So after looking at this product I decided to do some investigating. Now when this product is in use on an electric shower it creates a flow restriction. This it what gives it improved pressure. Unfortunately electric showers are carefully designed with water flow to prevent the heating element burning out. After speaking to both Mira and Aqualisa they confirmed that this product will void your warranty, and seriously reduce the lifespan of your shower. When I questioned stone stream about this on Facebook they quickly deleted my post and blocked me to prevent me making another. If your shower is under warranty then do not use this product!

We purchased a Santec Roman bath tub faucet set from H&S. I mistakenly ordered the set without the handheld shower. Within 24 hours, Joe Vingray was able to confirm the shower would be shipped at no additional charge. I also ordered a Hansgrohe shower pipe from Joe. The price was slightly over half what I paid for the same product from a local supplier when we renovated our other bathroom last month. I would recommend both Joe Vingray and Home and Stone to anyone in the market for their products.

From start to finish this companys employees were respectful, polite, punctual, competent and true to their word. (This is not usual when dealing with a lot of trades.) Peter completed my quote, involved me in the how's, why's and the solutions for clearing & fixing my sewer pipes. He checked every meter of the sewer sysytem with a camera and gave me good advice on a broken toilet we had. This was free of charge as it was a quote only. YES! The reling system they use is a little more expensive than the traditional digging up and searching for the impaired pipe section not to mention removing and replacing pavers, but it is clean, effective, no fuss. Adam & Luke arrived on the schedule day & got to work straight away. It took about 5 hours in total to complete the repairs ( including my dodgey toilet) Both plumbers were really decent guys and it was clear to me that they were very proud of the company they work for and the professionalism they showed demonstrated this. I am truly happy with this companys' results in the work I needed done. Would definately use this company again.

Bad service from Harvey I had contacted them to cancel my 3months trail water softener due to below reason but after 3weeks over still they haven’t cancel my purchase and keep taking DD payment from my account. 1. Water Leakage from pipe which they installed 2. Low pressure in shower 3. Eat lots of salt 4. Bad customer service They are good in marketing and pre purchase as they will response you in second but I feel post purchase their customer service is worst and specially when you have an issue with product. They made false promises as well like they said eczema will go off with their water softener as my little one got eczema hence I installed softener but this is very much false promises from them don’t believe what they say. Hope you will save your time and money!!

I know that this was largely out of KBAs hands but perhaps pressure needs to be placed on freight company to up their game. Dealing with KBA was pleasant and problem free. Contracted them in November 2019 to fix a faulty bath mixer. They sent a plumber who could not do the job- so he had to call in a colleague. The 2 of them together did such an incompetent job that I had water pouring from my ceiling from the leaking fitting. They had fitted a replacement cartridge negligently. They also damaged the chrome shroud on the fitting. 2 months later -after much prevarication-they have still failed to rectify the damage.

I recently purchased the Bio Bidet 2000 from bidetsPlus. What a pleasant experience. First, the salesperson was very helpful and was able to confirm that the bidet I chose would fit correctly on the toilet. This was purchased as a surprise and I wanted it installed before my partner returned from a work trip. I hired a electrician and had the bidet delivered while she was away. As the electrician worked, I decided I would attempt to install it myself. With little to no plumbing experience, I was apprehensive. I followed the directions and when I had a question, I called customer support and quickly had a response and encouragement to move forward. The bidet is now installed and working perfectly and awaiting for the big reveal.

They didn't have the items I ordered in stock but rather than let me know, they decided to wait until they arrived. Had i not called this would have delayed my installation. Several calls over the week to request part delivery resulted in a request for order cancellation. Also their eBay prices are a lot lower than their own site prices. Poor customer service bit at least the refund was done quickly.

Please do not use - placed an order and requested a cancellation on the same day. The company still sent the item out, refused to refund the delivery charge even though they have confirmed that they received my cancellation request before the order had been dispatched. The lady on the phone Parv has the worst telephone manner of anyone that I have ever spoken to, she was extremely rude, she can’t understand that as a customer I have not done anything wrong, the company are at fault for sending a cancelled item and are now charging me for their own error - absolutely disgusted and definatley won’t be using again and won’t be recommending to anyone.

