. They work with multiple furniture companies, dental, veterinary, ophthalmologist and more be careful they will get you one way or an other. Is true this company have the worst customer service, they can’t express what they think because they might loss their job but you can tell by the tone of the voice how they might feel as well. When a company do really wrong to a client like this, not a high balance, payment on time is not fair. For you to have an idea account line for 5 years $2,400; balance in the account $944 is around 35% to 40% of credit utilization is not bad. They decreased the line balance to $1200, for no reason they decided causing the credit utilization go up to 80%, this affect negatively my credit score. Company like this does not deserve to be promoted or use all they care is the money.

They don't even rate a star it's 0, been a good customer with this company. Never had late payments always paid more then due and payed off ahead of time. For this they have closed three credit cards with them. My Dress Barn card, my G.E. card for furniture etc., now my Care Credit card for medical, dental, vision needs. Saying I don't have enough secure assets. I have to much revolving credit. All are current and have not been late. So for being a good customer and paying my bills I am chastised closing my account staring good standing. They can say there no discriminating but due to this recent pandemic they are cutting off my resources in the time of need that is discrimination. I I'm telling anybody that is affiliated with this company that they need to close your account and take them elsewhere because that's not good business an chastise a good customer that pays their bills.

The negative reviews I've read are too polite. This company are a bunch of crooks. I was warned but thought others had just been unlucky. I have submitted a complaint to the ombudsman and am in the process of issuing court proceedings. They hope you will just go away and keep your money. If anyone reading this is hoping your experience will be different I have just one message "Don't touch this company with a bargepole"

I tried 100 rounds of 9mm ammo from Luckygunner, Knoxville Tn. The ammo in question is made by /stelth/ based in Arizona. Every shooter knows ammo prices are quadrupled which adds to the frustration of dud ammo. About a dozen duds out of a 50 round box is unacceptable. Imagine a real self defense situation where you draw your weapon and all it does is click! If you're wondering, I fired 100 rounds of 2 other different brand ammo's this day, flawlessly. The main point is this company's customer service is below terrible. They blamed me and my weapon and instructed me to contact the manufacturer for resolution. I didn't ask for a refund. I want to ALERT the shooting community about this brand of 9mm ammo. Lucky Gunner can't be bothered with things like quality control, satisfied customers and return business

I ordered three shirts from this company. It shipped to my printer and I found out after it was the wrong color. I called the company to see if they could do anything. The agent who said she was the supervisor (Liz) said no nothing she can do items should be checked when we received them. This is a bad customer service. She wouldn't even offer free shipping or a discount going forward. She didn't even pull up my order. I should of checked the reviews online. I would have seen other people that received the wrong product. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she was. If your supervisor acts in this manager then you have something wrong with how things are being run.

I ordered six plain, pocket-less, X-Large (Tall) Gildan Tall 6.1 oz. Ultra Cotton® T-Shirts and six large Gildan 6.1 oz. Ultra Cotton® T-Shirts (not Tall), along with a pair of shorts for my wife from T-ShirtWholesaler.com. I thought the prices were reasonable for these shirts, which are nice and substantial at 6.1 oz each and very well-made. Each of the extra-tall shirts were $4.60, the regular large were $3.19 apiece, and the shorts (women’s boy-shorts) were $4.92. The t-shirts and pair of shorts came to $48.27 in all. The “standard” shipping (cheapest), was UPS ground and cost $12.45. So for the twelve well-made T-shirts and the pair of shorts, the grand total with shipping came to $60.72. This company wasn’t listed on ResellerRatings and did not accept PayPal, so I was a bit leery of ordering, but I figured I’d give them a shot. I placed my order on 7/25/2010, at about 1:00 PM. I got an email confirmation immediately; complete with all the order details and a phone number if I had questions. Having chosen the “standard” shipping, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the package three days later on 7/28/2010. It was wrapped well in a postage “bag” type envelope, which was fine for these items. I counted everything out and discovered I was missing three of the shirts. They weren’t even listed on the invoice included. I double-checked my email confirmation and sure enough, there they were. I checked the website's tracking info and found only the single number, for the package that had been already been delivered. I emailed the company’s customer service explaining the situation and got a response within about an hour letting me know that the other shirts were arriving the next day from a different warehouse, along with a different tracking number for that shipment. All in all I was very pleased with this transaction. The prices were reasonable, the shipping fast, and the customer service impeccable. I have no qualms about recommending T-ShirtWholesaler.com.

