Pretty cool device but I think it is really scammy how they make you buy one and get one free for 3 payments of $39 bucks while advertising a $14 free trial. Give me a break.... free trials are all over the internet now. Too bad companies resort to such marketing techniques to sell their products rather than letting the product speak for itself. Having said that...it really is a solid product and better than a traditional flat iron.

I bought one thinking yay I won't have to spend so much time on volume for my flat hair...I was wrong if you have medium to short hair it doesn't give it the body it needs because it doesn't get a curl all the way around.If you have long hair it will do much better.Medium and short hair should stay away from this product.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience when shopping online. Not only do 'Gerry' and 'David' who maintain their online website refuse to answer the phone - they tell lies. Girlznight.co.uk used the severe weather conditions as an excuse for their incompetence. Having paid for recorded delivery that is what I and certainty trading standards expect from any company, however 2 weeks later when the item I had ordered (and paid for) had not arrived, when asking for the tracking number I was informed by 'Gerry' that the item had not been sent by this method. Which was of course A LIE because the item had not been sent AT ALL. With no other option but to demand a refund I was assured this had been put through and that I would be receiving my money back, here I am now still item-less and penniless. I have wasted weeks of my time trying to chase up these bunch of con artists, so much so that they no longer answer my calls. I warn anybody who is drawn in by their attractive prices NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I WANT TO SEE THIS SITE SHUT DOWN.

In answer to all the comments below, please ring the salon directly on 0141 2376879 (only number that answers and you will get someone called Aileen) and ask to speak with Gerry McGuire. Demand a refund and advise you have spoken with citizens advice/trading standards. They are NOT allowed to keep you're money. They will tell you that royal mail have lost you're order and if you're lucky enough will tell you that they'll send it via FED EX....But if you're fed up just demand you're refund, they'll ask for you're card details (Name on card, Long number on front and Start Date) That do not need the CV2 number on the back. I hope this helps. I can safely say this worked for me, and i'll never use them again.

I return it before the 30-day return policy without any issues. I finally decided on buying the Karmin G3 Salon Pro flat iron. I found Orbital Computers after a mishap with my old workstation. After reading a few reviews and looking over the site I deiced to pull the trigger and have not regretted it. I never received my order. Several months pass, and suddenly I get an e-mail from customer service stating that they "tried to contact me via e-mail several times" (this is not true. I checked my e-mail thoroughly and found nothing besides the original confirmation and this new e-mail) and that my shipment had been returned as undeliverable, even though I had provided the correct address (which no other company that has shipped me things has ever had an issue with). I very nicely asked them to just resend the package. The next day I received a notification from Paypal that I had been refunded, and then one minute later an e-mail from customer supper saying "accounting just let me know they already refunded you sorry it's too late to resend" - obviously this was a lie, because the refund was it was timestamped literally 1 minute before. Someone was just too lazy to set up a new shipment. Also, how is it NOW suddenly too late when they waited 3 months to contact me in the first place? To add insult to injury, they took $10 off the total paid from my refund for "shipping", which was FREE in the original order. Are you kidding me? I am never ordering from these people again. They are incredibly unprofessional and blatant liars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website.

Goods tend to be expired and or close to expiring. They have a problem with diverting goods and not paying vendors on time so don't be surprised if you see an offer too good to be true, you probably won't see it again for that price. Some of the goods come from unknown sources so don't be surprised if the product you received differs from what you purchased in store.

They send plenty of samples that make sense based on the type of products I buy. I did use this product as indicated on the box and like every other young man that is losing his hair I am willing to spend any type of money to keep my hair, but his product is definitely not the solution. It just doesn't do anything for your hair the only result I obtained was less money in my pocket and a very dry scalp.

I had negative experiences in the past; especially with overuse of pare and packing materials (kinda disturbing from a self-proclaimed environmentally-sensitive samples and company), but the last 2 orders were much better. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.