Shockingly bad customer service I called 9th September to make sure the bath I wanted was in stock and I would receive it in a reasonable amount of time as we needed it asap. I paid over the phone and was assured it would be. The expected date 15th September came and went, so I waited in a further day, no arrival, I called on the morning of 17th September and was advised they would call me back in 10 minutes, no call back, I called again late afternoon and was told they were waiting for a call back from their sister courier company and no they couldnt give me any tracking details. I called again 18th September to be told they would call me back, I waited a few hours and then called them back again, they had finally managed to contact their courier firm, the bath had been damaged on the pallet. They assured me they would send another bath out, it would be with me maybe 21st , another wasted waiting in day, it did arrive on the evening of 22nd September but unfortunately it wasn't the bath I had ordered!

The worst insurance company I have dealt with ever. All they do is try to get out of claims by quoting their terms and conditions. The exclusions for the policy are not made clear on their website and just buried in the terms. There so called "resolution" was to send me a letter clearly marking out the terms and conditions, no actual resolution. I am not sure how you can class that as a resolution to be honest. Had my boiler written off as beyond economical repair. The first person I had out from HomeServe said it was absolutely fine then because the issue wasn't resolved I had someone out a month later who said the boiler was crumbling apart and need most the parts replacing. Clearly half the people they employ are incompetent, I had no apology for this, seemed like this was pretty normal for them. And they charged me to tell me my boiler was beyond economical repair, still yet to refund my excess charge which is only supposed to be charged if they fix it, I guess I will have to keep chasing for this. My policy was to cover my boiler they've charged me monthly for it and provided NOTHING apart from useless incompetent people coming round to my house and for someone to tell me its BER.

I ordered a tankless water heater from PlumbersCrib. They were very efficient and professional in how fast they charged my card and collected their money. The problem was that my water heater never showed up, after several weeks of waiting (with no communication) I finally called their customer service number. I was very relieved when someone actually answered, they said that the product I was looking for was damaged and now out of stock.?? I was thankful that they refunded my purchase in full. Of course, I checked back on their website some time after and it still shows the product available. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I contacted Rudkin & Herbert via the links on the Worcester website as well as 2 others. One never even got in touch, the other came and wrote his quote on the back of his business card. The visit and quote I received from Rudkin & Herbert was full and clearly laid out listing the all the items and fully itemized costs and the work needed was fully explained and he also left brochures for the boiler we were looking at. Installation was not straight forward but the engineers performed brilliantly and the system was installed and set up and handed over in full working order and the engineer went through the controls and finer points with my wife. We are also going for the 5 year service plan which is the way forward to keep the system working to its best potential. Excellent performance overall and really pleased with the service.

Friend told me about these bidets and said I had to try one. So I went and purchased one. Bidet.org helped me pick the one that was right for me. It came fast. It took a few days to get used to but I love this thing now. I tell all my friends about it.

After phoning Fallon Solutions about problems with my hot water system tripping the electricity circuity breaker, they arranged for Pat McAuliffe to come out the same day. He phoned when he was on the way and arrived at the expected time. After diagnosing the fault he spent a great deal of time chasing up my options for a fix, explaining them to me and booking my choice in for the next day.

no call out fee...free inspection with a camera.............drains have leaves mud and some roots...........can clear that.........knowing the size of the drains..............no he could not............he could not even work out which way the drains ran............$500.....the drains were not completely blocked, but they have not been unblocked because he recommended........digging up pavers and putting in a new system......... Not happy...........should not have begun if he knew he could not navigate narrower drains

After 10 years of use we decided to get our 3 showers re-sealed and re-grouted to avoid any potential leaks or other problems, we also had EnduroShield coatings installed on the glass to make cleaning easier. Paul was very polite and completed the job to a very high standard. He was very helpful regarding advice and recommendations and also offered to install a new glass shelf and shower head rail at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend.

We had a problem with our new bathroom renovation so asked Shower sealed to come see if they could help, a fellow came out had a look and said yes no problem we can put our Ultra bond product on and give us a five year guarantee ... Great we thought and paid The $495 the product was put on we waited the required time but the shower was still leaking in one corner ...They sent someone to come and look when we questioned the problem only to be then told the shower had obviously not been built properly and made lots of excuses as to why it was not their fault ...and they would not guarantee the leak Why were we not told the shower had problems when they first came for the inspection... Not after they they took our Money ??

