My honest experience is that sometimes one gets an experience that is demoralizing, traumatic and surprising, in my case, some investors that were always good to us suddenly turn around and are holding the last payment of 14k because they insist they paid already to much disregarding that some of the payment over the contract price are change orders and insist that we need to pay for the installation of the floor that is not in the contract 12K and they do not want to pay the 14K until we give them credit for 12K, totally irrational, you all have been supportive, kind and gave me good words to accept the truth, I had to put a lien. I cannot give 14K as a present, our company is very small, thank you for your support.

From bad to worse over the last year... This company a few years ago was top notch. A+ customer service, was my go to umbrella. Over the last 18 months and several contracts i have used them it has nothing but late payments, missing funds, late invoicing, constant chasing, no replies or anyone that even seems remotely concerned to deal with THEIR errors urgently. Is a real shame to see a company go downhill like this so quickly and also not a surprise that they have recently been bought out, now trading as Crest plus. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a seamless, simple, agony free payroll experience.

One skirt was amazing, an Anna of which I own 3 others, however the new Victoria which looked so amazing can only have the short layer worn one way which is sadly with my favourite side (one i chose it for) can only be worn on the inside or as a single layer but the length of it is so short it doesn't even cover my bum. So yeah, I count three ways plus each variant with the baggie (which I must add is gorgeous) but not a truly reversable combo skirt as promised I can layer the skirt over one of my others but that makes the waist band bulky. Idk if my skirt is missing a zip or if this is the way it is meant to be. I need to contact them.

Spending two days with them and like-minded people felt like a relief in a whole different and meaningfull level. Experiencing all this in a place like Welvaren felt like a gift. The two day session with Bambos and Andy I experienced as fundamentally liberating. This was due to the guidance of Bambos and Andy, but also the cosy historical space in Welvaren contributed to that. It allowed for a safe space to journey deep in myself after which I felt relieved and alive. Highly recommend this place to anybody who would like to learn more about him or herself in a safe, open and well taken care of environment.

“Unprofessional” - Placed an order for a long sleeve shirt and a jacket on September 14th. It is now September 30th and I have not received my package. Unheard of. Matter of fact, my package did not arrive to USPS until 11 days had passed. 11 days. Even then I had to contact Amtify because I had not received any notice of shipment. And they do not have a contact number. Broken promises to contact the shipper and blaming it all on shipping. (11 days). Not to mention the unusual sizing chart. So, if this package ever does arrive the items probably will not fit. I have asked for a refund twice now. Was told to be patient and now they don't reply at all. And do not even try to write a reply to this review Amtify stating how you tried to satisfy me. Sixteen days later and I do not have my package. Tracking even said the package was delayed and sent back to South Carolina from North Carolina. Not even coming from another country and still takes 16 days. I once ordered custom Nike shoes from Chinese Taipei and they came quicker than Amtify. Unheard of and unhappy. Knew I shouldn't have placed this order. Regretful, unhappy and out $72. Smh.

This was our second trip with Andean Discovery. The first was to Ecuador including the Galapagos, and this time was to Buenos Aires and Patagonia. As before, they did an excellent job of working with us to determine what we were looking for and were more than willing to discuss changes in their proposed itinerary so that it was a truly customized trip. Everything went smoothly, and we had another amazing adventure. Their choices for hotels, tours and guides were all excellent. I would definitely turn to them again if we decide to return to South America.

Customer service really depends on who picks up - some definitely better than others! A very helpful girl processed my payment in two transactions as on line wasn’t calculating correctly. I am waiting on delivery (scheduled to arrive today) of my first order. The fabrics are stunning and not all are extortionate, the cushions are very fairly priced.

This was my first time shopping at Andrew Martin. The products certainly met and actually exceeded expectations. I was a bit concerned about a very large framed photo shipping by courier but the packaging and crating was superb and risk of transit damage was kept to an absolute minimum. I purchased some "sale" items and feel that I really got fantastic value. These are timeless pieces that I think we'll be admiring for a very long time. Highly recommended for quality products delivered safely and on time.

These guys worked so hard on a 2 day move, under bad circumstances. Initially the traffic locally was against them but they kept in touch. It’s so important to look after them with drinks and a good gratuity. 2 12 hour days. We were tired but can you imagine how they felt? I would recommend Andrews without reservation and thank them for their patience and efforts. Well done!

