Ordering on line was good. one problem Was the street 90 was not a factory part it was cut down and a nipple was glued in. This reduced the pressure rating of this fitting and also increased the dimensions of the overall size. I asked for the proper fitting and was told they did not exist. I know for a fact that they are available. I also asked your rep for factory certification of pressure and factory approval of this fitting. This I did not receive. There was no way for me to view the cost of faster shipping options - I was surprised to discover that the shipping fee was more than the image that I ordered. Please change to free shipping. I would rather wait than pay 14.99 for shipping. Please adjust accordingly. thanks

Disappointed at the deception....I thought I was getting a really great deal on a SEBO vacuum but the model I discussed with the associate wasn't the model I received which turned out to be a discontinued unit. I would return the vacuum but their return policy isn't especially customer friendly.

I Wish I saw their rating before I purchased from them. Terrible customer service, the absolute worst, they sent the wrong vacuum and then charged me a restocking fee, btw it too them a month to refund me for the wrong vacuum they sent me. I would never buy from them again, don't know how they stay in business.

The site is set up very well and is very organized for the different products that are offered making the entire process very easy. While I wish there had been a little more communication (either by email or on the website in the order status look-up area) during the build process, I was still able to call in and verify the status. I learned the cream I bought for my infant has salicylic acid in it, which is not suitable for kids under 2. I emailed the company to let them know of my concern and have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable on both fronts - the toxic ingredients and the silence to my email concern.

I had a specific set of furniture that I was interested in and OfficeDr.com was the third company I approached and the only only one that said I could get the set of desks that I wanted (the other two companies said I couldn't customize the desks the way I wanted it). When ordering, Pat was Extremely helpful during the purchase process. She drew a mockup of the desks to make sure that it was what I wanted. When the desks arrived from the manufacturer, there was a problem with one of the filing cabinets. She quickly worked with the manufacturer and resolved the problem. Awesome experience. Bingo board steal?!?! Of course, If you’re talking about my money. The board is advertised with pictures showing the item as a full panel with a frame. In the description it states two pieces. I was under the impression that the board and the frame would come separately. Not true, the item comes in two pieces so the two sides don’t line up and there was damage to the item. What a waste of money. I was offered 50 percent off to keep the item and agreed. I wish I hadn’t. Who wants to hang this garbage in their home. I’ll attach a picture. Beware!! Not as pictured.

I love a lot of the things they feature but also find great frustration with this company. If you are sending a txt to feature a product, why are you out of the item before you send the txt out? I think this is a bait and switch tactic that is unacceptable

Having ordered an ottoman bench from Amazon it came perfectly with no issues. Having ordered from the aosom website directly the quality dropped, the color of the black pu leather had some discoloration and also one of the ottoman had one of the hinges broken which I fixed. Order from Amazon but don't bother directly from their website because they are not giving the same care and sending less quality product

Please think carefully before you use this company. We received a faulty oven that had to be returned and it took a month and threat of legal action to get a refund. The customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. The policy is that you are never able to speak to a manager or anyone in authority, you have to complain by email which is then ignored. To anyone who has already had a problem, please speak to Citizens Advice, they log the problem and hopefully they will refer the company to Trading Standards if they get enough people contacting them. They can also help you with trying to get a refund.

I have moved house. It took 10 days for the information about the electricity supply to come from Energia - Flogas took 2 days for the gas supply information. The most memorable thing in the Energia communication was the warning about a reconnection fee. I made a couple of attempts to contact them by phone - just to let them know I had made alternative arrangements: first time it was 8.50 in the morning and they were not open. The second time I waited for a few minutes but eventually hung up. I will not be rushing to do business with them.

We bought bedroom furniture, dressing table, bedside tables and a king size bed. All the furniture except the bed was excellent. When we came to assemble the bed it became obvious that the brackets were not fitted correctly. We phoned Listers, no problem, they sent someone out to look at it, saw the problem and came out with new parts and assembled it for us. Excellent service, thank you Listers !

Viewed some bedroom furniture in the Chester store and decided to purchase it in my local Llandudno store. However, there was quite a price difference between the different shops- (£170.00), I pointed this out to the shop assistant , she checked on it on her computer and told me it was coming up as the price advertised in the Chester store so I bought it. I am wondering why that price wasn’t displayed ? All fine with the wardrobe but I went back to the store to look at another item to find that the price of the wardrobe was still being displayed at the more expensive price. This is so wrong!

Diabolical company! Their discount codes are almost impossible to use. When you do place an order they get it wrong. Delivery doesn't happen when it is meant to. When trying to rectify the said 'wrong order' they try and persuade you to keep the cheaper bottle of wine they sent by 'mistake' rather than receive your more expensive expected delivery. They don't offer any compensation for having to waste 3 days waiting for wine to turn up and then getting the order wrong. My advice is steer well clear and use Laithwaites instead.

I purchased some new toilets and concealed cisterns on advice from an operator and had them delivered. I had them installed and the cistern water is too small for the pan as the pan is requires additional water. The mechanisms in the cistern are very poorly made and I am trying to get to speak to someone about this. I am getting emails from lots of different people with no solution in sight. Most frustrating. Poor customer service and annoyed. We are experienced renovators and this is the first time we have come across this.

Ordered from them on Tuesday, paid £6 for the 'named delivery' service. The earliest day to pick was Friday - which was the last day before the installation. I called them on Wednesday morning to ask them to make sure the item arrives before Friday (I was happy for the earlier delivery) to which they told me not to worry. Nothing happened on Thursday with my order, so I called them again to find out what was happening, was told it was dispatch and promised a tracking code which was never sent. I called again to be told it was NOT dispatched - thanks! They eventually sent it with Hermes at 6pm on Thursday - the worst courier anyone could have picked (obviously pocketing the difference between the £6 and whatever Hermes charged them). No surprise it failed to arrive on Friday - spoken to a number of people there including a senior manager - was told I was rightly ignored on Wednesday with my request to expedite sending because it was "the process" and the best they can do is a refund of £6. They refused to send the parcel with a more reliable service to ensure it arrives on Saturday or do anything else - oh well, I vote with my feet.

DO NOT buy from this company Whatever you do - do not buy from Living Spaces. Do not. We ordered a couch on June 10th with 6-8 week shipping. It wasn't until mid August I heard from them with a "scheduled delivery" of August 28th. Later to find out this was an "estimated window" and it was not delivered until September 17th. When they showed up, the couch was TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. After one half of the couch being delivered into my apartment, we realized NEITHER of them were the right color. In contacting Living Spaces I said I was fine keeping the color of the half couch we have as long as we could get the other half in the same color. I was informed it would take at minimum another 8 weeks to deliver and requested a refund and pickup. From there, I scheduled a pickup for October 1 (two weeks later...inconvenient to have half a couch taking up the entire living room). When I called the logistics company to expedite it I was told they have NO CONFIRMATION of a pickup scheduled. My first customer service representative, Gary, was kind and helpful, but other than that Living Spaces has been little to no help and I still have no answers regarding confirmation of pickup.