Internal problem with the tap as from brand new and was dripping, why on earth do I need a plumbers invoice when it's fault is internal and not from the install!! Whilst I am disappointed I am needing to replace my sink and bathroom taps just 3 years after building, I cannot fault the service I received from Phoenix. New taps were in the post within a day of my phone call. Had I gone through the builder I'd still be getting excuses.

We did a complete bathroom renovation with WA Assett two and a half years ago. At that time-- I was impressed with the professional nature of their work. However, I was even more impressed when I recently had an issue with the bathroom .... I contacted them and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Their customer service made them a pleasure to deal with. WA Assett are not the cheapest around - but you get what you pay for and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. I had my bathroom shower tiles re-surfaced about 20 years ago, also my bath. The bath hasn't been used very much and remains in fairly good order, although several small flaws have appeared over the years. The shower was ok for nearly two years, then the enamel started to shrink over the grouting and mould started forming. I used their recommended cleaner to start with but eventually nothing cleaned it properly and the mould just remains. I would never recommend having shower tiles re-sprayed, their 10 year warranty is useless. They did try to correct this with several re-sprays but the same thing kept happening, the product just doesn't wear well at all and today my shower area looks terrible, nothing cleans it satisfactorily.

**Buyer beware** We hired Mend A Bath services in 2016 to re surface our bath. Over the past two years Mend A Bath have been back to our home three times to patch repair the constant peeling of their paint product used. After paint, yet again, sticking to my husbands foot while showering we contacted Mend A Bath for the fourth time. Their representative [name removed] came out to our property for the forth time last week to inspect the peeling paint. After inspection I asked [name removed] 'why does our paint keep peeling?' He responded with he 'did not know' In the warranty signed by [name removed] it quotes: ' This guarantee shall be limited, at Mend A Bath International option to: A) the repair of the bathtub; B) a full refund of the monies paid by the customer' Knowing this we asked [name removed] about the option of a refund which he replied he 'wasn't going to discuss' and simply walked away. Considering this would be the fourth repair, we didn't think it would be unreasonable to request a refund. We have shown Mend A Bath good faith in the past, giving them three opportunities to repair and rectify their services and products, which is still yet to be done. We have only ever used and cared for our Bath as per the warranty provided to us.

I recently ordered a Rinai B26 to replace my end-of-life Infinity 24 unit. Shortly after I made the call, the office staff followed up on my order , explained the work involved and provided the exact cost which made it easy for me to decide. The tradesmen were onsite the next day to perform the installation & commission of the new unit. They then removed all rubbish & the old unit from site on completion. I must compliment the guys for being very well presented (not rough tradies with messy tools & dirty clothes + rough language). Greg from the Plumbing and Electrical Doctor turned up at the appointed time. In true doctor form, he did a systemic check and discovered a few problems; one of which that there is a cold water filter well past it’s use by date. We didn’t know there was a filter. With a deft hand he fixed the issues and then installed the new dishwasher. Greg is very professional and a good fit for the Doctor’s brand. Have booked in for future annual plumbing and electrical checks. Too easy. Great to deal with from the bookings to completion.

We have used AsNu for several years and keep coming back because the tradesmen are first class. We recently had steps put in to driveway and entrance to front garden from street. Also stair railing was installed. All parts of this job were done with great care and skill. The steps that Wesley did look like they were meant to be. He worked on the steps to perfection. 31/05/2019 During an inspection of our two units, we discovered we had a leaking shower issue in one of the units and as the units were built at the same time, no doubt it was on the cards that the shower in the 2nd unit was heading for the same issue…..As we live in the remote north of the state, I found Megasealed on the net and made contact with Andrew, the South Australian owner and manager of Megasealed…….Andrew supplied a sensible quote ( which was accepted ) to strip out, reline, repair / replace rotted studs and bottom plates where required, reseal and retile the showers of 2 units. Andrew provided photos of previous work of the similar type of issues to confirm that they were able to carry out the scope of work….which was very re assuring as we live in the far north of South Aust Andrew communicated well via E/mail, Text’s and phone calls when required and returned all communication at most times with only a minimal delay, he kept us fully informed of progress and arrangements when the work was being carried out in each unit. We had a small stumbling block with the first unit however, after a bit re tweaking with Andrew, the issue was rectified extremely quickly followed by with regular and effective communication. The works in the 2nd unit was completed seamlessly and progress photos were e/mailed during the duration of the job. One of our tenants asked us to pass on to Andrew that the. 1..Megasealed employee arrived on the agreed time each day, 2..Commence work without delay, 3..Clean and tidy in all aspects, 4..Refreshingly polite. As we were not in a position to choose the style or colour of tiles etc etc, we went with Andrew’s recommendation, from the provided photos his choice of style and size was sensible. Job completion photos show a high standard of finish. Recommendation…..yes I would go with Andrew again, without hesitation.