My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.

booked a medium pick up, £180 plus a tv and a mattress. The crew arrived and were a sub contractor. Said it wasn’t 4 yards. It was supposed to be 4 cubic yards but they seemed to be measuring for 4 yards of length and not height or depth. There is no way to absolutely agree what size the load is. They refused to take over half. I asked for a quote for the rest. They phoned the office after taking photos and the office said it was £350 on top of what we had already paid! This is the price for an xxlarge pick up on its own without having paid for the medium. Wasn’t willing to pay so had to send them away with half of what we had. My husband had to hire a van at £80 and move the rest, taking time and money we didn’t have. Were moving House 2 days later so had to get rid of junk ASAP. I called the head office to complain. The lady had photos of my garden and seemed shocked that they had left it and agreed that I should only have paid the difference between the medium and large. She couldn’t get anyone out to me that day but promised for Monday and to call me first thing on Monday. That was 5 days ago and unsurprisingly no contact at all. Absolute disgrace.

Booked for double mattress to be collected on 20th May and waited in all day,but no one came without any explanation as to why. After several emails over the course of a month, another slot was booked for 19th June. Again, no one came to collect but an email later on in the afternoon was sent to explain they couldn't make it having waited in for most of the day. Won't be using this company again I'm afraid.

It is anytime fitness centre in Woodley, Reading. Location is good. Problem is that it is not kept cool enough. I think this is to save money. All other areas are not bad and cool enough. However, the tread mill area does not get enough air condition's air. It because this area is on the far end, and a wall blocks the air reaching there. It gets very uncomfortable while exercising. I have pointed this matter several times to the owner and to the manager, but they ignore it. I have suggested an easy solution to install a fan on the wall in that particular area. I have also contacted the central office twice, telephone number 03303322361. It was promised that over all area manager would contact me. How ever it did not happen. Recently the manager of the club itself had been rude. He told me that if it was not cool enough then I must leave the club. I consider that the manager's response was unaccetable and ill mannered.

Bought a Zanussi cooker on Sunday 29th March 2020 (during Covid 19 crisis) It was fully installed and wired up within 24hours. Their team were courteous and explained the functions of the cooker. The cooker is brilliant and works fantastically well. Bloody amazing service if you ask me.

Ordered a new desktop PC 2 days ago to arrive by midday today. Recieved an email to confirm the order had been received, and over £1000 was taken from my bank account. Didn't hear anything more so went to track it today and it said the order had been cancelled. Apparently this was because they now wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers license or bank statement as proof of address. They refunded the money yesterday but yet to see it returned to my account. They never tried to call or email to get proof of address, they never said I'd need it in the first place, they were happy to take my money, and they cancelled it without ever trying to get in touch and procure the documentation that they never said I'd need to show them. I was heartbroken, was so excited last night I couldn't sleep and now I'm gutted and down £1000 for nothing. I have emailed their customer service and received no reply to my questions. Do not trust or shop at AO, I certainly wont be again.

We had 3 casts done with Helen for each of our granddaughters. Helen was so professional and helpful throughout and so patient with the little ones. The finished products were absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Even when Helen was poorly she still made sure we received our cast. I would highly recommend.

After contacting multiple stores I came across babylicious and thankfully they were the only store that would ship what I needed too the US I spoke with Ian through Facebook he made it super easy with instant replies making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for payment was simple then was updated with tracking info as it made it’s way too me if I ever need anything again I will be ordering from babylicious again I had a five star experience

I had great communication with a lady named Natalie and she was fab throughout our purchase. I know these times are difficult with Covid-19 and my delivery was looking to be with me around July however my baby is due June so I needed the delivered sooner. Natalie assisted with my query very efficiently and had this delivered to me in April as she looked at alternatives for me. I will certainly use Baby Lurve again in the future :)

My husband and I had tried for about 6 years to have a family and after we had tried everything we eventually were faced with IVF. It was very scary and there was so much that I didn't know. But after talking with Dr Skinner I felt at ease and determined to grow our family. Everyone at BFC was very loving and explained everything. Once we started our journey with BFC, everything went so smoothly! I had only attended the clinic a few times and the rest of my days were spent on the beach or out doing excursions. It took Bryan and I six years to finally meet our precious baby boy. He is everything we dreamed he would be and more. He justifies all of the heartache we had to go through. We would like to say a BIG thank you to Barbados Fertility Center for making us feel relaxed and reassuring each and every step of the way. Nothing was ever a hassle, you always made sure to answer all of our silly questions and make us feel like this was going to be a great adventure. For that we will always be thankful. Thank you for helping us achieve a dream we thought we would never achieve. We will defiantly be back for number two this winter!

