I tried to purchase a Shellac xpress5 topcoat and twice they've shipped out the wrong items. The first time Gina responded right away and was helpful but this time I have not received a response to my calls or email. The true test of customer service is dealing with mistakes. So far, not so good. Update: today i received the correct item. Still a little unsure as to why the slow response but in any case, it has now been corrected and they upgraded the size to a larger size to help make up for the mishap. I would give them another chance.

After watching Kirsty Meakin's amazing tutorial videos on YouTube, I decided to purchase some gel and acrylic products from Naio Nails. I ordered them late one Sunday evening and they arrived early this morning (Tuesday). I was able to track the status of my delivery through the DPD app, plus they texted me. One hour slot this morning, so that I knew to expect the delivery. The items that arrived were good value and good quality. They also have an excellent range of products, as is evident on the website and the videos on their YouTube channel. I will definitely be ordering from them again when I require further products or equipment.

I ordered a wig from hair sisters. Paid through my amazon credit. The only notification I have is from amazon stating that hair sisters have their payment. 3 days now I have NOT heard anything from hairsisters. I logged in to their website. I can not find any information about my order. I have emailed them twice, no response. The number they use with amazon is not in service. This is my 3rd attempt and last to do business with hair sisters. They are aweful.

I've been buying Young Living Oils for 5+ years. Now I don't review often, but I have share this as I love natural essential oils and I use them daily. After doing my research and finding Jade Bloom I have learned something that's kind of infuriating Young Living is expensive, but I'm also not willing to sacrifice quality for price. A while back I saw an ad to try a bottle of Lavender Oil from Jade Bloom on Facebook. I tried it and I couldn't believe the quality. Since then I've ordered the following oils and been equally impressed: orange, lemon, cypress, and tea tree. Jade Blooms' prices are almost too low to be true, like under $10. I have had two of my YL using friends try Jade Bloom oils and we can't believe what we have found. Kudos to you Jade Bloom. Much success.

They look you up and down before saying a word to help you and treat anyone who isnt dressed a certain way or a certain skin color like they are stealing and dont have money to shop. We are so happy that I booked Living Dolls Makeup Artistry to do my big day hair. She was so easy to get along with and was extremely patient in doing my trials and was willing to test various hair styles. On your day of the wedding, Living Dolls Make up Artistry showed up to my house early to produce with her assistant (who has been as well great! ) and they got right to work as there were 10 of us getting our hair done which morning. They were so efficient because of their time and everyone looked lovely! My hair looked even much more beautiful than I pictured and yes it held up great throughout the full day. I would advise Living Dolls Make up Artistry again and again to other brides!

Finally, a product line that does what it says it will. I don't have a lot of wrinkles, but do have pronounced nasal lines from my nose down to my mouth. The Laser FX Lift Serum is filling those out, and they are no longer as pronounced. My #11 lines between my eyebrows are also not as severe any more. Will buy again. Just need a tiny amount day and night. Smell is light and non-offensive.

I don't remember how I heard of your products. They have helped ease the neuropathy in my feet. I had the stabbing needles pain in the soles of my feet, burning soles, numbness. I no longer have that as long as I continue taking NERVE & ENERGY BOOSTER and Extra Strength NERVE SUPPORT Formula. I do still have numbness but it has eased some and when numbness spread to the top of my feet, I increased the dosage of NERVE SUPPORT and it eased off again.

I started using the Nerve Support formula five years ago after a serious foot injury. It involved 5 breaks in my foot but since my foot was crushed, there was a lot of tissue damage. I began using Nerve Renew for extreme flashes if nerve pain in my left foot likely related to an old leg injury. Within a few short weeks, I began to recognize limited relief. After calling customer service and adjusting the timing of taking your product along with other medication my nerve pain was gone but had began to elevate my blood pressure readings. After discussing this issue with my Cardiologist I was told to continue my program with Nerve Renew and he would work with me to control my blood pressure with medication if necessary. He told me that if I had indeed found relief of my foot pain I was very fortunate as in most cases of nerve foot pain there is little if any method of relief. As a retired Veteran my only concern is being able to continue because of the cost. At this time I'm unable to get any assistance from my Medicare program.