My plumber works for a builder who recommended Megasealed, as they use them all the time. And now I know why! Being an apartment, I had to obtain approval from the body corp first, which wasn't a problem as I wasn't re-tiling. Then I left notices under the neighbours' doors as well as the noticeboard, so they knew when the work was being done. The salesman and tradesman were always professional, polite, on time, and communicated, which was fantastic. I always felt comfortable with them, and always called back if I had any questions or issues. The actual work of removing the grout created a LOT of dust, so be prepared for that. Each bathroom took most of a day each. The re-grouting was only in the shower areas and floors, so I wiped down the wall tiles a few times to remove the dust. I took the covers off the fans in the bathrooms and gave them a good clean afterwards, as they were filled with dust. The condition of the grout beforehand was pretty bad and stained, which could not be cleaned. The re-grouting totally transformed the bathrooms, both look like new, I'm so amazed! It really is incredible. The tradesman even filled a couple of extra holes on the wall for me, which was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them again, thanks!

We had family from overseas come to visit and their first morning with us the toilet blocked!! We had received an HELLO PLUMBING leaflet in our letterbox which I had stuck on the fridge as a 'just in case'! This was the 'just in case' moment so having phoned them in a panic it was only an hour or so before they arrived. They quickly fixed the problem and then suggested they check the second bathroom and also the kitchen and laundry to make sure everything was what it should be as we'd only moved in a few months before. This 'extra' was done without charge for which I was extremely grateful. The guys were very polite and cleaned up after themselves and I would not hesitate to use them again. They certainly come highly recommended from this family.

Kameron and his two apprentices worked on two vanities and other bits and pieces in my 2 bathrooms. Kameron did planning and performed some elements of the job and it was done well. I am satisfied with his part of work. However, he left two apprentices unsupervised for the most of the day. One had just started his work and was totally 'green', constantly seeking advice from the other one who was hardly more experienced himself and was frequently on the phone to Kameron to seek his advice. Finally, the vanities have been installed crooked, what resulted in draws not closing correctly and front door not being flash, and with one tap turning mainly towards one side. Also, the frame of one bathroom's door was left chipped and the front panel of one vanity was scratched. At then end of the day Kameron inspected the work and blamed problems on the vanities' design and fault and later advised me to ask another plumber (who was coming later to address other problems) to fix the wrongly adjusted tap, installed by his apprentice. He also pointed out that I am paying good price, given how long it took the job to be completed. Well, at least one third of the time was spent by apprentices on working out how to do the job and correcting mistakes, eg one vanity, despite the initial measurement, was installed ridiculously low and I needed to step in to make him undo it and to supervise the correction, as Kameron was not around. Soooo disappointing as the money paid was not cheap and he was hired based on good Company's reviews. Now I have a plumber from the company which sold the vanities to correct the problems as I cannot trust Silverwater to finish the job. Never again am I going to hire this company. It is making money using inexperienced cheap labor.

Our Rheem Gas water heater finally failed after 14 years. Called Silverwater Plumbing early in morning and it was replaced with a brand new identical unit by not long after lunch. Guys were very professional and did a great job.

Plumber comes in and replaces outside tap and two washes in a bedroom and invoices me $400 for 30 minutes work - so let me get this straight the charge out rate for plumbers is now is $750/hour - assuming cost of tap and washers is $25. The use of a fixed fee is inappropriate when you overemphasise the work to be done to my wife. Be careful of these clowns they hide behind the minimum fee to over quote knowing they will probably get away with this as the client knows they will be short $110 from the start. Take my advice get another quote before you engage this business.

We had sewerage backing up suddenly on a Saturday morning...guests arriving for lunch at midday...numerous calls and messages to other emergency plumbers... Rustic were amazing... fixed before guests arrived...they shuffled jobs to get to us early. Recommended further work...60 year old clay pipes...which we went ahead with. No one likes spending lots of $$$ on underground pipes...but the alternative is not appealing..all fixed great job and service...charming company to do business with. Thank you.