Bellingham Safaris arranged my trip to Odzala-Koukoa National Park in the Republic of the Congo. They handled all the reservations and paperwork needed to travel to this remote area. They were always helpful and attentive to my needs. My stay in Odzala well organized. We had professional guides, excellent accommodations and great food in a very remote part of Africa. The highlights of my Odzala visit were many: viewing the lowland gorillas, a motorized boat trip, viewing numerous species of plants and animals, etc. It was definitely the trip of a lifetime and I couldn't have done it without the expertise and professionalism of Bellingham Safaris. Bellingham Safaris also provided a full-day excursion for me when I visited Cape Town. It was a well-organized trip to a San Cultural Centre and a national park near Cape Town. I was provided with a great driver and guide. I can't recommend Bellingham Safaris highly enough. You're in great hands when you travel with Bellingham Safaris.

My first Bell Tent lasted me over 13 years - so hard wearing, easy to put up and like an old friend by the end of it! Got given a new one for a wedding present and am in love all over again! Bell Tent delivered it super quick and this time we got the inner (for separate sleeping pod) and a porch for muddy boots etc.. so grown up now! Connected ground sheet makes a difference to the temperature and security, whilst still giving the flexibility to roll up the sides if you need more ventilation. Bell Tent UK are the original suppliers of bell tents and what they don't know, ain't worth knowing. Great company.

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

The smaller duffle, doesn't have the exact same rippled leather finish near one side up where the handles are, say about ten inches worth. The leather is more smooth there. Is that supposed to be? Otherwise, products were great. One further suggestion is for the watch case. For larger watches like Panerai and such, the case itself should be a bit larger, say a few millimeters, such that the watch face does NOT touch the protective pad at all.

They then started making up silly reasons for the delay. Contacted them on a daily basis for a week, then asked to cancel order and return my money. Opened a claim with Paypal and after the investigation had all my money returned. Do not trust or deal with them and be careful of good ratings here and else ware. After a very bad experience with buying at horloge-planet.nl, I have ordered the goods at benshop.co.uk with great distrust. There was communication about the cost of transport to the chat. E-mail sent a coupon for a discount. There was an order, payment, order confirmation. Promised shipment of goods within three days and delivery to my address within 24 hours of shipment !!! We communicated with each other on a continuous basis, I got an adequate answer to each question, including answers to my concern about the reality of the deal. Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick! Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...). I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

I used Budget Dumpster in April of 2020. While the pricing seemed okay at first, I quickly learned that 1 ton of junk isn't really that much. With just random basement junk, I filled over 1.8 tons and they very quickly charged me another $55 for the overage. That's the easy complaint. The bigger issue is the damage to my driveway. The delivery driver broke 2 very large brick barriers on my driveway as well as stained the pavers and road at the end of my driveway with dump stain. I asked for some help in repairing and "generously" offered $30 for what will cost over $200 to repair. Unless you have a parking lot that a driver can't damage getting the dumpster in your driveway, be warned they won't pay for any damage. A very unhappy former customer.

We had a 30 yard dumpster delivered to my parents home so we could clean it out from them both passing in 2019, They were very nice, also gave discount on original online quote, punctual on delivery, and easy online pickup when we were done. The dumpster rental was for 10 days, perfect amount of time and perfect size. I would definitely use them again if we needed the service.

Condor serviced my bike again 2 weeks ago. As always they did a great job and the bike left the shop just as it was 3 years ago, when I bought it, well actually better than it was then. It's always a really thorough service, but importantly they don't replace things that don't need doing yet. For example, there's no point in throwing away good brake pads when there is another 3 months wear in them. Highly recommended!
