The actual ordering and price match is fantastic. I enquired asking for their returns policy and received an incredibly hostile response. Including the advisor saying over the phone if people buy what they want and return as per their convenience this would put us out of business'. I'm afraid that's not how consumer rights works and equally not how a simple question regarding returns policy needs to be addressed. Bear in mind I did not expect them to even cover for returns cost merely asked what the policy was as it was not clear on their website.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair. Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. I spent just under $700 on a camera. I emailed them after i purchased to confirm that it was NEW and they assured me that it was. The camera i received was clearly Used so i emailed them and began the return and refund process. It took 15 days for them to receive the camera because of their business hours and then they tried to short me 20% of my refund because "Customer was refunded less 20% as he returned his parcel in completely abused condition." I had to call to dispute this nonsense to get my full refund. I am not the type to write bad reviews, i know stuff happens. But this entire process has been a nightmare. I would stay away

I ordered a Nikon d5600 camera package as a Christmas gift for a family member on 11/29/19 for 663.38 through the google marketplace. I received the order 12/10/19. However, prior to its arrival, I learned that I had ordered the wrong camera. The shipping box was opened upon receipt but none of the individual package contents were opened or removed from the box. The camera was not touched. The original shipping carton was resealed and returned within the advertised return date (12/16/19). The store refunded only half of the purchase price (331.69), claiming that the "item was received in deep abused condition." I contacted the google marketplace for help but after numerous communications was told that they could not override the seller's decision. A google search reveals that I am not alone in being treated this way by Ted's Electronics. I would strongly recommend against anyone buying from Ted's Electronics or through the Google Marketplace.

Initially there was a hiccup with the top of the zip. I contacted ecostinger, who were happy to replace the suit; however I elected to fix it myself by pulling out an extra tooth above the zip stop. The full bodysuit is now great for lap swimming in an unheated pool. I wear a bikini top and compression shorts under it. When I come out of the pool I peel off the suit and slip into my robe.

I picked Royal Cameras Service from Google search for Minolta Film Camera that needed service. I did not know anything about them, just intuitive feeling. I trusted them with my Minolta X700 that needed electronic work. My intuition paid off. The camera came back in excellent shape and the shutter is working. I recently had my breast implants removed, and absolutely adore my small breasts. However, for those times when I want more volume this bra has it all. It lifts, pushes me together and doesn't have all that extra padding. It's comfortable and adds at least one full cupsize. Excellent!!

I sent scans of two of my colored pencil drawings to Fracture to have them printed on glass. So I ordered a book for my recent trip to Banff! The book just arrived and I LOVE IT! I used the online version of chatbook since I had so many images I wanted to edit first, but uploading the images was superrrr easy as well as moving them around to be in the order that I wanted! I struggled with choosing to order because all the images looked pixelated online when you could review pages, but I knew the image size/resolution was large enough! I couldn't find one review that said they had the same problem, but I'm happy to report all images were clear once printed! I chose the hardcover, 6x6 option and now it's the cutest little memory book on my coffee table! Very inexpensive even with adding on twice as many pages as what's available! 10/10 would recommend!

I've ordered several books from them and they have been great. I ordered Christmas card from them that are in postcard format. I wasn't sure I wanted to send those out without an envelope but then I saw they came with envelopes so I ordered them. I received the cards but they have no envelopes. I contacted the company and they told me that there was an error and they don't come with envelopes. False advertisement because the description clearly stated they came with "Free envelopes" The company offered no compensation for their mistake nor would they send the envelopes.

My Wal-Mart-bought suspenders work fine, but eventually the clips rip my jeans. Found your video online, and trigger snap suspenders sound like the answer to that problem! Site was easy to navigate, easy to register, and easy to order! Looking forward to my new suspenders! Update: Now that I have them, they work great, but they seem to twist in the back sometimes, due to the way the trigger piece spins on the end. Would an X-back eliminate that? Is that even available as a trigger snap? It might just be that I'm not used to the way Y-back feels on my back.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Gearcor. Part of my order had to come from the manufacturer which the site had indicated. After placing my order I received an email to inform me that as soon as the portion of my order arrived from the manufacturer they would send out my complete order. This website posts classifieds for positions that don't exist, ever. I responded to an ad from a photographer who had "posted" a job on the site, only she didn't. She still gets emails from people seeking work, and has contacted the Attorney General's office to complain. You should too! Do not hold your breath for a job listed on this site!

I've had some great response - which is why I found this review so strange. Also, I've noticed over the years the quality of postings has improved - more employers, and more long term work. The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

Lots of issues with shipping. Customer was easy to talk to and tried to correct the issue. But I was told several reasons for the problem, but was told initially that you guys don't stock the boots coming from the supplier. Then eventually the boots shipped from your store in Annapolis anyway, customer service was great they eventually fixed the issue, but overall it seemed very disorganized the process. But I do have my boots now, I'm happy with them. In the end that's all that matters. Thanks.

Shipping was a mess with my order instead of getting them on a Friday I got them the following week on a Wednesday and I call support he told me that the boots was coming from a new store and they hadn't processed them right for pickup so if I wouldnt have call they would still be sitting there he apologize and said he was go credit my account with 10 dollars never happened

This site would have to be my most valuable find in terms of information that i need on a weekly basis and at the same time the strangest by nature. It's much like EOSHD.com and Phillip Bloom.com. personal-view.com/ for me is the mother ship the other 2 are wings left and right interesting way of putting it i know. So have a read or dabble you might like or you may not. My apologies for the short review, the less i rant the quicker you can be reading about why the Lumix GH2 is the official Canon 5D killer. After reading Chris's review of Photography Cafe, I went there and took a look. Chris described the site accurately, there were a formidable array of superb images obviously from talented photographers. After looking around awhile, I elected to sign up for the site myself. It took me some time to figure out how to scale images in order to upload them to the site. There are not a lot of good instructions on how to do this, and I got lucky and read how on one of their e-mail postings sent out on occasion. Thanks to my new found knowledge, I posted my three daily allowed images and to my surprise received several complementary comments on my photographs almost immediately. Getting these compliments from some of the most talented people on the board exemplified the friendliness of the site. I went to the main Gallery and surprisingly, my photos were displayed there. The site does have a few MINOR drawbacks. Like Chris noted, the navigation buttons are tiny. If you don't look closely, you will miss them. Also, I was on the site over a week before I discovered how to scale images. Perhaps a small tutorial on scaling would be in order. Since all operating systems have similar photo editing software, I used The Gimp on my Linux box to do the scaling. The Software they mentioned in the e-mail was Photoshop of course, and from that I gleaned that most editing software had these capabilities. Picture size limits are 250 Kb, so anything from a high resolution camera will have to be scaled before uploading to the site. Aside from this, everything uploaded all right. I am impressed by the site, and I expect that I will be a member for a long time.

It's easy to show to the site to my clients as my photographs load up real quick. The one time I was facing a minor issue, I penned an email to their service team - the response was quick, and the issue was resolved. This site is run out of India and has fraudulent business practices. They do not allow you to cancel your account without a direct conversation via email with the founders. These guys have no clue this is completely illegal in several states in the United States. The "UNLIMITED" plan is NOT unlimited. They quickly throttle you to 2000-2500 icons and then claim that the FAQ and Terms and Conditions explain that UNLIMITED actually is not really possible because well....you agreed to their 3rd world terms and conditions. Sorry.. for those of us in 1st world countries we don't adhere to your 3rd world terms, conditions, lifestyle or poorly executed website. WARNING - this site will not deliver the advertised "UNLIMITED" icons and it is very difficult to cancel your membership plan. STAY AWAY!