Age verification, browser alerts, and the way the alert was phrased about needing to enter a password and create an account felt a little bit scammy. Had to google and make sure this was a reputable site first. I'd suggest toning down the css/animation on the age verification (though it was smooth and fast) and making the native browser alerts look more styled to your website. Even on this survey, the bottom message "Your email is safe. It will only be used..." and the green arrow look exactly like scammer sites along with the "shopper approved" graphic. Almost like there's too much going on or you're like "No no we're TOTALLY safe, see!" and trying too hard. Otherwise everything was smooth and went well. Not trying to be critical, just trying to help

I haven't had long hair for years, and this body wavy hair extension just rekindled my love of long hair. So far, so good. I washed it as soon as it arrived. I was surprised that there was no harsh smell, in fact, it has a very neutral smell and I love that. I have friends who have bought hair in different places and have told me that the ones they buy sometimes comes with a strong smell. This one is just perfect. I also love that the length is the same as the one I ordered, it definitely adds some more credibility to the seller, ONYC. Love the waves. Blends well with my closure hair piece even though it's on the short side.

I've bought 2 sets of extensions from clip hair now having previously always used Xtras Hair. The quality is second to none when considering how much they cost, definitely the best value extensions I have bought! I use the wefted DIY pack and cut them to size using white bonding glue to secure them - which helps blend easily with thicker/shorter hair. My current set are 5 months old and still in good condition, can't wait for a new set when I change my hair colour in a few weeks! Would definitely recommend

I bought 10+ hair extension packs from these guys. Ignoring the fact they market themselves as Canadian yet ship from the UK and have large feeds for importing, whatever. One pair of extensions completely fell out after washing them in normal shampoo I've used multiple times before for my extensions. Same water temperature, always gentle. They completely matted and fell out. These extensions were only about 3 weeks old. I contacted them with photos, they asked me what shampoo I used. I replied, and replied and relied. I followed up. They continued to ask me what shampoo I used. Is this a joke? I finally got in touch with the manager and they said they never received a photo of the shampoo, no one asked me for a photo of the shampoo... what a joke. They pretend to not receive any emails as if a company doesn't have a proper email software?? It's 2020. I'll make sure my friends and clients never go to them again. They could have swallowed a 10-20% off code for this seeing I'm a long term customer but apparently they can't afford that. I hope the owner is aware of how downhill this company is going to go due to THE WORST customer resolution team. And let's just remember the fact they falsely market themselves as Canadian. The hair extension comes in a fancy box and looks like a gift. As a hair dresser for over 15 years, as soon as I opened it, I can tell right away they are real hair. They are very silky, straight, no tangles.The color looks ultimately natural, black and brown. They don't look different at all comparing to my hair. I don't have to have them dyed to match my hair. The first thing I did when I received them is to wash and soak them in shampooing warm water, and then air dried because it does have a strange smell. The good thing is that the hair don't shed and stay still beautiful. I can tell they are made in good quality. Just wash them gently, they will certainly last for months. I haven't yet tried to curl them but I would perhaps do so later to see how good they are. I felt really good about the hair and start thinking of various ways I wanna use them.

I was really anxious when I ordered this product I was not expecting such a high quality of hair; honestly I still can't believe it. The hair is so soft, full, shinny, and very thick you won't believe you only need one pack to make a full head. This is one of the best deal on hair I have ever seen I got so many compliments. I gave 4 stars because I don't know how it will turn out in few weeks but I guess it will last at least 10 months. I will definitely buy it again. Thumbs up!!!!

I ordered a wig, they sent an email that the color I wanted was out of stock OK fine.. I called the next business day to change it to another color that was in stock. Two days pass and I get no email saying the item was shipped so I called them and they tell me the previous rep did not change it in the system that I changed it to another color. so I cancel my order altogether. Divatress and Black Hairspray both the same business. They have always delivered in a timely manner. I have been a customer for five years. I read someone say they had a UPS problem. Have UPS deliver your items to their UPS Store or shipping site for pickup. Very easy and package is safe. Postal Service is excellent for regular shipping which is what I use. You have a choice!