I ordered 5 t-shirts from this company. Two of the shirts shrunk 3" in length, even thought they claimed to be "pre-shrunk"!! When I called requesting to exchange for shirts of same color that did not shrink, they refused saying that the shrinkage was within normal range. If you buy from them, be aware they DO NOT stand behind their products.

I ordered The Dell INSPIRON 3580 laptop on April 12 and it took three weeks to receive it. I bought this as a gift for my brother and his wife. After receiving it and having one of the Dell techs talk over the phone and do a remote they agreed to ship out another one. The problems continued. It was slow and often freezing up and there were several calls to Dell and more remotes into the laptop amd several reinstalls and it is still not anywhere near the potential a new laptop should have. Also, he was told that the 30 day Dell tech service was over on June 4th and it would cost $100.00 for every call now. So I purchased a Dell lemon and am extremely disappointed as I have bought others laptops and desktops from Dell but I will not own another nor recommend to anyone. I will purchase from Walmart or Costco from now on. I am positive that even a refurbished laptop would be better than the Dell INSPIRON 3580 I will check with my credit card company and PayPal and see if there is any recourse. To say the least I should be able to ship it back and get a full refund. I will be posting this same review on any website that reviews laptops for people to stay away from Dell.

Had to put together a new computer, a proper workhorse and gaming rig, to keep up with all the things I throw at it. Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. They listened to all my requests and demands, and made sure to fulfill this order perfectly. This, and the many times I talked to them before, about new orders or the occassional issue, such as broken hardware, and the great service they always offered, has shown me what a great company this is!

After requiring support to log on to app, it briefly worked. Then first time it was used the lock connects with my Iphone, and when the app “unlock” is pressed it says the lock is unlocking (but the lock remains locked). When fingerprint is tried, the light turns from white to green (briefly) then goes out. Lock doesn’t open. When morse code is tried it shuts off before the “10” digits are entered. 4 emails to support without response over the past month is unsatisfactory! I'll need to cut the lock or my favorite gym bag if it wont open.

Ordered their "Web Power Switch III" on 6/17/11. Had a FedEx tracking# in my hand that evening. Had the box in my hand a week later. It's hooked-up and working at this instant; very well made, with a longer-than-expected power cord (always a plus). The LEDs are brighter than I would prefer, and I wish the unit had an internal clock for logging, but nothing's perfect. Prior to ordering, I'd asked a few technical questions via email. I always received a response. Overall, very satisfied.

I bought the Mil-4000n, this is a great machine very easy plug & play, features are exactly what is needed for our small office, problem is the hard drives go out like clock work every 2 years at a replacement cost of 350.00 this gets a little pricey not to mention the loss of your data. DLI loggers customer service is the worst I guess since I'm not a government contactor I don’t matter to them. They made a good machine but the reliability and their service is not worth it.

We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I've been using G-Core Labs CDN for 5 months and it really helps us to provide content very quick. We are a media company, so provide video content is very important for us. CDN is very helpful. I also like that pricing is transparent and I can look traffic statistics any time I need. At first I had some problems with adjusting CDN, but tech support helped me a lot to fix them. My verdict is: good product, good service!

Good product when it works - there are ongoing issues with uploading m3u files for weeks now where the site just times out. The service was completely down for +5 days last month with no offer made to refund users or extend their subscriptions for the missing days.. this issue was compounded by admin/customer service advising people "so your epg is down, this is first world problem; US government is shut down for weeks, have some perspective". Imagine any established brand telling their paying customers that during a loss of service. Above all this service is let down the most by the admin/customer service (same person) who cannot help themselves and constantly talk down to people, telling them their feature request is stupid. Some examples of late: 1. Site not working for a month - user asks for update, admin responds with "In your place I would keep my mouth shut and wait patiently" 2. Another user on the same thread asks when their paid service will work again: Admin responds with "What don't you understand from the words "we", "are", "working", "on" and "it"?" There are countless other examples on the "support" forum. Based on this I'd say just go with xtream-editor instead, it has no limits on the number of channels in their package and is still cheaper, and crucially their customer service actually help people without the need to talk down to them with a smug and arrogant superiority complex. Finally it should be noted the owner of EPG for IPTV has offered a free month's service to people who post "an objective and honest review". This should be kept in mind when reading the (mostly positive) reviews here.