I ordered the product the Saturday before Christmas. I then received an email stating that my card was being checked for fraud. I understand this is necessary but there was nothing in the email that stated this check may be delayed due to the holidays. The next day still no response. I emailed the company asking if there was a problem with my card. The person stated that my order would be completed when the check was completed. Just after Christmas my order was shipped. I suggest that if the offices are closed for several days for a holiday, that you state that in the email. Additionally, the product inside the box was askew. The gold cardboard holding the face cream container inside the white box was ripped and bent. I wondered if it had been used before. The website state that I would receive samples but none were included. I would appreciate samples to be sent to me.

I became very interested in essential oils (EO) and aromatherapy early last year. I found a great site for buying Unscented base lotions and started buying many of that company's EOs also. But early THIS year, I discovered Edens Garden's 100% therapeutic oils and blends, and HOW I WISH I HAD PURCHASED ALL MY OILS THERE AT THE START! Out of the many different brands of EOs I bought, Edens Garden is THE VERY BEST!! There is a distinct difference with their oils- the scent is stronger and cleaner and to me, the effects of the EOs are much more evident. Yet their prices are less expensive than the majority of the other companies. My orders arrive quickly, and along with each order, you get a booklet, "150 Ways to Use EOs". Edens Garden has about 150 oils, in addition to carrier oils. The site has information on each oil they sell, and they have 2-3 different volumes you can choose from. Imagine your laptop with a huge adapter that cannot be disconnected from the unit... First of all there is no phone number to be found at their site in order to contact them, everything has to be by email! Their return policy and customer service is ridiculous. If I had read these comments before I would have never purchased anything from them. Their system had a glitch and I emailed them to cancel an order and they wrote back saying they had cancelled the wrong order. Something so simple! Now they are sending me the wrong orders and to top that I have to pay the return shipping PLUS there is a re-stocking fee. I would never ever again purchase anything with them!

They sell items designed to care for someone experiencing traumatic surgery yet their return policy is insensitive, impractical and arduous. Let me explain. Curediva has a 30 day return policy which starts running when an item is received, even if it is received in advance of surgery. If you decide to make a return, there are many hoops to jump through including calling for pre-approval. In my mother's case, her items came 2 weeks pre-op which meant she had 2 weeks after her mastectomy to decide whether she needed the items. This was not what she needed to be thinking about in those early weeks! The items were expensive and not needed, so she wanted them returned. When we called for pre-approval, it took over a week to reach an agent. We were successful only after sending an email that we were going to contact the credit card company to reverse the charge. The experience created tremendous stress for my mother. The gifts were meant to give her comfort, not aggravation.

I recently purchased a ResMed N30 mask for $169 and found the climate line on my machine was to big in diameter to fit the mask elbow. I emailed easybreathe twice, and got no response. I talked to a customer service rep on line to see if they had a connector to go between the climate line and the mask. I was told to send a picture, which I did. This was the first non response. I then talked to a rep on the phone and explained again the issue and was told again to send a picture of the connection, which I did and no response. Very poor service! I did check with another company and found a part that will work, and the same mask for $30 less. I did not purchase the return insurance for $25 and do not want $169 store credit from this company so I ate the $169. The price for not shopping around.

I am an Office Manager for a multi-doctor Dental Practice, with providers who "specialize in Cosmetic Dentistry". I have seen first-hand patients who commit their time, money, and trust just to fall very short of the expected outcome in large cosmetic procedures. I went through the process and submitted the impressions, was told the first set of impressions were no good so I had to submit a second set, no problem. I was told they were accepted and would have a treatment preview in 3-4 weeks. It has been 5 weeks, emails have gone unanswered and requested for a refund have been ignored as well. Stay away from this scam.

I'm a relatively new subscriber to their subscription service. Their toothbrush is quite honestly the best I've used in quite a long time even if it doesn't have the bells and whistles of those $100+ electric toothbrushes you can buy at the store. Instructions are fairly straight-forward, delivery arrives on time, and its easy to take with me. The toothpaste seems to be perfectly fine and overall it is just a pleasant experience. It's also cost-effective. Would highly recommend giving them a shot; customer service is even quick.

When I went to my dentist, she told me I have a TMJ problem. She gave me a bite plate to wear and my dizziness and ear pain virtually disappeared. I know it works because if I forget to wear the bite plate, the next day I have a slight headache in the temples. Have UPS deliver your items to their UPS Store or shipping site for pickup. Very easy and package is safe. Postal Service is excellent for regular shipping which is what I use. You have a choice!
