I have purchased planners from DHX Soft for several years. The planners do exactly what they say, are easy to use and produce meaningful reports. The after service support for any issues is always prompt and efficient - thanks, Dave! One suggestion. As a global organisation it would be useful to be able to pre-select multiple country's public holidays at the same time. Currently, I select one and then manually add all the others for the other 8 countries where I have staff based. Time-consuming if you consider I have to add up to 12 dates per year for each staff member.

This is owned by DIGNITY. We were charged over £5,500 for a funeral .We had the same type of funeral in London for under £4000(3 months earlier). Even when we went to the Chapel of rest our mum was not there and we had to wait for over an hour until they could get her from London to Ickenham (we had arranged this by phone 3 days earlier!!) We gave two stars as the funeral went well and Karen at Henry Paul did her best.We were rushed into using an undertaker and if we had more time would have gone to a family business. Please take this on board and if you see DIGNITY you are going to be charged over £3000, for looking after body £1000, plus undertaker£720, and then £1700 for THERE charges + all the extras!! 3rd party charges.

This company should refund all the money they have dishonestly taken from people or they should be investigated and action taken against the staff and Directors I have 7615 Discovery dollars and no bookings as the agents have lied and deceived me with no hope of actually ever being able to use the Discovery dollars as I am a low income Disability Pensioner, taken advantage of by an unscrupulous sales and pretending booking staff. I started studying with DLC last year, so far my time with them as a student has been great. The Mentor team respond quickly to any questions i have and i have been able to speak to my tutor when i have needed to. I am trying to finish my course quicker then the recommended study time and i have been able to work at my own pace so far which is great for me. Would definitely recommend them as a training provider.

Awful service! Avoid it! Parcel not delivered because i refused to pay a service fee to ups of 80 euros for a return of goods without any commercial value (value 0 eur). Just to make a declaration that the goods have no value and are not taxable... forward2me asked me to pay for the return fees and to pay also to send again the parcel... just ridiculous... [EDIT] their reply: "Hi, Just like the customs charges we cannot control what admin charges UPS apply. But fact remains you rejected the shipment. This was your deisoison as you were unhappy paying the courier admin fees, therefore we are not going to issue any refund. Kind regards Chris" So if you are not happy with paying 80 EUR of service fees for goods without commercial value and being robbed by UPS, it means if you refuse to pay something which is not due, it is your fault... And forward2me won't assist you, on the contrary, they will punish you for refusing to be stolen.

I initially contacted Foster about a part last June and a man named Tim got back to me. Was very helpful and the responses were within a reasonable timeframe. My customer only decided to get the parts in January. The correspondence was very difficult, responses were taking weeks to come from foster. I could not make payment as the pro-forma invoice took nearly 3 weeks to generate and the parts could not be shipped until payment was made. I really hope this was a one time thing. I felt sorry for Becky who was dealing with my order as she was waiting for the invoice to be generated to send to me. It must be a nightmare for her to have people constantly sending angry e-mails for something that is most likely out of her hands.

The one-and-only reason I bought this insurance is to provide evidence to the Home Office that I have "comprehensive sickness insurance", for my application for a UK residency card. I understand that this is a common reason people buy Freedom Elite. But nowhere in the marketing or policy wording does Freedom Health use the phrase "comprehensive sickness insurance". Why not? Wie schon erwähnt, war der erste Teil der Reise - Ljubliana nach Piran - super. Gute Hotels, exzellente Karten und Beschreibungen. Insgesamt kann man das nur weiterempfehlen. Leider war dann bei der Reise in Istrien das Kartenmaterial mäßig bis falsch. an einem Tag passte Karte und Beschreibung überhaupt nicht zusammen und auch fehlten an entscheidenden Stellen (Weggabelung, Verzweigung) Kleber oder Anweisungen (rechts oder links). Wir haben uns mit GPS geholfen. Das Hotel Vila Lili war leider sehr schlecht. Die Leute waren unfreundlich, sprachen weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Die Armaturen im Bad waren sanierungsbedürftig, das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht..... Das Gepäck kam immer rechtzeitig an.

Overall I thought the Prague to Dresden cycle tour was not as spectacular as other European cycle tours I have done. There are many industrial sites bordering the Elbe River - not so attractive. On the positive side the maps provided with the route highlighted by textacolour were very good. The detailed maps showing the exact route to the hotel at the end of the day's cycling were excellent - better than any other tour I have done. Two of the accommodations were one person bands - the same person was at reception, cleaned your room and also served breakfast in the morning. On both occasions, I could not gain entrance to the accommodation when I arrived because that one person was either not available or was doing something else. At Litomerice I arrived at 12:37 pm but could not gain admittance until 3:20pm. I filled in time by having lunch in the main square. It was a fine day so this did not matter too much. But if the weather had been bad on this day I could not think of anything worse - being tired and in wet clothing not being able to have a hot shower immediately on arrival and being able to change into dry clothes. The actual accommodation at Litomerice was very good. By comparision the hotel at Decin had reception manned all day up to late at night.

Go2Africa prepared a well organized safari for us in two countries - South Africa and Zambia. Mary Keet's expert knowledge easily met our given parameters - find an aardvark and a walking safari in Zambia. Booked venues had excellent facilities with all staff going beyond basic duties to ensure memorable experiences. Little touches like an expediter in Zambia assured smooth sailing through immigration. All drivers were ontime and knew how to get through Johannesburg traffic quickly and safely. Although both hotels in Johannesburg were excellent, on overnight flight turn arounds, the hotels could have been closer to the airport rather than 45 minutes away. There was no time to enjoy the neighborhoods anyway. We would highly recommend Go2Africa's custom travel services.

Lorna was outstanding in helping plan our South Africa, Victoria Fall and Botswana trip. She was so patient in answering all our questions, offering advise and options. Her communication in her emails was great and on time especially considering we were working with a 6 hour time difference. We had a family emergency while on the trip and Lorna and Go2Africa were able to track us down almost immediately.

I have been looking for David Sylvian albums for a while and they are difficult to find, I have a few on CD but want the vinyl, I found a couple but not what I wanted and the prices were very high too, I am on your mailing list and so had a look, you seem to be the only place with his work in stock and at reasonable prices, I didn't realise either that this is a double album, it arrived within a few days and is perfect, very good quality and beautifully packaged, the quality is excellent as expected, but the music is sublime and gratifying to listen to, you close your eyes and just drift away, thank you for having his works in stock.

I would have give this transaction a full 5 stars if the CDs arrived. I understand the implications of COVID 19 but it has 34 days since shipment via "air mail" A few days after this order I placed an order for other items from a different vendor. That order was from China and was delivered 4 days ago. I still want the CDs and hopefully check the USPS's informed delivery emails daily hopefully looking for a delivery update.