I have been employed @ iStorage for nearly 5 years, my longest ever permanent role and a testament to how highly i regard this company. I have made some good friends working here and have also managed to be part of something special. There are not many companies out there bringing products to the market that are so ground breaking within their niche and I'm proud to have been part of that journey. And there is so much more in the pipeline, it's truly amazing to see these ideas come into fruition in the form of physical products. I've not experienced this before! It's a very welcoming environment at iStorage and teamwork is key. I have faith and know I can rely on my colleagues support if required and they can rely on me. I am expected to work hard, much the same as any other workplace but I can say it makes it a damn sight easier when you buy into the dream. There is a 3-hour minimum for interpretation services, which is not ideal; but that seems to be the standard for most companies, and I'd consider it money well spent.

I placed an order with Very for a Fridge Freezer, as our's had stopped working (obviously), the order was going to take a week so due on 8th June 2020, the delivery guys turned up saying that i wasn't going to be happy as my product had been damaged, righto let me have a look i said thinking that maybe it would of been the packaging that was damaged, the packaging was damaged but so was my new fridge freezer with a dent in the side of the door. The delivery guys weren't even happy about taking it off the van so i allowed them to return the item, i was put onto a call with a young lady saying that it would be sorted out and they would call me to arrange a new delivery and some form of express. I contacted very like i was told explained the situation and was then put back through to Arrow XL, only to be told that they had to do a quality control on the product that would take 72hours before i get told when i would be getting a new product, that was Monday 8th June, I then called again on 11th June to be told pretty much the same thing except this time there has been progression apparently the order had been placed with the supplier again and they were just waiting to be received at there warehouse, ok i thought hopefully by the weekend they should know more and hopefully have a new delivery date. I called again today 15th June only to be told that they don't have any more information and they can't tell me when i'm likely to expect delivery as they are still waiting for it to come from the supplier, then told to go back to very which i have done every time i get in contact with yourself, then told to get in contact with the supplier myself ?? really i've never had to do that in all the time i have been ordering off line. i am having to shop daily to feed my kids which has cost me a small fortune in the time i have had to wait. I am fed up with waiting and told i'm sorry i totally understand, sorry no you don't. If very are going to continue using this company for big items i'd rather take my money else where instead of getting fobbed off every time you call. A delivery company that can't answer how long would it normally take coming from the supplier can't say we don't have that information. I am one unhappy customer who is gettting more and more frustrated that every day that goes by with out my fridge freezer.

Due to a problem they had in the warehouse I was told my order would not be delivered for another 10 days! I went onto very website and found I could re order and have it delivered in 2 days. When I informed arrow about this I was told they save sone daily slots for priority customers, surely I should be a priority customer given I had paid for delivery on a specific day and they had failed that delivery. Disgraceful customer service would not use this company by choice.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

Beware anyone considering purchasing a Groupon from Scanmyphotos! I purchased the $29 deal for and sent them 500 of my most endeared photos. I was informed my Groupon was "expired" and invalid and now they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. I asked Groupon to intervene. Groupon was no help at all. I spent $25 on the groupon, $20 to ship the photos, then Scanmyphotos charged me another $20 to return the photos months later. I would not consider using this company again. I'm out $85. Don't buy into their Groupon. You may be sorry.

These guys have no clue this is completely illegal in several states in the United States. The "UNLIMITED" plan is NOT unlimited. The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. The 2nd cable did the same as the first, so I emailed again and got a quick refund! Shortly after, I found that my settings were wrong on the Apple TV and once correct, both cables worked.