I tried to purchase a Shellac xpress5 topcoat and twice they've shipped out the wrong items. The first time Gina responded right away and was helpful but this time I have not received a response to my calls or email. The true test of customer service is dealing with mistakes. So far, not so good. Update: today i received the correct item. Still a little unsure as to why the slow response but in any case, it has now been corrected and they upgraded the size to a larger size to help make up for the mishap. I would give them another chance.

After watching Kirsty Meakin's amazing tutorial videos on YouTube, I decided to purchase some gel and acrylic products from Naio Nails. I ordered them late one Sunday evening and they arrived early this morning (Tuesday). I was able to track the status of my delivery through the DPD app, plus they texted me. One hour slot this morning, so that I knew to expect the delivery. The items that arrived were good value and good quality. They also have an excellent range of products, as is evident on the website and the videos on their YouTube channel. I will definitely be ordering from them again when I require further products or equipment.

I ordered a wig from hair sisters. Paid through my amazon credit. The only notification I have is from amazon stating that hair sisters have their payment. 3 days now I have NOT heard anything from hairsisters. I logged in to their website. I can not find any information about my order. I have emailed them twice, no response. The number they use with amazon is not in service. This is my 3rd attempt and last to do business with hair sisters. They are aweful.

***Update: company posted on the BBB site that they will refund anyone who files a complaint about their no refund policy, to the BBB. Might be worth a try. I filed. Although it looks like this company is going out of business, how in the world are they actually still in business? Paid 81.99 for a bottle of what can be described as rotted lemons, drain cleaner or knock off lemon pledge. SO greasy and stinky. They revamped their website after I purchased so their site is a shell of what it was previously and they state zero refunds, returns or replacements. There should be a class action lawsuit for all of us that were duped to get refunds.

I am extremely disappointed in the fragrance I received for my wife's Christmas gift. $80 is a lot of money in the pastor's household. I was hoping I could surprise my wife with her favorite Royal Apothecary fragrance "Hothouse Peony" that had been discontinued. Sadly the result smells nothing like the original. And with no way to get a refund we are just out the money. My advice unfortunately is it's not worth the risk to do business here.

I've been buying Young Living Oils for 5+ years. Now I don't review often, but I have share this as I love natural essential oils and I use them daily. After doing my research and finding Jade Bloom I have learned something that's kind of infuriating Young Living is expensive, but I'm also not willing to sacrifice quality for price. A while back I saw an ad to try a bottle of Lavender Oil from Jade Bloom on Facebook. I tried it and I couldn't believe the quality. Since then I've ordered the following oils and been equally impressed: orange, lemon, cypress, and tea tree. Jade Blooms' prices are almost too low to be true, like under $10. I have had two of my YL using friends try Jade Bloom oils and we can't believe what we have found. Kudos to you Jade Bloom. Much success.

They look you up and down before saying a word to help you and treat anyone who isnt dressed a certain way or a certain skin color like they are stealing and dont have money to shop. We are so happy that I booked Living Dolls Makeup Artistry to do my big day hair. She was so easy to get along with and was extremely patient in doing my trials and was willing to test various hair styles. On your day of the wedding, Living Dolls Make up Artistry showed up to my house early to produce with her assistant (who has been as well great! ) and they got right to work as there were 10 of us getting our hair done which morning. They were so efficient because of their time and everyone looked lovely! My hair looked even much more beautiful than I pictured and yes it held up great throughout the full day. I would advise Living Dolls Make up Artistry again and again to other brides!

I learned the cream I bought for my infant has salicylic acid in it, which is not suitable for kids under 2. I emailed the company to let them know of my concern and have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable on both fronts - the toxic ingredients and the silence to my email concern.

Finally, a product line that does what it says it will. I don't have a lot of wrinkles, but do have pronounced nasal lines from my nose down to my mouth. The Laser FX Lift Serum is filling those out, and they are no longer as pronounced. My #11 lines between my eyebrows are also not as severe any more. Will buy again. Just need a tiny amount day and night. Smell is light and non-offensive.

I don't remember how I heard of your products. They have helped ease the neuropathy in my feet. I had the stabbing needles pain in the soles of my feet, burning soles, numbness.
